During this decade,many countries have experienced natural and accidental disasters,such as typhoons,floods,earthquakes,and nuclear plant accidents,causing catastrophic damage to infrastructures.Since the end of 2019,all countries of the world are struggling with the COVID-19 and pursuing countermeasures,including inoculation of vaccine,and changes in our lifestyle and social structures.All these experiences have made the residents in the affected regions keenly aware of the need for new infrastructures that are resilient and autonomous,so that vital lifelines are secured during calamities.A paradigm shift has been taking place toward reorganizing the energy social service management in many countries,including Japan,by effective use of sustainable energy and new supply schemes.However,such new power sources and supply schemes would affect the power grid through intermittency of power output and the deterioration of power quality and service.Therefore,new social infrastructures and novel management systems to supply energy and social service will be required.In this paper,user-friendly design,operation and control assist tools for resilient microgrids and autonomous communities are proposed and applied to the standard microgrid to verify its effectiveness and performance. 展开更多

If there is still the conflict, resolve the conflict point again, until the conflict no longer exists. This method combines various traditional resolution methods, makes full use of the grid idle high-performance large-scale sharing resources. With this method the collaborative design conflict resolution cost reduced and the conflict resolution efficiency was raised. Study on solder joint reliability of ceramic ball grid array component based on design of experiment method 被引量:6

Four process parameters, pad diameter, stencil thickness, ball diameter and stand-off were chosen as four control factors. By using an L25 (5^6 ) orthogonal array the ceramic ball grid array ( CBGA ) solder joints which have 25 different combinations of process parameters were designed. The numerical models of all the 25 CBGA solder joints were developed using the Sugrace Evolver. Utilizing the sugrace coordinate exported from the 25 CBGA solder joints numerical models, the finite element analysis models were set up and the nonlinear finite element analysis of the CBGA solder joints under thermal cycles were pegrormed by ANSYS. The thermal fatigue life of CBGA solder joint was calculated using Coffin-Manson equation. Based on the calculated thermal fatigue life results, the range analysis and the variance analysis were pegrormed. The results show that the fatigue life of CBGA solder joint is affected by the pad diameter, the stencil thickness, the ball diameter and the stand-off in a descending order, the best combination of process parameters results in the longest fatigue life is 0.07 mm stand-off, 0.125 mm stencil thickness of, 0.85 mm ball diameter and 0. 89 mm pad diameter. With 95% confidence the pad diameter has a significant effect on the reliability of CBGA solder joints whereas the stand-off, the stencil thickness and the ball diameter have little effect on the reliability of CBGA solder joints. 展开更多

Robust optimization approach for aerodynamic design has been developed and applied to supercritical wing aerodynamic design. The aerodynamic robust optimization design system consists of genetic optimization algorithm, improved back propagation (BP) neural network and deformation grid technology. In this article, the BP neural network has been improved in two major aspects to enhance the training speed and precision. Uniformity sampling is adopted to generate samples which will be used to establish surrogate model. The testing results show that the prediction precision of the improved BP neural network is reliable. On the assumption that the law of Mach number obeys normal distribution, supercritical wing configuration considering fuselage interfering of a certain aerobus has been taken as a typical example, and five design sections and twist angles have been optimized. The results show that the optimized wing, which considers robust design, has better aerodynamic characteristics. What's more, the intensity of shock wave has been reduced. 展开更多

The herringbone water-sediment separation structure(HWSSS) was developed to prevent debris flows. This paper mainly focuses on evaluating the sediment separation efficiency of HWSSS in debris flow prevention and determining the grid opening width D, a crucial structure parameter for HWSSS design. Theoretical analysis on the total sediment separation rate Pt reveals that the efficiency of sediment separation is much related with sediment grain size distribution(GSD) and grid opening width. The lower limit of Pt is deduced from the perspective of safety consideration by transforming debris flow into sediment-laden flow. Hydraulic model tests were carried out. Based on the regression analysis of the experimental data, the quantitative relationships between Pt and D and GSD characteristic values were finally established. A procedure for determining optimal grid opening width is proposed based on these analyses. These results are of significance in evaluating sediment separation effect by HWSSS in debris flow prevention and contribute to a more explicit methodology for design of HWSSS. 展开更多

Computational grids (CGs) aim to offer pervasive access to a diverse collection of geographically distributed resources owned by different serf-interested agents or organizations. These agents may manipulate the resource allocation algorithm in their own benefit, and their selfish behavior may lead to severe performance degradation and poor efficiency. In this paper, game theory is introduced to solve the problem of barging for resource collection in heterogeneous distributed systems. By using the Cournot model that is an important model in static and complete information games, the algorithm is optimized in order to maximize the benefit. It can be seen that the approach is more suitable to the real situation and has practical use. Validity of the solutions is shown. 展开更多

Evaluation of Moving Grid Adjustment (MGA) Method in Field Variation Control

Spatial variation is often encountered when large scale field trials are conducted which can result in biased estimation or prediction of treatment (i.e. genotype) values. An effective removal of spatial variation is needed to ensure unbiased estimation or prediction and thus increase the accuracy of field data evaluation. A moving grid adjustment (MGA) method, which was proposed by Technow, was evaluated through Monte Carlo simulation for its statistical properties regarding field spatial variation control. Our simulation results showed that the MGA method can effectively account for field spatial variation if it does exist;however, this method will not change phenotype results if field spatial variation does not exist. The MGA method was applied to a large-scale cotton field trial data set with two representative agronomic traits: lint yield (strong field spatial pattern) and lint percentage (no field spatial pattern). The results suggested that the MGA method was able to effectively separate the spatial variation including blocking effects from random error variation for lint yield while the adjusted data remained almost identical to the original phenotypic data. With application of the MGA method, the estimated variance for residuals was significantly reduced (62.2% decrease) for lint yield while more genetic variation (29.7% increase) was detected compared to the original data analysis subject to the conventional randomized complete block design analysis. On the other hand, the results were almost identical for lint percentage with and without the application of the MGA method. Therefore, the MGA method can be a useful addition to enhance data analysis when field spatial pattern exists. 展开更多

Jinping I hydropower station is one of the most challenging projects in China due to its highest arch dam and complex geological conditions for construction.After geological investigation into the dam foundation,a few large-scale weak discontinuities are observed.The rock masses in the left dam foundation are intensively unloaded,approximately to the depth of 150–300 m.These serious geological defects lead to a geological asymmetry on the left and right banks,and thus some major diffculties of dam construction are encountered.In this paper,the influences of geological defects on the project are analyzed,followed by the concepts and methods of treatment design.Based on the analysis,the treatment methods of the weak rock masses and discontinuities are carefully determined,including the concrete cushion,concrete replacement grids,and consolidation grouting.They work together to enhance the strength and integrity of the dam foundation.Evaluations and calibrations through geo-mechanical model tests in combination with feld monitoring results in early impoundment period show that the arch dam and its foundation are roughly stable,suggesting that the treatment designs are reasonable and effective.The proposed treatment methods and concepts in the context can be helpful for similar complex rock projects. 展开更多

风能转换系统的可靠控制器设计需要风力发电机的准确动态模型参数。针对这一问题,文中设计了一种永磁同步发电机直接驱动的风力发电机动力学模型和参数测量与控制方法。发电机侧变流器采用矢量控制方案,可以在不同风速下最大限度地提高... 风能转换系统的可靠控制器设计需要风力发电机的准确动态模型参数。针对这一问题,文中设计了一种永磁同步发电机直接驱动的风力发电机动力学模型和参数测量与控制方法。发电机侧变流器采用矢量控制方案,可以在不同风速下最大限度地提高功率提取效率,通过控制同步参考系中的d轴和q轴电流来调节电网的有功和无功功率。同时,进一步提出了一种改进的LCL滤波器设计方法,并将其集成到系统中。将所设计滤波器与传统的L、LC和迭代LCL滤波器进行对比分析,在MATLAB/Simulink中对风能系统进行了仿真,验证了改进设计方法的有效性。与传统的滤波方法相比,文中所设计滤波器的谐波失真率降低了约1%。 展开更多
