Low-dimensional physics provides profound insights into strongly correlated interactions,leading to enhancedquantum effects and the emergence of exotic quantum states.The Ln_(3)ScBi_(5)family stands out as a chemicall...Low-dimensional physics provides profound insights into strongly correlated interactions,leading to enhancedquantum effects and the emergence of exotic quantum states.The Ln_(3)ScBi_(5)family stands out as a chemicallyversatile kagome platform with mixed low-dimensional structural framework and tunable physical properties.Ourresearch initiates with a comprehensive evaluation of the currently known Ln_(3)ScBi_(5)(Ln=La-Nd,Sm)materials,providing a robust methodology for assessing their stability frontiers within this system.Focusing on Pr_(3)ScBi_(5),we investigate the influence of the zigzag chains of quasi-one-dimensional(Q1D)motifs and the distorted kagomelayers of quasi-two-dimensional(Q2D)networks in the mixed-dimensional structure on the intricate magneticground states and unique spin fluctuations.Our study reveals that the noncollinear antiferromagnetic(AFM)moments of Pr^(3+)ions are confined within the Q2D kagome planes,displaying minimal in-plane anisotropy.Incontrast,a strong AFM coupling is observed within the Q1D zigzag chains,significantly constraining spin motion.Notably,magnetic frustration is partially a consequence of coupling to conduction electrons via Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida interaction,highlighting a promising framework for future investigations into mixed-dimensional frustration in Ln_(3)ScBi_(5) systems.展开更多
Based on the frequency of themes covered at the 35th International Geographical Congress(IGC)and the 2024 American Association of Geographers Annual Meeting(AAG-AM),we present an integrated analysis of current researc...Based on the frequency of themes covered at the 35th International Geographical Congress(IGC)and the 2024 American Association of Geographers Annual Meeting(AAG-AM),we present an integrated analysis of current research hotspots in geography.The interdisciplinary approach of geography in tackling global challenges,including climate change,urbanization,and sustainable development is highlighted.Hotspot analysis of the 35th IGC reveals the prominence of“Tourism,Leisure,and Global Change,”and“Urban Geography”as key themes,whereas the 2024 AAG-AM placed more emphasis on“GeoAI and Deep Learning,”and“Geospatial Data Science for Sustainability.”Frontier analysis,based on emerging research beyond the two conferences,highlights major critical issues being confronted by geographers,notably Earth’s surface systems,spatial patterns of human activities,intelligent remote sensing,climate change adaptation,biodiversity conservation,hazards and disaster risk,planetary boundaries,coupled human and natural systems,and global and regional sustainability.The analysis demonstrates that geographical research is becoming more diverse and systematic,and artificial intelligence technology is increasingly being harnessed.This not only reflects specific regional interests and priorities but also shows the dynamic development of geographical research and its important role in dealing with the challenges of the 21st century.展开更多

Platelet rich plasma(PRP)is an autologous blood product rich in platelets,showing promise in reducing inflammation and accelerating healing.While extensively utilized in plastic surgery,dermatology,and osteoarthritis ...Platelet rich plasma(PRP)is an autologous blood product rich in platelets,showing promise in reducing inflammation and accelerating healing.While extensively utilized in plastic surgery,dermatology,and osteoarthritis treatment,its application in anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injuries is limited.This article examines PRP's potential in ACL reconstruction(ACLR),exploring its history,current usage,controversies and future directions.PRP has demonstrated significant early benefits in ligamentisation and vascularisation post-ACLR,though its long-term efficacy is inconsistent.Studies suggest that PRP may serve as both an adjunct therapy in ACLR to enhance initial healing and reduce postoperative complications,and as a non-surgical alternative for small ACL tears.Despite these promising findings,outcome variability necessitates further high-quality research to optimize PRP formulations and determine its most effective applications.The exploration of PRP as a treatment modality in ACLR offers promising but varied outcomes.PRP holds considerable promise as both an adjunct and alternative to traditional ACLR.This article underscores the need for targeted research to fully realize PRP's therapeutic potential in ACL treatment,aiming to inform future studies and clinical practices.By understanding PRP's mechanisms of efficacy and identifying the most beneficial patient populations,PRP could significantly impact orthopaedics and sports medicine,improving recovery pathways and patient outcomes.展开更多

背景:高频重复经颅磁刺激因非侵入性调控大脑功能的潜在益处而备受关注,但目前尚无研究从宏观角度分析该研究领域的最新研究现状和发展趋势。目的:通过可视化分析来确定高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的研究热点、现状和前沿。方法:检索Web of ...背景:高频重复经颅磁刺激因非侵入性调控大脑功能的潜在益处而备受关注,但目前尚无研究从宏观角度分析该研究领域的最新研究现状和发展趋势。目的:通过可视化分析来确定高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的研究热点、现状和前沿。方法:检索Web of Science核心数据库中高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的相关研究,文献检索时限为2014-01-01/2024-11-15,采用CiteSpace进行发文量分析,国家/地区、机构和作者合作分析,被引期刊、文献共被引和学科领域分析,以及关键词共现、聚类和突现分析等,绘制可视化分析知识图谱。结果与结论:共纳入860篇文献,高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的发文量在2014-2022年总体呈上升趋势,在2022-2024年呈下降趋势,中国是发文量最多的国家,发文量最高的机构是根特大学,发文量高的机构多为高校;发文量最高的作者是根特大学的Chris Baeken,发文量靠前的作者之间以及世界各地的机构之间合作较少。高频重复经颅磁刺激领域热点关键词以抑郁症、脑卒中、神经源性疼痛和帕金森病等为主,突现关键词以轻度认知障碍为主,研究方向较多元化。高频重复经颅磁刺激的研究热度总体呈上升趋势,研究内容主要围绕高频重复经颅磁刺激在精神疾病和神经系统疾病的临床应用,以及对这些领域作用机制的探索。未来该领域的研究方向可能聚焦于高频重复经颅磁刺激在临床应用时使用多种治疗参数来作用不同的靶点,以及其在不同领域中的应用和作用机制。展开更多

目的探讨Syngo. via Frontier工作站在极外侧入路手术治疗腰椎结核中的应用效果。方法将48例行极外侧入路手术治疗的腰椎结核患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组24例。对照组在计算机导航下手术,研究组在对照组基础上增加Syngo. via Fron...目的探讨Syngo. via Frontier工作站在极外侧入路手术治疗腰椎结核中的应用效果。方法将48例行极外侧入路手术治疗的腰椎结核患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组24例。对照组在计算机导航下手术,研究组在对照组基础上增加Syngo. via Frontier工作站辅助。比较两组患者医患沟通满意度、术中出血量、手术时间、相关并发症发生情况、术后6个月美国脊柱损伤协会(ASIA)分级及术后12个月治愈率。结果研究组医患沟通满意度及术后12个月治愈率均高于对照组,而术中出血量、手术时间均少于对照组(均P <0. 05)。两组术后均有患者出现大腿前方麻木(研究组2例,对照组3例),出现屈髋无力各1例,经营养神经治疗后治愈。随访期间两组患者均未见钛网移位、塌陷,内固定无松动、断裂。两组术后6个月ASIA分级均优于术前(均P <0. 05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 Syngo. via Frontier工作站用于极外侧入路手术治疗腰椎结核的疗效确切,可提高医患沟通满意度,减少术中出血量并缩短手术时间。展开更多

Rec...In the traditional data envelopment analysis (DEA) structure, the efficiency score for one decision making unit (DMU) is calculated by measuring the distance of the evaluated DMU to the best practice frontier. Recent researches have provided the reasonability of considering the worst practice frontier as a supple- ment to the traditional DEA techniques. The existing researches take only one type of frontier into account, and they cannot com- pare the evaluated DMU with both the best and the worst perform- ing DMUs. A DEA-based procedure is developed to consider the best and the worst frontiers in the same scenario where the ratio of two distances (RDS) measure is proposed. The principal appli- cation of this approach is for ranking, and, as a complement tool, for performance evaluation. The proposed approach can be used in a wide range of applications such as the performance evaluation of employees and others. Finally, a bookstore data set is used to illustrate the proposed approach.展开更多

文摘背景:高频重复经颅磁刺激因非侵入性调控大脑功能的潜在益处而备受关注,但目前尚无研究从宏观角度分析该研究领域的最新研究现状和发展趋势。目的:通过可视化分析来确定高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的研究热点、现状和前沿。方法:检索Web of Science核心数据库中高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的相关研究,文献检索时限为2014-01-01/2024-11-15,采用CiteSpace进行发文量分析,国家/地区、机构和作者合作分析,被引期刊、文献共被引和学科领域分析,以及关键词共现、聚类和突现分析等,绘制可视化分析知识图谱。结果与结论:共纳入860篇文献,高频重复经颅磁刺激领域的发文量在2014-2022年总体呈上升趋势,在2022-2024年呈下降趋势,中国是发文量最多的国家,发文量最高的机构是根特大学,发文量高的机构多为高校;发文量最高的作者是根特大学的Chris Baeken,发文量靠前的作者之间以及世界各地的机构之间合作较少。高频重复经颅磁刺激领域热点关键词以抑郁症、脑卒中、神经源性疼痛和帕金森病等为主,突现关键词以轻度认知障碍为主,研究方向较多元化。高频重复经颅磁刺激的研究热度总体呈上升趋势,研究内容主要围绕高频重复经颅磁刺激在精神疾病和神经系统疾病的临床应用,以及对这些领域作用机制的探索。未来该领域的研究方向可能聚焦于高频重复经颅磁刺激在临床应用时使用多种治疗参数来作用不同的靶点,以及其在不同领域中的应用和作用机制。

文摘Landscape culture is a new science and a comprehensive creation based on excellent tradition of cultural landscape.The paper has illustrated the generation and development of landscape culture,and introduced the current situation and progress of foreign researches on landscape culture according to the time order and research focuses.In terms of domestic research of landscape culture,it has been analyzed from the perspective of the study of theoretical connotation,landscape ecology,types of landscape culture and crossover study of itself.It considers that there exist some problems in domestic research on landscape culture,which are separation between traditional cultural landscape and modern landscape culture,separation in research methods,the influence of traditional culture on landscape,unbalanced development of regional landscape culture,separation of regional landscape network,and the insufficiency of protection and development.
文摘目的探讨Syngo. via Frontier工作站在极外侧入路手术治疗腰椎结核中的应用效果。方法将48例行极外侧入路手术治疗的腰椎结核患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组24例。对照组在计算机导航下手术,研究组在对照组基础上增加Syngo. via Frontier工作站辅助。比较两组患者医患沟通满意度、术中出血量、手术时间、相关并发症发生情况、术后6个月美国脊柱损伤协会(ASIA)分级及术后12个月治愈率。结果研究组医患沟通满意度及术后12个月治愈率均高于对照组,而术中出血量、手术时间均少于对照组(均P <0. 05)。两组术后均有患者出现大腿前方麻木(研究组2例,对照组3例),出现屈髋无力各1例,经营养神经治疗后治愈。随访期间两组患者均未见钛网移位、塌陷,内固定无松动、断裂。两组术后6个月ASIA分级均优于术前(均P <0. 05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 Syngo. via Frontier工作站用于极外侧入路手术治疗腰椎结核的疗效确切,可提高医患沟通满意度,减少术中出血量并缩短手术时间。

文摘In the traditional data envelopment analysis (DEA) structure, the efficiency score for one decision making unit (DMU) is calculated by measuring the distance of the evaluated DMU to the best practice frontier. Recent researches have provided the reasonability of considering the worst practice frontier as a supple- ment to the traditional DEA techniques. The existing researches take only one type of frontier into account, and they cannot com- pare the evaluated DMU with both the best and the worst perform- ing DMUs. A DEA-based procedure is developed to consider the best and the worst frontiers in the same scenario where the ratio of two distances (RDS) measure is proposed. The principal appli- cation of this approach is for ranking, and, as a complement tool, for performance evaluation. The proposed approach can be used in a wide range of applications such as the performance evaluation of employees and others. Finally, a bookstore data set is used to illustrate the proposed approach.
