为满足Flash型现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)在多工作模式下内核电源供电的安全性与可靠性需求,设计并实现了一种Flash型FPGA内核电源控制逻辑电路。该电路利用Flash器件的非易失特性集成状态记忆模块,精准识别FPGA的5种工作状态。通过动态控... 为满足Flash型现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)在多工作模式下内核电源供电的安全性与可靠性需求,设计并实现了一种Flash型FPGA内核电源控制逻辑电路。该电路利用Flash器件的非易失特性集成状态记忆模块,精准识别FPGA的5种工作状态。通过动态控制JD7节点电平,实现了内核电源的精准管理与电气隔离:在非用户模式下将JD7置为电源电压V_(CC),以消除信号冲突风险;在用户模式下切换为GND,建立完整的电源回路。电路在一款60万门规模的Flash型FPGA中集成验证,测试结果表明,在55~125℃范围内及±5%电源电压波动条件下,全片擦除后静态电流低至1 mA,用户模式下功能正确。本研究为高可靠Flash型FPGA提供了一种有效的内核电源管理解决方案,显著提升了芯片的鲁棒性。 展开更多

Decentralized finance(DeFi)has revolutionized traditional financial paradigms by enabling innovative,permissionless financial transactions.Among these,flash loans represent a significant breakthrough,offering rapid liquidity without collateral requirements.However,the very features that make flash loans appealing also expose DeFi ecosystems to severe security threats.This paper presents a systematic analysis of flash loan attack methodologies,their implications,and potential countermeasures.We formalize the problem via a game-theoretic model,delineating the interactions between malicious actors and security mechanisms.Through detailed case studies of major flash loan attacks,we illustrate common exploit strategies and vulnerabilities within smart contracts.Furthermore,we propose a comprehensive,multilayered security framework that integrates real-time anomaly detection,enhanced smart contract verification,decentralized governance improvements,and cross-platform intelligence sharing.Empirical analysis leveraging blockchain security datasets underscores the viability of these mitigative measures.Our findings contribute to the broader discourse on DeFi security by providing a structured approach to mitigating the systemic risks associated with flash loans,thereby enhancing the resilience of decentralized financial systems. 展开更多

Flash Joule heating(FJH),as a high-efficiency and low-energy consumption technology for advanced materials synthesis,has shown significant potential in the synthesis of graphene and other functional carbon materials.B... Flash Joule heating(FJH),as a high-efficiency and low-energy consumption technology for advanced materials synthesis,has shown significant potential in the synthesis of graphene and other functional carbon materials.Based on the Joule effect,the solid carbon sources can be rapidly heated to ultra-high temperatures(>3000 K)through instantaneous high-energy current pulses during FJH,thus driving the rapid rearrangement and graphitization of carbon atoms.This technology demonstrates numerous advantages,such as solvent-and catalyst-free features,high energy conversion efficiency,and a short process cycle.In this review,we have systematically summarized the technology principle and equipment design for FJH,as well as its raw materials selection and pretreatment strategies.The research progress in the FJH synthesis of flash graphene,carbon nanotubes,graphene fibers,and anode hard carbon,as well as its by-products,is also presented.FJH can precisely optimize the microstructures of carbon materials(e.g.,interlayer spacing of turbostratic graphene,defect concentration,and heteroatom doping)by regulating its operation parameters like flash voltage and flash time,thereby enhancing their performances in various applications,such as composite reinforcement,metal-ion battery electrodes,supercapacitors,and electrocatalysts.However,this technology is still challenged by low process yield,macroscopic material uniformity,and green power supply system construction.More research efforts are also required to promote the transition of FJH from laboratory to industrial-scale applications,thus providing innovative solutions for advanced carbon materials manufacturing and waste management toward carbon neutrality. 展开更多

Spatiotemporal characteristics and onset processes of flash droughts during the growing season in Inner Mongolia,China

Flash droughts(FDs)develop quickly and can rapidly deplete soil moisture,posing significant threats to agriculture and pastoral systems.To investigate the spatiotemporal characteristics and development mechanisms of FDs in Inner Mongolia,China,and to assess the roles of key meteorological drivers in driving soil moisture variability,FD events were identified using root-zone soil moisture data during the growing seasons from 1982 to 2022.The results indicate the presence of five FD hotspot regions,located in the southern Alxa Plateau,the Hetao Plain in Bayannur,the northwestern Xilingol Plain,the western Liaohe River Plain,and the northern Da Hinggan Ling.Over 41 years,FDs occurred on average 7.44 events across the study area,with a mean duration of 9.17 pentads(1 pentad equals 5 days).The duration exhibited a significant increasing trend of 0.39 pentads/10 years.FD onsets primarily lasted for 2-3 pentads.During the FD development phase,precipitation and evapotranspiration decreased while temperature,potential evapotranspiration,incoming solar radiation,and vapor pressure deficit increased.The dominant meteorological drivers of FD development exhibited notable spatial heterogeneity across hotspot regions,and vapor pressure deficit consistently was the most influential factor.These findings improve the understanding of climate drivers at different stages of FD development and provide scientific support for early warning and prevention of droughts in Inner Mongolia. 展开更多

NAND Flash器件焊点可靠性是电子装联行业持续关注的重要课题之一。以TSOP封装类型的NAND Flash器件为研究对象,针对其焊点可靠性问题,对器件本体的热膨胀系数(CTE)及表面镀层进行了SEM测试分析。结果表明,该类器件本体与印制板(FR-4)之间存在较大的热失配,且引脚材料表面存在较薄的氧化物薄膜。通过采取优化措施进行试验样件对比验证,并对焊点进行加固处理,可使NAND Flash器件焊点的可靠性寿命在传统焊接基础上延长2倍以上。该工艺改进对航空航天及电子产品装联领域提升NAND Flash器件焊点可靠性具有重要参考价值。 展开更多

In-situ phosphatization of waterborne acrylic latex coatings for long-term corrosion protection of metal without flash rust

Waterborne acrylic coatings are widely utilized due to their cost-effectiveness,high transparency,strong resistance to weather and chemicals,impressive mechanical properties,and excellent adhesion to various substrates.In these coatings,a reactive emulsifier containing phosphate groups can be integrated into the molecular chain during polymerization,which enhances the coating's compactness and corrosion resistance.This work focuses on the synthesis of styrene-butyl acrylate(St-BA)latex and methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate(MMA-BA)latex using the reactive phosphate emulsifier ANPEO_(10)-P_(1) through seed emulsion polymerization,achieving a conversion rate of approximately 99%and a solid content close to 50%.The resulting coatings from St-BA and MMA-BA latexes demonstrated long-term corrosion protection for carbon steel and aluminum alloy due to in-situ phosphatization,effectively preventing flash rust.Notably,the MMA-BA coating exhibited remarkable durability,enduring immersion for up to 1224 h(51 d)on Q 235 carbon steel before reaching the failure threshold(|Z|0.01 Hz£106Ω·cm^(2))on Q 235 carbon steel.On 5052 aluminum alloy,the St-BA coating maintained|Z|0.01 Hz>10^(8)Ω·cm^(2) for 480 h(20 d).Furthermore,the corrosion resistance of St-BA and MMA BA coatings on Q 235 steel sheet and 5052 aluminum alloy surpassed that of commercially available MMA-BA and St BA coatings after immersion in a 3.5 wt%NaCl aqueous solution.This work also delves into the anticorrosion mechanism of MMA-BA and St-BA coatings. 展开更多

The photochemical reaction process of anthraquinone-2-sodium sulfonate (AQS) in the mixture of water (H2O) and N-butylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate ([BPy] [BF4]) was studied using the laser flash photolysis technique. Experimental results show that the excited triplet of AQS (3AQS*) could react rapidly with H2O and the transient absorption spectra greatly changed by increasing the volume fraction of the ionic liquid (VIL) in [BPy][BF4]/H2O mixtures. The absorbance at 510 nm increased gradually with increasing VIL when 0〈VIL〈0.1. By contrast, the absorbance decreased gradually when VIL〉0.1. Otherwise, the absorbance of the band near 380 nm steadily increased. The apparent kinetic parameters of transient species B and ^3AQS* are obtained approximately. 3AQS* abstracting hydrogen from [BPy]+ was also explored. It was deduced that the 350-420 nm band was the superposition of the peaks of 3AQS* and AQSH'. The two reactions of 3AQS* with [BPy][BF4] and H2O are a pair of competitive reactions. We also concluded that the entire reaction processes slow down in the case of high [BPy] [BF4] concentrations. 展开更多

目的:本研究旨在解决基础医学病理学实验课学习效果不佳的问题,通过研发手机端T-Flash学习软件,结合智能手机的自主、交互、便携、实时等特性,创新实验课学习方式,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效果。方法:本研究以Tips(知识小贴士)、T... 目的:本研究旨在解决基础医学病理学实验课学习效果不佳的问题,通过研发手机端T-Flash学习软件,结合智能手机的自主、交互、便携、实时等特性,创新实验课学习方式,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效果。方法:本研究以Tips(知识小贴士)、Training(训练)和Test(考核)(简称3T)为设计理念,采用消消乐Flash游戏为载体,建立病理标本图片、知识Tips等素材库;在Unity平台制作试用版软件,选取典型病理器官标本和组织切片标本图片制作游戏图标,在游戏载入、返场及点击图标时设计知识Tips闪现滚动;设置闯关关卡、竞技场及积分榜,对在线学习及互动情况进行实时监控和测评;开发基于AI技术的实验小助手,通过病理实验课考试和问卷调查进行软件应用效果评价。结果:设计并开发了T-Flash学习软件v1.0版申请软件著作权获授权。实验组的标本考试成绩与理论考试成绩较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。T-Flash v1.0版能有效辅助学习,激发学习兴趣,提高学习成绩。50名学生的问卷调查反馈积极,软件受到学生的欢迎。结论:T-Flash消消乐学习软件在基础医学病理学实验课中的创新应用取得了显著成效,证明了其作为新型学习工具的可行性和有效性。该软件不仅能提升学生的学习效果和兴趣,还具有推广到其他学科领域的潜力。本研究为医学教育领域的学习模式创新提供了有益的探索和借鉴。 展开更多

双源CT Flash扫描联合70 kV在儿童肺炎复查的可行性研究

目的:探讨双源CT Flash扫描联合70 kV在儿童肺炎复查中的可行性。方法:前瞻性收集2024年1—7月因肺炎就诊我院,并完成前后两次CT扫描的30例患者,其中男14例,女16例,平均年龄(7.3±3.5)岁(5个月~11.5岁),体重指数(BMI)为(15.45±... 目的:探讨双源CT Flash扫描联合70 kV在儿童肺炎复查中的可行性。方法:前瞻性收集2024年1—7月因肺炎就诊我院,并完成前后两次CT扫描的30例患者,其中男14例,女16例,平均年龄(7.3±3.5)岁(5个月~11.5岁),体重指数(BMI)为(15.45±2.62)kg/m^(2)。根据研究方案,均采用Flash模式扫描,首次检查使用80 kV管电压,复查使用70 kV管电压,其余参数相同。比较前后两次CT扫描图像质量、辐射剂量。结果:与首次检查相比,复查的辐射剂量指标CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)和全身有效剂量(ED)分别降低了40.38%[(0.31±0.11)mGy vs(0.52±0.20)mGy]、40.74%[(8.67±3.76)mGy·cm vs(14.63±7.18)mGy·cm]和40.91%[(0.13±0.05)mSv vs(0.22±0.10)mSv],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001);与首次检查图像质量相比,复查图像的背景噪声值增高,信噪比(SNR)值、对比度噪声比(CNR)值分别下降21.14%、13.42%,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2名医师对两组图像的主观评分一致性高(Kappa=0.72~0.879),两组图像的肺窗和纵隔窗图像质量评分均存在差异(P<0.001),以肺窗图像为判断标准,首次检查图像质量中位评分为5分(4分,5分),复查图像质量的中位评分为4分(3分,5分),所有图像质量均满足诊断需求。结论:70 kV联合双源CT Flash扫描在儿童肺炎复查中具有很好的可行性,图像质量可以满足临床诊断和评价治疗效果需求,且辐射剂量显著降低,值得临床推广使用。 展开更多

Ultrahigh-dose-rate radiotherapy(FLASH-RT)is a revolutionary radiotherapy technology that can spare normal tissues without compromising tumor control.Although qualitative experimental results have been reported,quantitative and systematic analysis of data is necessary.Particularly,the FLASH effect response model to the dose or dose rate is still unclear.This study investigated the relationships between the FLASH effect and experimental parameters,such as dose,dose rate,and other factors by analyzing published in vivo experimental data from animal models.The data were modeled based on logistic regression analysis using the sigmoid function.The model was evaluated using prediction accuracy,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,and area under the ROC curve.Results showed that the FLASH effect was closely related to the dose,mean dose rate,tissue type,and corresponding biological endpoints.The dose rate corresponding to a 50% probability of triggering cognitive protection in the brain was 45 Gy s^(-1).The dose rate corresponding to a 50% probability of triggering intestinal crypt survival and regeneration was 140 Gy s^(-1).For the skin toxicity effect,the dose corresponding to a 50% probability of triggering the FLASH effect was 24 Gy.This study helps to characterize the conditions underlying the FLASH effect and provides important information for optimizing experiments. 展开更多

Water depths and flow velocities decisively influence the damage caused by flash floods.Geographic Information System(GIS)is a powerful and useful tool,allowing the spatial analysis of results obtained by hydraulic modelling,namely from the HEC-RAS/HEC-GeoRAS software.The GIS spatial analysis performed in this study seeks to explain and quantify the spatial relationships between the stream channel features and flow components during flash flood events.Despite these relationships are generically known,there are few studies exploring this subject in different geographic contexts.A 1D hydraulic model was applied in a small watershed in Portugal,providing good results in the definition of floodable areas,water depths and longitudinal velocities.No direct relationship was found between water depths and velocities in the floodable areas;however,negative strong correlations were found between the two flow components along the stream centerlines.Bed slope,channel and flood width,and roughness prove to be highly relevant on the longitudinal variations of water depths and velocities and on the location of maximum values.Increasing peak discharges and return periods(R;)can change the relationships between water depths and velocities at the same location.Results can be improved with more accurate elevation data for stream channels and floodplains. 展开更多

Process heating constitutes a significant share of final energy consumption in the industrial sector around the world.In this paper,a high-temperature heat pump(HTHP)using flash tank vapor injection technology(FTVI)is proposed to develop low-temperature geothermal source for industrial process heating with temperature above 100°C.With heat sink output temperatures between 120°C and 150°C,the thermo-economic performance of the FTVI HTHP system using R1234ze(Z)as refrigerant is analyzed and also compared to the single-stage vapor compression(SSVC)system by employing the developed mathematical model.The coefficient of performance(COP),exergy efficiency(ηexe),net present value(NPV)and payback period(PBP)are used as performance indicators.The results show that under the typical working conditions,the COP andηexe of FTVI HTHP system are 3.00 and 59.66%,respectively,and the corresponding NPV and PBP reach 8.13×106 CNY and 4.13 years,respectively.Under the high-temperature heating conditions,the thermo-economic performance of the FTVI HTHP system is significantly better than that of the SSVC system,and the larger the temperature lift,the greater the thermo-economic advantage of the FTVI HTHP system.Additionally,the FTVI HTHP system is more capable than the SSVC system in absorbing the financial risks associated with changes of electricity price and natural gas price. 展开更多

Flash型FPGA(Filed Programmable Gate Array)在进行编程操作时,电荷泵为编程管栅端提供正高压。为满足Flash型FPGA的上电及时运行性和编程稳定性,要求电荷泵不仅能输出高压,还应具有较快的启动速度和较小的输出电压纹波。文中基于传统交叉耦合电荷泵提出一种正高压电荷泵。电荷泵的主体采取并联双支路结构,降低了输出电压纹波,采用六相不交叠时钟和新增时钟升压模块对电荷泵进行时序控制,在消除了反向电流影响的同时提高了电荷泵启动速度。在输出端设置稳压模块进行稳压调节,保证编程稳定性。仿真结果表明,在电源电压为3.3 V、时钟频率为20 MHz、负载电容为50 pF的条件下,电荷泵启动时间为6.6μs,输出电压稳定到15 V,输出纹波仅有23 mV。采用0.18μm CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)工艺流片后,测试结果满足Flash型FPGA的编程需求。 展开更多

Flash开关单元是实现Flash型现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的重要配置单元,具有可重构、集成度高、功耗低的优势。采用正交试验设计方法,进行了n型Flash开关单元编程及擦除试验,获取了Sense管和Switch管编程及擦除阈值电压,构建了Sense管编程阈值电压、Sense管擦除阈值电压、Switch管编程阈值电压、Switch管擦除阈值电压共四个回归模型。结果表明:所建立模型预测阈值电压的最大误差均不超过0.15 V,平均误差均不超过0.06 V,均具有较高的显著性,模型可信度高;Sense管和Switch管编程阈值电压与编程时间的对数、编程正压、编程负压分别呈线性关系,Sense管和Switch管擦除阈值电压与擦除时间的对数、擦除正压、擦除负压亦分别呈线性关系。回归模型可为Flash开关单元操作波形的设计和优化提供参考依据。 展开更多

This study evaluates the uncertainty involved in the determination of the flash flood guidance(FFG) of the flash flood warning system(FFWS) for a small mountainous region(FFWS_MR)in Korea. The sensitivity is evaluated both at each step to determine the FFG and for all steps together. The results show that the relative difference of the FFG is about 50% of the current system, most of which involves the channel width. Especially, the use of some specific empirical equations to estimate the major parameters results in a considerable amount of the relative difference of the FFG. In addition, though only four basins were field-surveyed, it is found that the indirect estimation of the major parameters always introduces some amount of additional uncertainty. In conclusion, accurate estimation of the major parameters must be the most important procedure to derive an accurate FFG, among which the channel cross-section at the exit of the basin lies at the center. 展开更多
