It is found that network transmission capacity can be considerably enhanced by adjusting the parameter with various allocations of node capability for packet delivery. Moreover, the proposed routing strategy provides a traffic load distribution which can better match the allocation of node capability than that of traditional efficient routing strategies, leading to a network with improved transmission performance. This routing strategy, without deviating from the shortest-path routing strategy in the length of paths too much, produces improved performance indexes such as critical generating rate, average length of paths and average search information.展开更多
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has established 21 Free Trade Pilot Zones(FTZs),achieving significant pioneering results in reform and opening up and creating a strong demo...Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has established 21 Free Trade Pilot Zones(FTZs),achieving significant pioneering results in reform and opening up and creating a strong demonstrative effect nationwide.The basic experience from a decade of FTZs includes:adhering to the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee;combining top-level design with encouragement of grassroots innovation;leveraging the distinct characteristics and strengths of FTZs to form a differentiated development pattern;maintaining the integration of opening up with domestic reforms;using openness to drive reforms;and organically combining openness with national security assurance.Under the current and future new circumstances,China’s FTZs face new challenges and tasks.In accordance with the directives of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,an enhancement strategy for the FTZs needs to be implemented.This involves the following:First,accurately understanding and responding to the changing situation to create strategic opportunities.Second,shifting paradigms to implement innovation-driven strategies,using the new development pattern concept to guide the reform experiments and construction of the FTZs.Third,granting more autonomy to FTZs for reforms,pursuing progress while maintaining stability,and solidly advancing the reform experiments in the FTZs.Fourth,orderly expanding the opening up of the service sector and cautiously advancing the internationalization of the renminbi.Fifth,promoting innovative development in trade to build a strong trade nation.Sixth,establishing synergy with bilateral FTZs,Belt and Road cooperation,and national diplomatic strategies to enhance the linkage effect.展开更多

The development of efficient and cost‐effective metal‐free electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)has become crucial for electrochemical energy systems.However,reasonably validating and precisely regulat...The development of efficient and cost‐effective metal‐free electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)has become crucial for electrochemical energy systems.However,reasonably validating and precisely regulating the active sites for designing optimized materials are still challenging.Herein,we report a precise and controllable tandem strategy to boost the ORR activity based on metal‐free covalent organic frameworks(MFCOFs)comprising imine‐N,thiophene‐S,or triazine‐N.Among these MFCOFs,post‐tandem BTT‐TAT‐COF structure displayed a more positive catalytic capability and excellent electrochemical stability,indicating that the synergistic catalysis of multiple active sites induced the ORR catalytic activity through the conjugated skeleton of the structure.Density‐functional theory calculations suggest that the series‐connected backbone contained highly effective electrocatalytic active centers and provided synergistic catalysis.More importantly,this strategy highlights new opportunities for the advancement of efficient COF‐based metal‐free ORR catalysts.展开更多

Un...Many real communication networks, such as oceanic monitoring network and land environment observation network,can be described as space stereo multi-layer structure, and the traffic in these networks is concurrent. Understanding how traffic dynamics depend on these real communication networks and finding an effective routing strategy that can fit the circumstance of traffic concurrency and enhance the network performance are necessary. In this light, we propose a traffic model for space stereo multi-layer complex network and introduce two kinds of global forward-predicting dynamic routing strategies, global forward-predicting hybrid minimum queue（HMQ） routing strategy and global forward-predicting hybrid minimum degree and queue（HMDQ） routing strategy, for traffic concurrency space stereo multi-layer scale-free networks. By applying forward-predicting strategy, the proposed routing strategies achieve better performances in traffic concurrency space stereo multi-layer scale-free networks. Compared with the efficient routing strategy and global dynamic routing strategy, HMDQ and HMQ routing strategies can optimize the traffic distribution, alleviate the number of congested packets effectively and reach much higher network capacity.展开更多
