Robustness and precision evaluation of the form error of micro-structured surfaces using real coded genetic algorithm 被引量:2

To obtain the form error of micro-structured surfaces robustly and accurately, a form er- ror evaluation method was developed based on the real coded genetic algorithm (RCGA). The meth- od employed the average squared distance as the matching criterion. The point to surface distance was achieved by use of iterative method and the modeling of RCGA for the surface matching was also presented in detail. Parameter selection for RCGA including the crossover rate and population size was discussed. Evaluation results of series simulated surfaces without form error show that this method can achieve the accuracy of root mean square deviation ( Sq ) less than 1 nm and surface pro- file error ( St ) less than 4 nm. Evaluation of the surfaces with different simulated errors illustrates that the proposed method can also robustly obtain the form error with nano-meter precision. The e- valuation of actual measured surfaces further indicates that the proposed method is capable of pre- cisely evaluating micro-structured surfaces. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to simulate and study the early moments of the reactive ballistics of a large caliber projectile fired from a gun,combining 0D and 2D axisymmetric Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)approaches.First,the methodology is introduced with the development of an interior ballistics(IB)lumped parameter code(LPC),integrating an original image processing method for calculating the specific regression of propellant grains that compose the gun propellant.The ONERA CFD code CEDRE,equipped with a Dynamic Mesh Technique(DMT),is then used in conjunction with the developed LPC to build a dedicated methodology to calculate IB.First results obtained on the AGARD gun and 40 mm gun test cases are in a good agreement with the existing literature.CEDRE is also used to calculate inter-mediate ballistics(first milliseconds of free flight of the projectile)with a multispecies and reactive approach either starting from the gun muzzle plane or directly following IB.In the latter case,an inverse problem involving a Latin hypercube sampling method is used to find a gun propellant configuration that allows the projectile to reach a given exit velocity and base pressure when IB ends.The methodology developed in this work makes it possible to study the flame front of the intermediate flash and depressurization that occurs in a base bleed(BB)channel at the gun muzzle.Average pressure variations in the BB channel during depressurization are in good agreement with literature. 展开更多

The theory and features of the dynamic explicit finite element methods are introduced and the available various commercial finite element method codes used for sheet metal forming simulation in the world are discussed,and the civil and international status quo of automobile panel simulation as well. The front door outer panel of one certain new automobile is regarded as one example that the dynamic explicit FEM code Dynaform is used for the simulation of the front door outer panel forming process. The majority of studies primarily focus on the detection of the perceptual demands of consumers from the target product category. A pan-ethnic-group products form gene clustering method based on emotional semantic is constructed. Consumers' perceptual images of the pan-ethnic-group products are obtained by means of product form gene extraction and coding and computer aided product form clustering technology. A case of form gene clustering about the typical pan-ethnic-group products is investigated which indicates that the method is feasible. This paper opens up a new direction for the future development of product form design which improves the agility of product design process in the era of Industry 4.0. 展开更多

This paper combines improved Hamming codes and parity codes to assure the reliability of memory in presence of multiple bit upsets with low cost overhead.The redundancy bits of improved Hamming codes will be appended at the end of data bits,which eliminates the overhead of interspersing the redundancy bits at the encoder and decoder.The reliability of memory is further enhanced by the layout architecture of redundancy bits and data bits.The proposed scheme has been implemented in Verilog and synthesized using the Synopsys tools.The results reveal that the proposed method has about 19% less area penalties and 13% less power consumption comparing with the current two-dimensional error codes,and its latency of encoder and decoder is 63% less than that of Hamming codes. 展开更多

The desert plant Rhazya stricta has anticancer and antimicrobial properties, and is widely used in indigenous medicines of Saudi Arabia. However, the therapeutic benefits rely on an accurate identification of this species. The authenticity of R. stricta and other medicinal plants and herbs procured from local markets can be questionable due to a lack of clear phenotypic traits. DNA barcoding is an emerging technology for rapid and accurate species identification. In this study, six candidate chloroplastid barcodes were investigated for the authentication of R. stricta. We compared the DNA sequences from fifty locally collected and five market samples of R. stricta with database sequences of R. stricta and seven closely related species. We found that the coding regions matK, rbcL, rpoB, and rpoC1 were highly similar among the taxa. By contrast, the intergenic spacers psbK-psbI and atpF-atpH were variable loci distinct for the medicinal plant R. stricta. psbK-psbI clearly discriminated R. stricta samples as an efficient single locus marker, whereas a two-locus marker combination comprising psbK-psbI + atpF-atpH was also promising according to results from the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool and a maximum likelihood gene tree generated using PHyML. Two-dimensional DNA barcodes (i.e., QR codes) for the psbK-psbI and psbK-psbI + atpF-atpH regions were created for the validation of fresh or dried R. stricta samples. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a new method for very low bit-rate video coding that combines H.264/AVC standard and two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform. In this method, first a two dimensional wavelet transform is applied on each video frame independently to extract the low frequency components for each frame and then the low frequency parts of all frames are coded using H.264/AVC codec. On the other hand, the high frequency parts of the video frames are coded by Run Length Coding algorithm, after applying a threshold to neglect the low value coefficients. Experiments show that our proposed method can achieve better rate-distortion performance at very low bit-rate applications below 16 kbits/s compared to applying H.264/AVC standard directly to all frames. Applications of our proposed video coding technique include video telephony, video-conferencing, transmitting or receiving video over half-rate traffic channels of GSM networks. 展开更多

目的探讨长链非编码核糖核酸(LncRNA)G-四链形成序列(GSEC)在布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎(BS)中的作用及其对BS巨噬细胞极化的调节机制。方法选取2021年5月—2024年5月收治的36例初诊BS患者及同期体检的30名健康人员为研究对象,采集所有受试者静... 目的探讨长链非编码核糖核酸(LncRNA)G-四链形成序列(GSEC)在布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎(BS)中的作用及其对BS巨噬细胞极化的调节机制。方法选取2021年5月—2024年5月收治的36例初诊BS患者及同期体检的30名健康人员为研究对象,采集所有受试者静脉血备用。人单核细胞(THP1)经培养后分组:对照组[细胞培养基中加入5%健康人群血清及50 ng/mL佛波酯(PMA)分化48 h]、BS组(细胞培养基中加入5%BS患者血清及50 ng/mL PMA分化48 h)、sh-NC组(转染对照载体sh-NC)、sh-GSEC组[转染含LncRNA GSEC的shRNA(sh-GSEC)慢病毒载体]、sh-GSEC+LV-NC组[转染含sh-GSEC的慢病毒载体与对照载体(LV-NC)]和sh-GSEC+LV-CTCF组[转染含sh-GSEC的慢病毒载体与含CCCTC结合因子(CTCF)过表达载体(LV-CTCF)的慢病毒载体]。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)法检测各组转染分化的巨噬细胞中LncRNA GSEC及CTCF mRNA表达水平;蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)分析各组CTCF蛋白表达情况;RNA免疫沉淀(RIP)测定LncRNA GSEC与CTCF结合情况;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测纳入者血清和各组细胞上清液中白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-4、IL-10和转化生长因子β(TGF-β)水平;流式细胞术分析各组M1型和M2型巨噬细胞比例。结果BS患者外周血M1型巨噬细胞含量较健康人群上调,M2型巨噬细胞含量较健康人群降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。ELISA显示,与健康人群比较,BS患者血清中促炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平上调,抗炎因子IL-4、IL-10、TGF-β水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。RT-qPCR结果显示,BS患者外周血中LncRNA GSEC表达水平为(4.05±0.26),高于健康人群的(1.02±0.11),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。RT-qPCR结果显示,sh-GSEC组细胞中LncRNA GSEC表达水平为(0.32±0.07)%,低于sh-NC组的(1.02±0.09)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。流式细胞术分析显示,sh-GSEC组M1型巨噬细胞含量较sh-NC组降低,M2型巨噬细胞含量升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ELISA检测结果显示,sh-GSEC组巨噬细胞上清液中促炎因子IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平较sh-NC组降低,抗炎因子IL-4、IL-10、TGF-β水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Western blot分析显示,BS患者外周血中CTCF蛋白表达水平较健康人群上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。RIP结果表明,CTCF抗体所捕获的复合物中LncRNA GSEC含量较IgG抗体捕获的复合物中更富集(P<0.001)。RT-qPCR结果显示,sh-GSEC+LV-CTC组巨噬细胞中CTCF mRNA表达水平为(3.53±0.47),较sh-GSEC+LV-NC组的(1.01±0.05)和sh-GSEC组的(1.02±0.04)升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Western blot结果显示,sh-GSEC+LV-CTCF组巨噬细胞中CTCF蛋白水平为(3.12±0.27),较sh-GSEC+LV-NC组(1.03±0.06)和sh-GSEC组(1.01±0.04)升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。流式细胞术结果显示,sh-GSEC组M1型巨噬细胞含量较sh-NC组降低,M2型巨噬细胞含量升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);sh-GSEC+LV-CTCF组M1型巨噬细胞含量较sh-GSEC+LV-NC组升高,M2型巨噬细胞含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论LncRNA GSEC通过靶向调控CTCF表达,调节巨噬细胞向M1型极化,促进BS的发生,这为理解BS病机及开发新的诊断和治疗标志物提供了新方向。 展开更多
