基于Group-Lasso-Logistic的网络信贷违约预测研究

针对网络信贷问题,基于某信贷平台数据构建Group-Lasso-Logistic模型,探讨影响贷款申请人违约的因素,并与全变量Logistic模型、逐步回归Logistic模型、Lasso-Logistic模型进行对比分析。研究发现:Group-Lasso-Logistic模型的评价性能最... 针对网络信贷问题,基于某信贷平台数据构建Group-Lasso-Logistic模型,探讨影响贷款申请人违约的因素,并与全变量Logistic模型、逐步回归Logistic模型、Lasso-Logistic模型进行对比分析。研究发现:Group-Lasso-Logistic模型的评价性能最好,且模型最简洁;贷款金额、贷款利率、分期付款金额以及贷款申请状态对贷款申请人违约风险起正向作用;年收入以及贷款人信用档案中当前的信用总额对贷款申请人违约风险起反向作用;贷款人在登记时所提供的房屋所有权状况为1以及验证状态为1或2这类人更容易发生违约;Group-Lasso-Logistic模型具有稳健性,且不同地区之间存在异质性。 展开更多

目前商业银行面临的个人信用风险问题极其复杂,如何对个人信用风险进行管理非常重要。个人信用风险建模是其中很关键的一步。利用某商业银行信用卡数据,构建信用评分模型,预测客户的违约概率。通过采用ROSE(random over sampling exampl... 目前商业银行面临的个人信用风险问题极其复杂,如何对个人信用风险进行管理非常重要。个人信用风险建模是其中很关键的一步。利用某商业银行信用卡数据,构建信用评分模型,预测客户的违约概率。通过采用ROSE(random over sampling examples)方法处理类别不均衡的问题,利用Group-Lasso(AUC准则)方法进行变量选择,构建基于Logistic回归的信用评分模型。实证结果表明,该方法对样本数据进行类别不均衡处理的结果比其他模型在判别能力和预测能力上更为有效。采用该方法所构建的模型能够作为客户信用评价决策的有效依据,指导银行及其他金融机构评估顾客个人信用风险,在实际运用中具有良好的可操作性。 展开更多

目的为提高人工种植天麻的质量,基于Group-Lasso变量筛选构建随机森林回归模型分析影响天麻品质形成的关键因子。方法基于Group-Lasso法,对2007—2022年天麻质量研究文献中天麻素含量及产地环境变量等数据进行变量筛选,并在筛选出的变... 目的为提高人工种植天麻的质量,基于Group-Lasso变量筛选构建随机森林回归模型分析影响天麻品质形成的关键因子。方法基于Group-Lasso法,对2007—2022年天麻质量研究文献中天麻素含量及产地环境变量等数据进行变量筛选,并在筛选出的变量基础上建立随机森林回归模型及计算变量重要性得分。结果最终选择了产区、生长状况、种质类型、产地气候类型、产地土壤类型、最热月均温、产地年降水量、产地年日照时数和无霜期9个变量,基于被选变量与天麻素含量建立随机森林回归模型,模型的均方误差(mean square error,MSE)和平均绝对百分误差(mean absolute percentage error,MAPE)分别为0.1032和14.08%,特征重要性排序显示天麻素含量的最大影响因素是产地年降水量,其次是产地土壤类型、无霜期和产地年日照时数。结论随机森林回归模型有相对较低的误差和较高的预估精度,更适合用于对天麻种植环境的分析和天麻素含量的估算,为人工种植天麻提供参考。 展开更多

Innovative Group-Decoupling Design of a Segment Erector Based on G_F Set Theory 被引量:10

The segment erector is a key part of the shield machines for tunnel engineering. The available segment erectors are all of serial configuration which is suffering from the problems of low rigidity and accumulative motion errors. The current research mainly focuses on improving assembly accuracy and control performance of serial segment erectors. An innovative design method is proposed featuring motion group-decoupling, based on which a new type of segment erector is developed and investigated. Firstly, the segment installation manipulation is analyzed and decomposed into three motion groups that are decoupled. Then the type synthesis for the 4-DOF motion group is performed based on the general function(GF) set theory and a new configuration of (1T?1R?1PS3UPS) is attained according to the segment manipulation requirements. Consequently, the kinematic models are built and the reducibility and accuracy are analyzed. The dexterity is verified though numerical simulation and no singular points appear in the workspace. Finally, a positioning experiment is carried out by using the prototype developed in the lab that demonstrates a 13.1% improvement of positioning accuracy and the feasibility of the new segment erector. The presented group-decoupling design method is able to invent new type of hybrid segment erectors that avoid the accumulative motion error of erecting. 展开更多

The Naij Tai Group-complex is a suite of tectonic-sedimentary méiange aggregation of the Eastern Kunlun orogenic belt, which is composed of two parts, i.e. the exotic blocks of various ages and the matrix strata. On the basis of coral, brachiopod and gastropod fossils found in the exotic blocks, the age of this group-complex was once defined to the Late Ordovician or the Paleozoic. This paper reports for the first time 44 genera and 31 species of Mid-Late Oiigocene sporopoilen in samples from the matrix strata in this group-complex and the Paleogene Quercoidites-Persicarioipollis assemblage is named. The paper aims to provide some detailed evidence for determining the age of the matrix strata in this group-complex based upon a study at the Caiyuanzigou section, which would be of great geological significance for further understanding this group-complex as a suite of tectonic-sedimentary méiange aggregation. The new finding will certainly benefit from now on the investigation of formation and evolution mechanism for the Eastern Kunlun orogenic belt. 展开更多

针对现有说话人确认任务基于自然语音条件下并不适用于智能合成语音的问题,提出一种基于Group-Res2Block的智能合成语音说话人确认方法。首先,设计了Group-Res2Block结构,在Res2Block的基础上将当前分组与相邻前后分组进行合并形成新的... 针对现有说话人确认任务基于自然语音条件下并不适用于智能合成语音的问题,提出一种基于Group-Res2Block的智能合成语音说话人确认方法。首先,设计了Group-Res2Block结构,在Res2Block的基础上将当前分组与相邻前后分组进行合并形成新的分组,以增强说话人局部特征的上下文联系;其次,设计了并行结构的多尺度通道注意力特征融合机制,利用不同大小卷积核实现同一层级的特征在通道维度的特征选择,以获取更具表现力的说话人特征,避免信息冗余;最后,设计了串行结构的多尺度层注意力特征融合机制,构建层结构,将深浅层特征整体进行融合并赋予不同权重,以获取最优的特征表达。为验证所提出特征提取网络的有效性,构建了中英文两种智能合成语音数据集进行消融实验和对比实验。结果表明本文方法在该任务的评价指标精确度(accuracy,ACC)、等错误率(equal error rate,EER)和最小检测代价函数(minimum detection cost function,minDCF)上是最优的。此外,通过对模型泛化性能进行测试,验证了本文方法对未知智能语音算法的适用性。 展开更多

Mixed gliomas, primarily oligoastrocytomas, account for about 5%-10% of all gliomas. Distinguishing oligoastrocytoma based on histological features alone has limitations in predicting the exact biological behavior, necessitating ancillary markers for greater specificity. In this case report, human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hT ERT) and high mobility group-A1(HMGA1); markers of proliferation and stemness, have been quantitatively analyzed in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples of a 34 years old patient with oligoastrocytoma. Customized florescence-based immunohistochemistry protocol with enhanced sensitivity and specificity is used in the study. The patient presented with a history of generalized seizures and his magnetic resonance imaging scans revealed infiltrative ill-defined mass lesion with calcified foci within the left frontal white matter, suggestive of glioma. He was surgically treated at our center for four consecutive clinical events. Histopathologically, the tumor was identified as oligoastrocytoma-grade Ⅱ followed by two recurrence events and final progression to grade Ⅲ. Overall survival of the patient without adjuvant therapy was more than 9 years. Glial fibrillary acidic protein, p53, Ki-67, nuclear atypia index, pre-operative neutrophillymphocyte ratio, are the other parameters assessed. Findings suggest that hT ERT and HMGA1 are linked to tumor recurrence and progression. Established markers can assist in defining precise histopathological grade in conjuction with conventional markers in clinical setup. 展开更多

Here we provide an example of simultaneous polyandry based on genetic evidence in Feirana kangxianensis. This stream-dwelling species occurs only in Kangxian County, southern Gansu Province, where it is sympatric with its sibling species E quadranus. During the breeding season the sex ratio of E kangxianensis was marginally female- biased (44~:59~) and the encounter rate in a relatively pristine habitat was significantly higher than that in heavily quarried habitats (9.6 ± 4.8 indiv./km vs. 3.2 ± 2.5 indiv./km). Three egg masses containing an average of 698 eggs were deposited on the underside of one or two adjacent flat rocks, 6.0-10.0 cm under the water surface and 1.0-3.5 cm above the streambed. Using Bayesian sibship clustering of nine polymorphic microsatellite genotypes, two females were detected as group-spawning in one oviposition site, with three males fertilizing each female's eggs simultaneously. We also discuss the conservation requirements of this range-restricted species and the evolutionary implication of its unusual reproductive strategy. 展开更多

In the method , the parabolic relationship between GSLW and the wave envelope is first deduced , and then the distribution function of GSLW amplitude is derived . Thus, the formulae in terms of the moments of GSLW and short wave spectra for the average time duration and the mean length of runs of wave heights exceeding a certain level can be derived . A new groupiness factor equivalent to half the mean wave number in wave groups is defined by taking into account the widths of spectra of GSLW and short waves . Our results provide explanations for the unexpected experimental observations based on the abnormal binding ordering of metal d electrons and their strong perturbation to the band edge states. Pb-based group-IV chalcogenides including Pb Te and Pb Se have been extensively studied as high performance thermoelectric materials during the past few decades.However,the toxicity of Pb inhibits their applications in vast fields due to the serious harm to the environment.Recently the Pb-free group-IV chalcogenides have become an extensive research subject as promising thermoelectric materials because of their unique thermal and electronic transport properties as well as the enviromentally friendly advantage.This paper briefly summarizes the recent research advances in Sn-,Ge-,and Sichalcogenides thermoelectrics,showing the unexceptionally high thermoelectric performance in Sn Se single crystal,and the significant improvement in thermoelectric performance for those polycrystalline materials by successfully modulating the electronic and thermal transport through using some well-developed strategies including band engineering,nanostructuring and defect engineering.In addition,some important issues for future device applications,including N-type doping and mechanical and chemical stabilities of the new thermoelectrics,are also discussed. 展开更多

An Iterative Power Allocation Algorithm for Group-wise Space-Time Block Coding Systems

An iterative transmit power allocation (PA) algorithm was proposed for group-wise space-time block coding (G-STBC) systems with group-wise successive interference cancellation (GSIC) receivers. Group-wise interference suppression (GIS) filters are employed to separate each group's transmit signals from other interferences and noise. While the total power on all transmit symbols is constrained, all transmit PA coefficients are updated jointly according to the channel information at each iteration. Through PA, each detection symbol has the same post-detection signal to interference-and-noise ratio (SINR). The simulation results verify that the proposed PA algorithm converges at the equilibrium quickly after few iterations, and it achieves much lower bit error rates than the previous single symbol SIC PA and the fixed ratio PA algorithms for G-STBC systems with GSIC receivers . 展开更多

Using the Kane-Mele Hamiltonian, Dirac theory and self-consistent Born approximation, we investigate the effect of dilute charged impurity on the electronic heat capacity and magnetic susceptibility of two-dimensional ferromagnetic honeycomb structure of group-Ⅳ elements including silicene, germanene and stanene within the Green's function approach. We also find these quantities in the presence of applied external electric field. Our results show that the silicene(stanene) has the maximum(minimum) heat capacity and magnetic susceptibility at uniform electric fields. From the behavior of theses quantities, the band gap has been changed with impurity concentration, impurity scattering strength and electric field. The analysis on the impurity-dependent magnetic susceptibility curves shows a phase transition from ferromagnetic to paramagnetic and antiferromagnetic phases. Interestingly, electronic heat capacity increases(decreases) with impurity concentration in silicene(germanene and stanene) structure. 展开更多

A novel broadcast encryption scheme for group communication scenarios in distributed networks is presented. In the scheme, anyone is allowed to encrypt a message and distribute it to a designated group. Each member in the designated group has the ability to independently decrypt a ciphertext. In contrast to traditional broadcast encryption, all the valid receivers in the proposed scheme compose the designated group. To take advantage of this property, a tab for the group is set and the matching private key for each member is generated. In addition, before decrypting a ciphertext, anyone in the scheme can verify the ciphertext, to ensure that the ciphertext is correct. This property is very important for large-scale group communication, as the gateway can filter incorrect ciphertext and alleviate the receiver's workload. Finally, a proof in the random oracle model is given, to show that the proposed scheme is secure against the adaptively chosen ciphertext attack. 展开更多

Then, how to use a novel business model and group-buying auction (GBA) is analyzed in such a market environment. Crustal and uppermost mantle structure of SE Tibetan plateau from Rayleigh-wave group-velocity measurements 被引量:23

A shear-wave velocity model of the crust and uppermost mantle beneath the SE Tibetan plateau was derived by inverting Rayleigh-wave group-velocity mea- surements of periods between 10 and 70 s. Rayleigh-wave group-velocity dispersions along more than 3,000 inter- station paths were measured based on analysis of telese- ismic wavelbrm data recorded by temporary seismic stations. These observations were then utilized to construct 2D group-velocity maps in the period range of 10-70 s. Tile new group-velocity maps have an enhanced resolution compared with previous global and regional group-velocity models in this region because of the denser and more uniform data coverage. The lateral resolution across the region is about 0.5° for the periods used in this study. Local dispersion curves were then inverted for a 3D shear-wave velocity model of the region by applying a linear inversion scheme. Our 3D shear-wave model confirms the presence of low-velocity zones (LVZs) in the crust beneath the northern part of this region. Our irnaging shows that the upper-middle crustal LVZ beneath the Tengchong region is isolated from these LVZs beneath the eastern and northern part of this region. The upper-middle crustal LVZ may be regarded as evidence of a rnagma chamber in the crust beneath the Tengchong Volcanoes. Our model also reveals a slow lithospheric structure beneath Tengchong and a fast shield-like mantle beneath the stable Yangtze block. 展开更多
