Methods: the survey data of 2000 bottles of injection production from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different quality control modes, they were divided into control group (1000 bottles, conventional quality control mode) and research group (1000 bottles, optimized quality control mode). The foreign bodies of injection in the two groups were compared. Results: a total of 28 bottles were detected. The total detection rate of foreign bodies in the injection group was 1.40%, 0.80% in the study group, which was lower than 2.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);The reasons for materials, environment, light inspection, production methods, mechanical equipment and other reasons in the study group were 0.00%, 0.20%, 0.10%, 0.30%, 0.10% and 0.10% respectively, which were lower than those in the control group by 0.20%, 0.60%, 0.20%, 0.60%, 0.30% and 0.30%, with great difference between the two groups (P > 0.05).The quality (production environment, light inspection operation, material control, production equipment, production operation and other management) scores of the study group [(89.84 ± 6.36), (88.58 ± 6.79), (89.44 ± 6.46), (88.89 ± 6.44), (89.25 ± 6.16), (88.78 ± 6.35)) were higher than those of the control group [(78.58 ± 5.36), (79.44 ± 5.12), (78.54 ± 5.09)(77.98 ± 5.35), (78.66 ± 5.14), (79.61 ± 5.33)] (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the production process of injection is vulnerable to many factors to produce foreign bodies. Enterprises should strictly follow the relevant requirements, strengthen the investigation of foreign bodies, implement scientific and effective treatment strategies according to the causes of foreign bodies, give high-quality quality control of injection production, and reduce or avoid the generation of foreign bodies.展开更多
