Study on the Spatial Effect of Smart City Construction on Green Total Factor Productivity

Smart cities,a new kind of urbanization,offer a means of achieving the condition in which environmental conservation and economic growth are mutually beneficial.As a result,it is important to think about whether and how the development of smart cities might support the high-quality growth of urban economies.Based on the panel data of 163 prefecture-level cities in China from 2009–2018,the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of each prefecture-level city is measured using the SBM-GML model,and the appropriate spatial econometric model is screened by various types of tests.The spatial effect of smart city construction on GFTP is studied,and it is concluded that the pilot cities have a significant positive spatial spillover effect.The decomposition econometric model also shows that the pilot cities have a significant positive spatial spillover effect,and it also indicating that the smart city construction can also drive the surrounding cities to jointly improve the quality of economic development.Finally,the robustness of the spatial effect of smart city policy is also verified by changing the spatial measurement model and the type of spatial weight matrix,which also shows that the results of the spatial spillover effect of smart city construction are reliable. 展开更多

Economic growth and environmental pollution have become the bases of geopolitical competition due to the multiple constraints of growth in energy consumption and environmental protection in recent decades.Whether the coordinated development of inward foreign direct investment(IFDI)and outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)promote economic growth while reducing environmental pollution and realizing high-quality development affects the overall socialist modernization under China’s“Dual Circulation”policy.Using China’s provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020,this paper first measured green total factor productivity(GTFP)and the coordinated development index(CDIFDI)of IFDI and OFDI via the slacks-based measureglobal Malmquist–Luenberger(SBM-GML)model and the capacity coupling model.A panel threshold model with interactive effects(PTIFEs)was then applied to explore the nonlinear impact of the CDIFDI on China’s GTFP.Finally,a regional heterogeneity analysis was conducted for China’s eastern,central and western regions of China.Results show that(1)GTFP in China kept rising with small fluctuations during the sample period,with the increasing range of GTFP decreasing from east to west.(2)CDIFDI had a significant“U”-shaped threshold effect on GTFP,and the main threshold variables were the industrial structure and the level of economic development.(3)CDIFDI played a positive role in promoting GTFP growth in the eastern region,while the effects of CDIFDI on GTFP in the central and western regions were not significant.Policy-makers and enterprises should comprehensively consider promoting regional industrial upgrading and economic growth to achieve a greater positive impact of CDIFDI on GTFP.Scientifically measuring GTFP and exploring the nonlinear impact of the CDIFDI on GTFP and regional heterogeneity provide helpful references for policy-makers to coordinate the high-quality development of regional economies. 展开更多

The innovative city pilot policy(ICPP)is an essential manifestation of China’s construction of an innovative and green-driven development country.We incorporated urban green total factor productivity(GTFP)growth into the evaluation of ICPP.Based on the panel data of 223 cities in China from 2005 to 2020,we used the difference-in-differences model to empirically assess the influence and mechanism of the ICPP on urban GTFP growth.The main results show that(i)The ICPP has maintained an effectively fluctuating promotion on urban GTFP growth,mainly manifested in the urban green technological progress improvement.(ii)The ICPP has urban heterogeneity in promoting GTFP growth in pilot cities,mainly affecting key cities such as provincial capitals.(iii)The interaction between the agglomeration of producer services and the ICPP inhibits GTFP growth in pilot cities. 展开更多

The enhancement of industrial green total factor productivity is pivotal for achieving high-quality and sustainable economic development.This study assesses China’s performance using the SBM-GML model,employing province-level panel data spanning from 2004 to 2020.Furthermore,we examine the influence of green finance and technological progress on industrial green total factor productivity using a spatial econometric model.The findings uncover that the relationship between the level of green financial development and industrial green total factor productivity follows a U-shaped curve.Initially,low levels of green financial development exert a suppressive effect on industrial green total factor productivity,proving ineffective in the short term.However,with the progression of green finance development,a positive and significant long-term impact on industrial green total factor productivity emerges.Moreover,technological progress demonstrates a noteworthy promotional effect on industrial green total factor productivity.The analysis delves deeper into revealing that industrial structure and environmental regulation intensity exhibit a significant negative relationship with industrial green total factor productivity.In contrast,both energy structure and education level showcase a substantial positive relationship with industrial green total factor productivity. 展开更多

AIM To investigate near-infrared photoimmunotherapeutic effect mediated by an anti-tissue factor(TF) antibody conjugated to indocyanine green(ICG) in a pancreatic cancer model.METHODS Near-infrared photoimmunotherapy(NIR-PIT) is a highly selective tumor treatment that utilizes an antibody-photosensitizer conjugate administration, followed by NIR light exposure. Anti-TF antibody 1849-ICG conjugate was synthesized by labeling of rat IgG2 b anti-TF monoclonal antibody 1849(anti-TF 1849) to a NIR photosensitizer,ICG. The expression levels of TF in two human pancreatic cancer cell lines were examined by western blotting. Specific binding of the 1849-ICG to TF-expressing BxPC-3 cells was examined by fluorescence microscopy. NIR-PITinduced cell death was determined by cell viability imaging assay. In vivo longitudinal fluorescence imaging was used to explore the accumulation of 1849-ICG conjugate in xenograft tumors. To examine the effect of NIRPIT, tumor-bearing mice were separated into 5 groups:(1) 100 μg of 1849-ICG i.v. administration followed by NIR light exposure(50 J/cm2) on two consecutive days(Days 1 and 2);(2) NIR light exposure(50 J/cm2) only on two consecutive days(Days 1 and 2);(3) 100 μg of 1849-ICG i.v. administration;(4) 100 μg of unlabeled antiTF 1849 i.v. administration; and(5) the untreated control. Semiweekly tumor volume measurements, accompanied with histological and immunohistochemical(IHC) analyses of tumors, were performed 3 d after the 2nd irradiation with NIR light to monitor the effect of treatments. RESULTS High TF expression in BxPC-3 cells was observed via western blot analysis, concordant with the observed preferential binding with intracellular localization of 1849-ICG via fluorescence microscopy. NIR-PIT-induced cell death was observed by performing cell viability imaging assay. In contrast to the other test groups, tumor growth was significantly inhibited by NIR-PIT with a statistically significant difference in relative tumor volumes for 27 d after the treatment start date [2.83 ± 0.38(NIR-PIT) vs 5.42 ± 1.61(Untreated), vs 4.90 ± 0.87(NIR), vs 4.28 ±1.87(1849-ICG), vs 4.35 ± 1.42(anti-TF 1849), at Day 27, P < 0.05]. Tumors that received NIR-PIT showed evidence of necrotic cell death-associated features upon hematoxylin-eosin staining accompanied by a decrease in Ki-67-positive cells(a cell proliferation marker) by IHC examination.CONCLUSION The TF-targeted NIR-PIT with the 1849-ICG conjugate can potentially open a new platform for treatment of TF-expressing pancreatic cancer. 展开更多

This study analyzes the community structure, the quantity changes of the algae and the effect of important environmental factors and estimates the total biomass of the attached green algae in the survey areas. The study uses data from surveys of the attached green algae on the Porphyra yezoensis aquaculture rafts and data regarding the environmental factors from October 2010 to April 2011 in the Subei Shoal. The attached green algae on the rafts included Ulva prolifera, Capsosiphon groenlandicus, U. linza, U. intestinalis, U. clathrata, and U. cornpressa. The biomass changes of the attached green algae exhibited an inverted parabola: the biomass was the highest (14 898 t) in April, and was the second highest (2 034 t) in November; it was lowest in February (only 729 t) and increased sharply from March to April. The species diversity differed significantly among the seasons. In September and October, when the P. yezoensis aquaculture rafts were initially set up, the attached green algae had a high biodiversity, while from December to the next February, a variety of green algae species coexisted on the rafts, although the biomass was low, and from March to April, as the biomass increased sharply, the species diversity dropped to the minimum. During this time, C. groenlandicus was apparently dominant with the maximum biomass proportion up to 80%, while the U. prolifera proportion increased exponentially to 20% to 40%. The water temperature had a direct regulating effect on the biomass and the species succession of the attached green algae. The estimation of the community dynamics and the biomass of the green algae provided the evidence needed to track the origin of the large-scale green tide in the southern Yellow Sea. 展开更多

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)can significantly promote nerve regeneration and repair.High expression of the BDNF-green fluorescent protein(GFP)gene persists for a long time after transfection into neural stem cells.Nevertheless,little is known about the biological characteristics of BDNF-GFP modified nerve stem cells in vivo and their ability to induce BDNF expression or repair spinal cord injury.In the present study,we transplanted BDNF-GFP transgenic neural stem cells into a hemisection model of rats.Rats with BDNF-GFP stem cells exhibited significantly increased BDNF expression and better locomotor function compared with stem cells alone.Cellular therapy with BDNF-GFP transgenic stem cells can improve outcomes better than stem cells alone and may have therapeutic potential for spinal cord injury. 展开更多

This study analyzed the spatial-temporal heterogeneity of green development efficiency and its influencing factors in the growing Xuzhou Metropolitan Area for the period 2000–2015.The slacks-based measure(SBM)model,spatial autocorrelation,and the geographically weighted regression(GWR)model were used to conduct the analysis.The conclusions were as follows:first,the overall efficiency of green development of the Xuzhou Metropolitan Area decreased,the regional differences and spatial agglomeration shrunk and differences within the region were the main contributors to the regional differences of green development efficiency.Second,the counties with high-efficiency green development were distributed along the coast,and along the routes of the Beijing-Shanghai and the Eastern Longhai railways.A developing axis of the high-efficiency counties was the main feature of the spatial pattern for green development efficiency.Third,regarding spatial correlation and green development efficiency,the High-High type counties in the Xuzhou Metropolitan Area formed a centralized distribution corridor along the inter-provincial border areas of Henan and Jiangsu,whereas the Low-Low type counties were concentrated in the external,marginal parts of the metropolitan area.Fourth,the major factors(ranked in decreasing order of impact)influencing green development efficiency were innovation,government regulations,the economic development level,energy consumption,and industrial structure.These factors exerted their influence to varying extents;the influence of the same factor had different effects in different regions and obvious spatial differences were observed for the different regions. 展开更多

农业保险对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响

基于2008—2023年中国30个省份(统计数据不含西藏和港澳台)的面板数据,运用非期望超效率SBM(Slacks-Based measure model)模型结合GML(Global-Malmquist-Luenberger)指数测算农业绿色全要素生产率(Agricultural green total factor prod... 基于2008—2023年中国30个省份(统计数据不含西藏和港澳台)的面板数据,运用非期望超效率SBM(Slacks-Based measure model)模型结合GML(Global-Malmquist-Luenberger)指数测算农业绿色全要素生产率(Agricultural green total factor productivit,AGTFP),并采用双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证检验农业保险发展水平对AGTFP的影响及作用机制。结果表明:1)农业保险发展水平对AGTFP具有显著正向效应,人均保费收入每提高1%,AGTFP相应增长0.029%,且该结论在解决内生性问题后依然稳健;2)机制分析表明,农业技术进步和化肥施用强度是农业保险提升AGTFP的2条重要传导路径;3)异质性分析发现,在非粮食主产区和中高自然风险地区,农业保险对绿色生产的影响更为突出,对AGTFP的促进作用更为显著。据此,提出强化顶层设计,提升农业保险绿色覆盖效能;优化财政激励,促进技术进步与化肥减量;聚焦区域特性,提升保险政策实施精准度等政策建议。 展开更多

新质生产力作为生产力发展的质变跃迁,正在深刻重塑经济增长方式与发展路径。文章采用中国30个省份2012—2023年的面板数据,在构建指标体系测度新质生产力发展水平的基础上,深入探讨了新质生产力对经济高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制... 新质生产力作为生产力发展的质变跃迁,正在深刻重塑经济增长方式与发展路径。文章采用中国30个省份2012—2023年的面板数据,在构建指标体系测度新质生产力发展水平的基础上,深入探讨了新质生产力对经济高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明:新质生产力对经济高质量发展存在显著的促进作用,渗透性要素对经济高质量发展的影响强于实体性要素,并且新质劳动者对经济高质量发展的促进作用大于其余生产力要素;当新质生产力发展水平跨越门槛值0.088时,能更充分地激发经济高质量发展新动能;相较于西部和东北地区,新质生产力对东部和中部地区经济高质量发展的促进作用更强;此外,新质生产力对经济高质量发展的影响存在显著的正向空间溢出效应。 展开更多

用能权交易试点政策是推动用能市场化变革、优化能源消费结构的重要举措。论文基于中国A股上市公司2012—2022年的企业微观数据,以用能权交易试点政策作为准自然实验,运用双重差分法实证分析能源政策对绿色全要素生产率的影响及作用机... 用能权交易试点政策是推动用能市场化变革、优化能源消费结构的重要举措。论文基于中国A股上市公司2012—2022年的企业微观数据,以用能权交易试点政策作为准自然实验,运用双重差分法实证分析能源政策对绿色全要素生产率的影响及作用机制。研究表明:用能权交易试点政策显著提升了绿色全要素生产率,用能权交易试点政策通过促进企业的绿色技术创新、化解企业产能过剩和缓解企业金融资源错配三个渠道提升绿色全要素生产率。异质性分析表明:用能权交易的绿色发展效应在国有企业、搬迁成本较高的企业和高能耗企业样本中更为显著。由此提出要从改进用能权交易机制设计并扩大用能权交易应用范围、因地制宜实施差异化发展对策、探索多维度路径等方面提升绿色全要素生产率。研究结果为中国加快能源消费结构转型、实现经济绿色转型提供了理论支撑和政策启示。 展开更多

基于2010—2022年280个地级市面板数据,运用多时点双重差分模型考察市场准入负面清单制度对绿色全要素能源效率的影响与作用路径。研究发现:市场准入负面清单制度政策显著提高了城市绿色全要素能源效率,且该结论在考虑了内生性问题和异... 基于2010—2022年280个地级市面板数据,运用多时点双重差分模型考察市场准入负面清单制度对绿色全要素能源效率的影响与作用路径。研究发现:市场准入负面清单制度政策显著提高了城市绿色全要素能源效率,且该结论在考虑了内生性问题和异质性处理效应后依然成立;作用机制分析表明,市场准入负面清单政策通过绿色技术创新、要素配置优化和产业结构升级显著促进绿色全要素能源效率提升;异质性分析表明,市场准入负面清单制度对城市行政等级较高、市场分割程度较低、知识产权保护水平较高和非资源型类别的城市绿色全要素能源效率的提升作用更强。上述研究结论表明,坚持在全国范围内推进市场准入管制改革,有助于深化市场化改革与绿色可持续发展的协同推进,对构建市场驱动城市节能减排的长效机制具有重要的理论和现实意义。 展开更多

推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合,是实现经济绿色发展的新动能。基于2013—2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,在构建数实融合评价指标体系的基础上,实证考察了数实融合对绿色全要素生产率的影响作用。研究表明:数实融合能显著提升绿色全要... 推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合,是实现经济绿色发展的新动能。基于2013—2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,在构建数实融合评价指标体系的基础上,实证考察了数实融合对绿色全要素生产率的影响作用。研究表明:数实融合能显著提升绿色全要素生产率;虚拟集聚是数实融合提升绿色全要素生产率的重要驱动机制;数实融合对绿色全要素生产率的提升作用呈现非线性特征。当数实融合水平超过一定区间,其促进作用降低,边际效用递减;数实融合对绿色全要素生产率的赋能效应具有显著梯度差异,具体表现为对绿色发展水平高的地区促进作用更为突出;对中部地区的驱动作用远超西部和东部地区。提出应进一步完善数字经济与实体经济的融合环境,发挥虚拟集聚的重要机制作用,推动数实融合和绿色全要素生产率提升。 展开更多

[ Objective] The paper was to optimize the optimal conditions for seed germination and seedling emergence of green foxtail [ Setar/a viridis ( L. ) Beauv. ], so as to solve the problem of serious damage caused by green foxtail. [Method] Using the orthogenal test and the LSD method of software SPSS 18.0, with the number of emerged seedlings of green foxtail as the evaluation index, the influencing factors such as pretreatment of green foxtail, earth covering depth, soil temperature and soil moisture content were compared in the test. [Result] These four experimental factors had great impact on seed germination characteristics of green foxtail. The optimal scheme for seedling emergence of green foxtail was as follows: pretreatment of green foxtail for 3 d, earth covering depth 0.5 cm, soil temperature 32 ℃, soil moisture content 15%. The optimum condition was consistent with the actual situation of serious damage of green foxtail ( suffering moderate and heavy rainfall after sowing and before seedling of millet ). Avoiding sowing millet before moderate and heavy rainfall could effectively control serious damage of green fox'tail. 绿色工厂试点对制造业碳绩效的影响研究

扎实推进制造业节能减排对于中国实现“双碳”目标和促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型意义重大。以中国自愿参与型环境规制中的绿色工厂试点为政策背景,选取2011—2022年制造业上市公司数据,综合采用双重差分法(DID)、倾向得分匹配法(PSM)... 扎实推进制造业节能减排对于中国实现“双碳”目标和促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型意义重大。以中国自愿参与型环境规制中的绿色工厂试点为政策背景,选取2011—2022年制造业上市公司数据,综合采用双重差分法(DID)、倾向得分匹配法(PSM)和工具变量法实证探讨绿色工厂试点对制造业企业碳绩效的影响,并从绿色创新能力和全要素生产率的角度对其中的传导机制进行检验。研究表明,绿色工厂试点显著提升了制造业企业碳绩效,经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性检验后该结论依然稳健。异质性分析表明,在东部、非国有企业和小规模企业中推行绿色工厂试点对制造业碳绩效的提升效果更为显著。通过进一步的机制检验发现,绿色工厂试点分别从绿色创新能力和全要素生产率两个方面提高了制造业企业碳绩效。研究结果丰富了绿色工厂试点对环境影响的文献外延,为促进中国制造业实现低碳发展提供了可资借鉴的实施路径。制造业企业应积极参与申报和建设绿色工厂试点,不断提升企业的绿色创新能力和全要素生产率,充分发挥绿色工厂政策试点的引导作用。 展开更多

经济增长目标对长三角城市绿色全要素生产率的影响——基于国土空间结构的机制研究 被引量:1

【目的】协同实现经济稳定增长与城市绿色转型是可持续发展的现实基础。从国土空间结构视角揭示“有为政府”的经济增长目标管理对城市绿色发展的影响,可以为决策者制定绿色发展政策提供科学借鉴。【方法】本文通过分析经济增长目标、... 【目的】协同实现经济稳定增长与城市绿色转型是可持续发展的现实基础。从国土空间结构视角揭示“有为政府”的经济增长目标管理对城市绿色发展的影响,可以为决策者制定绿色发展政策提供科学借鉴。【方法】本文通过分析经济增长目标、国土空间结构与城市绿色全要素生产率的作用机制,基于SBM-Malmquist-Luenberger模型测度城市绿色全要素生产率,利用2005—2022年长三角城市数据,采用固定效应模型识别经济增长目标对城市绿色全要素生产率的影响及其内在作用机制。【结果】①经济增长目标对城市绿色发展效率产生显著负向影响;具体而言,经济增长目标提高1个百分点,城市绿色全要素生产率下降0.00751。②中介效应分析表明,经济增长目标驱动国土空间结构的多中心演化,是抑制城市绿色全要素生产率提升的重要机制,但单中心空间结构对大城市绿色全要素生产率促进作用更为显著。③调节效应检验发现,市场化对经济增长目标与城市绿色全要素生产率关系呈现显著促进作用,经济增长目标、省域空间结构在影响城市绿色全要素生产率中呈现替代关系。【结论】优化地方政府经济管理中的国土空间战略,以提高资源空间配置效率,是在稳定经济增长中助力城市可持续发展的重要路径。 展开更多
