First a fixed feedback gain sliding mode observer of road adhesion coefficient is designed through the es-tablishment of tire/road dynamic friction model in this article. The simulation results shows that the observer can well real-time iden-tify the current road adhesion characteristics. And more importantly, the observer only need wheel speed signal and the braking torque (brake pressure) signal, so the system is low cost, and its adaptability is good. Lubrication and friction between the mould and strand are strongly influenced by mould oscillation, and play an important role in slab quality and operating safety during continuous casting processes. Investigation of mould oscillation is therefore essential for getting a better online control of the mould processes. A feasible approach for the development and optimization of mould oscillation was put forward, which combined online measurement of mould friction, design of negative oscillating parameters and evaluation for powder consumption. Three different control models including sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation for mould oscillations were developed to investigate and evaluate the effects of oscillation on mould friction and powder lubrication. For the purpose of investigating mould friction between mould and strand, online measurement was carried out on a slab continuous caster equipped with a hydraulic oscillator. Also the comparison of the mould friction in sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal mould oscillation was made for subsequent analysis. The industrial experiment result shows that the combination of inverse control model and non-sinusoidal oscillation mode will contribute to the proper powder consumption, leading to a suitable effect of friction force on strand surface, especially for high speed continuous casting. The proposed method provides reliable basis for guiding and optimizing mould oscillation among control models, sinusoidal oscillation and non-sinusoidal oscillation. 展开更多

The elastic support/dry friction damper is a type of damper which is used for active vibration control in a rotor system.To establish the analytical model of this type of damper,a two-dimensional friction model-ball/plate model was proposed.By using this ball/plate model,a dynamics model of rotor with elastic support/dry friction dampers was established and experimentally verified.Moreover,the damping performance of the elastic support/dry friction damper was studied numerically with respect to some variable parameters.The numerical study shows that the damping performance of the elastic support/dry friction damper is closely related to the stiffness distribution of the rotor-support system,the damper location,the pressing force between the moving and stationary disk,the friction coefficient,the tangential contact stiffness of the contact interface,and the stiffness of the stationary disk.In general,the damper should be located on an elastic support which has a large vibration amplitude in order to achieve a better damping performance,and the more vibration energy in this elastic support concentrates,the better performance of the damper will be.The larger the tangential contact stiffness of the contact interface,and the stiffness of the stationary disk are,the better performance of the damper will be.There will be an optimal value of the friction force at which the damper performs best. 展开更多

In the present research, a newlydesigned pinless tool with involute grooves on its shoulder surface was applied to weld 1.5 mm thick AA2024-T3. Theeffects of the rotating speed and welding speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the root flaw and keyhole were successfully eliminated. The lazy S wasalso eliminated under the optimized welding parameters. The maximum tensile strength of the joints was 326 MPa,which is about 74.1% that of the base material. Moreover, all the tensile samples fractured from the retreating side.Two fracture modes were observed during the tensile tests, which are related with the lazy S. 展开更多

This work presents an integrated pressure-tracking controller for a novel electro-hydraulic brake(EHB) system considering friction and hydraulic disturbances. To this end, a mathematical model of an EHB system, consisting of actuator and hydraulic sub-systems, is derived for describing the fundamental dynamics of the system and designing the controller. Due to sensor inaccuracy and measurement noise, a Kalman filter is constructed to estimate push rod stroke for generating desired master cylinder pressure. To improve pressure-tracking accuracy, a linear friction model is generated by linearizing the nonlinear Tustin friction model, and the unmodeled friction disturbances are assumed unknown but bounded. A sliding mode controller is designed for compensating friction disturbances, and the stability of the controller is investigated using the Lyapunov method. The performance of the proposed integrated controller is evaluated with a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) test platform equipped with the EHB prototype. The test results demonstrate that the EHB system with the proposed integrated controller not only achieves good pressure-tracking performance, but also maintains robustness to friction disturbances. 展开更多

刮板输送机作为综采工作面的核心装备之一,在煤炭生产中承担了巨大工作量。然而传统刮板因其自重过大导致磨损严重,在运行过程中存在高能耗、高载荷和难维护问题,严重影响工作面煤炭运输效率。为了降低刮板自重和磨损,提出了一种优化刮... 刮板输送机作为综采工作面的核心装备之一,在煤炭生产中承担了巨大工作量。然而传统刮板因其自重过大导致磨损严重,在运行过程中存在高能耗、高载荷和难维护问题,严重影响工作面煤炭运输效率。为了降低刮板自重和磨损,提出了一种优化刮板局部结构的设计方案,旨在降低刮板的自重和刮板运行时的摩擦系数,从而减少传统刮板存在的问题。通过模拟实验和工程应用,验证其有效性。研究结果表明:通过改变刮板与中部槽之间的接触方式,使新型刮板的摩擦力比传统刮板减少约89.92%;使用新型刮板的输送机低载荷状态发生频率提升12.5%,中载荷、高载荷、超载荷状态发生频率均有所下降;每台电动机的年用电量降低约25%,内蒙古双欣煤矿年耗电量降低了约27%。本研究为刮板输送机的设计与改进提供了有益的参考,具有实际工程应用价值。 展开更多

A finite element vibration model of a multiple wheel-rail system which consists of four wheels, one rail, and a series of sleepers is established to address the problem of rail corrugation in high-speed tracks. In the model, the creep forces between the wheels and rail are considered to be saturated and equal to the normal contact forces times the friction coefficient. The oscillation of the rail is coupled with that of wheels in the action of the saturated creep forces. When the coupling is strong, self- excited oscillation of the wheel-rail system occurs. The self-excited vibration propensity of the model is analyzed using the complex eigenvalue method. Results show that there are strong propensities of unstable self-excited vibrations whose frequencies are less than 1,200 Hz under some conditions. Preventing wheels from slipping on rails is an effective method for suppressing rail corrugation in high-speed tracks. 展开更多

This paper proposes a new non-magnetic motor with a rotor rotated by using the resonance energy of a bimorph cantilever beam excited by electrostatic force. The use of flexible material enables conversion of translational vibration to rotary movement in one direction. Basic characteristics of a prototype motor with two bimorph cantilever beams, such as rotational speed, output torque, and efficiency were determined experimentally. Results show that a maximum rotational speed of 2800 rpm was obtained without a load torque. It is also observed that this motor produces the output torque of 98 μNm when the rotational speed was 980 rpm. The maximum efficiency was 24% when the input power was 0.065 W. 展开更多

Analysis of composite material interface crack face contact and friction effects using a new node-pairs contact algorithm

A new node-pairs contact algorithm is proposed to deal with a composite material or bi-material interface crack face contact and friction problem (e.g., resistant coating and thermal barrier coatings) subjected to complicated load conditions. To decrease the calculation scale and calculation errors, the local Lagrange multipliers are solved only on a pair of contact nodes using the Jacobi iteration method, and the constraint modification of the tangential multipliers are required. After the calculation of the present node-pairs Lagrange multiplier, it is turned to next contact node-pairs until all node-pairs have finished. Compared with an ordinary contact algorithm, the new local node-pairs contact algorithm is allowed a more precise element on the contact face without the stiffness matrix singularity. The stress intensity factors (SIFs) and the contact region of an infinite plate central crack are calculated and show good agreement with those in the literature. The contact zone near the crack tip as well as its influence on singularity of stress fields are studied. Furthermore, the frictional contacts are also considered and found to have a significant influence on the SIFs. The normalized mode-II stress intensity factors KII for the friction coefficient decrease by 16% when f changes from 1 to 0. 展开更多

外部不确定扰动与摩擦是影响气动摆角伺服系统控制性能的重要因素(分别引起局部波动与爬行现象)。提出了一种基于扰动观测和摩擦补偿的滑模控制策略,设计一种引入类双曲正切函数和角速度误差项的改进扩张状态观测器对外部不确定扰动进... 外部不确定扰动与摩擦是影响气动摆角伺服系统控制性能的重要因素(分别引起局部波动与爬行现象)。提出了一种基于扰动观测和摩擦补偿的滑模控制策略,设计一种引入类双曲正切函数和角速度误差项的改进扩张状态观测器对外部不确定扰动进行观测,以提高系统抗扰能力。由于观测器不能有效地观测系统摩擦的静-动高阶突变,导致爬行现象不能有效改善,因此对摩擦力矩进行辨识以弥补观测不足。最后,针对系统存在鲁棒性较差的问题,设计一种非奇异快速滑模控制器,利用含积分特性的超螺旋算法平滑控制量来改善滑模控制中的固有抖振问题,并将扰动观测值和摩擦力矩辨识值进行反馈补偿。仿真与实验结果表明,与4种控制策略相比,所设计的控制方法有效增强了系统的抗扰能力,并提高了气动摆角伺服系统轨迹跟踪性能。 展开更多

基于扩张状态观测器的双轴摇篮转台滑模控制方法

针对双轴摇篮转台系统中的非线性机械摩擦、外界扰动和模型误差等不确定性导致控制精度下降的问题,采用扩张状态观测器设计了改进的滑模控制律。首先,分析了双轴摇篮转台的基座、摇篮和转台的空间坐标系关系,并建立了摇篮和转台的动力... 针对双轴摇篮转台系统中的非线性机械摩擦、外界扰动和模型误差等不确定性导致控制精度下降的问题,采用扩张状态观测器设计了改进的滑模控制律。首先,分析了双轴摇篮转台的基座、摇篮和转台的空间坐标系关系,并建立了摇篮和转台的动力学模型;然后,将系统中的不确定性扩展为系统状态,并利用设计的扩张状态观测器对不确定性进行估计;最后,通过设计的改进滑模控制律动态补偿不确定性的影响,有效抑制了抖振现象,实现了对双轴摇篮转台的高精度控制。仿真结果表明,设计的扩张状态观测器能够准确估计双轴摇篮转台中的不确定性,最大估计误差仅为0.01(°)/s2,改进的滑模控制律对转台转动角速度和摇篮转动角速度的最大跟踪误差分别仅为0.02(°)/s和0.03(°)/s。测试结果表明,提出的改进滑模控制方法与自适应迭代学习控制方法和命令滤波自适应反步控制方法相比具有更强的鲁棒性和更高的准确性,转台转动角和摇篮转动角的最大定位误差分别仅为0.04°和0.05°,大幅提高了双轴摇篮转台系统的控制精度。 展开更多

随着ZC油田注水量持续增加,注水系统能耗逐年上升,单元设备和管网效率低、注水区域不平衡、注水压差大等是导致整体能耗增大的原因。优化注水系统运行参数,实现节能降耗、精细注水成为注水管理的重点。首先明确注水系统能耗的影响因素,... 随着ZC油田注水量持续增加,注水系统能耗逐年上升,单元设备和管网效率低、注水区域不平衡、注水压差大等是导致整体能耗增大的原因。优化注水系统运行参数,实现节能降耗、精细注水成为注水管理的重点。首先明确注水系统能耗的影响因素,并把能耗分为泵机组损失、管线损失和阀控损失3个主要部分。在此基础上,通过灰色关联分析,从注水泵控制方案、注水泵类型、管线摩阻、注水模式、人为因素等10个变量参数中确定影响能耗的主控因素。实践表明:通过优化泵机组类型及控制方案,可以有效提升设备效率,降低长输管线沿途损耗;通过实施酸洗管线、单点增压、增压分注等优化措施,选择合适的注水模式,可以减小沿程压损,取得较好的经济效益。南华注水管网采用高低压分压注水,注水单耗由9.37kW·h/m^(3)下降至7.64kW·h/m^(3),平均日节约用电1280kW·h。 展开更多

在澜沧江中上游大华桥水电站的左岸分布着大量顺层陡倾岩质边坡,库区独特的工程地质条件为其提供了良好的变形孕育环境,因倾倒变形体失稳崩落形成的滑坡堆积物在库区分布广泛,这对水电工程的运行和维护造成了极大困难。为了研究顺层陡... 在澜沧江中上游大华桥水电站的左岸分布着大量顺层陡倾岩质边坡,库区独特的工程地质条件为其提供了良好的变形孕育环境,因倾倒变形体失稳崩落形成的滑坡堆积物在库区分布广泛,这对水电工程的运行和维护造成了极大困难。为了研究顺层陡倾岩质边坡的演化过程、倾倒模式以及倾倒变形破坏机理,以库区左岸微风化板岩为参照原型配置相似材料,采用室内底摩擦模型试验方法,分析不同坡角、层面倾角、结构面产状条件下边坡的变形破坏特征。结果表明:①顺层陡倾岩质边坡主要倾倒破坏模式为拉裂−倾倒式,在演化初期坡脚处岩体由于应力集中最先发生弯曲变形,并由坡体前缘逐渐向中后部发展,坡表中部的岩体也逐渐由顺倾转变为直立至反倾状态,并在重力作用下加速向临空面方向弯曲倾倒,当变形到达一定程度时将沿着最大弯曲部位或结构面发生拉裂折断,最终岩块将会沿着拉裂面产生滑移甚至崩落。②通过对比试验模型的坡体参数及变形特征,将7组模型边坡大致分为3类:近直立顺层岩质缓坡、陡倾角顺层岩质陡坡、近直立顺层岩质陡坡。相较于坡角,岩层倾角对顺层陡倾岩质边坡倾倒变形破坏的影响更大;非垂直于层面的缓倾结构面比垂直于层面的结构面更容易引起顺层陡倾边坡的倾倒变形破坏,且相较于外倾结构面,当坡体发育内倾结构面时发生倾倒变形破坏的规模更大。③从变形阶段的角度将斜坡的变形演化过程划分为初始变形阶段、倾倒变形阶段、倾倒破坏阶段。④从机理上将顺层陡倾岩质边坡发生倾倒变形破坏的过程划分为应力调整阶段、弯曲−蠕变阶段、弯曲−拉裂阶段、倾倒−崩滑阶段;根据倾倒区的变形程度将变形破坏后的斜坡划分为强倾倒区、弱倾倒区和稳定区。研究成果可为顺层陡倾岩质边坡的演化过程、倾倒模式以及倾倒变形破坏机理的研究提供参考。 展开更多

回填式搅拌摩擦点焊(refill friction stir spot welding,RFSSW)凭借其效率高、质量好的优势,在轻质高强铝合金连接领域已展现出广阔的应用前景。然而,目前针对异种材料的RFSSW研究尚不充分,缺乏完善的接头质量评价体系。本研究以2B06/7... 回填式搅拌摩擦点焊(refill friction stir spot welding,RFSSW)凭借其效率高、质量好的优势,在轻质高强铝合金连接领域已展现出广阔的应用前景。然而,目前针对异种材料的RFSSW研究尚不充分,缺乏完善的接头质量评价体系。本研究以2B06/7B04高强铝合金异种组配为研究对象,通过系统的RFSSW工艺试验,获得了工艺参数与接头形貌特征、显微硬度分布及拉剪性能之间的关系,实现了焊接工艺优化。通过拟合回归方程获得的最佳工艺参数为:转速1600 r/min、下压量1.47 mm、下压速率60 mm/min,在此参数下接头的拉剪失效载荷达到了5.22 kN。通过对拉剪断口形貌分析,发现接头有两种断裂模式:塞型断裂与混合型断裂,其中塞型断裂的失效载荷低于混合型断裂。 展开更多
