A review on the development of large-scale detonation-driven shock tunnels and the application in hypersonic flow tests

With the boom in deep space exploration by China since the beginning of the 21st century,the demand for high-enthalpy hypersonic shock tunnels has continued to increase.In this paper,three types of shock tunnels using free-piston,heated light-gas,and detonation drivers,respectively,are briefly summarized and compared.The development of large-scale hypersonic shock tunnels running in both backward and forward detonation driver modes is described in detail.A series of applications to hypersonic flow tests with engineering-scale test models demonstrate the success and advantages of this kind of shock tunnels.The challenges that arise in the operation of hypersonic tunnels are stressed,as are the requirements for precise measurement techniques in the harsh testing environments existing in these tunnels.A new approach for the development of next-generation detonation-driven high-enthalpy shock tunnels is recommended to address these challenges. 展开更多

基于Moldflow的无人机探照灯灯筒模流分析

以采用聚酰胺为原料制备的无人机探照灯灯筒为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件从探照灯灯筒的填充时间、流动前沿温度、熔接痕、气穴、翘曲变形5个方面对2种浇口位置方案进行对比分析,得到最优的浇口方案,并对2种冷却系统的冷却液温差、回路... 以采用聚酰胺为原料制备的无人机探照灯灯筒为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件从探照灯灯筒的填充时间、流动前沿温度、熔接痕、气穴、翘曲变形5个方面对2种浇口位置方案进行对比分析,得到最优的浇口方案,并对2种冷却系统的冷却液温差、回路管壁温差、冷冻层百分比参数进行对比,得到较优的冷却系统方案。通过对锁模力及注射压力的模拟分析对比,选择符合成型要求的注塑机。利用正交试验降低了探照灯灯筒的体积收缩率,并通过塑件的总体温度分布、剪切速率与体积分布进行验证。结果表明:最佳参数为熔体温度275℃,模具温度80℃,冷却时间30 s。 展开更多

为解决后视镜基座产品翘曲变形的问题,对产品结构进行了初步分析;然后在模流分析软件中,选择3D网格类型,并加入水路对产品进行分析。采用正交试验法的直观分析对模具表面温度、熔体温度、顶出温度、注塑总周期在产品的影响进行研究。通... 为解决后视镜基座产品翘曲变形的问题,对产品结构进行了初步分析;然后在模流分析软件中,选择3D网格类型,并加入水路对产品进行分析。采用正交试验法的直观分析对模具表面温度、熔体温度、顶出温度、注塑总周期在产品的影响进行研究。通过分析并优化注塑工艺得出,在模具表面温度50℃,熔体温度275℃,顶出温度160℃,注塑总周期55 s的条件下,后视镜基座的翘曲变形总量最小,为1.466 mm。在实际设计制造模具阶段,采用后视镜基座增加预变形1.5 mm。最后在模流分析的最佳注塑工艺条件下,进行实际注塑制样,所得成品外观无缺陷。并且对实际注塑产品上的三坐标进行检测以及实际装车进行验证,成功解决了后视镜基座产品翘曲变形问题。 展开更多

Background:The predictive value of the serology to detection of IgM against the Mycobacterium leprae-derived phenolic glycolipid-I/PGL-I to identify leprosy patients who are at higher risk of developing reactions remains controversial.Whether baseline results of the ML Flow test can predict leprosy reactions was investigated among a cohort of patients enrolled in The Clinical Trial for Uniform Multidrug Therapy for Leprosy Patients in Brazil(U-MDT/CT-BR).Methods:This was a descriptive study focusing on the main clinical manifestations of leprosy patients enrolled in the U-MDT/CT-BR from March 2007 to February 2012 at two Brazilian leprosy reference centers.For research purposes,753 leprosy patients were categorized according to a modified Ridley-Jopling(R&J)classification and according to the development of leprosy reactions(reversal reaction/RR and erythema nodosum leprosum/ENL),and whether they had a positive or negative bacillary index/BI.Results:More than half of the patients(55.5%)reported leprosy reaction:18.3%(138/753)had a RR and 5.4%(41/753)had ENL.Leprosy reactions were more frequent in the first year following diagnosis,as seen in 27%(205/753)of patients,while 19%(142/753)developed reactions during subsequent follow-up.Similar frequencies of leprosy reactions and other clinical manifestations were observed in paucibacillary(PB)and multibacillary(MB)leprosy patients treated with U-MDT and regular MDT(R-MDT)(P=0.43 and P=0.61,respectively).Compared with PB patients,leprosy reactions were significantly more frequent in MB patients with a high BI,and more patients developed RR than ENL.However,RR and neuritis were also reported in patients with a negative BI.At baseline,the highest rate of ML Flow positivity was observed in patients with a positive BI,especially those who developed ENL,followed by patients who had neuritis and RR.Among reaction-free patients,81.9%were ML Flow positive,however,the differences were not statistically significant compared to reactional patients(P=0.45).Conclusions:MB and PB patients treated with R-MDT and U-MDT showed similar frequencies of RR and other clinical manifestations.Positive ML Flow tests were associated with MB leprosy and BI positivity.However,ML Flow test results at baseline showed limited sensitivity and specificity for predicting the development of leprosy reactions. 展开更多

Impact of Typical Steady-state Conditions and Transient Conditions on Flow Ripple and Its Test Accuracy for Axial Piston Pump 被引量:15

The current research about the flow ripple of axial piston pump mainly focuses on the effect of the structure of parts on the flow ripple. Therein, the structure of parts are usually designed and optimized at rated working conditions. However, the pump usually has to work in large-scale and time-variant working conditions. Therefore, the flow ripple characteristics of pump and analysis for its test accuracy with respect to variant steady-state conditions and transient conditions in a wide range of operating parameters are focused in this paper. First, a simulation model has been constructed, which takes the kinematics of oil film within friction pairs into account for higher accuracy. Afterwards, a test bed which adopts Secondary Source Method is built to verify the model. The simulation and tests results show that the angular position of the piston, corresponding to the position where the peak flow ripple is produced, varies with the different pressure. The pulsating amplitude and pulsation rate of flow ripple increase with the rise of pressure and the variation rate of pressure. For the pump working at a constant speed, the flow pulsation rate decreases dramatically with the increasing speed when the speed is less than 27.78% of the maximum speed, subsequently presents a small decrease tendency with the speed further increasing. With the rise of the variation rate of speed, the pulsating amplitude and pulsation rate of flow ripple increase. As the swash plate angle augments, the pulsating amplitude of flow ripple increases, nevertheless the flow pulsation rate decreases. In contrast with the effect of the variation of pressure, the test accuracy of flow ripple is more sensitive to the variation of speed. It makes the test accuracy above 96.20% available for the pulsating amplitude of pressure deviating within a range of ~6% from the mean pressure. However, with a variation of speed deviating within a range of ±2% from the mean speed, the attainable test accuracy of flow ripple is above 93.07%. The model constructed in this research proposes a method to determine the flow ripple characteristics of pump and its attainable test accuracy under the large-scale and time-variant working conditions. Meanwhile, a discussion about the variation of flow ripple and its obtainable test accuracy with the conditions of the pump working in wide operating ranges is given as well. 展开更多

In this work,a novel conjugate of ractopamine and bovine serum albumin(RAC–BSA)has been developed via the Mannich reaction,with a mole coupling ratio for RAC–BSA of 9:1.The proposed conjugation method provides a simple and one-step method with the use of fewer reagents compared with other conjugation methods for competitive immunoassays.RAC–BSA conjugation was used to fabricate a competitive lateral flow strip test for RAC detection in animal feed.For sample preparation,RAC was spiked in swine feed purchased from the local markets in Thailand,and methanol and running buffer at a volume ratio of 10:90 was used as extraction buffer.The procedures for sample preparation were completed within 25 min.Under optimal conditions,the limit of detection(LOD),assessed by the naked eye within 5 min,was found to be 1 ng/g.A semi-quantitative analysis was also conducted using a smart phone and computer software,with a linearity of 0.075–0.750 ng/g,calculated LOD of 0.10 ng/g,calculated limit of quantitation of 0.33 ng/g,and good correlation of 0.992.The recoveries were found in the range of 96.4%–103.7%with a relative standard deviation of 2.5%–3.6%for intra-and inter-assays.Comparison of the results obtained by the strip test with those obtained by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had a good agreement in terms of accuracy.Furthermore,this strip test exhibited highly specific RAC detection without cross reactivity with related compounds.Therefore,the RAC–BSA conjugation via the Mannich reaction can be accepted as a one-step and easy conjugation method and applied to the competitive lateral flow strip test. 展开更多

A more automated graphic user interface (GUI) test model, which is based on the event-flow graph, is proposed. In the model, a user interface automation API tool is first used to carry out reverse engineering for a GUI test sample so as to obtain the event-flow graph. Then two approaches are adopted to create GUI test sample cases. That is to say, an improved ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm is employed to establish a sequence of testing cases in the course of the daily smoke test. The sequence goes through all object event points in the event-flow graph. On the other hand, the spanning tree obtained by deep breadth-first search (BFS) approach is utilized to obtain the testing cases from goal point to outset point in the course of the deep regression test. Finally, these cases are applied to test the new GUI. Moreover, according to the above-mentioned model, a corresponding prototype system based on Microsoft UI automation framework is developed, thus giving a more effective way to improve the GUI automation test in Windows OS. 展开更多

The double blade pump is widely used in sewage treatment industry,however,the research on the internal flow characteristics of the double blade pump with particle image velocimetry(PIV) technology is very little at present.To reveal inner flow characteristics in double blade pump impeller under off-design and design conditions,inner flows in a double blade pump impeller,whose specific speed is 111,are measured under the five off-design conditions and design condition by using 3D PIV test technology.In order to ensure the accuracy of the 3D PIV test,the external trigger synchronization system which makes use of fiber optic and equivalent calibration method are applied.The 3D PIV relative velocity synthesis procedure is compiled by using Visual C++ 2005.Then absolute velocity distribution and relative velocity distribution in the double blade pump impeller are obtained.Test results show that vortex exists in each condition,but the location,size and velocity of vortex core are different.Average absolute velocity value of impeller outlet increases at first,then decreases,and then increases again with increase of flow rate.Again average relative velocity values under 0.4,0.8,and 1.2 design condition are higher than that under 1.0 design condition,while under 0.6 and 1.4 design condition it is lower.Under low flow rate conditions,radial vectors of absolute velocities at impeller outlet and blade inlet near the pump shaft decrease with increase of flow rate,while that of relative velocities at the suction side near the pump shaft decreases.Radial vectors of absolute velocities and relative velocities change slightly under the two large flow rate conditions.The research results can be applied to instruct the hydraulic optimization design of double blade pumps. 展开更多

Using the self-developed visualization test apparatus, centrifuge model tests at 20 g were carried out to research the macro and microscopic formation mechanism of coarse sand debris flows. The formation mode and soil-water interaction mechanism of the debris flows were analyzed from both macroscopic and microscopic points of view respectively using high digital imaging equipment and micro-structure analysis software Geodip. The test results indicate that the forming process of debris flow mainly consists of three stages, namely the infiltration and softening stage, the overall slide stage, and debris flow stage. The essence of simulated coarse sand slope forming debris flow is that local fluidization cause slope to wholly slide. The movement of small particles forms a transient stagnant layer with increasing saturation, causing soil shear strength lost and local fluidization. When the driving force of the saturated soil exceeds the resisting force, debris flow happens on the coarse sand slope immediately. 展开更多

Against the background of the sand-flow foundation treatment engineering of Guangzhou Zhoutouzui variable cross-section immersed tunnel, a kind of sand deposit-detecting method was devised on the basis of full-scale model test of sand-flow method. The real-time data of sand-deposit height and radius were obtained by the self-developed sand-deposit detectors. The test results show that the detecting method is simple and has high precision. In the use of sand-flow method, the sand-carrying capability of fluid is limited, and sand particles are all transported to the sand-deposit periphery through crater, gap and chutes after the sand deposit formed. The diffusion range of the particles outside the sand-deposit does not exceed 2.0 m. Severe sorting of sand particles is not observed because of the unique oblique-layered depositing process. The temporal and spatial distributions of gap and chutes directly affect the sand-deposit expansion, and the expansion trend of the average sand-deposit radius accords with quadratic time-history curve. 展开更多

干热岩是一种开发前景广阔的地热资源。增强型地热系统(EGS)是当前干热岩开发的主要方式,需要通过多个工程环节衔接实施,循环试验是其中的重要步骤。循环试验实施过程具有长期性和复杂性的特点,亟需技术突破降本增效。总结了国内外较为... 干热岩是一种开发前景广阔的地热资源。增强型地热系统(EGS)是当前干热岩开发的主要方式,需要通过多个工程环节衔接实施,循环试验是其中的重要步骤。循环试验实施过程具有长期性和复杂性的特点,亟需技术突破降本增效。总结了国内外较为典型的干热岩开发EGS工程的循环试验经验和探索方向,阐述了多种因素对于循环试验的影响,并结合青海共和场地的实际情况提出了发展建议。可以看出,以往提高循环试验效果主要是通过开发层位和井组调整、长期循环、储层改造以及化学刺激等方法实现的,而当前技术人员主要通过改进准确获取工程参数的方法,以及改进注采井组设计和储层改造工艺进行探索。循环试验的方案制定需要充分考虑地质因素,且数值模拟、储层刺激、流程设计、工程实施等方面都值得进行深入研究。随着开发技术的日趋成熟,干热岩地热资源将会成为我国能源结构中的重要一环,为经济发展和环境保护发挥重要的作用。 展开更多

针对固体火箭发动机地面试车正常工作,而飞行试验出现燃烧不稳定现象的天地不一致问题,通过不同约束方式模拟不同发动机状态以探究发动机燃烧不稳定的流致振动机制。采用两端约束和头部约束条件模拟地面试车和飞行状态,通过在局部施加... 针对固体火箭发动机地面试车正常工作,而飞行试验出现燃烧不稳定现象的天地不一致问题,通过不同约束方式模拟不同发动机状态以探究发动机燃烧不稳定的流致振动机制。采用两端约束和头部约束条件模拟地面试车和飞行状态,通过在局部施加的脉冲激励评估发动机工作稳定性;通过模态测试方法获得结构振动频率,对比不同约束方式对结构振动频率的影响。结果表明:在工作前期,相比于两端约束条件,头部约束条件下结构振动频率更大,在工作中后期,两端约束条件下结构振动频率更大;激励位置不同不会影响结构振动频率,但会影响结构响应幅值;只有压强振荡频率与加速度振荡频率相近的情况下,压强振荡幅值对加速度振荡幅值影响较大;头部约束条件下,当压强振荡频率与加速度振荡频率接近时会引起结构与流动共振,而两端约束条件下,两种频率接近时不会引起共振。 展开更多

通过缩尺模型风洞试验和CFD相结合的方法,测量了箱梁环境中大型集装箱车模型表面的气动力分布。气动侧向力(阻力)和气动倾覆力矩是影响车辆横向气动稳定性的主要风载荷。不同主梁的截面形式和车道位置的车辆受到的风载荷存在较大差异,... 通过缩尺模型风洞试验和CFD相结合的方法,测量了箱梁环境中大型集装箱车模型表面的气动力分布。气动侧向力(阻力)和气动倾覆力矩是影响车辆横向气动稳定性的主要风载荷。不同主梁的截面形式和车道位置的车辆受到的风载荷存在较大差异,其中位于外侧车道的车辆受到较大气动力。相比外侧车道,车辆在内侧车道的主要气动力明显下降,在跨中梁截面下降约20%、中支点梁截面超过45%。梁高越高,车体气动稳定性更容易受到动态涡脱的影响而恶化。在梁高最高的中支点梁节段,空载车辆最容易发生倾覆事故,临界风速仅21.70 m/s。设置透风率为47%的风屏障后,车体在外侧车道的气动力系数大幅降低。因此设置风屏障可以有效降低车辆风载荷,提高车辆发生风致事故的临界风速,保障车辆的行车安全。 展开更多

检测喷嘴性能是植保作业过程中的重要参数,直接关系到农药的喷洒效果,进而严重影响植保作业质量和效率。本研究设计一款基于多传感器同步采集的喷雾机喷嘴性能检测仪,以实现田间作业前对喷嘴性能失效程度的精确评估,保障植保作业高效、... 检测喷嘴性能是植保作业过程中的重要参数,直接关系到农药的喷洒效果,进而严重影响植保作业质量和效率。本研究设计一款基于多传感器同步采集的喷雾机喷嘴性能检测仪,以实现田间作业前对喷嘴性能失效程度的精确评估,保障植保作业高效、精准执行。采用STM32微控制器为核心处理单元,集成多个高精度流量与压力传感器,实时同步采集喷嘴尖端数据并通过蓝牙传输到LabVIEW平台,实现高效、可视化的数据分析、预警与存储,达到实时检测喷嘴性能状态要求。试验结果表明,对失效喷嘴压力检测时压力测量最大误差为2.174%,流量测量最大误差为1.936%;对多个喷嘴性能同步检测验证时,压力测量最大相对误差为1.515%,平均误差为0.887%,流量测量最大相对误差为2.061%,平均误差为1.151%;对多个喷嘴性能田间试验时,压力最大相对误差为1.990%,平均误差为1.629%,流量最大相对误差为2.713%,平均误差为2.014%,符合喷嘴性能检测要求。该装置为喷雾机喷嘴性能检测提供了可靠、高效的智能检测手段,满足植保标准化作业前检测的技术要求。 展开更多

设计了一套采用自然生长植被护坡、模拟各种洪水顶冲条件的水力生态试验装置,利用植草边坡模型进行多组合冲刷试验研究,分析研究了不同岸坡环境的边坡侵蚀变化特征和生态护坡抗冲机制。试验结果表明:影响岸坡冲刷的最敏感要素是顶冲流速... 设计了一套采用自然生长植被护坡、模拟各种洪水顶冲条件的水力生态试验装置,利用植草边坡模型进行多组合冲刷试验研究,分析研究了不同岸坡环境的边坡侵蚀变化特征和生态护坡抗冲机制。试验结果表明:影响岸坡冲刷的最敏感要素是顶冲流速,它与单位土体侵蚀流失量呈指数型函数关系,且变化梯度与流速成正比;来流顶冲角作用弱于顶冲流速,它与单位土体流失量呈近似线性的函数关系;采用2类优势草种的生态护坡与素土边坡相比,坡面侵蚀量大幅降低;当顶冲流速为3~4 m/s时,生态护坡泥沙流失量仅为素土岸坡的50%~60%;垂直顶冲时,素土岸坡泥沙流失量是生态护坡岸坡泥沙流失量的1.73~2.43倍;植草根系对黏性胶粒有保护作用,冲蚀流失多为中细沙;高羊茅护坡的固土抗冲性能要优于狗牙根护坡固土抗冲性能的10%~26%。研究成果可为生态护坡抗冲性研究与工程设计提供技术参考。 展开更多

为了解决PCB测试设备在机柜中温度过高导致被测产品损坏的问题。根据实际应用场景,设计出一款具有散热高效、结构紧凑、制作成本低的PCB测试设备机柜。结合PCB检测设备整体结构对其所在的机柜进行结构设计和散热仿真分析。主要以4台PCB... 为了解决PCB测试设备在机柜中温度过高导致被测产品损坏的问题。根据实际应用场景,设计出一款具有散热高效、结构紧凑、制作成本低的PCB测试设备机柜。结合PCB检测设备整体结构对其所在的机柜进行结构设计和散热仿真分析。主要以4台PCB测试设备满载运行在机柜中散热情况为研究对象。根据实际结构,使用SolidWorks对机柜和测试设备简化仿真模型进行建模,将简化模型导入到SolidWorks Flow Simulation中对机柜进行散热仿真分析。通过分析计算得出散热的分布情况和测试设备关键地方的温升数值,判断机柜散热结构的散热情况是否与预期结果一致。试验结果表明:常温下,在机柜中4台PCB测试设备满载测试时检测区域最高温度达到28℃左右,能够可持续运行状态并保持稳定工作。通过试验验证,机柜的散热实际温度与其散热仿真结果相符,证实了该机柜散热结构设计的合理性以及正确性,并且确定机柜散热结构设计方案。 展开更多
