This paper mainly deals with the present situation, characteristics, and countermeasures of cooling in deep mines.Given existing problems in coal mines, a HEMS cooling technology is proposed and has been successfully applied in some mines.Because of long-term exploitation, shallow buried coal seams have become exhausted and most coal mines have had to exploit deep buried coal seams.With the increase in mining depth, the temperature of the surrounding rock also increases, resulting in ever increasing risks of heat hazard during mining operations.At present, coal mines in China can be divided into three groups, i.e., normal temperature mines, middle-to-high temperature mines and high temperature mines, based on our investigation into high temperature coal mines in four provinces and on in-situ studies of several typical mines.The principle of HEMS is to extract cold energy from mine water inrush.Based on the characteristics of strata temperature field and on differences in the amounts of mine water inrush in the Xuzhou mining area, we proposed three models for controlling heat hazard in deep mines:1) the Jiahe model with a moderate source of cold energy;2) the Sanhejian model with a shortage of source of cold energy and a geothermal anomaly and 3) the Zhangshuanglou model with plenty of source of cold energy.The cooling process of HEMS applied in deep coal mine are as follows:1) extract cold energy from mine water inrush to cool working faces;2) use the heat extracted by HEMS to supply heat to buildings and bath water to replace the use of a boiler, a useful energy saving and environmental protection measure.HEMS has been applied in the Jiahe and Sanhejian coal mines in Xuzhou, which enabled the temperature and humidity at the working faces to be well controlled. 展开更多

Hazard control of NOx is very important for the long life of hot stove shell and environmental protection. NOx concentrations during different operation periods of hot stove were calculated according to thermodynamical and dynamical analyses. The results were verified by the previously measured data. Then, the influence of hot stove oper- ation parameters on NOx concentration and the mechanism of liquid water formation in hot stove were studied. The results indicated that in gas period, the dome temperature should be controlled below 1420 ℃ in order to decrease NO~ emission. In the case of banking operation, NOx concentration was about 40--60 times higher than that in gas period. Hence, reasonable measures should be taken to reduce banking operation, especially in the situation of large excess air ratio. Since NOx formed during the whole operation process, the most effective way of preventing liquid water and HNO3 generation is to control the pipe and shell temperature, which should be higher than the condensa- tion temperature of water vapour. The condensation temperature should be considered as the design temperature of pipe and shell for hot stove. 展开更多

This study developed a modeling methodology for statistical optimization-based geologic hazard susceptibility assessment,aiming to enhance the comprehensive performance and classification accuracy of the assessment models.First,the cumulative probability method revealed that a low probability(15%)of geologic hazards between any two geologic hazard points occurred outside a buffer zone with a radius of 2297 m(i.e.,the distance threshold).The training dataset was established,consisting of negative samples(non-hazard points)randomly generated based on the distance threshold,positive samples(i.e.,historical hazards),and 13 conditioning factors.Then,models were built using five machine learning algorithms,namely random forest(RF),gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT),naive Bayes(NB),logistic regression(LR),and support vector machine(SVM).The comprehensive performance of the models was assessed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and overall accuracy(OA)as indicators,revealing that RF exhibited the best performance,with OA and AUC values of 2.7127 and 0.981,respectively.Furthermore,the machine learning models constructed by considering the distance threshold outperformed those built using the unoptimized dataset.The characteristic factors were ranked using the mutual information method,with their scores decreasing in the order of rainfall(0.1616),altitude(0.06),normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI;0.04),and distance from roads(0.03).Finally,the geologic hazard susceptibility classification was assessed using the natural breaks method combined with a clustering algorithm.The results indicate that the clustering algorithm exhibited higher classification accuracy than the natural breaks method.The findings of this study demonstrate that the proposed model optimization scheme can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of geologic hazards. 展开更多

This study investigated the impacts of random negative training datasets(NTDs)on the uncertainty of machine learning models for geologic hazard susceptibility assessment of the Loess Plateau,northern Shaanxi Province,China.Based on randomly generated 40 NTDs,the study developed models for the geologic hazard susceptibility assessment using the random forest algorithm and evaluated their performances using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC).Specifically,the means and standard deviations of the AUC values from all models were then utilized to assess the overall spatial correlation between the conditioning factors and the susceptibility assessment,as well as the uncertainty introduced by the NTDs.A risk and return methodology was thus employed to quantify and mitigate the uncertainty,with log odds ratios used to characterize the susceptibility assessment levels.The risk and return values were calculated based on the standard deviations and means of the log odds ratios of various locations.After the mean log odds ratios were converted into probability values,the final susceptibility map was plotted,which accounts for the uncertainty induced by random NTDs.The results indicate that the AUC values of the models ranged from 0.810 to 0.963,with an average of 0.852 and a standard deviation of 0.035,indicating encouraging prediction effects and certain uncertainty.The risk and return analysis reveals that low-risk and high-return areas suggest lower standard deviations and higher means across multiple model-derived assessments.Overall,this study introduces a new framework for quantifying the uncertainty of multiple training and evaluation models,aimed at improving their robustness and reliability.Additionally,by identifying low-risk and high-return areas,resource allocation for geologic hazard prevention and control can be optimized,thus ensuring that limited resources are directed toward the most effective prevention and control measures. 展开更多

黄陇煤田煤层赋存于洛河组巨厚砂岩含水层之下,该含水层地下水储量丰富、补给充分,造成煤层开采受顶板水害威胁严重,顶板水害防治技术成为制约矿井安全生产的关键。为全方位分析黄陇煤田巨厚顶板砂岩含水层下采煤水害防治现状,探讨未来... 黄陇煤田煤层赋存于洛河组巨厚砂岩含水层之下,该含水层地下水储量丰富、补给充分,造成煤层开采受顶板水害威胁严重,顶板水害防治技术成为制约矿井安全生产的关键。为全方位分析黄陇煤田巨厚顶板砂岩含水层下采煤水害防治现状,探讨未来基于新技术开展顶板水害防控的重点攻关方向,从水害防治理论和技术视角全方位总结了近年来黄陇煤田巨厚复合顶板砂岩含水层水害防治的研究进展,依据黄陇煤田煤层开采过程中顶板水害特点,顶板充水类型总体上可以划分为3类6型,其中持续性高涌水量水害和非持续性涌水类中的脉冲式涌水、离层突水灾害为主要灾害形式;在理论方面,通过总结巨厚顶板砂岩含水层突水灾害形成的水源、通道、突水预兆、顶板结构、含水层的补给-径流-排泄条件、顶板覆岩破断以及导水通道演化等研究现状,明确了在高强度采动影响下,导水裂隙带发育高度显著,裂采比最高达30以上,直接沟通含水层是引发持续性涌水的原因,含水层补给和采动挤压的双重作用是造成覆岩弯曲下沉带与裂隙带交接区域产生离层空间形成脉冲式突水灾害的原因;总体上明确了强采动条件下覆岩变形破坏特征及水害成灾机制;在技术方面,通过分析现有的导水裂隙带发育高度探查、含水层水文地质参数获取、巨厚顶板砂岩含水层水害治理等技术的优缺点,提出“地下水截流”结合长距离定向钻探与靶向探放技术,形成的“断源截流、集中疏排”是有效防治巨厚顶板砂岩含水层突水的技术体系,并且明确了该技术体系的多元信息智能监测与预警技术建设方向。在总结现行巨厚顶板砂岩含水层水害防治理论和技术的基础上,结合前沿发展方向,明确了黄陇煤田当前仍面临强采动条件下离层水复杂流动路径释水致灾机理不明等问题,在深层次突水机理、高精度探测与监测、新型注浆材料研发、保水开采与生态保护以及矿井水资源化与智能化防控方面指出了今后需要重点发展的方向。 展开更多

As mining depth increases, the temperature of the surrounding rock also increases. This seriously affects mine safety and production and has restricted the exploitation of deep coal resources. Therefore, reducing the working face temperature to improve working conditions by controlling these heat hazards is an urgent problem. Considering problems in cooling deep mines both domestically and abroad along with the actual conditions of the Zhangshuanglou coal mine, we propose a HEMS technology that uses heat resources from deep mines in a stepwise manner. HEMS means a high temperature ex-change machinery system. Mine inrush-water is used as a source of cooling. Twice the energy is extracted from the mine inrush water. Heat is used for building heating in the winter and cold water is used for cooling buildings in the summer. This opens a new technology for stepwise utilization of heat energy in deep mines. Energy conservation and reduced pollution, an improved environment and sustainable economic development are realized by this technique. The economic and social effects are obvious and illustrate a good prospect for the application and extension of the method. 展开更多

基于水质投诉溯源的二次供水HACCP体系构建与实践

【目的】针对用户水质投诉中二次供水占比超75%(含已改造系统)的现象,本文旨在解析二次供水水质风险环节并提出针对性解决方案。【方法】以上海典型二次供水场景为研究对象,引入危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)体系,通过以下流程展开研究:... 【目的】针对用户水质投诉中二次供水占比超75%(含已改造系统)的现象,本文旨在解析二次供水水质风险环节并提出针对性解决方案。【方法】以上海典型二次供水场景为研究对象,引入危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)体系,通过以下流程展开研究:二次供水环节系统构成与流程解析、主要危害因素与显著风险点分析、关键控制点(CCPs)确定、控制指标及关键限值建立、CCPs的监控体系构建与纠正措施设计。【结果】识别出影响水质的5大关键控制点:水泵房材质、水箱(池)环境/材质、水箱(池)水质、设施运维规范性、用户室内管道/水龙头材质与环境。针对二次供水环节投诉占比最高的水黄水浑水有黄沙、异味、红虫及水有颜色等4类典型水质投诉案例,开展风险成因、关键控制环节和控制措施分析,提出HACCP实施路径:建立实时浑浊度/余氯监控阈值(如浑浊度≤0.5 NTU、余氯≥0.15 mg/L),制定二次供水水龄控制在24 h、水箱(池)清洗周期≤180 d等量化标准。提出HACCP体系实施建议:对二次供水现状开展全面评估、关注二次供水环节之前的流程、建立二次供水智慧化管理平台、完善多部门协作机制、加强科普等。【结论】HACCP体系为二次供水管理中水质投诉提供标准化控制框架,为末端水质长效保障提供技术支撑。 展开更多

为防止采煤工作面覆岩导水裂隙带高度发育至含水层导致工作面发生水害事故,对陈家沟煤矿8514工作面特厚煤层综放开采条件下覆岩导水裂隙带和垮落带(合称“两带”)高度进行了深入研究。8514工作面覆盖岩层主要由泥岩、砂质泥岩及粉砂岩组... 为防止采煤工作面覆岩导水裂隙带高度发育至含水层导致工作面发生水害事故,对陈家沟煤矿8514工作面特厚煤层综放开采条件下覆岩导水裂隙带和垮落带(合称“两带”)高度进行了深入研究。8514工作面覆盖岩层主要由泥岩、砂质泥岩及粉砂岩组成,地质单元结构较为简单,厚煤层的大采高综放开采而导致上覆岩层受到明显的采动破坏,基于地面钻孔实测、经验公式理论计算、数值模拟(^(3D)EC与FLAC^(3D))、相似模拟等多源数据融合,综合分析“两带”的发育高度。研究结果表明:实测结果显示,ZK−1孔的导水裂隙带高度为151.71 m,垮落带高度为87.21 m;经验公式理论计算结果显示,导水裂隙带高度为134.21 m,垮落带高度为53.92 m;数值模拟(采用^(3D)EC与FLAC^(3D)方法)分析结果显示,导水裂隙高度为122.6 m,裂采比为10.66;相似模拟分析结果显示,导水裂隙带高度为135.7 m,裂采比为11.8。以安全生产的角度综合多方面结果得出,导水裂隙带高度为151.71 m,裂采比12.24;垮落带高度87.21 m,垮采比7.03。 展开更多

为解决太原地铁1号线全自动运行车辆多个子系统协同风险高、传统安全设计难以满足需求等问题,基于正向设计构建危害控制体系,进行多维度危害控制分析,涵盖初步危害分析、子系统危害分析、接口危害分析、操作与保障危害性分析,实现从设... 为解决太原地铁1号线全自动运行车辆多个子系统协同风险高、传统安全设计难以满足需求等问题,基于正向设计构建危害控制体系,进行多维度危害控制分析,涵盖初步危害分析、子系统危害分析、接口危害分析、操作与保障危害性分析,实现从设计到生产运营的全流程风险控制。通过危害登记册进行全过程风险追溯,结合故障树定量计算验证关键安全功能失效率指标,识别车辆各层级系统的潜在风险,最终提出针对性的控制措施。研究表明,该方法在设计阶段能够有效消除内外部的接口风险,降低车辆系统故障率,提升关键安全功能可靠性,最终形成覆盖全生命周期的140项危害管控,其中94项完成闭环,46项进入持续监控,为全自动驾驶车辆运行提供安全保障。研究结果表明,正向设计框架通过识别-评估-控制-验证闭环,系统性提升全自动驾驶地铁的安全水平,为GoA4级全自动运行提供可复制的风险管控范式。 展开更多

针对复杂山区地质灾害监测在“何时、何地、采用何种手段”的问题,本文提出以查明孕灾条件为前提,划定“点面双控”区域为基础,融合自动化监测与综合遥感技术,建立多手段分级协同“点面双控”监测体系。并以丹巴县城为例,针对丹巴县城... 针对复杂山区地质灾害监测在“何时、何地、采用何种手段”的问题,本文提出以查明孕灾条件为前提,划定“点面双控”区域为基础,融合自动化监测与综合遥感技术,建立多手段分级协同“点面双控”监测体系。并以丹巴县城为例,针对丹巴县城高位破碎崩塌、大型土质滑坡和岩质滑坡三类典型隐患点灾害以及县城面域风险区,制定差异化监测方案。采用点状监测设备60台套与面域监测技术结合,完成研究区域56.22 km^(2)风险区及87处隐患点全覆盖监测,研究表明,“点面双控”监测体系通过多技术协同与分级管理,可显著提升监测覆盖率和有效性,为复杂山区地质灾害监测提供实践范式。 展开更多

针对超深井矿山开采面临的高温热害问题,提出基于深部通风系统进风流喷雾降温技术。以云南某超深井矿山为对象,开展模拟试验研究。试验采用控制变量法,系统测试了在喷嘴孔径0.15~0.8 mm、喷雾压力2~10 MPa条件下的雾化粒径分布、雾化流... 针对超深井矿山开采面临的高温热害问题,提出基于深部通风系统进风流喷雾降温技术。以云南某超深井矿山为对象,开展模拟试验研究。试验采用控制变量法,系统测试了在喷嘴孔径0.15~0.8 mm、喷雾压力2~10 MPa条件下的雾化粒径分布、雾化流量。结果表明:在喷嘴孔径0.15 mm、喷雾压力6 MPa条件下,雾化粒径小于10μm,该工况下粒径与呼吸性粉尘粒径较为接近,理论上水雾效果对呼吸性粉尘的沉降效果最为理想。利用数值模拟手段进一步验证了喷雾降温系统的可行性,证明在巷道内增设喷淋降温系统可以显著改善巷道内的温度分布,其中最大降温幅度约10 K。该研究成果为超深井矿山热害治理提供了数据支撑,解决了传统降温技术存在的冷量损耗大、湿度积聚等问题。 展开更多
