The experimentally acquired fluorescence spectra are in accordance with the previous measurements on soluble samples. The fluorescence spectra for a mixture of vitamins bl, b2 and b6 with different concentrations have been investigated, and the fluorescence mechanism is explained on the basis of moleoalar struchture Possible reasons of the blue-shift of the fluorescence peak and enhancement of the peak power are explained as well. The radiation is considered as a double edged sword, as its beneficial and detrimental effects have been demonstrated. The potential benefits are being exploited to its maximum by adopting safe handling of radionuclid...The radiation is considered as a double edged sword, as its beneficial and detrimental effects have been demonstrated. The potential benefits are being exploited to its maximum by adopting safe handling of radionuclide stipulated by the regulatory agencies. While the occupational workers are monitored by personnel monitoring devices, for general publics, it is not a regular practice. However, it can be achieved by using biomarkers with a potential for the radiation triage and medical management. An ideal biomarker to adopt in those situations should be rapid, specific, sensitive, reproducible, and able to categorize the nature of exposure and could provide a reliable dose estimation irrespective of the time of the exposures. Since cytogenetic markers shown to have many advantages relatively than other markers, the origins of various chromosomal abnormalities induced by ionizing radiations along with dose-response curves generated in the laboratory are presented. Current status of the gold standard dicentric chromosome assay, micronucleus assay, translocation measurement by fluorescence insitu hybridization and an emerging protein marker the g-H2 AX assay are discussed with our laboratory data. With the wide choice of methods, an appropriate assay can be employed based on the net.展开更多
The products of monoammonium phosphate containing Cr^3+resulted in disqualification,and further posed a serious threat to ecological environment and human beings.Herein,the porous adsorbent of fluor(calcium silicate)c...The products of monoammonium phosphate containing Cr^3+resulted in disqualification,and further posed a serious threat to ecological environment and human beings.Herein,the porous adsorbent of fluor(calcium silicate)composites(FCSc)was prepared by hydrothermal method using diatomaceous earth,hydrated lime and additive(NaF)as raw materials,which was characterized and used for the removal of Cr^3+from monoammonium phosphate solutions.The effects of different parameters,such as solution pH,initial Cr^3+concentration,temperature and contact time on the adsorption of Cr^3+onto FCSc were investigated in details.The results indicated that the adsorption process was in agreement with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich isotherm.The spontaneous and endothermic nature of the adsorption process was obtained by analyzing various thermodynamic parameters(△G0,△H0,and△S0).In addition,computational monte carlo simulations between Cr3+ions and FCSc were conducted to elucidate the adsorption mechanism.Such kind of porous adsorbent provided a potential application in the removal of impurities from monoammonium phosphate industry.展开更多
Purpose:to observe the occurrence rate of secondary caries on sjogren syndrome patients by filling carious cavities with simply using resin materials and fluor protector added resin materials.Method:20 cases of sjogre...Purpose:to observe the occurrence rate of secondary caries on sjogren syndrome patients by filling carious cavities with simply using resin materials and fluor protector added resin materials.Method:20 cases of sjogren syndrome patients,who were filled the decayed teeth in the Stomatology Department of our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016,and 155 carious cavities were selected to be involved in the experiment,and secondary caries would be determined in 3 months,6 months and 12 months after filling of carious cavities.Result:the occurrence rates of secondary caries in the experimental group after treatment in 3 months,6 months,12 months were 1.37%,2.74%,5.48%respectively;while the rates in the control group were 4.87%,7.32%,13.41%respectively.There was statistical significance between differences of the occurrence rates of secondary caries in two groups.Conclusion:the occurrence of intraoral secondary caries of sjogren syndrome patients can be effectively reduced by using fluor protector after filling decayed teeth.展开更多
