Building a community with a shared future for human beings is a new vision for the development of the international human rights. only when the perfection and implementation of Constitution and law are paid attention to, and the democratization and legalization of the international human rights cause are promoted, can the guarantee be provided for the realization of human rights. The important discourse on human rights by General Secretary Xi Jinping is guided by Marxism, carries the communist party member’s original intention of serving people and is deeply rooted in the masses of the people. It inherits the theory of "benevolence" and "harmony" in Chinese culture,stands at the height of history and times, and points out the direction for the all-round development of Chinese people and the overall progress of society, and for the liberation of all mankind. This scientific theory is successfully guiding China’s human rights construction constantly towards new achievements and has had a profound and extensive impact on the international human rights cause.

文摘The victorious convening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has indicated China’s major-country diplomacy with its own characteristics has entered a new era.Rooted in China’s diplomatic practices since the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC,this paper is intended to elaborate on the issues relating to the concepts and principles of China’s major-country diplomacy with its own characteristics for a new era,in a bid to establish a basic framework for their studies.The core concepts of China’s major-country diplomacy with its own characteristics for a new era include a community with a shared future for humanity;inclusive development;amity,sincerity,mutual benefit,and inclusiveness;and the correct view on righteousness and interests.And the basic principles of China’s major-country diplomacy with its own characteristics for a new era include being enthusiastic and pressing on;bottom-line thinking;win-win cooperation;and mutual consultation,joint construction and co-sharing.These concepts and principles should be applied in China’s concrete diplomatic practices.

文摘China’s Global Development Initiative(GDI)and Global Security Initiative(GSI)symbolize the important innovations,in theory and in practice,resulting from President Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy in recent years.Both initiatives were proposed by President Xi Jinping,who has been standing with the people and supporting laws for the development of human society.These initiatives disseminate Chinese wisdom and inputs in responding to the questions posed by the world,by our times,and by history,thus having a significant impact on China’s peaceful development,as well as on global prosperity and progress.Presently,the once-in-a-century changes that shape the world today are evolving rapidly,and the international security situation is undergoing complex transformations.To address urgent issues and make new contributions to global peace and development,it is crucial to systematically study and deeply reflect on the GDI and the GSI and seek synergy between the two.
