We present an experimental determination on the Lande g-factors for the 5 s^2 ^1 S0 and 5 s5 p ^3P0 states in ultra-cold atomic systems, which is important for evaluating the Zeeman shift of the clock transition in the ^87Sr optical lattice clock. The Zeeman shift of the 5 s5 p ^3 P0-5 s^2 ^1 S0 forbidden transition is measured with the π-polarized and σ^±-polarized interrogations at different magnetic field strengths. Moreover, in the g-factor measurement with the σ^±-transition spectra, it is unnecessary to calibrate the external magnetic field. By this means, the ground state 5 s^2 ^1 S0 g-factor for the ^87Sr atom is-1.306(52) ×10^-4, which is the first experimental determination to the best of our knowledge, and the result matches very well with the theoretical estimation. The differential g-factorδg between the 5 s5 p^3 P0 state and the 5 s^2 ^1 S0 state of the ^87Sr atoms is measured in the experiment as well,which are-7.67(36) ×10^-5 with π-transition spectra and-7.72(43) X 10^-5 with σ^±-transition spectra, in good agreement with the previous report [Phys. Rev. A 76(2007) 022510]. This work can also be used for determining the differential g-factor of the clock states for the optical clocks based on other atoms. 展开更多

The Real Reason Why the Electron’s Bare g-Factor Is 2 Times Classical 被引量:1

When analyzing an Electron’s orbit’s and movements, a “classical” bare g-factor of “1” must be used, but when analyzing just the Electron itself, a bare g-factor and gyromagnetic ratio of twice the “classical” value is needed to fit reality. Nobody has fully explained this yet. By examining the electromagnetic wave nature of the electron, it is possible to show a simple reason why its bare g-factor must be 2, without resorting to superluminal velocities or dismissing it as mystically intrinsic. A simple charged electromagnetic wave loop (CEWL) model of the electron that maintains the same electromagnetic wave nature as the high-energy photons from which electron-positron pairs form, will have exactly half of its energy in the form of magnetic energy who’s field lines are perpendicular to the direction of the charge rotation, which leads to the conclusion that only half of the electron’s electromagnetic mass is rotational mass, from which it is easy to calculate a bare g-factor of 2 using Feynman’s equation for the electron’s g-factor. 展开更多

The g-factors of the intra-band states 12, 13, 14, 15 in a magnetic-rotational band built on the 11 state in S2Rb are measured for the first time by using a transient magnetic field-ion implantation perturbed angular distribution (TMF-IMPAD) method. The magnetic-rotational band in ^82Rb is populated by the ^60Ni(27A1,4pn)^82Rb reaction, and the time-integral Larmor precessions are measured after recoil implantation into a polarized Fe foil. The calculation of g-factors is also carried out in terms of a semi-classical model of independent particle angular momentum coupling on the basis of the four-quasiparticle configuration π(99/2)^2 Оπ(p3/2, f5/2) О v (g9/2). The measured and calculated g-factors are in good agreement with each other. The g-factors and deduced shear angles decrease with the increase of spin along the band. This clearly illustrates the shear effect of a step-by-step alignment of the valence protons and neutrons in magnetic rotation. The semi-classical calculation also shows that the alignment of the valence neutron angular momentum is faster than that of the valence protons, which results in a decrease of g-factors with increasing spin. The present results provide solid evidence of the shear mechanism of magnetic rotation. 展开更多

Highly charged nickel ions have been suggested as candidates for the ultra-precise optical clock, meanwhile the relevant experiment has been carried out. In the framework of the multiconfiguration Dirac–Hartree–Fock(MCDHF)method, we calculated the hyperfine interaction constants, the Landég-factors, and the electric quadrupole moments for the low-lying states in the 61Ni11+,61Ni12+,61Ni14+, and61Ni15+ ions. These states are clock states of the selected clock transitions in highly charged nickel ions(see Fig. 1). Based on discussing the effects of the electron correlations, the Breit interaction, and quantum electrodynamics(QED) effect on these physical quantities, reasonable uncertainties were obtained for our calculated results. In addition, the electric quadrupole frequency shifts and the Zeeman frequency shifts of the clock transitions concerned were analyzed. 展开更多

The study of magnetic field effects on the clock transition of Mg and Cd optical lattice clocks is scarce.In this work,the hyperfine-induced Landég-factors and quadratic Zeeman shift coefficients of the nsnp ^(3)P_(0)^(o) clock states for ^(111,113)Cd and ^(25)Mg were calculated by using the multi-configuration Dirac–Hartree–Fock theory.To obtain accurate values of these parameters,the impact of electron correlations and furthermore the Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamical effects on the Zeeman and hyperfine interaction matrix elements,and energy separations were investigated in detail.We also estimated the contributions from perturbing states to the Landég-factors and quadratic Zeeman shift coefficients concerned so as to truncate the summation over the perturbing states without loss of accuracy.Our calculations provide important data for estimating the first-and second-order Zeeman shifts of the clock transition for the Cd and Mg optical lattice clocks. 展开更多

Electron G-Factor Anomaly and the Charge Thickness

Experiments yielded a value of 2 plus a very small fraction, ref... The electron g-factor relates the magnetic moment to the spin angular momentum. It was originally theoretically calculated to have a value of exactly 2. Experiments yielded a value of 2 plus a very small fraction, referred to as the g-factor anomaly. This anomaly has been calculated theoretically as a power series of the fine structure constant. This document shows that the anomaly is the result of the electron charge thickness. If the thickness were to be zero, g = 2 exactly, and there would be no anomaly. As the thickness increases, the anomaly increases. An equation relating the g-factor and the surface charge thickness is presented. The thickness is calculated to be 0.23% of the electron radius. The cause of the anomaly is very clear, but why is the charge thickness greater than zero? Using the model of the interior structure of the electron previously proposed by the author, it is shown that the non-zero thickness, and thus the g-factor anomaly, are due to the proposed positive charge at the electron center and compressibility of the electron material. The author’s previous publication proposes a theory for splitting the electron into three equal charges when subjected to a strong external magnetic field. That theory is revised in this document, and the result is an error reduced to 0.4% in the polar angle where the splits occur and a reduced magnetic field required to cause the splits. 展开更多

Crystal-phase low-dimensional structures offer great potential for the implementation of photonic devices of interest for quantum information processing.In this context,unveiling the fundamental parameters of the crystal phase structure is of much relevance for several applications.Here,we report on the anisotropy of the g-factor tensor and diamagnetic coefficient in wurtzite/zincblende(WZ/ZB)crystal-phase quantum dots(QDs)realized in single InP nanowires.The WZ and ZB alternating axial sections in the NWs are identified by high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy.The electron(hole)g-factor tensor and the exciton diamagnetic coefficients in WZ/ZB crystal-phase QDs are determined through micro-photoluminescence measurements at low temperature(4.2 K)with different magnetic field configurations,and rationalized by invoking the spin-correlated orbital current model.Our work provides key parameters for band gap engineering and spin states control in crystal-phase low-dimensional structures in nanowires. 展开更多

Taking into account anisotropy, nonparabolicity of the conduction band, and geometrical confinement, we discuss the heavy-hole excitonic states in a strained GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot for various Ga alloy contents. The strained quantum dot is considered as a spherical InAs dot surrounded by a GaAs barrier material. The dependence of the effective excitonic g-factor as a function of dot radius and Ga ion content is numerically measured. Interband optical energy with and without the parabolic effect is computed using structural confinement. The interband matrix element for different Ga concentrations is also calculated. The oscillator strength of interband transitions on the dot radius is studied at different Ga concentrations in the GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot. Heavy-hole excitonic absorption spectra are recorded for various Ga alloy contents in the GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot. Results show that oscillator strength diminishes when dot size decreases because of the dominance of the quantum size effect. Furthermore, exchange enhancement and exchange sDlitting increase as exciton confinement inereases. 展开更多

The ground-state magnetic moment, g K factor and quenching spin gyromagnetic ratio have been calculated using the microscopic method based on the Quasiparticle Phonon Nuclear Model(QPNM) for ^155-169 Ho nuclei for the first time. It is shown that the residual spin-spin interactions are responsible for the core polarization,and because of the core polarization the spin gyromagnetic factors are quenched. By considering the core polarization effects, a satisfactory agreement is obtained for the computed ground state g K factor, which gives an intrinsic contribution to the magnetic moments. In order to assess the collective contribution to the magnetic moments, the rotational gyromagnetic factors g R have been also calculated within the cranking approximation using the single particle wave function of the axially symmetric Woods-Saxon potential. For the ground-state magnetic moments of odd-proton ^155-165 Ho nuclei, a good description of the experimental data is obtained with an accuracy of 0.01–0.1μN. From systematic trends, the quenching spin gyromagnetic factor, g K factor and magnetic moment have also been theoretically predicted for167,169 Ho where there is no existing experimental data. 展开更多

目的 分析热性惊厥(FC)患儿癫痫发生情况及影响因素。方法 选取2021年5月至2023年5月滨州市中心医院收治的94例FC患儿进行回顾性分析,分析患儿癫痫发生情况,并进行单因素与多因素logistic回归分析以明确癫痫发生的危险因素。结果 纳入... 目的 分析热性惊厥(FC)患儿癫痫发生情况及影响因素。方法 选取2021年5月至2023年5月滨州市中心医院收治的94例FC患儿进行回顾性分析,分析患儿癫痫发生情况,并进行单因素与多因素logistic回归分析以明确癫痫发生的危险因素。结果 纳入的94例FC患儿中,32例发生癫痫,发生率为34.04%;发生组FC持续时间较未发生组更长,FC发作次数更多,脑电图(EEG)额颞叶区异常以及EEG非特异性异常表现占比更高(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,FC持续时间(OR=1.285)、FC发作次数(OR=3.718)、EEG额颞叶区异常(OR=5.875)、EEG非特异性异常表现(OR=2.312)是FC患儿发生癫痫的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 FC患儿发生癫痫的风险较高,与FC持续时间、FC发作次数、EEG异常部位、EEG异常表现有关。 展开更多

This study determined the lifetime of the first excited state(5∕2_(1)^(+))in ^(139)La via β-γ time-difference measurement using a LaBr_(3)+plastic scintillator array.This state is populated following the decay of ^(139)Ba produced in the^(138)Ba(n,γ)reaction.Compared with previous experiments using only stilbene/plastic crystals,this experiment separates the background contribution in the γ-ray spectrum owing to the high energy resolution of LaBr_(3).The L-forbidden M1 transition strength,B(M1,5∕2_(1)^(+)→7∕2_(1)^(+)),in^(139)La was measured and compared with detailed large-scale shell model calculations,with a special focus on the core-excitation effect.The results showed the importance of both proton and neutron core-excitations in explaining the M1 transition strength.Meanwhile,the effective g-factor for the tensor term of the M1 operator was smaller than the previously reported value in this region or around ^(208)Pb. 展开更多

目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中含有G结构域和FHA结构域的血管生成因子1(AGGF1)表达与血管生成拟态(VM)的关系及其临床意义。方法选择2019年1月至2021年5月在黄石市中心医院和湖北省肿瘤医院接受手术治疗的89例HCC患者作为研究对象,收集8... 目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中含有G结构域和FHA结构域的血管生成因子1(AGGF1)表达与血管生成拟态(VM)的关系及其临床意义。方法选择2019年1月至2021年5月在黄石市中心医院和湖北省肿瘤医院接受手术治疗的89例HCC患者作为研究对象,收集89例患者的HCC组织和癌旁正常组织(距肿瘤边缘≥5 cm),以及其临床资料。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测组织中AGGF1和CD34表达情况。采用CD34-PAS双重染色法检测组织中VM形成情况。对HCC患者随访3年后,记录术后生存情况。比较2种组织中AGGF1、CD34阳性表达率,以及HCC组织中AGGF1阳性表达组与AGGF1阴性表达组的VM阳性率。采用Pearson线性相关性分析探讨HCC组织中AGGF1表达与VM形成的相关性。分析AGGF1表达、VM形成与HCC患者临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析AGGF1表达、VM形成对HCC患者预后的影响。采用单因素和多因素Cox回归分析探讨HCC患者预后的影响因素。结果HCC组织中AGGF1、CD34阳性表达率均分别显著高于癌旁正常组织(66.3%比28.1%,χ^(2)=13.030;65.2%比15.7%,χ^(2)=22.577;P均<0.001)。HCC组织中,AGGF1阳性表达组的VM阳性率显著高于AGGF1阴性表达组(50.8%比16.7%,χ^(2)=9.738,P<0.001)。AGGF1表达与CD34表达、VM形成均呈正相关(r=0.319,P=0.001;r=0.288,P=0.003)。HCC组织中AGGF1表达、VM形成与肿瘤直径、有无血管侵犯、中国肝癌分期(CNLC分期)、有无淋巴结转移均相关(P均<0.01),VM形成与肿瘤分化程度亦相关(P<0.01)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,VM阳性且AGGF1阳性表达患者的术后生存率较VM阴性且AGGF1阴性表达的患者显著降低(P=0.000)。Cox回归分析结果显示,AGGF1阳性表达和VM形成均为HCC患者术后生存率的独立危险因素(HR=2.042,HR=2.952,P均<0.01)。结论AGGF1高表达可促进HCC中VM形成,两者呈正相关。AGGF1高表达和VM形成均可促进HCC侵袭和转移,且均与患者预后不良密切相关,两者均是潜在的HCC患者预后预测指标和治疗靶点。 展开更多

目的探讨异氟醚麻醉对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)小鼠认知功能、海马神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及其受体酪氨酸激酶A(tyrosine receptor kinase A,TrkA)信号通路的影响,并验证G蛋白抑制性α亚单位1/3(G protein... 目的探讨异氟醚麻醉对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)小鼠认知功能、海马神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及其受体酪氨酸激酶A(tyrosine receptor kinase A,TrkA)信号通路的影响,并验证G蛋白抑制性α亚单位1/3(G protein inhibitoryαsubunit,Gαi1/3)在该通路中的作用。方法选择12只野生雄性小鼠为对照组,另选48只雄性APP/PSI转基因小鼠,制备AD小鼠术后认知功能障碍(post operative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)模型,将其分为AD组、AD+POCD组、腺病毒空载组、Gαi1/3过表达组,每组12只。通过Morris水迷宫和新物体识别实验评估各组学习记忆功能;采用Western blot法检测海马组织β淀粉样蛋白1-42(amyloidβ-protein 1-42,Aβ1-42)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、突触结合蛋白1(synaptotagmin-1,Syt1)、突触素1(synapsin-1,SYN1)及NGF、磷酸化TrkA(phosphorylation-TrkA,p-TrkA)、Gαi1/3、磷酸化接头蛋白Gab1(phosphorylation-Gab1,p-Gab1)表达情况。结果与对照组及AD组比较,AD+POCD组第2~4天逃避潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),Aβ1-42、IL-6、TNF-α表达显著增加(P<0.05),Syt1、SYN1、NGF、p-TrkA、Gαi1/3、p-Gab1表达显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与AD+POCD组及腺病毒空载组比较,Gαi1/3过表达组第2~4天逃避潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.05),Syt1、SYN1、Gαi1/3、p-Gab1表达显著增加(P<0.05)。Gαi1/3过表达组Aβ1-42(2.00±0.39 vs 3.38±0.38)、IL-6(1.65±0.37 vs 3.36±0.39)、TNF-α(1.58±0.30 vs 2.90±0.31)表达显著低于腺病毒空载组(P<0.05)。结论异氟醚麻醉可加重AD小鼠POCD,过表达Gαi1/3可通过激活Gab1磷酸化改善认知功能。 展开更多

目的 探究血清核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、胃泌素-17(G-17)、人类白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)联合检测对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染相关早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2023年2月至2025年2月收治的Hp感染患者135例为研究对象,根据胃组织病理活检结果分为... 目的 探究血清核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、胃泌素-17(G-17)、人类白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)联合检测对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染相关早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2023年2月至2025年2月收治的Hp感染患者135例为研究对象,根据胃组织病理活检结果分为对照组51例、癌前病变组44例和早期胃癌组40例。比较3组患者一般资料及血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G水平,采用Pearson相关分析Hp感染患者血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G水平间的相关性,采用多因素Logistic回归分析Hp感染患者早期胃癌发生影响因素,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G对Hp感染相关早期胃癌的诊断价值。结果 对照组、癌前病变组、早期胃癌组胃癌家族史占比及中性粒细胞数依次升高,淋巴细胞数依次降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组、癌前病变组、早期胃癌组血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G水平依次升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示Hp感染患者血清NF-κB与G-17、HLA-G水平呈正相关(r=0.522、0.481,P<0.001),血清G-17与HLA-G水平呈正相关(r=0.493,P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G水平是Hp感染患者发生早期胃癌的危险因素(P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G联合诊断Hp感染患者发生早期胃癌的曲线下面积均高于血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G单独诊断(Z=4.763、4.196、3.389,P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染相关早期胃癌患者血清NF-κB、G-17、HLA-G水平升高,且三者联合检测对Hp感染相关早期胃癌具有较高的诊断价值。 展开更多

目的:分析血清游离轻链(sFLC)、人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)、成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者DS分期的相关性。方法:以2024年1月至2025年1月在信丰县人民医院进行治疗的68例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为观察组,另选择同期信... 目的:分析血清游离轻链(sFLC)、人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)、成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者DS分期的相关性。方法:以2024年1月至2025年1月在信丰县人民医院进行治疗的68例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为观察组,另选择同期信丰县人民医院60例健康体检者为对照组,探究血清sFLC、HLA-G、FGF-23水平与MM患者DS分期的相关性,以期及早判断疾病分期,指导临床治疗方案拟定。结果:观察组患者血清sFLC、HLA-G、FGF-23水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清sFLC、HLA-G、FGF-23水平随着MM患者DS分期的进展而显著升高(Ⅰ期<Ⅱ期<Ⅲ期,P<0.001)。采用Spearman相关性分析显示,血清sFLC、HLA-G、FGF-23水平与MM患者DS分期呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清sFLC、HLA-G、FGF-23水平对DS分期进展为中晚期有影响(P<0.05)。结论:血清sFLC、HLA-G、FGF-23水平在MM患者中显著升高,且随着DS分期的进展逐渐升高,与疾病分期呈正相关,可作为评估MM疾病进展和预后的潜在生物标志物。 展开更多
