The upper-l...To explore the parking pricing of multiple parking facilities, this paper proposes a bi-level programming model, in which the interactions between parking operators and travelers are explicitly considered. The upper-level sub-model simulates the price decision-making behaviors of the parking operators whose objectives may vary under different operation regimes, such as monopoly market, oligopoly competition, and social optimum. The lower level represents a network equilibrium model that simulates how travelers choose modes, routes, and parking facilities. The proposed model is solved by a sensitivity based algorithm, and applied to a numerical experiment, in which three types of parking facilities are studied, i.e., the off-road parking lot, the curb parking lot, and the parking-and-ride (P&R) facility. The results show in oligopoly market that the level of parking price reaches the lowest point, nonetheless the social welfare decreases to the lowest simultaneously;and the share of P&R mode goes to the highest value, however the total network costs rise also to the highest. While the monopoly market and the social optimum regimes result in solutions of which P&R facilities suffer negative profits and have to be subsidized.展开更多

The growing demand for capacity has prompted the rail industry to explore next-generation train control systems,such as train autonomous operation control systems,which transmit real-time information between trains wi...The growing demand for capacity has prompted the rail industry to explore next-generation train control systems,such as train autonomous operation control systems,which transmit real-time information between trains with the help of train-to-train communication.The communication delay affects the operation of the system.In addition,the train monitors real-time traffic information through on-board sensors.However,no measurement can be perfect,including sensors,which are affected by factors such as railway geometry and weather conditions.The sensor detection error is uncertain,resulting in multiple information uncertainties.Therefore,this paper proposes a train-following model based on the full velocity difference model by considering multiple information uncertainties and communication delay time to describe the autonomous operation of the train under a train autonomous operation control system.Based on this trainfollowing model,a stability analysis and numerical simulation of train traffic flow are carried out.The results show that when the velocity measured by the sensor is smaller than the real velocity or the headway monitored by the sensor is greater than the real headway,the delay will increase and continue to propagate and accumulate backward,resulting in blockage.Otherwise,the opposite occurs.These findings suggest that the effects of multiple information uncertainties are two-sided,depending on the degree of uncertainty of velocity information and headway information.In addition,communication delay time has little effect on train flow and delay.展开更多

Applying the operation function to the cascade hydropower stations on the Jinshajiang-Yangtze River system, the modeled long-term electric generation is shown to have high precision and provide benefits. Through comparison with optimal operation, the simulation results show that the operation function proposed retains the characteristics of optimal operation. Also, the inadequacies and attribution of the algorithm are discussed based on case study, providing decision support and reference information for research on large-scale cascade operation work.展开更多

The simplified neutrosophic number(SNN)can represent uncertain,imprecise,incomplete,and inconsistent information that exists in scientific,technological,and engineering fields.Hence,it is a useful tool for describing ...The simplified neutrosophic number(SNN)can represent uncertain,imprecise,incomplete,and inconsistent information that exists in scientific,technological,and engineering fields.Hence,it is a useful tool for describing truth,falsity,and indeterminacy information in multiple attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.To suit decision makers’preference selection,the operational flexibility of aggregation operators shows its importance in dealing with the flexible decision-making problems in the SNN environment.To solve this problem,this paper develops the Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators of SNNs for MADM problems in view of the Aczel-Alsina operational flexibility.First,we define the Aczel-Alsina operations of SNNs.Then,the Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators of SNNs are presented based on the defined Aczel-Alsina operations of SNNs.Next,a MADM method is established using the proposed aggregation operators under the SNN environment.Lastly,an illustrative example about slope treatment scheme choices is provided to indicate the practicality and efficiency of the established method.By comparison with the existing relative MADM methods,the results show that the established MADM method can overcome the insufficiency of decision flexibility in the existing MADM methods and demonstrate the metric of flexible decision-making.展开更多
Due to the impact of source-load prediction power errors and uncertainties,the actual operation of the park will have a wide range of fluctuations compared with the expected state,resulting in its inability to achieve...Due to the impact of source-load prediction power errors and uncertainties,the actual operation of the park will have a wide range of fluctuations compared with the expected state,resulting in its inability to achieve the expected economy.This paper constructs an operating simulation model of the park power grid operation considering demand response and proposes a multi-time scale operating simulation method that combines day-ahead optimization and model predictive control(MPC).In the day-ahead stage,an operating simulation plan that comprehensively considers the user’s side comfort and operating costs is proposed with a long-term time scale of 15 min.In order to cope with power fluctuations of photovoltaic,wind turbine and conventional load,MPC is used to track and roll correct the day-ahead operating simulation plan in the intra-day stage to meet the actual operating operation status of the park.Finally,the validity and economy of the operating simulation strategy are verified through the analysis of arithmetic examples.展开更多
Cooperative guidance is a method for achieving combat objectives through information sharing and cooperative effects,and has emerged as a significant research area in the fields of missile guidance and systematic warf...Cooperative guidance is a method for achieving combat objectives through information sharing and cooperative effects,and has emerged as a significant research area in the fields of missile guidance and systematic warfare.This study presents a systematic review and analysis of current research on cooperative guidance.First,a bibliometric analysis is conducted on 513 articles using the Scopus database and CiteSpace software to assess keyword clustering,keyword cooccurrence,and keyword burst,and to later visualize the results.Second,fundamental theories of cooperative guidance,including relative motion modeling methods,algebraic graph theory,and multi-agent consensus theory,are summarized.Subsequently,an overview of current cooperative laws and corresponding analysis methods is provided,with categorization based on the cooperative structure and convergence performance.Finally,we summarize current research developments based on five perspectives and propose a developmental framework based on five layers(cyber,physical,decision,information,and system),discussing potential future advancements in cooperative terminal guidance.This framework emphasizes five key areas of research:networked,heterogeneous,integrated,intelligent,and group cooperations,with the goal of offering trends and insights for futurework.展开更多

文摘The simplified neutrosophic number(SNN)can represent uncertain,imprecise,incomplete,and inconsistent information that exists in scientific,technological,and engineering fields.Hence,it is a useful tool for describing truth,falsity,and indeterminacy information in multiple attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.To suit decision makers’preference selection,the operational flexibility of aggregation operators shows its importance in dealing with the flexible decision-making problems in the SNN environment.To solve this problem,this paper develops the Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators of SNNs for MADM problems in view of the Aczel-Alsina operational flexibility.First,we define the Aczel-Alsina operations of SNNs.Then,the Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators of SNNs are presented based on the defined Aczel-Alsina operations of SNNs.Next,a MADM method is established using the proposed aggregation operators under the SNN environment.Lastly,an illustrative example about slope treatment scheme choices is provided to indicate the practicality and efficiency of the established method.By comparison with the existing relative MADM methods,the results show that the established MADM method can overcome the insufficiency of decision flexibility in the existing MADM methods and demonstrate the metric of flexible decision-making.

文摘Due to the impact of source-load prediction power errors and uncertainties,the actual operation of the park will have a wide range of fluctuations compared with the expected state,resulting in its inability to achieve the expected economy.This paper constructs an operating simulation model of the park power grid operation considering demand response and proposes a multi-time scale operating simulation method that combines day-ahead optimization and model predictive control(MPC).In the day-ahead stage,an operating simulation plan that comprehensively considers the user’s side comfort and operating costs is proposed with a long-term time scale of 15 min.In order to cope with power fluctuations of photovoltaic,wind turbine and conventional load,MPC is used to track and roll correct the day-ahead operating simulation plan in the intra-day stage to meet the actual operating operation status of the park.Finally,the validity and economy of the operating simulation strategy are verified through the analysis of arithmetic examples.

文摘Cooperative guidance is a method for achieving combat objectives through information sharing and cooperative effects,and has emerged as a significant research area in the fields of missile guidance and systematic warfare.This study presents a systematic review and analysis of current research on cooperative guidance.First,a bibliometric analysis is conducted on 513 articles using the Scopus database and CiteSpace software to assess keyword clustering,keyword cooccurrence,and keyword burst,and to later visualize the results.Second,fundamental theories of cooperative guidance,including relative motion modeling methods,algebraic graph theory,and multi-agent consensus theory,are summarized.Subsequently,an overview of current cooperative laws and corresponding analysis methods is provided,with categorization based on the cooperative structure and convergence performance.Finally,we summarize current research developments based on five perspectives and propose a developmental framework based on five layers(cyber,physical,decision,information,and system),discussing potential future advancements in cooperative terminal guidance.This framework emphasizes five key areas of research:networked,heterogeneous,integrated,intelligent,and group cooperations,with the goal of offering trends and insights for futurework.
