煤矿井下不安全行为的命名实体识别方法

为提高井下安全管理效率,实现煤矿安全生产,根据煤矿行业相关标准规范,并结合井下不安全行为领域知识,采用BIO标注策略构建一个包含8类实体类别、2359条样本的煤矿井下不安全行为语料库。针对煤矿井下不安全行为命名实体识别任务中存在... 为提高井下安全管理效率,实现煤矿安全生产,根据煤矿行业相关标准规范,并结合井下不安全行为领域知识,采用BIO标注策略构建一个包含8类实体类别、2359条样本的煤矿井下不安全行为语料库。针对煤矿井下不安全行为命名实体识别任务中存在的语义信息利用不足、实体分布不均衡、实体边界模糊的问题,提出一种基于Global Pointer和对抗训练的煤矿井下不安全行为命名实体识别模型。首先,采用改进的分层RoBERTa模型并利用多层语义信息增强井下不安全行为文本向量化,结合对抗训练对词嵌入层进行扰动,缓解数据不平衡问题,增强模型的鲁棒性;其次,在特征提取层采用双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)可以更有效地捕获语料的上下文语义特征,加强文本语义关联;最后,在解码层构造Global Pointer,获得更准确的实体边界识别结果。为验证提出模型的有效性,在自建的小样本煤矿井下不安全行为数据集上进行实验,结果表明,该模型的精确率、召回率和F1值分别为78.77%、78.20%、78.48%,相比于BERT-Global Pointer模型分别提高了2.27、0.63、1.45百分点,为构建井下不安全行为知识图谱提供基础。 展开更多

Visible and infrared(RGB-IR)fusion object detection plays an important role in security,disaster relief,etc.In recent years,deep-learning-based RGB-IR fusion detection methods have been developing rapidly,but still struggle to deal with the complex and changing scenarios captured by drones,mainly due to two reasons:(A)RGB-IR fusion detectors are susceptible to inferior inputs that degrade performance and stability.(B)RGB-IR fusion detectors are susceptible to redundant features that reduce accuracy and efficiency.In this paper,an innovative RGB-IR fusion detection framework based on global-local feature optimization,named GLFDet,is proposed to improve the detection performance and efficiency of drone-captured objects.The key components of GLFDet include a Global Feature Optimization(GFO)module,a Local Feature Optimization(LFO)module and a Channel Separation Fusion(CSF)module.Specifically,GFO calculates the information content of the input image from the frequency domain and optimizes the features holistically.Then,LFO dynamically selects high-value features and filters out low-value features before fusion,which significantly improves the efficiency of fusion.Finally,CSF fuses the RGB and IR features across the corresponding channels,which avoids the rearrangement of the channel relationships and enhances the model stability.Extensive experimental results show that the proposed method achieves the best performance on three popular RGB-IR datasets Drone Vehicle,VEDAI,and LLVIP.In addition,GLFDet is more lightweight than other comparable models,making it more appealing to edge devices such as drones.The code is available at https://github.com/lao chen330/GLFDet. 展开更多

In this paper,an adaptive cubic regularisation algorithm based on affine scaling methods(ARCBASM)is proposed for solving nonlinear equality constrained programming with nonnegative constraints on variables.From the optimality conditions of the problem,we introduce appropriate affine matrix and construct an affine scaling ARC subproblem with linearized constraints.Composite step methods and reduced Hessian methods are applied to tackle the linearized constraints.As a result,a standard unconstrained ARC subproblem is deduced and its solution can supply sufficient decrease.The fraction to the boundary rule maintains the strict feasibility(for nonnegative constraints on variables)of every iteration point.Reflection techniques are employed to prevent the iterations from approaching zero too early.Under mild assumptions,global convergence of the algorithm is analysed.Preliminary numerical results are reported. 展开更多

The Global Governance Initiative(GGI)is another important public good that China has provided for the international community,following the Global Development Initiative,the Global Security Initiative,and the Global Civilization Initiative.As a sub-field of global governance,global climate governance has hitherto progressed slowly,exhibiting growing deficits in discourse,institutions,and actions.The governance paradigm is in desperate need of revamping,especially under the guidance of an innovative initiative.At the conceptual level,the GGI has gone beyond the Western governance discourse by outlining the institutional starting point,foundations of legitimacy,action orientations,ultimate goals,and practical support for good global climate governance through its five core concepts.At the practical level,the spillover effects of China's achievements in climate governance and the collective rise of the Global South have created favorable conditions,domestically and internationally,for the GGI to lead the way forward toward good global climate governance.However,the fact that the international political and economic order remains unjust and inequitable indicates that this will inevitably be a long-term process replete with rivalries in the pursuit of breakthroughs. 展开更多

In recent years, the overall strength of Western developed countries, led by the United States, has declined relatively, resulting in a trend of decentralization. This has posed severe challenges to the traditional global governance system with regard to trade, security, and multilateral cooperation. However, this trend also provides a historical opportunity to transform the global governance system into one that is more inclusive and equitable. This can be seen in the reconstruction of value priorities, the adjustment of governance focus, the reform of governance mechanisms, and the promotion of new mechanisms. Only by adhering to openness and inclusiveness and balancing rights and responsibilities can we build a future governance order that conforms to the common interests of all humanity. 展开更多

The onset,cessation,and length of the rainy season are crucial for global water resources,agricultural practices,and food security.However,the response of precipitation seasonality to global warming remains uncertain.In this study,we analyze how global warming levels(GWLs)of 1.5℃ and 2℃ could affect the timing of rainfall onset(RODs),rainfall cessation(RCDs),and the overall duration of the rainy season(LRS)over global land monsoon(GLM)regions using simulations from CMIP6 under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 scenarios.With high model consensus,our results reveal that RODs are projected to occur later over Southern Africa,North Africa,and South America,but earlier over South Asia and Australia,in a warmer climate.The projected early RODs in Australia are more pronounced at the 2℃ GWL under SSP5-8.5.On the other hand,early RCDs are projected over South America and East Asia,while late RCDs are projected over North Africa,with high inter-model agreement.These changes are associated with a future decrease in LRS in most GLM regions.Additionally,we found that continuous warming over 1.5℃ will further reduce the length of the rainy season,especially over the South America,North Africa,and Southern Africa monsoon regions.The findings underscore the urgent need to mitigate global warming. 展开更多

Hotspots of disagreement across global urban land projections until 2100

Projections of future urban land change are essential for a range of sustainability assessments,including those related to biodiversity loss,carbon emissions,and agricultural land conversion.However,to what extent and... Projections of future urban land change are essential for a range of sustainability assessments,including those related to biodiversity loss,carbon emissions,and agricultural land conversion.However,to what extent and where current projections agree or disagree remains unknown.Here,we systematically compare existing global projections that are consistent with the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways.We find that the total global urban land area is expected to increase by 112%between 2020 and 2100(averaged across all projections),with a coefficient of variation of 0.81.This variation is mostly caused by the selection of the underlying drivers that are included in the different models.Regionally,the highest average growth rates are found in sub-Saharan Africa(+679%to+730%),while this region also has the highest variation across projections(coefficient of variation ranging from 2.02 to 2.18).When ranking scenarios within a study from the highest to the lowest projected increase in urban land,rankings are relatively similar for regions in the Global North,but not for regions in the Global South.The large disagreement across projections can lead to high uncertainties in assessments of future urban land change impacts,which can undermine the effectiveness of long-term planning,policymaking,and resource management decisions. 展开更多
