基于多尺度注意力与双流融合特征的微表情识别

为了解决微表情识别中特征提取能力不足和样本数据不均衡导致的识别偏差问题,文中提出一种基于多尺度注意力与双流融合特征的微表情识别方法。首先设计多尺度注意力模块,通过光流和差分序列特征的融合提升微表情关键动态信息的提取能力... 为了解决微表情识别中特征提取能力不足和样本数据不均衡导致的识别偏差问题,文中提出一种基于多尺度注意力与双流融合特征的微表情识别方法。首先设计多尺度注意力模块,通过光流和差分序列特征的融合提升微表情关键动态信息的提取能力;其次设计了改进的多核Inception模块,结合深度可分离卷积和多尺寸卷积核,在提升特征表达能力的同时降低计算复杂度;最后采用数据扩充策略和Focal Loss损失函数以缓解样本类间不均导致的识别偏移。实验结果显示,该方法在CASMEⅡ、SMIC-HS、SAMM和MEGC2019等4个自发微表情数据集上实现了优异性能。其中UAR和UF1指标分别达到最高,为0.914和0.912,显著优于近期主流方法。同时,设计的消融实验验证了多尺度注意力模块和多核Inception模块在特征提取中的关键作用。实验结果表明,所提方法通过多维度融合、创新特征提取、数据扩充和改善损失函数等操作,获得了高精度且具有竞争力的微表情识别性能。 展开更多

The last two decades have revealed new significance in the late Qing fiction in the transformation of Chinese literature,which has convincingly challenged the long-held discourse that a group of writers associated with the May Fourth New Literature Movement in the late 1910s fundamentally broke with the literary tradition and became the forerunners of modern Chinese literature.This article studies the short stories published in the popular literary magazine Yueyue xiaoshuo(also known as All-Story Monthly,1906-9)and finds out that the narrative approaches adopted in the short stories are diverse and experimental,breaking from the preceding customs.While examining the narrative approaches in the short stories,this paper focuses on the aspect of focalization.Adopting the idea of focalization mode as an observatory point is particularly useful for discussing short stories in All-Story Monthly,because the diversified and flexible arrangement of observatory positions and the selection of the narrative information(such as a character’s appearance,action,and speech)to be presented are exactly crucial aspects in which the short stories display marked innovation or modification of the traditional narrative modes. 展开更多

Hippocampal damage through foreign body placement in organotypic cultures leads to plastic responses in newly born granule cells

The dentate gyrus of the hippocampus is a plastic structure that displays modifications at different levels in response to positive stimuli as well as to negative conditions such as brain damage.The latter involves global alterations,making understanding plastic responses triggered by local damage difficult.One key feature of the dentate gyrus is that it contains a well-defined neurogenic niche,the subgranular zone,and beyond neurogenesis,newly born granule cells may maintain a“young”phenotype throughout life,adding to the plastic nature of the structure.Here,we present a novel experimental model of local brain damage in organotypic entorhino-hippocampal cultures that results in the activation of adjacent newly born granule cells.A small piece of filter paper was placed on the surface of the granule cell layer of the dentate gyrus,which evoked a foreign body reaction of astrocytes,along with the activation of local young neurons expressing doublecortin.Forty-eight hours after foreign body placement,the number of doublecortin-immunoreactive cells increased in the subgranular zone in the direct vicinity of the foreign body,whereas overall increased doublecortin immunoreactivity was observed in the granule cell layer and molecular layer of the dentate gyrus.Foreign body placement in the pyramidal layer of the CA1 region evoked a comparable local astroglial reaction but did not lead to an increase in doublecortin-immunoreactive in either the CA1 region or the adjacent dentate gyrus.Seven days after foreign body placement in the dentate gyrus,the increase in doublecortin-immunoreactivity was no longer observed,indicating the transient activation of young cells.However,7 days after foreign body placement,the number of doublecortin-immunoreactive granule cells coimmunoreactive for calbindin was lower than that under the control conditions.As calbindin is a marker for mature granule cells,this result suggests that activated young cells remain at a more immature stage following foreign body placement.Live imaging of retrovirally green fluorescent protein-labeled newly born granule cells revealed the orientation and growth of their dendrites toward the foreign body placement.This novel experimental model of foreign body placement in organotypic entorhino-hippocampal cultures could serve as a valuable tool for studying both glial reactivity and neuronal plasticity,specifically of newly born neurons under controlled in vitro conditions. 展开更多

The FN1-ITGB4 Axis Drives Acquired Chemoresistance in Bladder Cancer by Activating FAK Signaling

Objective:While cisplatin-based chemotherapy is pivotal for advanced bladder cancer,acquired resistance remains a major obstacle.This study investigates key molecular drivers of this resistance and potential reversal strategies.Methods:We established GC(Gemcitabine and Cisplatin)-resistant T24-R and UC3-R cell lines from T24 and UM-UC-3(UC3)cells.Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses identified differentially expressed molecules.Apoptosis and cell viability were assessed by flow cytometry and CCK-8(Cell Counting Kit-8)assays,while RT-qPCR(Reverse Transcription Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction)and Western blot analyzed gene and protein expression.Immunofluorescence evaluated FAK(Focal Adhesion Kinase)phosphorylation,and a xenograft mouse model validated the findings in vivo.Results:Integrated transcriptomic and proteomic analysis identified FN1(fibronectin)as a consistently upregulated top candidate in resistant cells(T24-R transcript log_(2)FC=2.8,protein log_(2)FC=0.9;UC3-R transcript log_(2)FC=3.7;all p<0.001).Knockdown of FN1 reduced chemoresistance(Resistance Index:5.2 in T24-R and 2.0 in UC3-R cells,p<0.001)and enhanced apoptosis(approximately 4.5-fold in T24-R and 7.5-fold in UC3-R,p<0.001).ITGB4(Integrin Subunit Beta 4)was upregulated in resistant cells(transcript log_(2)FC:4.2 in T24-R and 3.03 in UC3-R;protein log_(2)FC:0.67 in T24-R;all p<0.01).Critically,ITGB4 knockdown abolished the chemoresistance promoted by exogenous FN1,which was associated with increased FAK(Y397)phosphorylation.Conclusion:Our results demonstrate that the FN1-ITGB4 axis drives chemoresistance in bladder cancer via FAK signaling.Targeting this axis represents a promising strategy to overcome chemoresistance. 展开更多

针对景区人流量大、人员密集,而现有目标检测算法对于遮挡目标和小目标检测效率低且模型参数量大等问题,提出基于YOLOv8n的轻量化景区行人检测算法SSC-YOLOv8n。提出空间和通道重建注意力卷积SCC2fEMA模块,以显著减少模型参数量,从而提... 针对景区人流量大、人员密集,而现有目标检测算法对于遮挡目标和小目标检测效率低且模型参数量大等问题,提出基于YOLOv8n的轻量化景区行人检测算法SSC-YOLOv8n。提出空间和通道重建注意力卷积SCC2fEMA模块,以显著减少模型参数量,从而提升模型的检测速度。采用精细的slim-neck范式,通过GSConv和V0V-GSCSP模块,在有效降低模型参数量的同时,提升模型的学习能力。提出坐标注意力动态解耦头,以显著增强模型对位置信息的感知度和敏感度。为了对样本进行更为精确的平衡处理,引入Focal Loss损失函数,进一步提高模型的检测精度与鲁棒性。实验结果表明,在景区行人数据集上,改进后的模型相较于原始模型,模型参数量减小了52%,mAP@0.5提升了2.1个百分点,mAP@0.5:0.95提升了1.4个百分点。在VisDrone2019数据集上,mAP@0.5提高了3.9个百分点。改进后的算法具有更强的泛化性能,能够更好地适用于景区行人检测任务。 展开更多

针对山火严重威胁输电线路安全的问题,提出一种改进Faster R-CNN的输电线路山火图像检测方法。选用ResNeSt50作为主干网络以提升模型性能,同时在主干网络后面加入递归特征金字塔(RFP)以增强模型在多尺度上的特征提取能力。采用CIoU Los... 针对山火严重威胁输电线路安全的问题,提出一种改进Faster R-CNN的输电线路山火图像检测方法。选用ResNeSt50作为主干网络以提升模型性能,同时在主干网络后面加入递归特征金字塔(RFP)以增强模型在多尺度上的特征提取能力。采用CIoU Loss回归损失函数以提高边界框回归速率和定位精度,使用Focal Loss分类损失函数以提高对小目标的烟雾和火焰检测精度。运用Kmeans++聚类算法对烟雾和火焰数据进行anchor尺寸优化,以提高算法的检测准确率。利用数据增强技术来解决图像数量不足和天气环境变化影响检测精度的问题。经过训练和测试,结果显示改进后的Faster RCNN方法在平均精度均值上达到了95.54%,比原模型提高了7.39%,能够有效识别输电线路附近产生的烟雾和火焰,满足山火检测准确性和实时性的要求。 展开更多

提出一种基于改进YOLOv8算法的输送带损伤检测算法:用Focal Modulation模块替换YOLOv8原有的SPPF模块;针对损伤与背景相似度高的问题,引入DySample轻量动态上采样模块,使采样点集中在目标区域而忽略背景部分,实现损伤的有效识别;在颈部... 提出一种基于改进YOLOv8算法的输送带损伤检测算法:用Focal Modulation模块替换YOLOv8原有的SPPF模块;针对损伤与背景相似度高的问题,引入DySample轻量动态上采样模块,使采样点集中在目标区域而忽略背景部分,实现损伤的有效识别;在颈部网络中加入高效多尺度注意力模块来获取更多细节信息,进一步提高损伤目标的关注度。引入PIoU v2损失函数,通过计算真实框与预测框之间的重叠面积精准定位损伤,同时考虑长宽比以更好地适应不同形状损伤。实验结果表明,改进后的模型对输送带损伤检测的精确度和平均精确度均值分别达到了90.3%和93.2%,相比于基线模型YOLOv8提高了2.3%和2.5%。改进YOLOv8的检测速度达83帧/s,可充分满足输送带损伤实时检测的需求。 展开更多

机电领域命名实体识别是机电创新设计信息检索最基础的过程。目前命名实体识别任务的数据在机电领域较少,且大部分存在不平衡问题。通过构建机电领域命名实体识别数据集,根据数据集文本结构特点设计多维数据增强方法,并提出基于改进los... 机电领域命名实体识别是机电创新设计信息检索最基础的过程。目前命名实体识别任务的数据在机电领域较少,且大部分存在不平衡问题。通过构建机电领域命名实体识别数据集,根据数据集文本结构特点设计多维数据增强方法,并提出基于改进loss的命名实体识别模型BERT-BiGRU-CRF(BL)。对互联网机电领域文本语料进行爬取并进行标注构成机电领域命名实体识别数据集;根据不同方式对数据集的影响从同类实体替换、同义词替换、语料裁减和语料拼接四个方面进行多维数据增强后按一定比例进行数据扩充增加数据丰富度;针对数据集数据不平衡问题设计使用Weigh loss平衡focal loss与CRF loss权重的模型,该模型采用BERT进行词向量编码,利用BiGRU完成文本向量的特征提取,使用CRF进行标签约束与解码。经实验证明,多维数据增强方法对模型效果有显著提升,并且经过改进的模型在原始和增强后数据集上表现均为最优,F1值分别为78.23%和83.3%。 展开更多

目的提升混凝土裂缝检测的精度与鲁棒性,应对复杂背景和样本不均衡带来的识别困难。方法构建以MobileNetV2为骨干的轻量化卷积神经网络,引入Non-local与ECA注意力模块以强化特征提取能力,采用Focal Loss缓解正负样本比例失衡问题,实验... 目的提升混凝土裂缝检测的精度与鲁棒性,应对复杂背景和样本不均衡带来的识别困难。方法构建以MobileNetV2为骨干的轻量化卷积神经网络,引入Non-local与ECA注意力模块以强化特征提取能力,采用Focal Loss缓解正负样本比例失衡问题,实验系统比较Nadam、Adam及M-SGD三种优化算法,并分析不同学习率衰减策略与批大小等超参数对检测效果的影响。结果Nadam优化器配合分段常数衰减策略与批大小16时性能最优,精确率、召回率、F1分数和IoU分别达到89.43%、89.10%、89.17%与80.57%,Adam表现其次,M-SGD性能显著较差,分段衰减策略整体优于指数衰减,较大批大小更有利于训练稳定和精度提升。结论注意力机制增强的MobileNetV2网络在混凝土裂缝检测中具备良好的精度与鲁棒性,优化算法与超参数选择可有效提升检测性能,为该类任务自动化监测与工程应用提供可行的技术方案。 展开更多

针对道路裂缝目标分割任务中存在的过拟合、计算速度低和目标信息提取不足等问题,该文基于U⁃Net网络构建Swin⁃U网络模型。该模型以Swin⁃Transformer作为特征提取模块,提高模型的拟合程度,可更精准地提取裂缝特征,从而提高分割精度;同时... 针对道路裂缝目标分割任务中存在的过拟合、计算速度低和目标信息提取不足等问题,该文基于U⁃Net网络构建Swin⁃U网络模型。该模型以Swin⁃Transformer作为特征提取模块,提高模型的拟合程度,可更精准地提取裂缝特征,从而提高分割精度;同时引入稳定的损失函数Focal Loss来提高目标分割的精度。在自有道路裂缝数据集上的试验结果表明:Swin⁃U网络模型实现了裂缝图像的像素级分割,其性能显著优于传统的U⁃Net,在测试集上的交并比和F1分数分别提高了25.00%和27.61%。该改进模型不仅为道路养护决策提供了更可靠的技术支持,也为道路裂缝分割方法的优化提供了参考。 展开更多
