毛细水运移作为非饱和土体水分运移的重要形式,其动态特征直接影响土体的力学性质,并与多种地质灾害、环境岩土问题密切相关.地下水位以上的土体温度分布往往存在差异,进而对毛细水运移速率产生影响.为了探究毛细水运移规律的温度效应,... 毛细水运移作为非饱和土体水分运移的重要形式,其动态特征直接影响土体的力学性质,并与多种地质灾害、环境岩土问题密切相关.地下水位以上的土体温度分布往往存在差异,进而对毛细水运移速率产生影响.为了探究毛细水运移规律的温度效应,本研究利用主动加热光纤布拉格光栅(AH-FBG)法开展室内模型试验,在定水头条件下,通过控制加热桶与常温桶的温度变量监测土体中毛细水运移过程,并对不同温度条件下土体的体积含水率分布变化进行对比,分析温度效应对毛细水运移的影响.研究结果表明:在一定时间内,毛细水上升高度随时间增加而升高,湿润峰出现的位置标志着该时刻水分运移的最远位置;土体温度升高对毛细水运移具有促进影响,土体温度越高,毛细水上升同一高度所需的时间越短,毛细水上升速率越高;湿润锋界面作为状态界面,在运移过程中具有动态变化特性,温度升高会显著促进湿润峰界面的运移速率;毛细水湿润锋界面变化及其温度效应与外界环境条件紧密相关,是工程建设中不可忽视的运动与状态界面. 展开更多

为了应用分布式光纤布拉格光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)传感网络飞行实测直升机旋翼动载荷,综合分析旋翼桨叶的载荷与应变,以及FBG传感器的使用要求,设计了桨叶表面的FBG传感网络布设方案。在此基础上,提出基于FBG应变测量的工程建模... 为了应用分布式光纤布拉格光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)传感网络飞行实测直升机旋翼动载荷,综合分析旋翼桨叶的载荷与应变,以及FBG传感器的使用要求,设计了桨叶表面的FBG传感网络布设方案。在此基础上,提出基于FBG应变测量的工程建模方法和校准试验方法。以单项加载试验建立模型,复合加载试验验证模型,验证分析给出最大的载荷相对误差为3.83%,优于5%的飞行实测工程要求。使用FBG传感器和应变计等2种不同传感器,完成直升机旋翼动载荷对比试飞,测量结果在时域和频域都可以相互验证。试飞结果表明:FBG传感网络测量结果正确有效,基于分布式FBG传感测量的旋翼动载荷工程建模方法合理可行。 展开更多

基于石墨烯-硅胶复合封装的FBG触觉感知单元设计

机器手的精细化操作水平取决于其指尖触觉感知性能。为提升基于FBG的机器手指尖触觉感知性能,针对FBG柔性感知单元存在导热性能较差及接触力-接触温度交叉敏感的问题,设计了一种石墨烯-硅胶复合材料柔性封装的对角十字型FBG触觉感知单元... 机器手的精细化操作水平取决于其指尖触觉感知性能。为提升基于FBG的机器手指尖触觉感知性能,针对FBG柔性感知单元存在导热性能较差及接触力-接触温度交叉敏感的问题,设计了一种石墨烯-硅胶复合材料柔性封装的对角十字型FBG触觉感知单元,提出了一种基于鱼鹰优化算法优化卷积神经网络(OOA-CNN)的解耦方法。首先,利用仿真分析对比石墨烯-硅胶复合材料封装和纯硅胶封装中的FBG的温度响应和应变响应。然后,通过对比实验分析石墨烯质量分数为1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%、3%时对复合材料导热性能的影响,并结合三指机器手对FBG触觉感知单元进行指尖感知实验,检测其接触力灵敏度和接触温度灵敏度。最后,对接触力和接触温度复合感知信号进行耦合分析,通过解耦实验对比CNN模型和OOA-CNN模型,验证OOA-CNN的解耦效果。仿真和实验结果表明,通过在硅胶基体中添加质量分数为1.5%的石墨烯作为导热填料,能够在有效保证FBG的触觉感知性能的基础上,增强硅胶基体的导热性能;FBG触觉感知单元的接触力灵敏度为31.281 pm/N,接触温度灵敏度为10.787 pm/℃;OOA-CNN解耦模型相较于最小二乘法和CNN解耦模型,具有较好的解耦效果,接触温度平均绝对误差减小了40.73%,接触力平均绝对误差减小了41.33%。 展开更多

基于长标距FBG的智能CFRP筋等幅疲劳试验研究

桥梁拉索作为缆索承重桥梁结构中最重要的组成部分,服役过程中经常受到车辆荷载和外部环境等疲劳荷载的影响,对其进行索力监测至关重要。然而,传统CFRP拉索索力监测存在难以满足服役期内全时且高量程监测的问题。因此,基于长标距FBG传... 桥梁拉索作为缆索承重桥梁结构中最重要的组成部分,服役过程中经常受到车辆荷载和外部环境等疲劳荷载的影响,对其进行索力监测至关重要。然而,传统CFRP拉索索力监测存在难以满足服役期内全时且高量程监测的问题。因此,基于长标距FBG传感技术,将FBG传感器螺旋封装于CFRP筋中,研制出一种监测传感元件(智能CFRP筋)。通过等幅疲劳试验,探究FBG中心波长变化和疲劳次数的关系、不同循环次数下FBG中心波长变化与荷载的关系以及无负载中心波长值与疲劳循环次数的关系,提出了疲劳退化后智能CFRP筋拉力计算的近似修正公式。结果表明:在疲劳荷载下,FBG中心波长在荷载初始阶段出现较为明显的变化,进入稳定阶段后,其随循环次数的增加趋于平稳,相同应力幅下,较大的螺旋倾角可以降低长标距FBG的应变灵敏度;不同疲劳循环次数后进行静力拉伸,FBG中心波长变化与荷载曲线呈现良好的线性关系,荷载传感系数与疲劳试验前相比,其最大变化率为2.05%,说明智能CFRP筋在疲劳荷载下传感性能良好;在疲劳试验过程中,智能CFRP筋的无负载波长值随循环次数的变化呈现出由快到慢,最后趋于平稳的变化过程,在疲劳试验稳定阶段,其无负载波长值变化量与初始拉伸阶段相比变化率在2.47%以内,说明智能CFRP筋在循环卸载后依然有良好的传感性能;将试验数据代入提出的疲劳退化后智能CFRP筋拉力计算的近似修正公式进行验证,得到螺旋角度为15°的误差值在3.6%~6.0%、螺旋角度为30°的误差值在3.3%~7.5%。试验结果可为CFRP拉索智能监测的后续研究及应用提供一定的理论依据。 展开更多

Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) based sensors offer important advantages over traditional instrumentation with regards to real-time structural health monitoring (SHM) of composite materials and structures in recent years. FBG sensors, integrated into existing structures or embedded into new ones, have played a major role in assessing the safety and integrity of engineering structures. In this paper, a review on the latest research of the FBG-based SHM technique for composite field is presented. Firstly, the FBG sensing principle is briefly discussed and FBG and several other optical fiber sensors (OFSs) for SHM are performance-compared. Then, several examples of the use of FBG sensors in composite SHM are illustrated, including those from the field of cure monitoring, civil engineering, aviation, aerospace, marine and offshore platform. We prepare two groups of cholesterol solutions with the same concentration range and different refractive index ranges. The sensitivity of the two groups of solutions was 11.83 pm·m L/mg and 124.79 pm·m L/mg, respectively. The results show that the sensitivity of cholesterol solution can be improved by adjusting the refractive index range. Performance of the sensing system was validated by applying load step by step as well as cyclic load on FBG pressure sensors. A simulation study was carried out using the sensing platform to assess foot plantar pressure distribution arises from weight gaining and losing processes of pregnant woman. The monitored four different foot positions such as first metatarsus,second metatarsus,mid-foot and heel exhibited obvious differences during testing process. Foot plantar pressure of heel was 1. 7 times of the pressure occurred at the first and second metatarsus( fore-foot),while there was limited pressure occurred at the mid-foot position during weight gaining process of a female subject. The occurred pressures at the two metatarsus areas were around 90%( pressure ratio) of heel and decreased continuously as the increase of subject weight,but weight losing process had very limited influence on this pressure ratio. Center of gravity of pregnant woman was found to shift backward substantially during the weighting gaining process,leading to a significant rise of the heel pressure. Hence, the protection of the heel position for female is highly important during both pregnancy and after baby delivery. 展开更多

We proposed a method for shape sensing using a few multicore fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors ina single-port continuum surgical robot (CSR). The traditional method of utilizing a forward kinematic model tocalculate the shape of a single-port CSR is limited by the accuracy of the model. If FBG sensors are used forshape sensing, their accuracy will be affected by their number, especially in long and flexible CSRs. A fusionmethod based on an extended Kalman filter (EKF) was proposed to solve this problem. Shape reconstructionwas performed using the CSR forward kinematic model and FBG sensors, and the two results were fused usingan EKF. The CSR reconstruction method adopted the incremental form of the forward kinematic model, whilethe FBG sensor method adopted the discrete arc-segment assumption method. The fusion method can eliminatethe inaccuracy of the kinematic model and obtain more accurate shape reconstruction results using only a smallnumber of FBG sensors. We validated our algorithm through experiments on multiple bending shapes underdifferent load conditions. The results show that our method significantly outperformed the traditional methodsin terms of robustness and effectiveness. 展开更多

基于FBG的储能电池模组单个电池级充放电状态温度应变实时检测研究

锂电池凭借高能量密度和长循环寿命在储能领域得到广泛应用,但其充放电过程中产生的温度上升和应力变化可能引发安全隐患。准确监测锂电池运行状态能够为储能系统安全运行提供关键技术支撑。提出一种集成光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg Gra... 锂电池凭借高能量密度和长循环寿命在储能领域得到广泛应用,但其充放电过程中产生的温度上升和应力变化可能引发安全隐患。准确监测锂电池运行状态能够为储能系统安全运行提供关键技术支撑。提出一种集成光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG)传感器的软包锂电池模组,采用新型封装结构实现单体电池级温度与应变的同步测量。该方案在每块电池之间封装FBG温度和应变传感器,可有效实现温度应变双参量解耦。测试结果表明,传感器具有良好线性度(R^(2)>0.99)和高灵敏度(温度传感器灵敏度为10.06 pm/℃,应变传感器灵敏度为1.7 pm/με)。在0.3 C、0.4 C、0.5 C和0.6 C充电及0.5 C放电工况下的循环实验显示,光纤光栅温度和应变传感器监测结果一致性良好,能准确反映电池表面温度与应变变化规律。充电阶段最大温升随倍率增加而增大(6.3℃~10.5℃),放电阶段温升约6.0℃;应变变化与温度趋势一致,随倍率增加而增大(197με~268με),放电阶段应变变化约为58με;且位置差异导致的数值变化符合预期分布特征。该FBG传感系统为多电池模组的分布式监测提供了可靠解决方案,验证了光纤传感技术在电池实时状态监测中的巨大应用潜力。 展开更多

In this paper, we present a simple and fast spectra inversion method to reconstruct the temperature distribution along single fiber Bragg grating (FBC) temperature sensor. This is a fully distributed sensing method based on the simulated annealing evolutionary (SAE) algorithm. Several modifications are made to improve the algorithm efficiency, including choosing the most superior chromosome, setting up the boundary of every gene according to the density of resonance peaks of the reflection spectrum, and dynamically modifying the boundary with the algorithm running. Numerical simulation results show that both the convergence rate and the fluctuation are significantly improved. A high spat-ial temperature resolution of 0.25 mm has been achieved at the time cost of 86 s. 展开更多

We propose a novel method for Bragg wavelength blue shifting through stretch tuning of mPOF LPG in axial direction under applied DC voltage on attached MFC with LPG. The grating period of mPOF LPG changes refractive index and causes blue shift of Bragg grating fibre wavelength. From 0 hz to 200 hz, using exciter vibrating simple supported beam, with different damages, resonant frequency of simple supported beam has changed. So, when the damage appears in simple supported beam, the local rigidity will decrease, the resonant frequency of simple supported beam will be affected, the damage status of simple supported beam have been determined by this. The experimental result indicates that the resonant frequency of simple supported beam has changed when there is no damage, one damage, two damages, three damages on simple supported beam. According to this, the fiber Bragg grating strain sensing array can detect multi-crack damage of simple supported beam under vibrating status. 展开更多

A hybrid structure sensor probe has been designed based on the combination of an F-P cavity of liquid-filled thermometer structure, and a fiber grating with an elastic diaphragm, herein F-P cavity is used for temperature sensing, and the fiber grating is used for pressure sensing. By adopting the dual optical path structure, the dual-parameter detection of temperature and depth is realized, which solves the problem of low accuracy caused by the cross response of temperature and pressure of a single sensor device and the calculation of the depth information of the ocean with empirical formulas. Compared with traditional sensors, the sensitivity is effectively improved. Theoretical analysis shows that the sensitivity of the F-P cavity with a thermometer structure filled with kerosene reaches 1.334 nm/?C, and the depth sensitivity of the fiber grating is 284.6 pm/Mpa within the ocean depth range of 0 - 400 m. </div> 展开更多

To obtain the influence rules of the coating parameters of a long-period fiber grating(LPFG)with respect to temperature,strain and refractive index sensing properties,based on the mode coupling theory,a strict four-layer theorietical model of a metal film coated LPFG is established,and these parameters that affect the spectral characteristics of the metal film coated LPFG are studied.The simulation results show that there is an optimal metal film thickness on the surface of the LPFG that will induce the surface-plasmon resonance(SP R)effect,which results in higher sensitivity to the environmental temperature and refractive index but has little influence on the strain There is theoretical evidence that when the silver thickness is between0.8and1.2nm,the refractive index sensitivity will reach the peak point of42.4026,at which the refractive index sensor sensitivity is increased by4.S%.The theoretical results of coating a long-period fiber grating provide a good theoretical basis and guidance for LPFG design and parameters optimization 展开更多

基于长标距FBG传感系统的管道监测及数据恢复研究

利用长标距光纤光栅(LG-FBG)传感系统对管道进行监测,可准确评估其结构健康状况.然而,环境的复杂性可能导致监测数据丢失,从而使管道评估信息不够充分,降低了对潜在问题的早期预警能力.基于此,在管道工程中搭建了LG-FBG传感系统,并分析... 利用长标距光纤光栅(LG-FBG)传感系统对管道进行监测,可准确评估其结构健康状况.然而,环境的复杂性可能导致监测数据丢失,从而使管道评估信息不够充分,降低了对潜在问题的早期预警能力.基于此,在管道工程中搭建了LG-FBG传感系统,并分析了监测数据丢失的可能性.随后,基于优化双向长短时记忆网络(Bi-LSTM)与生成对抗网络(GAN),捕捉可用数据与缺失数据之间的时空相关性,并分析了缺失时间占比及传感器缺失数量对模型恢复性能的影响.研究结果表明,当缺失时间占比低于18/24时,模型恢复效果略有下降,但整体性能仍较为稳定.然而,当缺失时间占比超过18/24时,模型恢复效果显著下降.为确保较高的恢复精度,建议将缺失时间占比控制在18/24以内.此外,在多个数据恢复任务中,结合饥饿游戏搜索优化的Bi-LSTM-GAN模型的性能评估指标表现最佳,可更为精准地捕捉可用数据与缺失数据的时空相关性.综上,通过结合LG-FBG传感系统与数据驱动方法,系统探讨了缺失数据恢复的有效性,为管道结构健康监测提供了更完整的定量评估信息. 展开更多
