Highly accurate international height reference frames with long-term stability, global consistency, and homogeneity are crucial for monitoring sea level variations, understanding climate change, managing disasters, and supporting other applications that benefit scientific research and societal well-being.Currently,there are over 100 local height reference systems worldwide.Unifying these systems is a pivotal step toward constructing international height reference frames. The method introduced in this study-the gravity frequency shift via Satellite Frequency Signal Transfer(SFST)-represents a groundbreaking relativistic geodetic approach, demonstrating its potential to surpass the constraints of conventional techniques. The advent of high-precision optical atomic clocks(OAC)with an accuracy level of 1×10^(-18) has facilitated this method's implementation. The International Association of Geodesy(IAG)has established the International Height Reference System(IHRS)and its practical realization, the International Height Reference Frame(IHRF).Our study focuses on two neighbouring height systems:the China Height System(CHS)and the Nepal Height System(NHS),separated by the Himalayas and the Xizang plateau. We aim to unify these two systems by determining the geopotential and orthometric height differences between their respective height datum stations:the Qingdao Height Datum Station(QHDS)and the Madar Height Datum Station(MHDS)using a simulation experiment with the method mentioned above.Using an OAC with an accuracy of 1×10^(-18),we identified a geopotential difference of-8.348±0.464 m^(2)s^(-2) and an orthometric height difference of 0.786±0.047 m between QHDS and MHDS.These results suggest that the introduced method could unify any two height systems with fewcentimeter-level precision, emphasizing its significance in contributing to the construction of the IHRS/IHRF with today's required precision. In summary, the SFST technique is a novel geodetic method that offers an alternative for height system unification, delivering centimeter-level precision, surpassing traditional methods, and supporting the development of the IHRF. 展开更多

Near-infrared(NIR)light has been shown to produce a range of physiological effects in hunans, however, there is still no agreement on whether and how a single parameter, like the flicker frequency of NIR light, affects the brain. An 810 nm NIR LED was used as the stimulator.Fifty subjects participated in this experiment.Forty subjects were randomly divided into four groups. Each group underwent a 30-minute NIR LED radiation with four different frequencies(i.e.,0 Hz,5 Hz,10 Hz and 20 Hz,respectively)on the forehead. The remaining 10 subjects formed the control group,in which they underwent a 30-minute rest period without light radiation.EEG signals of all subjects during each test were recorded.Gravity frequency(GF),relative energy change, and sample entropy were analyzed. The experimental groups had larger GF values compared to the control group.Higher stimulation frequency would cause larger growth of GF(F=14.75,P<0.001).The amplitude of alpha waves relative energy increased, while theta waves decreased remarkably in the experimental groups(p<0.02),and the extent of increase/decrease was larger at higher stimulation frequency, compared to that of the control.Sample entropy of electrodes in the frontal areas were much larger than those in other brain areas in the experimental groups(p<0.001).Larger frequency of the NIR LED light would cause more distinct brain activities in the stimulated areas. It indicates that NIR LED light may have a positive effect on modulating brain activity. These results may help improve the design of photobiomodulation treatments in the future. 展开更多

The author argues in this document that initial vacuum state values possibly responsible for GW generation in relic conditions in the initial onset of inflation may have a temporary unsqueezed, possibly even coherent initial value, which would permit in certain models classical coherent initial gravitational wave states. Furthermore, several arguments pro and con as to if or not initial relic GW should be high frequency will be presented, with the reason given why earlier string models did NOT favor low frequency relic GW from the big bang. What is observed is that large higher dimensions above our 4 Dimensional space time, if recipients of matter-energy from collapse and re birth of the universe are enough to insure low relic GW. The existence of higher dimensions, in itself if the additional dimensions are small and compact will have no capacity to lower the frequency limit values of relic GW, as predicted by Giovannini, et al. in 1995. 展开更多

In this study, the inhibitory effect of jujuboside A (JuA) on a penicillin sodium (Na-PCN) induced hyperactivity model was investigated. Cortical EEG (electroencephalogram) and the concentration of hippocampal Glutamate (Glu) were monitored simultaneously in vivo as indicators of rat’s excitatory state. Power spectral density (PSD) and gravity frequency of PSD were calculated. JuA (0.05 g/L and 0.1 g/L) inhibited the EEG excitation effect caused by Na-PCN by increasing the power of δ1 and δ2 bands (P<0.01 vs model) and lowering the gravity frequency of PSD (P<0.01 vs model). JuA also remarkably reduced the Glu elevation induced by Na-PCN (P<0.05 vs model). Diazepam also depressed Glu concentration and lowered the gravity frequency, but it showed a different EEG pattern in increased β2-activity (P<0.01 vs model). EEG excitation caused by Na-PCN correlated with Glu elevation during the first hour. Neurophysiological inhibitory effects of JuA and diazepam were more persistent than their Glu inhibitoty effects. 展开更多
