On the basis of API 17D/ISO 13628-4 and ASME VIII-1, and by comprehensively considering the erosion of oil and the gravity load of the tubing, a calculation model is established by regarding design pressure and thermal stress, and the method for designing the tubing hanger of the horizontal Christmas tree under big temperature difference condition is developed from the fourth strength theory. The proposed theory for strength design of the tubing hanger in big temperature difference is verified by numerical results from ABAQUS. 展开更多

Inclined hangers are more liable to fatigue. Vertical hangers are subjected to greater fluctuations of stress resulting from bridge wind loads. To improve aerodynamic stability, inclined hangers can be used instead of vertical ones. Some inclined hangers show considerable signs of distress and some of them show slackness due to their location against loads. In this paper a pedestrian suspension bridge with vertical hangers has been studied as a case study. Then, the same bridge has been studied with inclined hangers. To reduce internal forces, fatigue and slackness in hangers, horizontal cables have been added to inclined hangers. This modification is proposed by the present authors. The added horizontal cables transfer the tensile load from overstressed hangers to adjacent slacked hangers. Three different hanger patterns have been analyzed under nonlinear static analysis for symmetrical and nonsymmetrical live load plus dead load. Results showed that the modified hanger system had been improved considerably in comparison with vertical or inclined hangers and wherever that there is no improvement some solutions have been proposed. 展开更多

Large deviations have been found between product testing results and theoretical calculations after years of research and testing. The deviations mainly are caused by internal frictions inside the constant spring support hangers. By reducing or properly using internal frictions, consistent results between testing and theoretical calculation have been achieved. Based on product performance testing results recently, constant force performance of hangers has been improved greatly by adopting new methodology. 展开更多

Development and application of a packer-type drilling-free liner hanger

In liner cementing,the upper cement plug and inner components of a common hanger needs to be drilled out after cementing,which will result in a poor cementing quality or even gas leakage at the flare opening.Therefore,a new packer-type drilling-free liner hanger has been developed,and a hydraulic setting-control packer,a flexible drilling-free seal box,and an auxiliary bearing back-off mechanism that go with the line hanger have been designed at the same time.Specific operation procedures include:(1)run in the liner string to the designed depth,then fully circulate the drilling fluid,finally drop the ball.When the tripping ball gets into the seat,the pressure will go up to cut off the hanging control pin and set the hanger;(2)continue to hold the pressure and cut off the ball seat pin to form circulation;(3)trip in the drill pipe to exert pressure on the hanger,back off to release the hanger from the running tool;(4)lower the drill pipe plug upon the completion of cement in-jection,cut off the releasing control pin of hollow casing plug,and run down further to bump with the bumping assembly;(5)remove the cementing head and connect the kelly driver,hold pressure again,then slowly pull up the drill tools,exert hydraulic pressure on the setting hydraulic cylinder of the packer assembly to cut off the setting control pin and set the packer;and(6)pull up the tools to the flare opening and wash out excessive cement slurry by circulating to realize free drilling of the whole hole.The successful application of the liner hanger in 127 mm diameter liner in Well BQ203-H1 indicates that the packer-type liner hanger has such advantages as easy hanging and back-off,accurate bumping,simple setting,and sound sealing performance. 展开更多

Hangers play a crucial role in transferring loads in suspension bridges,yet their condition often deteriorates faster than expected due to corrosion and fatigue effects.Premature hanger failure poses serious risks to bridge safety and results in significant economic loss due to frequent replacement and traffic interruption.To address these challenges,this study proposes an integrated framework to evaluate the life-cycle safety and operational cost of bridge hangers.Traffic data obtained from Weigh-in-Motion(WIM)systems are used to simulate dynamic hanger responses.A wire-to-hanger deterioration model is then employed to capture the time-dependent interaction between corrosion and fatigue under varying environmental conditions.The failure probability of hangers is incorporated into a cost model that accounts for inspection,maintenance,replacement,and traffic disruptions associated with failure.A case study of the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge is conducted based on its WIM data and inspection records.The simulation results showthat corrosion-fatigue interaction significantly accelerates hanger degradation.However,timely and effective maintenance measures including anchorage dehumidification can extend service life and reduce total operational costs.The proposed framework provides a practical tool for designing cost-effectivemaintenance strategies and improving the long-term performance of suspension bridge hangers. 展开更多

大跨度公铁两用悬索桥吊索断索动力响应研究

为研究公铁两用悬索桥吊索系统突发断索对桥梁结构安全性的影响,以五峰山大桥为研究对象,建立全桥三维有限元计算模型,使用等效荷载卸载法模拟断索,基于考虑几何非线性的动力时程算法计算悬索桥在各个工况下突发吊索断裂引起的结构动力... 为研究公铁两用悬索桥吊索系统突发断索对桥梁结构安全性的影响,以五峰山大桥为研究对象,建立全桥三维有限元计算模型,使用等效荷载卸载法模拟断索,基于考虑几何非线性的动力时程算法计算悬索桥在各个工况下突发吊索断裂引起的结构动力响应。结果表明:悬索桥吊索突然发生断索,引发的冲击荷载会优先作用于邻近的第1根吊索,相较于靠近桥塔位置的吊索,靠近跨中位置的吊索断索会导致邻近第1根吊索最大应力增量更大;断索动力放大系数取2.5较为合理;吊索同时断索工况与吊索依次断索工况相比,剩余吊索最大应力增加约35%;中跨吊索单侧断索超过3根时,可能引起加劲梁垮塌;依据规范考虑的车道荷载对断索时剩余吊索的最大应力响应影响较小,加劲梁作用为主要因素;断索发生时,加劲梁结构最大加速度响应远超规范要求。本研究探讨了悬索桥吊索失效的荷载传递机制与动力响应规律,可为桥梁安全运营提供理论依据。 展开更多

为解决下承式异形拱桥在二期恒载施加后普遍存在的索力偏离问题,并有效提升施工现场索力调整效率,提出基于遗传算法的下承式异形拱桥二次调索优化方法。该方法基于现场实测数据及有限元模型建立的索力影响矩阵,以索力均方误差与最大误... 为解决下承式异形拱桥在二期恒载施加后普遍存在的索力偏离问题,并有效提升施工现场索力调整效率,提出基于遗传算法的下承式异形拱桥二次调索优化方法。该方法基于现场实测数据及有限元模型建立的索力影响矩阵,以索力均方误差与最大误差共同构成适应度函数,并引入罚函数约束最终索力范围;同时通过混合变异与设置阈值,寻找需要调整吊杆数量最少的调索方案。为验证该方法有效性,以福建省建瓯市建州大桥——全长310 m的四跨连续下承式异形拱桥为背景,针对性制定了二次调索方案。结果表明:采用该方法后,在尽可能减少二次调整吊杆次数的条件下,索力最大偏差由14.09%降低至4.90%,所有吊杆索力偏差均小于5%,满足设计要求。所提出的基于遗传算法的二次调索方法实现了索力精度控制与施工经济性的良好平衡,具有操作简便、灵活性高、现场适配度高等优势,显著提升了现场施工效率。 展开更多

为实现实际工程中骑跨式吊索索力的高效精准计算,对骑跨式吊索进行模态分析并提出索力计算公式。通过建立某两跨连续钢桁梁悬索桥单肢长10 m的双肢吊索有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,研究骑跨式吊索抗弯刚度、吊索下锚头与上锚头约束方... 为实现实际工程中骑跨式吊索索力的高效精准计算,对骑跨式吊索进行模态分析并提出索力计算公式。通过建立某两跨连续钢桁梁悬索桥单肢长10 m的双肢吊索有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,研究骑跨式吊索抗弯刚度、吊索下锚头与上锚头约束方式等因素对频率及等效长度的影响,基于吊索等效长度与销铰式吊索索力计算公式之间的规律,提出适用于骑跨式吊索的基于等效长度的索力计算实用公式,采用该公式计算悬索桥吊索索力并与理论索力进行对比,并对单肢长度为3.775 5 m的短吊索进行锤击激励频率测试以进一步验证该公式准确性。结果表明:骑跨式吊索面内与面外模态差异较大;短吊索频率计算受抗弯刚度影响更大,采用频率法测量索力时应尽量采用低阶频率计算;上锚点顺桥向约束、下锚头长度、夹具至上锚点长度等因素影响吊索模态但影响较小;提出的基于等效长度的骑跨式吊索索力计算公式在采用基频时可有效计算吊索索力,公式索力计算结果与悬索桥理论索力及短吊索试验实测索力对比,基频索力误差为8.81%~11.54%。 展开更多

Effectiveness of external prestressing in enhancing the non-ductile hanger failure mechanism in reinforced concrete inverted T-beams

Recently,inverted T-beams have been used in reinforced concrete(RC)bridges to support transverse precast stringers.Inverted T-beams,contrary to practice with conventional beams,are loaded on the flanges upper surface.This loading configuration causes hanger failure due to the generation of vertical tensile stresses near the bottom of the web.The key purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of vertical external prestressing stainless-steel bars in mitigating non-ductile hanger failure in reinforced concrete inverted T-beams.An experimental study on six inverted-T beams,including two un-strengthened specimens,was carried out.The study showed that the value of the prestressing level had a considerable impact on the performance of hanger mechanism in relation to crack pattern,ultimate loads,cracking behavior,load-deflection,strains,and ductility.The experimental results indicated that the suggested method for strengthening inverted T-beams had efficacy in reducing the seriousness of the non-ductile hanger failure and resulted in a strength increase of up to 53% when compared to that of the un-strengthened specimen.Additionally,two analytical models for estimating the hanger capacity and the average crack width of the strengthened RC inverted T-beams were proposed.The models that were proposed exhibited a high degree of agreement with the experimental results. 展开更多

针对中、下承式钢拱桥关键构件柔性吊杆疲劳安全问题,以某主跨916m的中承式钢桁拱桥为工程背景,研究耳板式锚固结构疲劳性能。建立全桥三维有限元模型,结合车辆荷载动力分析,揭示拱脚区域1号短吊杆应力达跨中吊杆2.5~3倍的核心规律。通... 针对中、下承式钢拱桥关键构件柔性吊杆疲劳安全问题,以某主跨916m的中承式钢桁拱桥为工程背景,研究耳板式锚固结构疲劳性能。建立全桥三维有限元模型,结合车辆荷载动力分析,揭示拱脚区域1号短吊杆应力达跨中吊杆2.5~3倍的核心规律。通过对比等效疲劳车辆模型及不同国家规范疲劳验算结果,量化锚固结构关键部位应力响应,得到耳板式锚固结构板件最大正应力为51.0MPa,焊缝最大剪应力为21.3MPa,均满足各国规范限值要求。实际工程中应控制销轴与耳板孔径公差≤0.1mm,并实施硬度梯度控制;锚板与耳板焊接过渡区设置半径≥50mm的圆弧,并打磨焊趾;以双曲面球铰替代球冠垫块,分丝板孔缘倒半径≥2mm的圆角。 展开更多
