This article presents research focused on developing and scientifically substantiating a technology for producing environmentally friendly glued structures fromwood treated through a two-stage process.Themethodology involves preliminary thermal modification followed by high-frequency low-temperature plasma treatment.Thermal modification enhances performance characteristics such as resistance to rot,lowers hygroscopicity,and increases dimensional stability.However,it can diminish the adhesive properties of wood,complicating the bonding process.To address this challenge,the study introduces high-frequency low-temperature plasma treatment,which activates the wood surface,improving wettability and adhesion while minimizing glue consumption.Experimental results indicate that plasma treatment reduces the contact angle by 46%and adhesive consumption during bonding by 24%,thereby enhancing the environmental friendliness of the glued structures.Furthermore,this dual treatment process increases the shear strength of adhesive joints by 22.7%and bending strength of glued beams by 66.6%,demonstrating a 30%lower carbon footprint compared to conventional methods.The findings affirm the efficacy of this technology in producing building materials,particularly glued beams for large-span structures. 展开更多

The retromer is a protein complex that mediates retrograde transport of transmembrane cargoes from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN). It is comprised of a cargo-selection subcomplex of Vps26, Vps29 and Vps35 and a membrane-binding coat subcomplex of sorting nexins (SNXs). Previous studies identified SNX1/2 as one of the components of the SNX subcomplex, and SNX5/6 as candidates for the second SNX. How the retromer-associated cargoes are recognized and transported by molecular motors are largely unknown. In this study, we found that one of SNX1/2's dimerization partners, SNX6, interacts with the p150Gued subunit of the dynein/dynactin motor complex. We present evidence that SNX6 is a component of the retromer, and that recruitment of the motor complex to the membrane-associated retromer requires the SNX6-pl50Gued interaction. Disruption of the SNX6-pl50Glued interaction causes failure in formation and detachment of the tubulovesicular sorting structures from endosomes and results in block of CI-MPR retrieval from endosomes to the TGN. These observations indicate that in addition to SNX1/2, SNX6 in association with the dynein/dynactin complex drives the formation and movement of tubular retrograde intermediates. 展开更多

目的探究帕金森病(PD)模型中p150^(Glued)蛋白的表达及分布。方法选取20只雄性C57/BL6成年小鼠随机分为PD小鼠模型组[腹腔注射1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP),20mg/kg]和空白对照组(腹腔注射与模型组等体积生理盐水),每组10只。... 目的探究帕金森病(PD)模型中p150^(Glued)蛋白的表达及分布。方法选取20只雄性C57/BL6成年小鼠随机分为PD小鼠模型组[腹腔注射1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP),20mg/kg]和空白对照组(腹腔注射与模型组等体积生理盐水),每组10只。免疫荧光染色检测两组小鼠中脑黑质致密部酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)和p150^(Glued)的表达差异。另选取MN9D细胞分为PD细胞模型组[不同浓度的1-甲基-4-苯基吡啶离子(MPP+)作用细胞48h]和空白对照组(加等体积的磷酸缓冲盐溶液替代),利用MTT比色法检测MN9D细胞存活率,蛋白质印迹技术(Western blot)及免疫荧光染色检测p150^(Glued)在细胞中的表达。结果在PD小鼠模型中,与对照组相比,黑质区域TH阳性神经元细胞数量减少,p150^(Glued)表达量降低。在PD细胞模型中,p150^(Glued)在胞体中异常聚集,其聚集体与微管蛋白共定位。与对照组相比较,MPP+可下调MN9D细胞中p150^(Glued)蛋白的表达,并随着MPP+的浓度增加,p150^(Glued)蛋白表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论p150^(Glued)可能是诱导多巴胺神经元凋亡及影响PD发病的一个重要因素。 展开更多

The performance of engineered wood products is highly associated with proper bonding and an efficient cutting method.This paper investigates the influence of CO_(2) laser cutting on the wetting properties,the modified che-mical component of the laser-cut surface,and the strength and adhesive penetration near the bondline.Beech-wood is cut by the laser with varying processing parameters,cutting speeds,gas pressures,and focal point positions.The laser-cut samples were divided into two groups,sanded and non-sanded samples.Polyvinyl acetate adhesive(PVAc)was used to bond the groups of laser-cut samples.After assembly with cold pressing,the tensile shear test was carried out.Numerical modelling was carried out to determine the partial elongation and shear strain of the glue line.Based on this,the shear modulus and linear elasticity of the glue line were estimated.Scan-ning electron microscopy was used to assess the adhesive penetration into the porosity structure of the laser-cut samples,and the depth of the heat-affected zone.The laser-cut surface was analysed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The wetting properties of the laser-cut surface were investigated by using a contact angle goni-ometer.The numerical model of the strain-stress curve confirmed the experimental model.The highest modulus of the linear elasticity of the glue in the numerical calculation belongs to the joint containing laser-cut samples at a gas pressure of 21(bar).The penetration depth of PVAc adhesive into the porosity structure of the laser-cut sam-ples was similar to that of sawn samples.The deepest heat-affected zone in the laser-cut samples was 150µm.A PVAc drop disappeared immediately on the laser-cut surface without sanding,but gradually on the sanded surface.In contrast,the drop on the sawn surface remained with an angle of 32°–48°.The degradation of hemi-cellulose and lignin was proven by the lower intensity of the C=O and C-O Bonds,compared to the sawn surface. 展开更多

The current concern with the environment promotes the development of new technologies for production with use of alternative materials, from renewable resources, and changes in production processes, having as main objective the reduction of environmental impact. One of the alternatives for cleaner production is the use of castor oil derivatives instead of non-renewable sources, such as adhesives based on PVA (polyvinyl acetate), applied in the manufacturing process of glued laminated bamboo. Based on the versatility of the bamboo laminate and the castor oil, and from the perspective of sustainability, this study aims to contribute to the application of new materials and processes, used in the manufacturing industry, by proposing the use of the polyurethane adhesive based on castor oil for glued laminated bamboo manufacturing, which can later be used in the manufacture of several products. To verify the applicability of the polyurethane adhesive based on castor oil in the glued laminated bamboo manufacture, mechanical tests of traction and shearing of the glue sheet were performed in specimens of the said material, and the results were compared with the Cascorez 2590 and Waterbond adhesives. The results showed that the polyurethane adhesive based on castor oil, in the traction test, has superior performance than the Waterbond adhesive and slightly below than the Cascorez 2590 adhesive, but in the shear test, the polyurethane adhesive based on castor oil presented a slightly inferior performance than the other two adhesives used in the comparison. 展开更多

In this paper, the eigen function expansions of displacements and stresses of bi-metal laminates with interface cracks are obtained. Furthermore, the stress intensity factors are determined by the variational method to satisfy the boundary conditions and there are only line integrals in the variational equations due to the previous satisfaction of all basic equations. The computations show that this method of solution has the advantages of rapid convergency and time-saving. The results obtained by this method for homogeneous material agree with the known ones very well. 展开更多

目的探讨家族性运动神经元病致病基因DCTN1编码的p150glued蛋白缺失对于原代培养的皮质神经元细胞活性及Rab蛋白表达的影响。方法以野生型(WT)和p150glued缺失(p150glued KO)新生小鼠为细胞来源,体外培养皮质神经元7d和14d后,分别利用MT... 目的探讨家族性运动神经元病致病基因DCTN1编码的p150glued蛋白缺失对于原代培养的皮质神经元细胞活性及Rab蛋白表达的影响。方法以野生型(WT)和p150glued缺失(p150glued KO)新生小鼠为细胞来源,体外培养皮质神经元7d和14d后,分别利用MTT法和Western blot法检测皮质神经元存活率以及Rab蛋白家族成分表达水平。结果与WT小鼠皮质神经元相比,p150glued KO小鼠皮质神经元在体外培养7d和14d时,细胞活力无明显差异,14d时Rab4、Rab5、Rab9、Rab11、Rab24蛋白表达水平未发生显著变化,而Rab7蛋白表达水平显著降低(P<0.001)。结论 p150glued缺失对原代皮质神经元存活以及调控囊泡运输的Rab蛋白家族中Rab4、Rab5、Rab9、Rab11、Rab24的表达水平无明显影响,但特异性减弱晚期内体标志物Rab7蛋白的表达,可阻碍胞内溶酶体降解通路。 展开更多

The use of glued bamboo(GB)in structural engineering is growing interest in the construction industry,as it is a kind of natural material with strong regenerative ability.In addition,the utilizing of GB can reduce the demand for concrete,a possible way to decrease the destruction to natural environment and the consumption of fossil energy.This paper presents a comprehensive analysis on the properties of GB based on the experimental data available in the published researches.Some important physical,mechanical,and chemical properties of GB are discussed.It can be concluded that,at present,more emphasis has been given to study the mechanical property and gluing performance of GB.By analyzing existing research results,this paper provides some recommendations for future research. 展开更多

Background:The commonly used intraocular lens(IOL)implantation modalities when there is a rent in a posterior capsule or lack of posterior capsular support includes iris fixated IOL,anterior chamber(AC)IOL,sutured and suture less trans-scleral fixated IOL.This work was planned to evaluate the safety and efficacy of trans-scleral glued IOL implantation.Methods:Retrospective study was undertaken with 28 patients of glued IOL fixation,performed by a single surgeon over a period of 4 years.Relevant pre-operative and post-operative data including visual acuity,intraocular pressures,associated ocular conditions and complications were collected and statistically analyzed.Results:The mean age of males in our study group was 39.1±4.6 years and mean age of females were 37.9±7.5 years.Glued IOL was implanted in 13 eyes with traumatic cataract with subluxation of 46.4%.The most common associated ocular condition was found to be a penetrating ocular trauma with corneal tear in three patients(10.6%).The mean pre-operative and post-operative Log MAR acuity was found to be 1.18 and 0.55 respectively,which was found to be statically significant with P value of 0.00.Twenty five out of 28 patients(89%)of the study population had no postoperative complications.Conclusions:Glued IOL implantation technique has 89%of success rate and statistically significant improvement in visual acuity with no significant change in intraocular pressure. 展开更多

目的:观察火针治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)大鼠疼痛行为学变化,以及背根神经节(DRG)中神经损伤诱导蛋白1,2(Ninjurin1,NINJ1;Ninjurin2,NINJ2)及疼痛介质表达变化,对火针的镇痛机制进行初步探究。方法:将45只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组... 目的:观察火针治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)大鼠疼痛行为学变化,以及背根神经节(DRG)中神经损伤诱导蛋白1,2(Ninjurin1,NINJ1;Ninjurin2,NINJ2)及疼痛介质表达变化,对火针的镇痛机制进行初步探究。方法:将45只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、溶剂组(假造模组)、火针组和加巴喷丁组各9只,采用树脂毒素(RTX)腹腔注射制备PHN大鼠模型;造模成功后,火针组、加巴喷丁组分别给予相应干预措施。治疗结束后,使用Western blotting法检测各组大鼠第4~6腰椎DRG中P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、谷氨酸(Glu)及NINJ1、NINJ2的表达水平,以探究火针对PHN大鼠的镇痛效应及作用机制。结果:RTX腹腔注射成功构建了PHN模型,PHN大鼠在火针干预后机械痛阈升高、热痛阈降低,并呈持续变化趋势,说明火针具有显著镇痛效应;在火针干预下,大鼠背根神经节中SP、CGRP、Glu、NINJ1、NINJ2较RTX组显著降低,说明神经病理性疼痛发生的外周敏化过程被干预。结论:火针治疗PHN可能通过调控疼痛介质及NINJ1、NINJ2,干预外周敏化过程,进而发挥镇痛效应。 展开更多

基于CBAM-GLU-ISF的多模态融合恶意软件检测方法

恶意软件普遍结合代码混淆技术,基于单特征的检测方法特征信息受限,相对多特征检测方法存在检测准确率偏低的问题。不同模态之间潜在的关联性信息可以提高检测效果上限,目前的多特征检测方法在特征融合时缺乏对特征之间关联性的建模,导... 恶意软件普遍结合代码混淆技术,基于单特征的检测方法特征信息受限,相对多特征检测方法存在检测准确率偏低的问题。不同模态之间潜在的关联性信息可以提高检测效果上限,目前的多特征检测方法在特征融合时缺乏对特征之间关联性的建模,导致其检测准确率欠佳。为了更全面地表征恶意软件并提高检测精度,提出一种基于卷积神经网络CNN和门控线性单元GLU的多模态融合恶意软件检测方法CBAM-GLU-ISF。以恶意软件两种模态:灰度图和字节序列为分析对象,在卷积神经网络中添加卷积块注意力模块(CBAM),结合通道注意力和空间注意力实现对灰度图的关键特征提取。字节序列是软件在计算机上最直接的表示,门控线性单元结合加性注意力机制(additive attention)在高效地捕获长序列依赖关系的基础上,实现对字节序列关键特征的提取。多模态特征融合模块(ISF)对并行特征提取网络的两种模态特征进行融合,挖掘利用两种模态特征之间存在的关联性信息,将恶意软件表征为一个更全面的多模态特征。最后,通过检测层完成恶意软件识别。实验结果表明,所提方法检测准确率达到99.1%,AUC达到了99.8%,对比现有工作中的单特征和多特征检测算法有明显提升,验证了该方法的有效性。 展开更多

为了探讨葡醛内酯(GLU)对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒-呕吐毒素(PRRSV-DON)联合诱导仔猪肠道健康的影响,本试验取30头21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、DON组(饲喂含有2 mg/kg DON的基础日粮)和DON+GLU组(饲喂含有2 mg/kg DON... 为了探讨葡醛内酯(GLU)对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒-呕吐毒素(PRRSV-DON)联合诱导仔猪肠道健康的影响,本试验取30头21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、DON组(饲喂含有2 mg/kg DON的基础日粮)和DON+GLU组(饲喂含有2 mg/kg DON和200 mg/kg GLU的基础日粮)。所有仔猪从第1天开始饲喂相应的日粮,第15天注射2.0 m L PRRSV(10~5 TCID_(50)/m L)。攻毒后每天记录仔猪粪便评分并计算平均腹泻率;攻毒3周后对所有仔猪进行取样,采用指示剂法测定仔猪营养物质表观消化率;通过苏木精-伊红(H.E.)染色法观察仔猪肠道形态结构并进行病理学评分;利用蛋白质印迹(Western Blot)技术检测仔猪肠道黏膜中闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)、闭合蛋白(Occludin)和闭锁蛋白-1(Claudin-1)表达量;采用实时荧光定量PCR(q PCR)技术检测仔猪肠道黏膜中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、ZO-1、Occludin和Claudin-1的m RNA相对表达量;运用细菌16S r DNA高通量测序技术分析仔猪粪便微生物多样性。结果显示,在PRRSV感染后,与对照组相比较,DON组仔猪平均腹泻率显著升高(P<0.05);粗脂肪和能量表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05);肠道损伤严重,空肠和回肠病理学评分显著升高(P<0.05),绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(V/C)显著降低(P<0.05);空肠Occludin和Claudin-1的m RNA表达量显著降低(P<0.05);空肠ZO-1、Occludin和回肠ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-1的蛋白表达量显著降低(P<0.05);空肠IL-1β、TNF-α和回肠IL-8、TNF-α的m RNA表达量显著升高(P<0.05);粪便微生物的Chao1、Shannon和Simpson指数均显著降低(P<0.05)。与DON组相比较,DON+GLU组仔猪平均腹泻率有下降趋势(P>0.05);粗脂肪和能量表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05);肠道轻度损伤,空肠和回肠病理学评分显著降低(P<0.05),V/C显著增加(P<0.05);空肠和回肠ZO-1、Occludin的m RNA表达量显著升高(P<0.05);空肠和回肠Occludin的蛋白表达量显著升高(P<0.05);空肠IL-8、TNF-α和回肠IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8的m RNA表达量显著降低(P<0.05);粪便微生物的Chao1、Shannon和Simpson指数均显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加GLU可以缓解PRRSV-DON联合诱导引起的仔猪肠道屏障损伤、炎症和肠道微生物多样性紊乱,表明GLU可作为新型营养调控手段来应对PRRSV-DON协同作用,为GLU应用于仔猪养殖提供理论依据。 展开更多
