Among them, the design-oriented EPC project general contracting has been vigorously promoted by the national policy due to its technical advantages and resource advantages. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the general contracting mode and design-led EPC municipal projects, the existing problems in cost management, and the cost control and management measures at each stage.展开更多
