These methods are based on primary maximizing Max(F)Ent measure for fixed moment vector function in order to obtain the special functional with maximum values of Max(F)Ent measure and secondary optimization of mentioned functional with respect to moment vector functions. Distributions, in other words sets of successive values of estimated membership function closest to (furthest from) the given membership function in the sense of Max(F)Ent measure, obtained by mentioned methods are defined as (MinMax(F)Ent)m which is closest to a given membership function and (MaxMax(F)Ent)m which is furthest from a given membership function. It took the full advantage of the information from orthogonal experiments to obtain the optimal liposome preparation conditions by considering all the evaluation indexes. Liposomes were made by the modified reverse-phase evaporation method and the properties of liposomes including size, encapsulation efficiency and physical stability were selected as the evaluation indexes to indicate the quality of liposomes. The experimental data of these properties were analyzed by three different methods including direct observation, variance analysis and fuzzy analytical method. The optimal preparation conditions obtained from these methods were validated with further experiments. The results of all possible combinations of levels for all factors in orthogonal experiments were acquired by the fuzzy analytical method. Two important parts are improved, the weights determining and fuzzy membership functions. The coefficient of variation of each indicator is used to determine the weight instead of traditional calculating superscales method. On the other hand, fuzzy matter-elements are constructed, and normal membership degrees are used instead of traditional trapezoidal ones. The composite fuzzy matter-elements with associated coefficient are constructed through associated transformation. The levels of natural water quality are determined according to the principle of maximum correlation. The improved fuzzy matter-element evaluation method is applied to evaluate water quality of the Luokou mainstream estuary at the first ten weeks in 2011 with the coefficient of variatiola method determining the weights. Water quality of Luokou mainstream estuary is dropping from level I to level II. The results of the improved evaluation method are basically the same as the official water quality. The variation coefficient method can reduce the workload, and overcome the adverse effects from abnormal values, compared with the traditional calculating superscales method. The results of improved fuzzy matter- element evaluation method are more credible than the ones of the traditional evaluation method. The improved evaluation method can use information of monitoring data more scientifically and comprehensively, and broaden a new evaluation method for water quality assessment.展开更多

However, since the risk of casualties and economic loss by mining accidents, the application of clean and safe production in phosphorus mines encounters great challenges. For this purpose, a man-machine-environment system composed of evaluation indexes was established, and the grading standards of indexes were defined. Firstly, the measurements of 39 qualitative indexes were obtained through the survey data. According to the measured values of 31 quantitative indexes, the measurements of quantitative indexes were calculated by linear measurement function(LM) and other three functions. Then the singleindex measurement evaluation matrixes were established. Secondly, the entropy weight method was used to determine the weights of each index directly. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was also applied to calculate the weights of index and index factor hierarchies after the established hierarchical model. The weights of system hierarchies were given by the grid-based fuzzy Borda method(GFB). The comprehensive weights were determined by the combination method of AHP and GFB(CAG). Furthermore, the multi-index comprehensive measurement evaluation vectors were obtained.Thirdly, the vectors were evaluated by the credible degree recognition(CDR) and the maximum membership(TMM)criteria. Based on the above functions, methods, and criteria, 16 combination evaluation methods were recommended. Finally, the clean and safe production grade of Kaiyang phosphate mine in China was evaluated. The results show that the LM-CAG-CDR is the most reasonable method, which can not only determine the clean and safe production grade of phosphorus mines, but also improve the development level of clean and safe mining of phosphorus mines for guidance. In addition, some beneficial suggestions and measures were also proposed to advance the clean and safe production grade of Kaiyang phosphorus mine.展开更多

A multi-objective optimization model based on the T-FAHP is presented subsequently, in which many factors influencing the lectotype of offshore platform are taken into account synthetically, such as the original investment, the maintenance, cost, the ability of resisting fatigue and corrosion, the construction period, the threat to the environment, and so on. With this method, the experts can give the relatively precise ranking weight of each index and at the same time the requirement of consistence checking can be met, The result of a calculation example shows that the T-FAHP is practical.展开更多

If too much necessary spatial distribution information of color is lost in JSEG, it is difficult or even impossible for JSEG to segment image correctly. Enlightened from segmentation based on fuzzy theories, soft class-map is constracted to solve that problem. The definitions of values and other related ones are adjusted according to the soft class-map. With more detailed values obtained from soft class map, more color distribution information is preserved. Experiments on a synthetic image and many other color images illustrate that JSEG with soft class-map can solve efficiently the problem that in a region there may exist color gradual variation in a smooth transition. It is a more robust method especially for images which haven' t been heavily blurred near boundaries of underlying regions.展开更多

By employing FIEM together with the experience of TT&C experts, the index system to evaluate the selection of the best initial orbits is established after the data sources and orbit determination theories are studied. Besides, the concrete steps in employing the method are presented. Moreover, by taking the objects to be evaluated as evaluation experts, the problem of how to generate evaluation matrices is solved. Through practical application, the method to select the best initial orbital elements has been proved to be flexible and effective The originality of the method is to find a new evaluation criterion (comparing the actually tracked orbits) replacing the traditional one (comparing the nominal orbits) for selecting the best orbital elements.展开更多

Considering the fuzzy randomness of the structural physical parameters and geometric dimensions simultaneously, the structural stiffness and mass matrices axe constructed based on the fuzzy factor method and random factor method; from the Rayleigh's quotient of structural vibration, the structural fuzzy random dynamic characteristic is obtained by means of the interval arithmetic; the fuzzy numeric characteristics of dynamic characteristic axe then derived by using the random variable's moment function method and algebra synthesis method. Two examples axe used to illustrate the validity and rationality of the method given. The advantage of this method is that the effect of the fuzzy randomness of one of the structural parameters on the fuzzy randomness of the dynamic characteristic can be reflected expediently and objectively.展开更多

However, only limited power spectral density(PSD) data can be obtained at the stage of flight test. Thus, those conventional evaluation methods cannot be employed when the distribution characteristics and priori information are unknown. In this paper, the fuzzy norm method(FNM) is proposed which combines the advantages of fuzzy theory and norm theory. The proposed method can deeply dig system information from limited data, which probability distribution is not taken into account. Firstly, the FNM is employed to evaluate variable interval and expanded uncertainty from limited PSD data, and the performance of FNM is demonstrated by confidence level, reliability and computing accuracy of expanded uncertainty. In addition, the optimal fuzzy parameters are discussed to meet the requirements of aviation standards and metrological practice. Finally, computer simulation is used to prove the adaptability of FNM. Compared with statistical methods, FNM has superiority for evaluating expanded uncertainty from limited data. The results show that the reliability of calculation and evaluation is superior to 95%.展开更多

In this paper, the factors affecting mining method selection are determined. These factors include shape, thick- ness, depth, slope, RMR and RSS of the orebody, RMR and RSS of the hanging wall and footwall. Then, the priorities of these factors are calculated. In order to calculate the priorities of factors and select the best mining method for Qapiliq salt mine, Iran, based on these priorities, fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) technique is used. In addition, some beneficial suggestions and measures were also proposed to advance the clean and safe production grade of Kaiyang phosphorus mine.

文摘A Three-Scale Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (T-FAHP) is proposed by introducing the Three-Scale Analytical Hierarchy Process (T-AHP) and the trapezoid fuzzy number. With this method, the experts can give the relatively precise ranking weight of each index and at the same time the requirement of consistence checking can be met, The result of a calculation example shows that the T-FAHP is practical.

文摘Water quality assessment of lakes is important to determine functional zones of water use.Considering the fuzziness during the partitioning process for lake water quality in an arid area,a multiplex model of fuzzy clustering with pattern recognition was developed by integrating transitive closure method,ISODATA algorithm in fuzzy clustering and fuzzy pattern recognition. The model was applied to partition the Ulansuhai Lake,a typical shallow lake in arid climate zone in the west part of Inner Mongolia,China and grade the condition of water quality divisions. The results showed that the partition well matched the real conditions of the lake, and the method has been proved accurate in the application.
文摘Color quantization is bound to lose spatial information of color distribution. It is a more robust method especially for images which haven' t been heavily blurred near boundaries of underlying regions.

文摘The fuzzy integration evaluation method (FIEM) is studied in order to select the best orbital elements from the multi-group initial orbits determined by a satellite TT&C (Tracking, Telemetry and Control) center with all kinds of data sources. Through practical application, the method to select the best initial orbital elements has been proved to be flexible and effective The originality of the method is to find a new evaluation criterion (comparing the actually tracked orbits) replacing the traditional one (comparing the nominal orbits) for selecting the best orbital elements.
文摘For same cases the rules of monosource fuzzy numbers con be used into the solution of fuzzy stochastic finite element equations in engineering. This method can reduce the computing quantity of the solution. It can be proved that the amount of the solution is nearly as much as that with the general stochastic finite element method (SFEM). In addition, a new method to appreciate the structural fuzzy failure probability is presented for the needs of the modem engineering design.

文摘A new fuzzy stochastic finite element method based on the fuzzy factor method and random factor method is given and the analysis of structural dynamic characteristic for fuzzy stochastic truss structures is presented. The advantage of this method is that the effect of the fuzzy randomness of one of the structural parameters on the fuzzy randomness of the dynamic characteristic can be reflected expediently and objectively.

文摘Based on the widely used DRASTIC method, a fuzzy pattern recognition and optimization method was proposed and applied to the fissured-karstic aquifer of Zhangji area for assessing groundwater vulnerability to pollution. The result is compared with DRASTIC method. It is shown that by taking the fuzziness into consideration, the fuzzy pattern recognition and optimization method reflects more efficiently the fuzzy nature of the groundwater vulnerability to pollution and is more applicable in reality.

文摘For random vibration of airborne platform, the accurate evaluation is a key indicator to ensure normal operation of airborne equipment in flight. The results show that the reliability of calculation and evaluation is superior to 95%.

文摘In this paper,we propose a local fuzzy method based on the idea of "p-strong" community to detect the disjoint and overlapping communities in networks. In the method,a refined agglomeration rule is designed for agglomerating nodes into local communities, and the overlapping nodes are detected based on the idea of making each community strong. We propose a contribution coefficient bvcito measure the contribution of an overlapping node to each of its belonging communities, and the fuzzy coefficients of the overlapping node can be obtained by normalizing the bvci to all its belonging communities. The running time of our method is analyzed and varies linearly with network size.We investigate our method on the computergenerated networks and real networks. The testing results indicate that the accuracy of our method in detecting disjoint communities is higher than those of the existing local methods and our method is efficient for detecting the overlapping nodes with fuzzy coefficients.Furthermore, the local optimizing scheme used in our method allows us to partly solve the resolution problem of the global modularity.

Finally,it obtained the relative livability of each city and the ranking of livability of each city.
文摘Mining method selection is the first and the most critical problem in mine design and depends on some parameters such as geotechnical and geological features and economic and geographic factors. For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared and was given to the associated experts. Finally, after a comparison carried out based on the effective factors, between the four mining methods including area mining, room and pillar, cut and fill and stope and pillar methods, the stope and nillar mining method was selected as the most suitable method to this mine.
