Firstly, the monitoring content and method of the large span continuous rigid frame bridge are clearly stated. Secondly, by finite element software Midas Civil, the relevant deformation values of the bridge are calculated. Thirdly, in practice, the relevant deformation values of the bridge are measured. Finally, the measured values in practice are compared with the calculated ones by the finite element software Midas Civil, finding that the former is less than the latter, and it can be concluded that the bridge is basically in the normal working condition. In this paper, the analytical research on the deformation monitoring can provide the basis for similar bridges, which has good practical significance.展开更多

Overloads of vehicle may cause damage to bridge structures,and how to assess the safety influence of heavy vehicles crossing the prototype bridge is one of the challenges.In this report,using a large amount of monitor...Overloads of vehicle may cause damage to bridge structures,and how to assess the safety influence of heavy vehicles crossing the prototype bridge is one of the challenges.In this report,using a large amount of monitored data collected from the structural health monitoring system(SHMS)in service of the prototype bridge,of which the bridge type is large-span continuous rigid frame bridge,and adopting FEM simulation technique,we suggested a dynamic reliability assessment method in the report to assess the safety impact of heavy vehicles on the prototype bridge during operation.In the first place,by using the health monitored strain data,of which the selected monitored data time range is before the opening of traffic,the quasi dynamic reliability around the embedded sensor with no traffic load effects is obtained;then,with FEM technology,the FEM simulation model of one main span of the prototype bridge is built by using ANSYS software and then the dynamic reliability when the heavy vehicles crossing the prototype bridge corresponding to the middle-span web plate is comprehensively analyzed and discussed.At last,assuming that the main beam stress state change is in the stage of approximately linear elasticity under heavy vehicle loads impact,the authors got the impact level of heavy vehicles effects on the dynamic reliability of the prototype bridge.Based on a large number of field measured data,the dynamic reliability value calculated by our proposed methodology is more accurate.The method suggested in the paper can do good for not only the traffic management but also the damage analysis of bridges.展开更多

The main structures such as column, beam, laminated plate, balcony plate, toilet plate, exterior wall plate, gutter and parapet and so on are prefabricated components. According to the construction organization process of the project, the construction process of the assembled integral concrete frame structure is discussed. Firstly, the key preparation work in the early stage of prefabricated construction site is analyzed from three aspects: construction flow section division, component yard layout and component delivery plan. Secondly, the paper analyzes the construction organization process of the project, focusing on the interpenetration of construction processes. Finally, considering the key construction procedures and main influencing factors, the construction methods and solutions are put forward and applied to improve the adjustment of column reserved reinforcement, vertical grouting connection of precast column, supporting mode of external retaining wall of frame structure, hoisting mode of high prefabricated component and special planning of prefabricated construction with BIM Technology. The working principles of the measurement apparatus developed based on capacitive grating technology are introduced in this paper.Capacitive grating technology is a precision length measurement method.Its advantages are small vol- ume,low price,low production cost,and easy to obtain precise readings of the measured data.The measurement apparatus is composed of one industrial control computer,two microcontrollers and corresponding circuits.The sys- tem stability is guaranteed during the design of the circuit with the practical situation of its industry application taken into account.The software is divided into lower layer and upper layer.Each layer has different emphasis.The cau- ses of system errors and the method of error elimination are also analyzed.The analysis of the data obtained from ex- periments and the operating results of prototype apparatus both indicate that the proposed measurement apparatus has achieved outstanding competitive technical level of same kind products in international market and thus has ideal im- plications for mass production.展开更多
Since its first introduction to the industry the control systems of electron beam machines have gone through an enormous evolution.With the availability of fast amplifier components and digital beam controllers the ad...Since its first introduction to the industry the control systems of electron beam machines have gone through an enormous evolution.With the availability of fast amplifier components and digital beam controllers the advantages of the electron beam have further increased making it a truly software controlled thermal processing tool.Modern beam controllers enable multi-beam and multi-focus technologies,where the beam is split in up to 60 individual beams.These technologies can reduce the processing time by parallel processing or improve the quality by optimized thermal expansion of the part.Multi-process technologies,where several processes are performed in one run (e.g.welding and cosmetic treatment) further extend the application range of the electron beam process.Fast beam deflection in conjunction with electron-optical monitoring is the fundamental component for advanced seam tracking systems.They allow automating the EB application in order to optimize the process costs and improve the quality of the re-sults in a reproducible manner.Basis for a high quality of the EB process is the condition of the tool,the electron beam itself.By in-troducing the beam parameter product to the electron beam,reliable information about the quality of the beam can be derived.Im-plemented into automatic beam alignment systems repeatable results with high quality are achieved.展开更多
Visual depth(distance)perception is a fundamental aspect of environmental cognition,as it allows people to judge the spatial scale of their surroundings.However,estimating the depth of classical Chinese gardens is cha...Visual depth(distance)perception is a fundamental aspect of environmental cognition,as it allows people to judge the spatial scale of their surroundings.However,estimating the depth of classical Chinese gardens is challenging,especially from static viewpoints that frame the scenery.Previous studies have examined how the internal components of the scenery frame affect depth perception.Still,the role of the frame and its peripheral information as environmental background have been largely overlooked.This study investigates how depth perception at viewpoints is influenced by viewing position displacement,frame geometry,and environmental context.The authors created nine stimulus materials in a cave virtual reality environment(three image treatments×three positions).Seventy-one participants were asked to evaluate depth perception using the magnitude estimation and adjustment methods.Their eye movement behavior was also recorded using an eye-movement instrument(SensoMotoric Instruments(SMI)eye-tracking glasses,120 Hz).The results showed that participants could perceive spatial depth differences between viewing positions even when the internal viewpoint displacement was small;frame shape did not significantly affect depth perception and gaze behavior;and peripheral visual information of the frame enhanced depth perception significantly.Moreover,the form of the environmental background,especially the position of the scenery window,strongly guided the participants'gaze.These findings suggest that ambient visual information significantly impacts environmental experience,which landscape designers should consider.展开更多

METHODS: 5'-RACE (rapid amplification of cDNA 5' ends) was used to isolate a novel isoform of hHPO in this paper. The constructed pcDNA(HPO-205), pcDNA(HPO) and pcDNA eukaryotic expression vectors were respectively transfected by lipofectamine method and the stimulation of DNA synthesis was observed by (3)H-TdR incorporation assay. Proteins extracted from different cells were analyzed by Western blot. RESULTS: A novel isoform of hHPO (HPO-205) encoding a 205 amino acid ORF corresponding to a translated production of 23 kDa was isolated and distinguished from the previous HPO that lacked the N-terminal 80 amino acids. The dose-dependent stimulation of DNA synthesis of HepG2 hepatoma cells by HPO-205 demonstrated its similar biological activity with HPO in vitro. The level of MAPK (Mitogen-activated protein kinase) phosphorylation by Western blot analysis revealed that HPO-205 might have the stronger activity of stimulating hepatic cell proliferation than that of HPO. CONCLUSION: A novel isoform of hHPO (HPO-205) was isolated from hepatic-derived cells. The comparison of HPO-205 and HPO will lead to a new insight into the structure and function of hHPO, and provide the new way of thinking to deeply elucidate the biological roles of HPO/ALR.展开更多

文摘海南省陵水县陵河知音桥为双层异形景观桥,跨河段由上层桥、下层桥、支桥与中心平台交错组成。上、下层桥分别为跨径布置(74.46+93+93+78)m和(77.56+71.52+71.52+76.06)m的4跨V形刚构桥,采用单箱室斜腹板钢箱梁;中心平台为2×23.98 m 2跨预应力混凝土V形刚构平台,采用预应力混凝土箱梁;主墩(主5号墩)采用C50混凝土双肢薄壁空心墩,基础采用嵌岩桩+承台结构形式。采用钢栈桥作为施工通道及钢箱梁吊装平台,利用BIM技术优化了钢栈桥平面布置。中心平台V形墩采用斜拉扣挂支架+满堂支架支撑组合支撑体系分段施工;中心平台采用支架整体预压、混凝土分段浇筑施工。钢箱梁采用三维建模软件深化设计、平位预拼装的加工制造方案和先吊装边跨、再整体横向滑移中心段、最后分段合龙的安装方案。
