The linear elastic problem with weak symmetric stress obtained by Lagrange multiplier method is discussed by using the stabilization method. The stress and displacement of the variational problem are approximated by linear element and piecewise constant. By adding stabilization terms G1(·, ·), G2(·, ·) and G3(·, ·), the corresponding mixed discrete variational problem satisfies the weak inf-sup condition. Then the error estimation between the solution of the variational problem and the stabilized mixed finite element solution is studied in detail. Finally, two numerical examples are used to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. 展开更多

A time semi-discrete Crank-Nicolson (CN) formulation with second-order time accuracy for the non-stationary parabolized Navier-Stokes equations is firstly established. And then, a fully discrete stabilized CN mixed finite volume element (SCNMFVE) formu- lation based on two local Gaussian integrals and parameter-free with the second-order time accuracy is established directly from the time semi-discrete CN formulation so that it could avoid the discussion for semi-discrete SCNMFVE formulation with respect to spatial wriables and its theoretical analysis becomes very simple. Dogwood fruits are a valuable source of active ingredients, such as phenolic compounds, vitamin C, iridoids, flavonoids and anthocyanins. Plant extracts and substances derived from latin Cornus mas L. exhibit not only strong antibacterial but also antioxidant and tonicity properties, effectively preventing the development of inflammation in living organisms. In the present study, we attempted to obtain the innovative, multi-functional plant extract from the fruit of dogwood(Cornus mas L.). During the extraction process a mixture of water, glycerol, and vegetable oil were used as an extractant. The usage of such mixtures of solvents enabled us to extract a variety of active substances, soluble in both water and oils. The obtained extracts were analyzed for their physicochemical and biochemical properties, in order to apply the extract in a body nutrient lotion. The results clearly showed that such extract could be an innovative and multi-functional raw material used in cosmetics industry. 展开更多

Sustainable extraction methods for natural extracts are crucial for mitigating environmental impact.Strategies that focus on waste reduction and resource efficiency contribute to long-term conservation.Hemp seeds, which were previously treated as waste product, are now valued for their nutrition and functional properties. This study investigated sustainable extraction methods for obtaining natural extracts from hemp seeds, with a focus on reducing environmental impact through efficient resource utilization and waste reduction. The extraction methods compared included supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),Soxhlet extraction(SOX),ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE),cold maceration(CM),and cold pressing(CP).The contents of antioxidants, total phenols, and fatty acids in the extracts were analyzed via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The extracts were subsequently formulated into organogels to evaluate the stability of the fatty acids. The results showed that SFE and CP were the most efficient and environmentally friendly methods, with SFE allowing complete separation of the solvent from the extract.CP was also found to be effective and environmentally friendly. The study confirmed that formulating extracts in organogels effectively inhibited fatty acid oxidation, although a reduction in fatty acid content was observed during gel production.Overall, the formulation of extracts in organogels increased their stability, especially in preventing fatty acid degradation. 展开更多
