The rapid development of new-quality productive forces(NQPF)has intensified the demand for high-level innovative talent.As a representative of NQPF,generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)offers powerful tools to reshape talent cultivation but also presents significant challenges,including skill hollowing,ethical risks,and a growing disconnect between education and industry needs.Currently,graduate-level software engineering education struggles with outdated curricula and insufficient alignment with practical demands.In this paper,we propose a dual-core collaborative framework driven by“GenAI technology”and“industry demand”.Under this framework,we design a four-dimensional capability development path to enhance graduate students’innovation in software engineering practice.This path focuses on①scientific research innovation,②engineering problem-solving,③cross-domain collaborative evolution,and④ethical risk governance.The proposed approach promotes a shift from traditional knowledge transfer to human-machine collaborative innovation,aligning talent cultivation with the demands of the NQPF. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to gain perspectives on introducing IBCTL(International Baccalaureate Certificate in Teaching and Learning)into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,which are currently providing advanced teacher training programs aimed at cultivating student agency,a comprehensive set of skills necessary for children living in the future,as advocated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)Education 2030 Project.To achieve this goal,I examined the curriculum and structure that are important for IB teacher training and the introduction of IBCTL.I attempted to achieve this goal by examining the curriculum being developed at a graduate school of teacher education attempting to implement IBCTL and the creation of a syllabus based on that curriculum through lesson planning.As a result,I examined the curriculum and structure as a perspective for introducing IBCTL into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,where advanced teacher training is required.I found that a core curriculum and structure that incorporates the core of the IBCTL into the core of graduate school of teacher education programs is important for implementing an IB education that is aligned with the advancement of teacher training and the development of student agency. 展开更多

Job satisfaction and its influencing factors among anesthesia graduates: Evidence from a cross-sec-tional study in China

Objectives:To assess job satisfaction among anesthesia graduates working in various medical institutions across China.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted,collecting demographic information,Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire scores,work pressure,and turnover intentions.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine factors influencing job satisfaction.The electronic survey was distributed to Chinese anesthesia graduates from December 2021 to January 2022.Results:A total of 595 questionnaires were distributed,with 318 valid responses,resulting in a response rate of 53.4%.The participants’overall job satisfaction score on the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire was 75.85±12.57.Multiple linear regression analysis identified the following variables as significantly associated with job satisfaction:age,daily working hours,income,current position,and work pressure.Conclusions:Anesthesia graduates in China reported slightly higher-than-average overall job satisfaction.However,several issues remain.Attention should be given to the impact of factors such as youth,long working hours,low income,current position,and high work pressure on job satisfaction.The government should support anesthesiologists with improved training,job security,and benefits to enhance job satisfaction. 展开更多

In recent years,college graduates have faced increasingly severe employment situations and multiple pressures,such as those from interpersonal relationships,academic studies,and employment.Psychological resilience,as an essential ability for college students to cope with pressure,is crucial for their physical and mental health development.In this process,both mindfulness music therapy and group counseling have their unique characteristics and can continuously enrich the paths to enhance psychological resilience.This helps to strengthen graduates’psychological resilience,improve their social adaptability,and further enable them to grow into high-quality talents needed by society.Therefore,this article first analyzes the mechanisms of action of mindfulness music therapy and group counseling,and then elaborates on the paths through which they enhance college graduates’psychological resilience,aiming to provide some reference for relevant researchers. 展开更多

With the intensification of climate change and ecological environmental degradation,the role of postgraduate landscape design disciplines in achieving sustainable development goals has become increasingly prominent.Nature-based Solutions(NbS),as an emerging concept,emphasize addressing social and environmental challenges through natural processes,offering a new direction for landscape design education.This study explored the reform of and reflections on landscape design courses for postgraduates guided by Nature-based Solutions.In response to the issues of disconnection between theory and practice and insufficient interdisciplinary integration in current graduate education in landscape design,this paper proposed a curriculum reform pathway oriented towards nature-based solutions.A new model for cultivating postgraduates in landscape design was explored by reconstructing the curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,and improving evaluation mechanisms.Moreover,drawing on the practical case of graduate teaching at Zhongyuan University of Technology,specific implementation strategies and outcomes of the curriculum reform were analyzed.This paper also reflected on the challenges encountered during the reform process and proposed corresponding optimization suggestions,aiming to provide a reference for the innovative development of graduate education in landscape design in China. 展开更多

The graduation project(thesis)in vocational undergraduate education aims to demonstrate students’comprehensive application of acquired knowledge and professional skills,with an emphasis on industry-oriented practical implementation.This paper first identifies key issues in vocational undergraduate graduation projects,then proposes solutions using the“Four Truths”principle adopted by electronic information majors at Xi’an Vocational University of Automobile.This approach requires students to solve real-world enterprise problems,deliver tangible outcomes,and gain practical competencies.Improvement measures include:optimizing topic selection to integrate theory with practice;enhancing school-enterprise collaboration to boost corporate involvement;implementing a“dualtutor”system with jointly built training bases;and refining evaluation mechanisms to increase student engagement.These strategies collectively elevate the quality of vocational undergraduate graduation projects. 展开更多

Addressing the core weaknesses in the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of vocational college graduates,such as market insight and risk tolerance,as well as issues with the existing training model,including courses that are disconnected from industry,a lack of systematic practical training,and superficial school-enterprise cooperation,this paper constructs a“three-dimensional,four-dimensional”training system.The“three-dimensional”foundational framework encompasses three pillars:curriculum,general education layer,professional integration layer,practical application layer,practice as in three stages:introductory,simulated,and practical,and support including dual mentors,policies,and platforms.The“four-dimensional”differentiated strategies include four implementation pathways:professional differentiation,stage differentiation,addressing capability shortcomings,and school-government-industry collaboration.This system is grounded in theories such as multiple intelligences theory and systems theory,forming a closed-loop process of“theoretical input—practical application—support mechanisms”.Based on the practices of Guangdong Vocational Institute of Public Administration,the paper proposes a competency development pathway tailored by major and stage,which can effectively enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial core competencies of vocational college graduates.This provides a replicable systematic solution for vocational college innovative and entrepreneurial education,supporting vocational education reform and regional economic development. 展开更多

Against the backdrop of employment pressure,pursuing graduate studies has become a crucial pathway for undergraduate students to enhance employment competitiveness and alleviate employment challenges.However,the recent downward trend in graduate school applicants has rendered the improvement of undergraduates’willingness to pursue advanced degrees an urgent practical issue.This study employs a questionnaire survey method to empirically investigate the influencing factors of undergraduates’intention to pursue graduate studies.The findings reveal that at the individual level,preparation difficulty,preparation pressure,clarity of goals,and academic planning significantly affect students’willingness to pursue graduate studies.At the family level,preparation costs and family atmosphere exert substantial influence on this decision-making process.Accordingly,this paper proposes enhancement strategies from both individual and family perspectives to improve enrollment rates.Students should establish clear academic objectives and strengthen psychological adjustment,while families ought to provide robust financial support and foster harmonious environments.These recommendations aim to effectively boost undergraduates’motivation for graduate education. 展开更多

Practical jurisprudence is a completely new proposition in legal education and research.The introduction of the concept of“practical jurisprudence”in the teaching of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China(the“Civil Procedure Law”)is a major innovation in terms of values and methodology.Practical jurisprudence focuses more on practical issues,Chinese characteristics,and major needs,while strengthening the practical nature of the Civil Procedure Law.China’s traditional education system for juris masters(for non-law graduates)(“non-law JMs”)emphasizes the development of foundational legal theoretical knowledge.However,it has not fully achieved its goal of cultivating interdisciplinary and practical legal professionals.Therefore,the traditional education system for the Civil Procedure Law needs reconstruction and supplementation through the practical jurisprudence teaching system in the following areas:(a)System composition:The focus should be on the eight tertiary subsystems under the two secondary subsystems—“the knowledge teaching system and the practical teaching system”of practical jurisprudence in the Civil Procedure Law,as well as the management of their interrelationships.(b)Credit structure:The proportion of credits for“practical teaching and training”should be increased.(c)Practical ability requirements:Legal professionals should be cultivated according to the standards for juris masters(for law graduates)as stipulated by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees.(d)Practice evaluation:“Formalization of the evaluations,”“homogeneity of the evaluators,”and“reliance on written formats”should be avoided. 展开更多
