Coevolutionary arms races between brood parasites and hosts provide tractable systems for understanding antagonistic coevolution in nature;however,little is known about the fate of frontline antiparasite defenses when the host“wins”the coevolutionary arms race.By recreating bygone species interactions,using artificial parasitism experiments,lingering defensive behaviors that evolved in the context of parasitism can be understood and may even be used to identify the unknown agent of parasitism past.Here we present the first study of this type by evaluating lingering“frontline”nest defenses that have evolved to prevent egg laying in a former brood parasite host.The Australian reed warbler Acrocephalus australis is currently not parasitized but is known to exhibit fine-tuned egg discrimination—a defensive behavior indicative of a past brood parasite–host arms race and common in closely related parasitized species.Here,using 3D-printed models of adult brood parasites,we examined whether the Australian reed warbler also exhibits frontline defenses to adult brood parasites,and whether we could use these defenses to identify the warbler’s“ghost of parasitism past.”Our findings provide evidence that the Australian reed warbler readily engages in frontline defenses that are considered adaptive specifically in the context of brood parasitism.However,individuals were unable to discriminate between adults of different brood parasite species at their nest.Overall,our results demonstrate that despite a relaxation in selection,defenses against brood parasitism can be maintained across multiple stages of the host’s nesting cycle,and further suggest that,in accordance with previous findings,that learning may be important for fine-tuning frontline defense. 展开更多

Second, and in turn, this new path of reasoning is used to validate the quantum splitting of Einstein’s E = mc<sup>2</sup> into the sum of the ordinary energy E = mc<sup>2</sup>/22 of the quantum particle and the dark energy E = mc<sup>2</sup>(21/22) of the quantum wave, used predominantly to explain the observed accelerated expansion of the universe. 展开更多

[ Method ] Recombinant pPBA1100-e was constructed by which the gene E of bacteriophage Phix174 and temperature sensitivity expressing control system hybridized with plasmid pPBA1100 by genetic engineering method. Recombinant was transformed to Pasteurella multocida and lysis gene E expressed by temperature induction. Recombinant was detected by restriction endonuclease. Cell morphology of bacterial ghost of Pasteurella mul- tocida was observed by scanning electron microscopy and inactivation ratio was estimated by CFU analysis. I Result~ The results indicated that the recombination plasmid presented three bands by restriction endonuclease and agarose electrophoresis and that molecular weight of every band ac- corded with theoretical value. The result of SEM observing showed that recombination plasmid expressed successfully in P. multocida and produced bacterial ghost. The result of CFU detecting demonstrated that inactivation ratio of P. multocida reached 99 per cent. ~Conclusion~ This study pro- vided technical bases for the preparation of antigen vaccine of natural bacterial outer membrane protein. 展开更多

Chemotherapy is one of the major approaches for the treatment of metastatic lung cancer,although it is limited by the low tumor delivery efficacy of anticancer drugs.Bacterial therapy is emerging for cancer treatment due to its high immune stimulation effect;however,excessively generated immunogenicity will cause serious inflammatory response syndrome.Here,we prepared cancer cell membrane-coated liposomal paclitaxel-loaded bacterial ghosts(LP@BG@CCM)by layer-by-layer encapsulation for the treatment of metastatic lung cancer.The preparation processes were simple,only involving film formation,electroporation,and pore extrusion.LP@BG@CCM owned much higher 4T1 cancer cell toxicity than LP@BG due to its faster fusion with cancer cells.In the 4T1 breast cancer metastatic lung cancer mouse models,the remarkably higher lung targeting of intravenously injected LP@BG@CCM was observed with the almost normalized lung appearance,the reduced lung weight,the clear lung tissue structure,and the enhanced cancer cell apoptosis compared to its precursors.Moreover,several major immune factors were improved after administration of LP@BG@CCM,including the CD4^(+)/CD8a^(+)T cells in the spleen and the TNF-α,IFN-γ,and IL-4 in the lung.LP@BG@CCM exhibits the optimal synergistic chemo-immunotherapy,which is a promising medication for the treatment of metastatic lung cancer. 展开更多

在实现番茄自动高效采摘的过程中,精确识别番茄的成熟度至关重要。针对目前番茄成熟度识别算法皆依赖高性能硬件设备,限制实际番茄采摘机器人移动端的有效部署,提出一种基于改进YOLOv5s的轻量化番茄成熟度识别方法。首先,将YOLOv5s初始... 在实现番茄自动高效采摘的过程中,精确识别番茄的成熟度至关重要。针对目前番茄成熟度识别算法皆依赖高性能硬件设备,限制实际番茄采摘机器人移动端的有效部署,提出一种基于改进YOLOv5s的轻量化番茄成熟度识别方法。首先,将YOLOv5s初始的骨干特征提取网络替换为ShuffleNetV2网络,将特征融合网络中的传统卷积替换为Ghost卷积,减少模型的参数计算量,同时降低模型权重的大小。接着,为提高模型对番茄成熟度的识别效果,在特征提取中引入轻量级注意力机制CA来捕捉番茄成熟度的横向与纵向信息。测试结果显示,改进后的模型内存为原始模型的1/2,且相比原始YOLOv5s模型,算法模型的精确率、召回率和平均精度均值分别提高0.3%、0.1%、0.2%。最后,将模型移植到树莓派4B中,保证番茄成熟度识别准确率前提下,优化模型推理过程,证明改进算法对番茄成熟度识别任务的有效性。 展开更多

针对水母识别分类算法存在准确度低、实时性差、识别种类少等问题,提出YOLOv5-LED水母识别分类算法。首先,设计了G-Conv模块、G-BottleNeck模块和G-C3模块,并在此基础上构建基于Ghost的特征提取模块;其次,提出四尺度特征检测头结构,设... 针对水母识别分类算法存在准确度低、实时性差、识别种类少等问题,提出YOLOv5-LED水母识别分类算法。首先,设计了G-Conv模块、G-BottleNeck模块和G-C3模块,并在此基础上构建基于Ghost的特征提取模块;其次,提出四尺度特征检测头结构,设计了基于双向跨尺度PANet的特征融合结构并引入CBAM注意力机制,构建了一种新的水母检测与识别算法模型YOLOv5-LED;最后,改进了目标框损失函数,引入了基于KL散度的分布损失函数来替代交叉熵损失函数,对候选框生成算法进行了改进,且引入了基于Cluster NMS的方法来替代YOLOv5中的加权NMS算法。实验结果表明,以(0.5∶0.95)阈值为标准,YOLOv5-LED的平均检测精度较基础YOLOv5提高2.7%,参数量减少13.6%,计算量减少7.2%,在提高精度的同时,减少了一定的参数量和计算量,实现了网络轻量化。 展开更多

为了对心理健康自动检测仪目标的反常现象进行检测,研究设计了包含目标检测、目标跟踪和反常行为识别的综合模型。研究设计了基于You Only Look Once 5小型的目标检测模型,并引入卷积注意力模块来进行改进。也设计了基于深度简单在线实... 为了对心理健康自动检测仪目标的反常现象进行检测,研究设计了包含目标检测、目标跟踪和反常行为识别的综合模型。研究设计了基于You Only Look Once 5小型的目标检测模型,并引入卷积注意力模块来进行改进。也设计了基于深度简单在线实时跟踪技术的跟踪模型,并引入了Ghost模块来进行改进。研究构建了基于SlowFast结构和特征金字塔的反常行为识别模型。结果显示,检测模型的准确率最大值为98.57%,跟踪模型的曲线下面积为0.987。反常行为识别模型在正常、抹眼泪、打脸和一个地方来回走动的动作上的准确率最大值分别为95.57%、96.17%、96.58%和97.06%。所设计的综合模型具有良好的性能,能够为心理健康自动检测仪目标的反常现象检测提供目标检测、跟踪和行为识别上的技术支持。 展开更多

针对实际交通场景下车辆跟踪算法复杂度高、计算量大,难以在资源有限的设备中应用的问题,提出一种基于改进YOLOv8+DeepSORT的多目标车辆跟踪算法。在骨干网络中引入轻量化的GhostNet卷积神经网络,将Conv替换为GhostConv,在保证模型轻量... 针对实际交通场景下车辆跟踪算法复杂度高、计算量大,难以在资源有限的设备中应用的问题,提出一种基于改进YOLOv8+DeepSORT的多目标车辆跟踪算法。在骨干网络中引入轻量化的GhostNet卷积神经网络,将Conv替换为GhostConv,在保证模型轻量化的同时实现性能的提升。其次通过引入CBAM注意力机制并结合Ghost卷积技术,构建一种新的GC-C2f特征融合模块,进一步增强特征提取的能力。最后使用新的损失函数WIoU,提高模型回归精度和收敛速度。使用改进YOLOv8模型的检测结果作为DeepSORT算法的输入,实现对复杂情况下的多目标车辆跟踪。实验结果表明,在交通数据集KITTI上,GCW-YOLO+DeepSORT在检测精度没有损失的情况下,相较于原YOLOv8+DeepSORT参数量降低35.94%,计算量降低20.25%,更适合在资源有限的设备上部署,具有实用价值。 展开更多

近年来,基于深度学习的工业表面缺陷检测算法取得了显著进展。然而,深度学习模型的轻量化依然是限制其在工业现场广泛应用的关键技术难题。为应对这一挑战,设计并实现了一种改进的Ghost模块,即D-Ghost模块,并用于YOLOv8s主干网络的轻量... 近年来,基于深度学习的工业表面缺陷检测算法取得了显著进展。然而,深度学习模型的轻量化依然是限制其在工业现场广泛应用的关键技术难题。为应对这一挑战,设计并实现了一种改进的Ghost模块,即D-Ghost模块,并用于YOLOv8s主干网络的轻量化设计。D-Ghost模块通过引入通道和空间注意力机制,有效恢复了Ghost模块中因分组卷积而丢失的通道关联性,并显著增强了特征图的空间表示能力。实验结果表明,在保持模型检测精度几乎不变的同时,D-Ghost模块显著降低了YOLOv8s主干网络的计算量和参数量。与初始的YOLOv8s模型相比,采用D-Ghost模块的变体在模型权重和浮点运算量上均显著下降。综上,D-Ghost模块为工业现场应用的深度学习模型轻量化提供了一种高效且实用的解决方案。 展开更多

点云Transformer网络在提取三维点云的局部特征和携带的多级自注意力机制方面展现出了卓越的特征学习能力。然而,多级自注意力层对计算和内存资源的要求极高,且未充分考虑特征融合中层级间以及通道间的区分度与关联性。为解决上述问题,... 点云Transformer网络在提取三维点云的局部特征和携带的多级自注意力机制方面展现出了卓越的特征学习能力。然而,多级自注意力层对计算和内存资源的要求极高,且未充分考虑特征融合中层级间以及通道间的区分度与关联性。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于点云Transformer的轻量级特征增强融合分类网络EFF-LPCT。EFF-LPCT使用一维化Ghost卷积对原始网络进行重构,以降低计算复杂度和内存要求;引入自适应支路权重,以实现注意力层级间的多尺度特征融合;利用多个通道注意力模块增强特征的通道交互信息,以提高模型分类效果。在ModelNet40数据集进行的实验结果表明,EFF-LPCT在达到93.3%高精度的同时,相较于点云Transformer减少了1.11 GFLOPs的浮点计算量和0.86×10^(6)的参数量。 展开更多

学生物理实验操作过程的准确评估对中考具有重要意义。要实现实验操作的自动评分,关键在于通过检测实验设备状态的变化来推断实验操作的过程。考虑到物理实验设备状态多样且实验环境复杂,本研究提出了一种结合YOLOv5和MobileNet的级联... 学生物理实验操作过程的准确评估对中考具有重要意义。要实现实验操作的自动评分,关键在于通过检测实验设备状态的变化来推断实验操作的过程。考虑到物理实验设备状态多样且实验环境复杂,本研究提出了一种结合YOLOv5和MobileNet的级联网络模型来对实验设备状态进行自动检测。该模型首先通过改进的YOLOv5进行设备定位和初步识别,改进后的YOLOv5网络模型平均精度提升了3.6%,参数量减少了11.0%。随后,选取MobileNet对实验设备状态进行细粒度分类。最终,通过融合YOLOv5和MobileNet的输出,该模型实现了对实验设备状态的精确检测,为自动评分系统提供了有效的技术支持。 展开更多
