The tracking of maneuvering targets in radar networking scenarios is studied in this paper.For the interacting multiple model algorithm and the expected-mode augmentation algorithm,the fixed base model set leads to a mismatch between the model set and the target motion mode,which causes the reduction on tracking accuracy.An adaptive grid-expected-mode augmentation variable structure multiple model algorithm is proposed.The adaptive grid algorithm based on the turning model is extended to the two-dimensional pattern space to realize the self-adaptation of the model set.Furthermore,combining with the unscented information filtering,and by interacting the measurement information of neighboring radars and iterating information matrix with consistency strategy,a distributed target tracking algorithm based on the posterior information of the information matrix is proposed.For the problem of filtering divergence while target is leaving radar surveillance area,a k-coverage algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is applied to plan the radar motion trajectory for achieving filtering convergence. 展开更多

Quantum information masking(QIM)is a crucial technique for protecting quantum data from being accessed by local subsystems.In this paper,we introduce a novel method for achieving1-uniform QIM in multipartite systems utilizing a Fourier matrix.We further extend this approach to construct an orthogonal array with the aid of a Hadamard matrix,which is a specific type of Fourier matrix.This allows us to explore the relationship between 2-uniform QIM and orthogonal arrays.Through this framework,we derive two distinct 2-uniform quantum states,enabling the 2-uniform masking of original information within multipartite systems.Furthermore,we prove that the maximum number of quantum bits required for achieving a2-uniformly masked state is 2^(n)-1,and the minimum is 2^(n-1)+3.Moreover,our scheme effectively demonstrates the rich quantum correlations between multipartite systems and has potential application value in quantum secret sharing. 展开更多

And the research, for the mathematics structure of Shannon’s information measure, is to recognize the essence of information measure. The linear relation between Shannon’s information measures and some signed measure space by using the formal symbols substitution rule is discussed. Furthermore, the coefficient matrix recurrent formula of the linear relation is obtained. Then the coefficient matrix is proved to be invertible via mathematical induction. This shows that the linear relation is one-to-one, and according to this, it can be concluded that a compact space can be generated from Shannon’s information measures. 展开更多

Augmented state matrix analysis method is introduced, and robust fault-tolerant control problem of networked control systems with noise disturbance under actuator failures is studied. The parametric expression of the controller under actuator failures is given. Furthermore, the result is analyzed by simulation tests, which not only satisfies the networked control systems stability, but also decreases the data information number in network channel and makes full use of the network resources. 展开更多

In the improved fault detection algorithm, the analysis model of posteriori information with corresponding multi-fault alternative detection points was formulated through correlation information matrix, and the maximum incremental information entropy was chosen as the classification principle for the optimal detection points. A system design example was given to prove the rationality and feasibility of this algorithm.This fault detection algorithm can achieve the purpose of fault detection and resource configuration with high efficiency. 展开更多

The quality of the radiation dose depends upon the gamma count rate of the radionuclide used. Any reduction in error in the count rate is reflected in the reduction in error in the activity and consequently on the quality of dose. All the efforts so far have been directed only to minimize the random errors in count rate by repetition. In the absence of probability distribution for the systematic errors, we propose to minimize these errors by estimating the upper and lower limits by the technique of determinant in equalities developed by us. Using the algorithm we have developed based on the tech- nique of determinant inequalities and the concept of maximization of mutual information (MI), we show how to process element by element of the covariance matrix to minimize the correlated systematic errors in the count rate of 113 mIn. The element wise processing of covariance matrix is so unique by our technique that it gives experimentalists enough maneuverability to mitigate different factors causing systematic errors in the count rate and consequently the activity of 113 mIn. 展开更多

Predicting CircRNA-Disease Associations via Non-Negative Matrix Factorization Fused with Multiple Similarity Networks

CircRNAs,widely found throughout the human bodies,play a crucial role in regulating various biological processes and are closely linked to complex human diseases.Investigating potential associations between circRNAs and diseases can enhance our understanding of diseases and provide new strategies and tools for early diagnosis,treatment,and disease prevention.However,existing models have limitations in accurately capturing similarities,handling the sparse and noise attributes of association networks,and fully leveraging bioinformatical aspects from multiple viewpoints.To address these issues,this study introduces a new non-negative matrix factorization-based framework called NMFMSN.First,we incorporate circRNA sequence data and disease semantic information to compute circRNA and disease similarity,respectively.Given the sparse known associations between circRNAs and diseases,we reconstruct the network to complete more associations by imputing missing links based on neighboring circRNA and disease interactions.Finally,we integrate these two similarity networks into a non-negative matrix factorization framework to identify potential circRNA-disease associations.Upon conducting 5-fold cross-validation and leave-one-out cross-validation,the AUC values for NMFMSN reach 0.9712 and 0.9768,respectively,outperforming the currently most advanced models.Case studies on lung cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma show that NMFMSN is a good way to predict new associations between circRNAs and diseases. 展开更多

针对阵列物理孔径有限导致目标测向空间分辨率不足的问题,提出一种非欧度量下最优子空间拟合高分辨测向方法。建立矩阵间信息几何距离与目标方位匹配估计之间的映射关系,构建基于协方差矩阵拟合的测向模型。引入矩阵信息几何理论,采用... 针对阵列物理孔径有限导致目标测向空间分辨率不足的问题,提出一种非欧度量下最优子空间拟合高分辨测向方法。建立矩阵间信息几何距离与目标方位匹配估计之间的映射关系,构建基于协方差矩阵拟合的测向模型。引入矩阵信息几何理论,采用非欧几里得距离度量替代传统欧式距离度量,提出利用改进对称Kullback-Leibler距离精确度量矩阵间的相似性,并使用最优子空间估计算法提高信号子空间估计的精度,最终通过理论信号子空间与估计最优信号子空间的拟合实现高分辨测向。仿真与海试结果表明,所提方法在分辨力和估计精度方面均优于现有典型高分辨测向方法,在阵列孔径和快拍数受限条件下仍保持良好的分辨性能,且在信号功率差异较大的复杂水下场景中表现出良好的稳健性。 展开更多

First, the association matrix isdefined to describe relations between concepts in two ontologies. Then, a methodof rewriting queriesbased on the association matrix is presented to solve the ontology heterogeneity problem. Itrewrites the queries in one ontology to approximate queries in another ontology based on thesubsumption relations between concepts. The method also uses vectors to represent queries, and thencomputes the vectors with the association matrix; the disjoint relations between concepts can beconsidered by the results. It can get better approximations than the methods currently in use, whichdonot consider disjoint relations. The method can be processed by machines automatically. It issimple to implement and expected to run quite fast. 展开更多

面向能量收集双传感器和一个目的地组成的无线传感器状态更新系统,其中具有有限大小电池的传感器收集能量将感知到的状态更新传输到目标端。提出一种综合考虑感知数据和控制数据传输的两阶段通信策略,以保证接收端数据信息的新鲜度。目... 面向能量收集双传感器和一个目的地组成的无线传感器状态更新系统,其中具有有限大小电池的传感器收集能量将感知到的状态更新传输到目标端。提出一种综合考虑感知数据和控制数据传输的两阶段通信策略,以保证接收端数据信息的新鲜度。目标端使用选择组合的混合自动重传请求(HARQ)将控制数据传输给传感器,而传感器在此触发下使用最大比例组合的截断HARQ同步感测并向目的地发送相应的状态更新。该系统不仅关注最新感测的数据,而且关注稳定采集的能量。首先,研究随机能量达到模型,给出相应的能量转移矩阵及其稳态概率分布;其次,针对感知数据和控制数据分别采用最大比合并和选择合并重传技术,考虑抢先和非抢先两种传输方案,推导了信息年龄关于感知概率、能量到达概率和最大传输次数的显式表达;最后,数值仿真结果给出了不同网络参数对系统信息年龄的影响,同时对比了抢先和非抢先传输方案的性能。研究结果表明,抢先传输方案在一定程度上能够实现较低的信息年龄。 展开更多
