Using stable isotopes to detect and analyze the geographical origin of insects represents an important traceability technology,which requires a rich isotope database.In this study,we representatively sampled the Chine...Using stable isotopes to detect and analyze the geographical origin of insects represents an important traceability technology,which requires a rich isotope database.In this study,we representatively sampled the Chinese provinces where flighted spongy moth complex(FSMC)has been reported and,for the first time,used co-kriging interpolation to predict the distribution patterns of FSMC s13C values in the main distribution areas.From 2020 to 2022,we set up 60 traps in 12 provinces and cities in China and collected 795 FSMCs.Then,6 main climatic factors were obtained by multi-collinearity screening from 21 types of meteorological data collected at the sample plots,and a correlation analysis was carried out by combining longitude,latitude,and altitude data with the s13C val-ues of FSMC.Next,we performed a co-kriging interpolation using the 2 climatic factors with the highest correlation(isothermality and altitude)and the s13C values of FSMC.A cross-validation was performed to systematically test 11 candidate models and select the best semi-variogram model(Exponential"),which was then used to build a co-kriging interpolation model.The geographical distribution patterns of the FSMC s13C values ob-tained from the 2 interpolation models(i.e.,interpolated with isothermality and altitude,respectively)were almost the same.Moreover,the s13C values varied significantly at the regional scale,showing regular changes in spatial distribution.Overall,the reference indi-cator map of the 813C values generated from stable isotopes can be used to greatly improve the efficiency of discrimination analyses on the geographical origin of FSMC.展开更多

Generating dynamically feasible trajectory for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in dense obstacle environments remains computationally intractable.This paper proposes a Safe Flight Corridor constrained Sequent...Generating dynamically feasible trajectory for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in dense obstacle environments remains computationally intractable.This paper proposes a Safe Flight Corridor constrained Sequential Convex Programming(SFC-SCP)to improve the computation efficiency and reliability of trajectory generation.SFC-SCP combines the front-end convex polyhedron SFC construction and back-end SCP-based trajectory optimization.A Sparse A^(*)Search(SAS)driven SFC construction method is designed to efficiently generate polyhedron SFC according to the geometric relation among obstacles and collision-free waypoints.Via transforming the nonconvex obstacle-avoidance constraints to linear inequality constraints,SFC can mitigate infeasibility of trajectory planning and reduce computation complexity.Then,SCP casts the nonlinear trajectory optimization subject to SFC into convex programming subproblems to decrease the problem complexity.In addition,a convex optimizer based on interior point method is customized,where the search direction is calculated via successive elimination to further improve efficiency.Simulation experiments on dense obstacle scenarios show that SFC-SCP can generate dynamically feasible safe trajectory rapidly.Comparative studies with state-of-the-art SCP-based methods demonstrate the efficiency and reliability merits of SFC-SCP.Besides,the customized convex optimizer outperforms off-the-shelf optimizers in terms of computation time.展开更多
An in-pixel histogramming time-to-digital converter(hTDC)based on octonary search and 4-tap phase detection is presented,aiming to improve frame rate while ensuring high precicion.The proposed hTDC is a 12-bit two-ste...An in-pixel histogramming time-to-digital converter(hTDC)based on octonary search and 4-tap phase detection is presented,aiming to improve frame rate while ensuring high precicion.The proposed hTDC is a 12-bit two-step converter consisting of a 6-bit coarse quantization and a 6-bit fine quantization,which supports a time resolution of 120 ps and multiphoton counting up to 2 GHz without a GHz reference frequency.The proposed hTDC is designed in 0.11μm CMOS process with an area consumption of 6900μm^(2).The data from a behavioral-level model is imported into the designed hTDC circuit for simulation verification.The post-simulation results show that the proposed hTDC achieves 0.8%depth precision in 9 m range for short-range system design specifications and 0.2%depth precision in 48 m range for long-range system design specifications.Under 30×10^(3) lux background light conditions,the proposed hTDC can be used for SPAD-based flash LiDAR sensor to achieve a frame rate to 40 fps with 200 ps resolution in 9 m range.展开更多
Airborne area-array whisk-broom imaging systems typically adopt constant-speed scanning schemes.For large-inertia scanning systems,constant-speed scanning requires substantial time to complete the reversal motion,redu...Airborne area-array whisk-broom imaging systems typically adopt constant-speed scanning schemes.For large-inertia scanning systems,constant-speed scanning requires substantial time to complete the reversal motion,reducing the system's adaptability to high-speed reversal scanning and decreasing scanning efficiency.This study proposes a novel sinusoidal variable-speed roll scanning strategy,which reduces abrupt changes in speed and acceleration,minimizing time loss during reversals.Based on the forward image motion compensation strategy in the pitch direction,we establish a line-of-sight(LOS)position calculation model with vertical flight path correction(VFPC),ensuring that the central LOS of the scanned image remains stable on the same horizontal line,facilitating accurate image stitching in whisk-broom imaging.Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,the proposed method improves the scanning efficiency by approximately 18.6%at a 90o whiskbroom imaging angle under the same speed height ratio conditions.The new VFPC method enables wide-field,high-resolution imaging,achieving single-line LOS horizontal stability with an accuracy of better than O.4 mrad.The research is of great significance to promote the further development of airborne area-array whisk-broom imaging technology toward wider fields of view,higher speed height ratios,and greater scanning efficiency.展开更多

Due to the intense data flow in expanding Internet of Things(IoT)applications,a heavy processing cost and workload on the fog-cloud side become inevitable.One of the most critical challenges is optimal task scheduling...Due to the intense data flow in expanding Internet of Things(IoT)applications,a heavy processing cost and workload on the fog-cloud side become inevitable.One of the most critical challenges is optimal task scheduling.Since this is an NP-hard problem type,a metaheuristic approach can be a good option.This study introduces a novel enhancement to the Artificial Rabbits Optimization(ARO)algorithm by integrating Chaotic maps and Levy flight strategies(CLARO).This dual approach addresses the limitations of standard ARO in terms of population diversity and convergence speed.It is designed for task scheduling in fog-cloud environments,optimizing energy consumption,makespan,and execution time simultaneously three critical parameters often treated individually in prior works.Unlike conventional single-objective methods,the proposed approach incorporates a multi-objective fitness function that dynamically adjusts the weight of each parameter,resulting in better resource allocation and load balancing.In analysis,a real-world dataset,the Open-source Google Cloud Jobs Dataset(GoCJ_Dataset),is used for performance measurement,and analyses are performed on three considered parameters.Comparisons are applied with well-known algorithms:GWO,SCSO,PSO,WOA,and ARO to indicate the reliability of the proposed method.In this regard,performance evaluation is performed by assigning these tasks to Virtual Machines(VMs)in the resource pool.Simulations are performed on 90 base cases and 30 scenarios for each evaluation parameter.The results indicated that the proposed algorithm achieved the best makespan performance in 80% of cases,ranked first in execution time in 61%of cases,and performed best in the final parameter in 69% of cases.In addition,according to the obtained results based on the defined fitness function,the proposed method(CLARO)is 2.52%better than ARO,3.95%better than SCSO,5.06%better than GWO,8.15%better than PSO,and 9.41%better than WOA.展开更多
Unmanned aerial vehicle light detection and ranging(UAV–LiDAR)is a new method for collecting understory terrain data.The high estimation accuracy of understory terrain is crucial for accurate tree height measurement ...Unmanned aerial vehicle light detection and ranging(UAV–LiDAR)is a new method for collecting understory terrain data.The high estimation accuracy of understory terrain is crucial for accurate tree height measurement and forest resource surveys.The UAV–LiDAR flight altitude and forest canopy cover significantly impact the accuracy of understory terrain estimation.However,since no research examined their combined effects,we aimed to investigate this relationship.This will help optimize UAV–LiDAR flight parameters for understory terrain estimation and forest surveys across various canopy cover.This study analyzed the impacts of three flight altitudes and three canopy cover on the estimation accuracy of understory terrain.The results showed that when canopy cover exceeded a specific value,UAV–LiDAR flight altitudes significantly affected understory terrain estimation.Given a forest canopy cover,the reduction in ground point coverage increased significantly as the flight altitude increased;given a flight altitude,the higher the canopy cover,the more significant the reduction in ground point coverage.In forests with a canopy cover≥0.9,there were substantial differences in the accuracies of understory digital elevation models(DEMs)generated using UAV–LiDAR at different flight altitudes.For forests with a canopy cover<0.9,the mean absolute error(MAE)of understory DEMs from UAV–LiDAR at different flight altitudes was≤0.17 m and the root mean square error(RMSE)was≤0.24 m.However,for forests with a canopy cover≥0.9,the UAV–LiDAR flight altitude significantly affected the accuracy of understory DEMs.At the same flight altitude,the MAE and RMSE of the estimated elevation for forests with a canopy cover≥0.9 were approximately twice those of the estimated elevation for forests with a canopy cover<0.9.In forests with low canopy cover,it is possible to improve data collection efficiency by selecting a higher flight altitude.However,UAV–LiDAR flight altitudes significantly affected understory terrain estimation in forests with high canopy cover,it is essential to adopt terrain-following flight modes,reduce flight altitudes,and maintain a consistent flight altitude during longterm monitoring in high canopy cover forests.展开更多
The high maneuverability of modern fighters in close air combat imposes significant cognitive demands on pilots,making rapid,accurate decision-making challenging.While reinforcement learning(RL)has shown promise in th...The high maneuverability of modern fighters in close air combat imposes significant cognitive demands on pilots,making rapid,accurate decision-making challenging.While reinforcement learning(RL)has shown promise in this domain,the existing methods often lack strategic depth and generalization in complex,high-dimensional environments.To address these limitations,this paper proposes an optimized self-play method enhanced by advancements in fighter modeling,neural network design,and algorithmic frameworks.This study employs a six-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF)F-16 fighter model based on open-source aerodynamic data,featuring airborne equipment and a realistic visual simulation platform,unlike traditional 3-DOF models.To capture temporal dynamics,Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)layers are integrated into the neural network,complemented by delayed input stacking.The RL environment incorporates expert strategies,curiositydriven rewards,and curriculum learning to improve adaptability and strategic decision-making.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves a winning rate exceeding90%against classical single-agent methods.Additionally,through enhanced 3D visual platforms,we conducted human-agent confrontation experiments,where the agent attained an average winning rate of over 75%.The agent's maneuver trajectories closely align with human pilot strategies,showcasing its potential in decision-making and pilot training applications.This study highlights the effectiveness of integrating advanced modeling and self-play techniques in developing robust air combat decision-making systems.展开更多

The general shape of the load spectrum is that Type Ⅲ/Ⅳ cyclic loading and creep loading are superimposed on Type Ⅰ cyclic loading. Meanwhile, the sequence of the Type Ⅲ/Ⅳ cyclic and creep loading varies with mission. This work performed load spectrum test with this characteristic on the Ni-based alloy FGH96. Then a life prediction method was developed based on the Chaboche fatigue damage accumulation model and a modified time fraction model. Creep followed by Fatigue (C-F) test was carried out to reveal the creep-fatigue interaction and calibrate parameters. The results show that most test results fall within the 2-fold deviation band. The sequence of creep-fatigue loading within the load spectrum exhibited a limited effect on life. Finally, simplified methods were developed to improve analysis efficiency, and cases where simplified methods could replace the proposed method were discussed.展开更多
With the rapid development of aviation industry and its increasing impact on the global climate change,the contributions of carbon emissions frominternational flights are attracting more and more attention worldwide.T...With the rapid development of aviation industry and its increasing impact on the global climate change,the contributions of carbon emissions frominternational flights are attracting more and more attention worldwide.This study,taking Macao as the aviation hub,established the cross-border aviation carbon emission evaluation model to explore dynamic carbon emissions and net-zero path of international flights.The aviation hubmainly covers 58 routes and five types of civil aircraft from 12 countries or regions during 2000-2022.The results show that the aviation transportation in Macao emitted about 1.44 million tons CO_(2)eq in 2019,which is high 3.6 times that of 2000.The COVID-19 has led to a rapid decline in aviation carbon emissions in a short period of time,carbon emissions in 2020 decreased by 80%compared to 2019.In terms of cumulative carbon emissions from 2000 to 2019,the A321 and A320 Airbus contribute to 80%of carbon emissions.And the Chinese mainland(37%)and Taiwan(29%)are the main sources of emissions.In 2000-2019,the proportion of carbon emissions from China(including Taiwan and Hong Kong)decrease from 91%to 53%,while the contribution from Southeast Asia(from 5% to 26%),Japan and South Korea(from 2% to 19%)keep the growth trends.In the optimal scenario(B3C3),net zero emissions of cross-border aviation in Macao can be not achieved,and there is still only by removing 0.3 million tons CO_(2)eq.Emission reduction technology and new energy usage are priorities for the aviation emission reduction.展开更多

Urbanization has significantly altered the habitat structure and behavioral patterns of animals.In urban environments with frequent human disturbances,animals may undergo adaptive adjustments in their escape behaviors...Urbanization has significantly altered the habitat structure and behavioral patterns of animals.In urban environments with frequent human disturbances,animals may undergo adaptive adjustments in their escape behaviors.This study focuses on Eurasian Tree Sparrows(Passer montanus)from five cities across different latitudes in China,comparing their flight initiation distance(FID)in urban and rural areas to assess the impact of urbanization on their escape behavior and the trend of ecological homogenization.The results confirm the established pattern at the geographic level:a reduction of FID in urban habitats and a decrease in FID with increasing latitude.That is,northern populations of the Eurasian Tree Sparrow in China are bolder than the southern populations.In addition,FID is positively correlated with flock size,with rural flocks exhibiting more pronounced group behavior(observed flocking frequency for urban and rural is 28.74%vs.40.7%,flock size variance is 26.90 vs.55.63).Despite the differences between northern and southern latitudes,the variability of FID in urban individuals consistently remains lower than that in rural areas,supporting the trend of reduced variability in escape behavior among birds in urban environments.Driven by urbanization,the escape behavior of Eurasian Tree Sparrows tends toward ecological homogenization,meaning that behavioral differences between urban areas in different cities are diminishing.This trend may obscure the behavioral variability brought about by latitude gradients,indicating that urbanization not only shapes the behavioral adaptations of birds but also potentially weakens their behavioral diversity.展开更多

文摘采用顶空固相微萃取(headspace solid-phase microextraction,HS-SPME)和液液萃取(liquid-liquid extraction,LLE)结合全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱(comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry,GC×GC-TOF-MS)以及香气活度值(odour active value,OAV),对红星二锅头白酒的挥发性成分进行全面解析。研究发现,HS-SPME、LLE分别定性出928、802种挥发性化合物,共计定性出1304种挥发性化合物,共同定性出426种挥发性化合物。基于HS-SPME数据,通过香气数据库筛选出具有香气特征的382种香气化合物,其中酯类相对百分含量占比最高,其次是醇类、酸类和醛类。计算得到了49种香气化合物OAV>1,其中酯类(辛酸乙酯、异戊酸乙酯等)和萜烯类(β-大马酮)对白酒风味的贡献最大,醛类(异戊醛、己醛等)和含硫类(二甲基三硫)其次,醇类(1-辛烯-3-醇)和含氮类(2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪)也有一定风味贡献。该研究丰富了红星二锅头白酒的风味研究,也为下一步生产研究及调控提供了理论和数据支撑。
文摘Particle distribution in the cross-section of the flighted rotating drum(FRD)is critical to the analysis of heat and mass transfer between gas and solids.In this work,the particle tracking velocimetry(PTV)method is applied to study the influence of the number of flights on the particle motion in FRDs.The drum,installed with 1,4,8,or 12 rectangular flights,is filled with plastic balls to 15%and operated at various rotating speeds ranging from 10 rpm to 30 rpm.The results show that the number of flights has different effects on the holdup ratio and cascading rate of single flight and active flights.With 8 and 12 flights,the FRD produces a larger and more stable particle ratio of the dilute phase.Moreover,DEM simulations agree with PTV measurements,whereas literature models show significant deviations.

文摘Generating dynamically feasible trajectory for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in dense obstacle environments remains computationally intractable.This paper proposes a Safe Flight Corridor constrained Sequential Convex Programming(SFC-SCP)to improve the computation efficiency and reliability of trajectory generation.SFC-SCP combines the front-end convex polyhedron SFC construction and back-end SCP-based trajectory optimization.A Sparse A^(*)Search(SAS)driven SFC construction method is designed to efficiently generate polyhedron SFC according to the geometric relation among obstacles and collision-free waypoints.Via transforming the nonconvex obstacle-avoidance constraints to linear inequality constraints,SFC can mitigate infeasibility of trajectory planning and reduce computation complexity.Then,SCP casts the nonlinear trajectory optimization subject to SFC into convex programming subproblems to decrease the problem complexity.In addition,a convex optimizer based on interior point method is customized,where the search direction is calculated via successive elimination to further improve efficiency.Simulation experiments on dense obstacle scenarios show that SFC-SCP can generate dynamically feasible safe trajectory rapidly.Comparative studies with state-of-the-art SCP-based methods demonstrate the efficiency and reliability merits of SFC-SCP.Besides,the customized convex optimizer outperforms off-the-shelf optimizers in terms of computation time.

文摘An in-pixel histogramming time-to-digital converter(hTDC)based on octonary search and 4-tap phase detection is presented,aiming to improve frame rate while ensuring high precicion.The proposed hTDC is a 12-bit two-step converter consisting of a 6-bit coarse quantization and a 6-bit fine quantization,which supports a time resolution of 120 ps and multiphoton counting up to 2 GHz without a GHz reference frequency.The proposed hTDC is designed in 0.11μm CMOS process with an area consumption of 6900μm^(2).The data from a behavioral-level model is imported into the designed hTDC circuit for simulation verification.The post-simulation results show that the proposed hTDC achieves 0.8%depth precision in 9 m range for short-range system design specifications and 0.2%depth precision in 48 m range for long-range system design specifications.Under 30×10^(3) lux background light conditions,the proposed hTDC can be used for SPAD-based flash LiDAR sensor to achieve a frame rate to 40 fps with 200 ps resolution in 9 m range.

文摘Airborne area-array whisk-broom imaging systems typically adopt constant-speed scanning schemes.For large-inertia scanning systems,constant-speed scanning requires substantial time to complete the reversal motion,reducing the system's adaptability to high-speed reversal scanning and decreasing scanning efficiency.This study proposes a novel sinusoidal variable-speed roll scanning strategy,which reduces abrupt changes in speed and acceleration,minimizing time loss during reversals.Based on the forward image motion compensation strategy in the pitch direction,we establish a line-of-sight(LOS)position calculation model with vertical flight path correction(VFPC),ensuring that the central LOS of the scanned image remains stable on the same horizontal line,facilitating accurate image stitching in whisk-broom imaging.Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,the proposed method improves the scanning efficiency by approximately 18.6%at a 90o whiskbroom imaging angle under the same speed height ratio conditions.The new VFPC method enables wide-field,high-resolution imaging,achieving single-line LOS horizontal stability with an accuracy of better than O.4 mrad.The research is of great significance to promote the further development of airborne area-array whisk-broom imaging technology toward wider fields of view,higher speed height ratios,and greater scanning efficiency.

文摘This paper investigates the power generation characteristics of solar cells mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)under the coupled influence of flight conditions and the sur-rounding environment.Firstly,the study reveals that the voltage,current,and power output of the solar cells undergo consistent temporal variations throughout the day,primarily driven by voltage fluctuations,with a peak occurring around noon.Secondly,it is observed that the cells’performance is significantly more influenced by temporal variations in external light intensity than by temperature changes resulting from variations in flight speed.Finally,the study finds that the impact of flight altitude on the cells’performance is slightly more pronounced than the influence of temporal variations in external light intensity.

文摘The lack of systematic and scientific top-level arrangement in the field of civil aircraft flight test leads to the problems of long duration and high cost.Based on the flight test activity,mathematical models of flight test duration and cost are established to set up the framework of flight test process.The top-level arrangement for flight test is optimized by multi-objective algorithm to reduce the duration and cost of flight test.In order to verify the necessity and validity of the mathematical models and the optimization algorithm of top-level arrangement,real flight test data is used to make an example calculation.Results show that the multi-objective optimization results of the top-level flight arrangement are better than the initial arrangement data,which can shorten the duration,reduce the cost,and improve the efficiency of flight test.

文摘Due to the intense data flow in expanding Internet of Things(IoT)applications,a heavy processing cost and workload on the fog-cloud side become inevitable.One of the most critical challenges is optimal task scheduling.Since this is an NP-hard problem type,a metaheuristic approach can be a good option.This study introduces a novel enhancement to the Artificial Rabbits Optimization(ARO)algorithm by integrating Chaotic maps and Levy flight strategies(CLARO).This dual approach addresses the limitations of standard ARO in terms of population diversity and convergence speed.It is designed for task scheduling in fog-cloud environments,optimizing energy consumption,makespan,and execution time simultaneously three critical parameters often treated individually in prior works.Unlike conventional single-objective methods,the proposed approach incorporates a multi-objective fitness function that dynamically adjusts the weight of each parameter,resulting in better resource allocation and load balancing.In analysis,a real-world dataset,the Open-source Google Cloud Jobs Dataset(GoCJ_Dataset),is used for performance measurement,and analyses are performed on three considered parameters.Comparisons are applied with well-known algorithms:GWO,SCSO,PSO,WOA,and ARO to indicate the reliability of the proposed method.In this regard,performance evaluation is performed by assigning these tasks to Virtual Machines(VMs)in the resource pool.Simulations are performed on 90 base cases and 30 scenarios for each evaluation parameter.The results indicated that the proposed algorithm achieved the best makespan performance in 80% of cases,ranked first in execution time in 61%of cases,and performed best in the final parameter in 69% of cases.In addition,according to the obtained results based on the defined fitness function,the proposed method(CLARO)is 2.52%better than ARO,3.95%better than SCSO,5.06%better than GWO,8.15%better than PSO,and 9.41%better than WOA.

文摘Unmanned aerial vehicle light detection and ranging(UAV–LiDAR)is a new method for collecting understory terrain data.The high estimation accuracy of understory terrain is crucial for accurate tree height measurement and forest resource surveys.The UAV–LiDAR flight altitude and forest canopy cover significantly impact the accuracy of understory terrain estimation.However,since no research examined their combined effects,we aimed to investigate this relationship.This will help optimize UAV–LiDAR flight parameters for understory terrain estimation and forest surveys across various canopy cover.This study analyzed the impacts of three flight altitudes and three canopy cover on the estimation accuracy of understory terrain.The results showed that when canopy cover exceeded a specific value,UAV–LiDAR flight altitudes significantly affected understory terrain estimation.Given a forest canopy cover,the reduction in ground point coverage increased significantly as the flight altitude increased;given a flight altitude,the higher the canopy cover,the more significant the reduction in ground point coverage.In forests with a canopy cover≥0.9,there were substantial differences in the accuracies of understory digital elevation models(DEMs)generated using UAV–LiDAR at different flight altitudes.For forests with a canopy cover<0.9,the mean absolute error(MAE)of understory DEMs from UAV–LiDAR at different flight altitudes was≤0.17 m and the root mean square error(RMSE)was≤0.24 m.However,for forests with a canopy cover≥0.9,the UAV–LiDAR flight altitude significantly affected the accuracy of understory DEMs.At the same flight altitude,the MAE and RMSE of the estimated elevation for forests with a canopy cover≥0.9 were approximately twice those of the estimated elevation for forests with a canopy cover<0.9.In forests with low canopy cover,it is possible to improve data collection efficiency by selecting a higher flight altitude.However,UAV–LiDAR flight altitudes significantly affected understory terrain estimation in forests with high canopy cover,it is essential to adopt terrain-following flight modes,reduce flight altitudes,and maintain a consistent flight altitude during longterm monitoring in high canopy cover forests.

文摘The high maneuverability of modern fighters in close air combat imposes significant cognitive demands on pilots,making rapid,accurate decision-making challenging.While reinforcement learning(RL)has shown promise in this domain,the existing methods often lack strategic depth and generalization in complex,high-dimensional environments.To address these limitations,this paper proposes an optimized self-play method enhanced by advancements in fighter modeling,neural network design,and algorithmic frameworks.This study employs a six-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF)F-16 fighter model based on open-source aerodynamic data,featuring airborne equipment and a realistic visual simulation platform,unlike traditional 3-DOF models.To capture temporal dynamics,Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)layers are integrated into the neural network,complemented by delayed input stacking.The RL environment incorporates expert strategies,curiositydriven rewards,and curriculum learning to improve adaptability and strategic decision-making.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves a winning rate exceeding90%against classical single-agent methods.Additionally,through enhanced 3D visual platforms,we conducted human-agent confrontation experiments,where the agent attained an average winning rate of over 75%.The agent's maneuver trajectories closely align with human pilot strategies,showcasing its potential in decision-making and pilot training applications.This study highlights the effectiveness of integrating advanced modeling and self-play techniques in developing robust air combat decision-making systems.

文摘Fixed-wing long-endurance aircraft play an important role in many fields.However,to reduce drag,these aircraft often have an enormous aspect ratio and wingspan,leading to challenges such as high requirements for takeoff and landing sites and poor wind resistance.Morphing may be able to solve this problem,but conventional morphing aircraft often employ complex actuation mechanisms and actuators to drive the morphing process.The associated costs in terms of structural weight increase and space occupancy are prohibitively high.First,this article develops a high-aspect-ratio aircraft with aerodynamic-driven morphing and validates the rationality and feasibility of this concept through flight tests.Then,focusing on the RQ-4‘‘Global Hawk”as the design baseline,the article explores multidisciplinary overall design methods for the aircraft,analyzing the comprehensive impact of morphing on aerodynamic,structural,and flight control design.Finally,the article elaborates on the benefits and costs associated with aerodynamic-driven morphing.

文摘The service load on high temperature rotating components of aero-engines generally exhibits flight mission characteristics. The general shape of the load spectrum is that Type Ⅲ/Ⅳ cyclic loading and creep loading are superimposed on Type Ⅰ cyclic loading. Meanwhile, the sequence of the Type Ⅲ/Ⅳ cyclic and creep loading varies with mission. This work performed load spectrum test with this characteristic on the Ni-based alloy FGH96. Then a life prediction method was developed based on the Chaboche fatigue damage accumulation model and a modified time fraction model. Creep followed by Fatigue (C-F) test was carried out to reveal the creep-fatigue interaction and calibrate parameters. The results show that most test results fall within the 2-fold deviation band. The sequence of creep-fatigue loading within the load spectrum exhibited a limited effect on life. Finally, simplified methods were developed to improve analysis efficiency, and cases where simplified methods could replace the proposed method were discussed.

文摘With the rapid development of aviation industry and its increasing impact on the global climate change,the contributions of carbon emissions frominternational flights are attracting more and more attention worldwide.This study,taking Macao as the aviation hub,established the cross-border aviation carbon emission evaluation model to explore dynamic carbon emissions and net-zero path of international flights.The aviation hubmainly covers 58 routes and five types of civil aircraft from 12 countries or regions during 2000-2022.The results show that the aviation transportation in Macao emitted about 1.44 million tons CO_(2)eq in 2019,which is high 3.6 times that of 2000.The COVID-19 has led to a rapid decline in aviation carbon emissions in a short period of time,carbon emissions in 2020 decreased by 80%compared to 2019.In terms of cumulative carbon emissions from 2000 to 2019,the A321 and A320 Airbus contribute to 80%of carbon emissions.And the Chinese mainland(37%)and Taiwan(29%)are the main sources of emissions.In 2000-2019,the proportion of carbon emissions from China(including Taiwan and Hong Kong)decrease from 91%to 53%,while the contribution from Southeast Asia(from 5% to 26%),Japan and South Korea(from 2% to 19%)keep the growth trends.In the optimal scenario(B3C3),net zero emissions of cross-border aviation in Macao can be not achieved,and there is still only by removing 0.3 million tons CO_(2)eq.Emission reduction technology and new energy usage are priorities for the aviation emission reduction.
文摘In view of the deficiencies in aspects such as failure rate requirements and analysis assumptions of advisory circular,this paper investigates the sources of high safety requirements,and the top-down design method for the flight control system life cycle.Correspondingly,measures are proposed,including enhancing the safety target value to 10^(−10)per flight hour and implementing development assurance.In view of the shortcomings of mainstream aircraft flight control systems,such as weak backup capability and complex fault reconfiguration logic,improvements have been made to the system’s operating modes,control channel allocation,and common mode failure mitigation schemes based on the existing flight control architecture.The flight control design trends and philosophies have been analyzed.A flight control system architecture scheme is proposed,which includes three operating modes and multi-level voters/monitors,three main control channels,and a backup system independent of the main control system,which has been confirmed through functional modeling simulations.The proposed method plays an important role in the architecture design of safety-critical flight control system.
文摘Based on the analysis and research of the airworthiness objective of integrated modular avionics system(IMA),and the characteristics of IMA system’s comprehensive and complex cross-linking with other airborne systems,the extraction strategy of IMA system’s compliance flight test subjects and the selection method of IMA system’s compliance flight test parameters are proposed.The data analysis method based on the abnormal probability matrix of the IMA system is proposed for the first time,and the abnormal state information of the IMA system can be quickly identified.The compliance flight test of the IMA system is completed with limited flight test resources,which achieves the purpose of saving flight test sorties and improving flight test efficiency.This research has been successfully applied to the airworthiness certification flight test of a certain civil transport aircraft in China,and can provide technical support for the subsequent type flight test.

文摘Urbanization has significantly altered the habitat structure and behavioral patterns of animals.In urban environments with frequent human disturbances,animals may undergo adaptive adjustments in their escape behaviors.This study focuses on Eurasian Tree Sparrows(Passer montanus)from five cities across different latitudes in China,comparing their flight initiation distance(FID)in urban and rural areas to assess the impact of urbanization on their escape behavior and the trend of ecological homogenization.The results confirm the established pattern at the geographic level:a reduction of FID in urban habitats and a decrease in FID with increasing latitude.That is,northern populations of the Eurasian Tree Sparrow in China are bolder than the southern populations.In addition,FID is positively correlated with flock size,with rural flocks exhibiting more pronounced group behavior(observed flocking frequency for urban and rural is 28.74%vs.40.7%,flock size variance is 26.90 vs.55.63).Despite the differences between northern and southern latitudes,the variability of FID in urban individuals consistently remains lower than that in rural areas,supporting the trend of reduced variability in escape behavior among birds in urban environments.Driven by urbanization,the escape behavior of Eurasian Tree Sparrows tends toward ecological homogenization,meaning that behavioral differences between urban areas in different cities are diminishing.This trend may obscure the behavioral variability brought about by latitude gradients,indicating that urbanization not only shapes the behavioral adaptations of birds but also potentially weakens their behavioral diversity.
