Considering mechanical limitation or device restriction in practical application, this paper investigates impulsive stabilization of nonlinear systems with impulsive gain error. Compared with the existing impulsive analytical approaches,the proposed impulsive control method is more practically applicable, which includes control gain error with an acceptable boundary. A sufficient criterion for global exponential stability of an impulsive control system is derived, which relaxes the condition for precise impulsive gain efficiently. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation based on Chua's circuit. 展开更多

To address the significant degradation of Space-Time Adaptive Processing(STAP)performance when the array elements have mutual coupling and gain/phase errors,a STAP algorithm with adaptive calibration for the above two array errors is proposed in this article.First,based on a defined error matrix that simultaneously considers both array mutual coupling and gain/phase errors,a STAP signal model including these errors is given.Then,utilizing the defined signal model,it is demonstrated that the estimation of the defined error matrix can be formulized as a standard convex optimization problem with the low-rank structure of the clutter covariance matrix and the subspace projection theory.Once the defined error matrix is estimated by solving the convex optimization problem,it is illustrated that a STAP method with adaptive calibration of the mutual coupling and gain/phase errors is coined.Analyses also show that the proposed adaptive calibration algorithm only needs one training sample to construct the adaptive weight vector.Therefore,it can achieve a good detection performance even with severe non-homogeneous clutter environments.Finally,the simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and the correctness of the analytical results. 展开更多

We present a gain adaptive tuning method for fiber Raman amplifier(FRA) using two-stage neural networks(NNs) and double weights updates. After training the connection weights of two-stage NNs separately in training phase, the connection weights of the unified NN are updated again in verification phase according to error between the predicted and target gains to eliminate the inherent error of the NNs. The simulation results show that the mean of root mean square error(RMSE) and maximum error of gains are 0.131 d B and 0.281 d B, respectively. It shows that the method can realize adaptive adjustment function of FRA gain with high accuracy. 展开更多

The effect of gain-phase perturbations and mutual coupling significantly degrades the performance of digital array radar (DAR). This paper investigates array calibration problems in the scenario where the true locations of auxiliary sources deviate from nominal values but the angle intervals are known. A practical algorithm is proposed to jointly calibrate gain-phase errors and mutual coupling errors. Firstly, a simplified model of the distortion matrix is developed based on its special structure in uniform linear array (ULA). Then the model is employed to derive the precise locations of the auxiliary sources by one-dimension search. Finally, the least-squares estimation of the distortion matrix is obtained. The algorithm has the potential of achieving considerable improvement in calibration accuracy due to the reduction of unknown parameters. In addition, the algorithm is feasible for practical applications, since it requires only one auxiliary source with the help of rotation platforms. Simulation results demonstrate the validity, robustness and high performance of the proposed algorithm. Experiments were carried out using an S-band DAR test-bed. The results of measured data show that the proposed algorithm is practical and effective in application. In this paper, fast calibration methods for a ULA's gain and phase errors both in far and near fields are proposed. In the far field, using a single sound source without exact orientation, this method horizontally rotates the array exactly once, performs eigen value decomposition for the covariance matrix of received data, then computes the gain and phase error according to the formulas. In the near field, using the same single sound source, it is necessary to rotate the array horizontally at most three times, build equations according to geometric relations, then solve them. Using the formula proposed in this paper, spherical waves are modified into plane waves. Then eigen values decomposition is performed. These two calibration methods were shown to be valid by simulation and are fast, accurate and easy to use. Finally, an analysis of factors influencing estimation precision is given. 展开更多

Most of the direction of arrival(DOA) estimation methods often need the exact array manifold, but in actual applications,the gain and phase of the channels are usually inconsistent, which will cause the estimation invalid. A novel direction finding approach for mixed far-field and near-field signals with gain-phase error array is provided. Based on simplifying the space spectrum function by matrix transformation, DOA of far-field signals is obtained. Consequently, errors of the array are acquired according to the orthogonality of far-field signal subspace and noise subspace.Finally, DOA of near-field signals can be estimated. The method merely needs one-dimensional spectrum searching, so as to improve the computational efficiency on the premise of ensuring a certain accuracy, simulation results manifest the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

针对传感器阵列存在幅相误差导致传统超分辨测向算法性能恶化的问题,提出了一种基于快速独立成分分析(fast independent component analysis,FastICA)的波达方向(direction of arrival,DOA)估计和幅相误差校正算法。该算法将幅相误差分... 针对传感器阵列存在幅相误差导致传统超分辨测向算法性能恶化的问题,提出了一种基于快速独立成分分析(fast independent component analysis,FastICA)的波达方向(direction of arrival,DOA)估计和幅相误差校正算法。该算法将幅相误差分解为增益误差与相位误差,并分别进行估计。首先利用协方差矩阵对角元素特征估计增益误差,并借助FastICA算法从阵列时域接收数据中分离出由阵列流形矩阵和幅相误差矩阵组成的混合矩阵,将其投影到信号子空间去除伪信号得到真实导向矢量的估计值;再将快拍数据分别斜投影到各真实导向矢量空间,得到各信号单独入射的快拍数据;最后利用子空间正交性谱搜索得到DOA估计值,并在此基础上估计出相位误差。本文算法在相位误差大的应用场景下,增益误差估计与DOA估计也能保持较好的性能。校正过程无需额外设置辅助信号源,且避免了经典自校正WF(Weiss-Friedlander)方法中出现的次优收敛问题。数值仿真验证了所提算法的有效性。 展开更多

由于移动液压机械臂与套索的连接处是多关节的,受空间尺寸的限制,无法在套索出口侧安装拉力传感器,造成无法实时反馈末端的摩擦力,液压机械臂在控制中受到拉力与末端摩擦力不对称的影响,形成惯性轨迹增益误差。当前对这种误差采用忽略... 由于移动液压机械臂与套索的连接处是多关节的,受空间尺寸的限制,无法在套索出口侧安装拉力传感器,造成无法实时反馈末端的摩擦力,液压机械臂在控制中受到拉力与末端摩擦力不对称的影响,形成惯性轨迹增益误差。当前对这种误差采用忽略影响的策略,容易导致实际控制中液压机械臂的轨迹偏离期望,造成控制精度下降,无法满足精确控制的要求,为此,提出一种多关节移动液压机械臂惯性轨迹增益误差控制方法。基于液压机械臂的运动特性,估计多关节移动液压机械臂的正向运动学以及逆向运动学产生的摩擦力。根据液压机械臂动力学方程设置滑模面并对其求导,通过液压机械臂控制理论设计控制方案,补充与摩擦力匹配的拉力补偿项,排除拉力与摩擦力不对称对控制器的干扰。在增添摩擦力与拉力补偿项的基础上,提出轨迹增益优化算法,结合势场函数获得更精准的轨迹增益,利用蒙特卡洛法确定轨迹增益范围,实现液压机械臂轨迹增益误差消除。试验结果表明,增益误差消除后,多关节移动液压机械臂误差控制能力强,轨迹优化效果好。 展开更多

为了降低矿用随钻测量仪器无线编码的传输能耗、提高解码的成功率、降低误码率,提出了一种低频电磁波信号通信编码设计方法。该方法通过改进传统编码技术的抗噪性能与能效表现,实现了信号传输可靠性与系统续航能力的协同优化。基于信号... 为了降低矿用随钻测量仪器无线编码的传输能耗、提高解码的成功率、降低误码率,提出了一种低频电磁波信号通信编码设计方法。该方法通过改进传统编码技术的抗噪性能与能效表现,实现了信号传输可靠性与系统续航能力的协同优化。基于信号特征构建相关筛选机制以强化编码抗干扰性,结合硬阈值动态调节编码率实现增益提升;同时,通过能量约束下的脉冲参数优化模型(包含脉冲数量与占空比的定量调控策略),在保证通信质量的前提下显著延长设备持续工作时长。结果表明,该编码方法与传统的曼彻斯特编码方法相比,占空比由50%缩减到25%,节省了电池能量消耗,提升了抗噪能力,对保证随钻测量仪器探测的准确性具有重要意义。 展开更多

Gain-scheduling has got its wide applications in modern flight control, in which control gains are scheduled with variables such as dynamic pressure and Mach number, to meet dynamic response requirements in different flight conditions. Classical gain-scheduling approaches may result in some problems, which can not guarantee global robustness and stability in transitions of different flight conditions. Gain-scheduling problem is systematically investigated from robustness point of view in the paper. Detailed procedures for gain-scheduled controller to achieve both robustness and stability performance are given and applied to a typical flight control system. For switching stability problems of different flight conditions in flight control systems, a new approach is proposed, in which different flight conditions are reduced into a parameter varying plant using interpolation firstly, and then parameter-varying controller design goes next. Though interpolation errors may exist, the robust parameter varying controller design can compensate for those uncertainties and errors, and finally achieve good performance of robustness and switching stability during transitions. Illustrative simulation at last shows satisfactory results. 展开更多

The disadvantage of traditional polar exciser (PE) is the performance degradation when the power of interference is low, i.e., the threshold effect. The proposed improved PE (IMPE) algorithm can overcome the threshold effect of PE by introducing compression gain (CG) metric, which forces PE suppressor active only at larger jammer-to-signal ratio (JSR) and switch to matched filter (MF) at lower JSR. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations show the exactness of CG as a switching metric and the validity of the IMPE algorithm. 展开更多

Polynomial-Based Evaluation of the Impact of Aperture Phase Taper on the Gain of Rectangular Horns

The aperture phase taper due to quadratic phase errors in the principal planes of a rectangular horn imposes signifi-cant constraints on the on-axis far-field gain of the horn. The precise calculation of gain reduction involves Fresnel integrals;therefore, exact results are obtained only from numerical methods. However, in horns’ analysis and design, simple closed-form expressions are often required for the description of horn-gain. This paper provides a set of simple polynomial approximations that adequately describe the gain reduction factors of pyramidal and sectoral horns. The proposed formulas are derived using least-squares polynomial regression analysis and they are valid for a broad range of quadratic phase error values. Numerical results verify the accuracy of the derived expressions. Application examples and comparisons with methods in the literature demonstrate the efficacy of the approach. 展开更多

为减小传感器幅相误差的影响,提升方位估计性能,针对L型传感器阵列提出一种存在幅相误差下的稳健稀疏贝叶斯二维波达方向(Direction-Of-Arrival,DOA)估计方法。引入一个辅助角,将二维DOA估计问题转化为两个一维角度估计问题。利用L型阵... 为减小传感器幅相误差的影响,提升方位估计性能,针对L型传感器阵列提出一种存在幅相误差下的稳健稀疏贝叶斯二维波达方向(Direction-Of-Arrival,DOA)估计方法。引入一个辅助角,将二维DOA估计问题转化为两个一维角度估计问题。利用L型阵列两子阵数据互协方差矩阵的对角线元素向量,构造一个含有幅相误差的稀疏表示模型,采用期望最大算法推导未知参数表达式并进行迭代运算,进而获得离网格和信号精度,利用二者构建新的空间谱函数,通过谱峰搜索估计出辅助角;将求得辅助角代入含有幅相误差的阵列接收数据稀疏表示模型,再次运用稀疏贝叶斯学习方法,估计出入射信号的俯仰角;根据3个角之间的关系,估计出方位角。研究结果表明:该方法实现了方位角和俯仰角的自动匹配,进一步克服了幅相误差对估计性能的影响,提高了方位估计的精度和角度分辨力,尤其是在高信噪比和幅相误差较大情况下优势更明显;仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。 展开更多
