Model predictive current control(MPCC)and model predictive torque control(MPTC)are two derivatives of model predictive control.These two control methods have demonstrated their strengths in the fault-tolerant control of multiphase motor drives.To explore the inherent link,the pros and cons of two strategies,the performance analysis and comparative investigation of MPCC and MPTC are conducted through a five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with open-phase fault.In MPCC,the currents of fundamental and harmonic subspaces are simultaneously employed and constrained for a combined regulation of the open-circuit fault drive.In MPTC,apart from the torque and the stator flux related to fundamental subspace,the x-y currents are also considered and predicted to achieve the control of harmonic subspace.The principles of two methods are demonstrated in detail and the link is explored in terms of the cost function.Besides,the performance by two methods is experimentally assessed in terms of steady-state,transition,and dynamic tests.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of each method are concluded. 展开更多

The multi-phase motor drive system with multiple H-bridge power supply has high fault tolerance,which is widely used in aerospace,electric vehicle,ship integrated power system and other fields.In this paper,a fault-tolerant control strategy based on decoupling control and stator current compensation is proposed for the propulsion system of five-phase PMSM with independent neutrals.Firstly,the mathematical model of PMSM is established by using vector space decoupling method;Secondly,a stator current compensation method is adopted to carry out fault-tolerant control after the motor has single-phase and two-phase open-circuit faults and the fault-tolerant control system based on decoupling control is established;Finally,the decoupling control model and the fault-tolerant control of stator current compensation are verified by the simulation and experiment.The simulation and experiment results show that the method can reduce the torque ripple caused by the stator winding open-circuit fault,and the operation performance of the motor under fault condition is significantly improved. 展开更多

Multi-phase machines are so attractive for electrical machine designers because of their valuable advantages such as high reliability and fault tolerant ability.Meanwhile,fractional slot concentrated windings(FSCW)are well known because of short end winding length,simple structure,field weakening sufficiency,fault tolerant capability and higher slot fill factor.The five-phase machines equipped with FSCW,are very good candidates for the purpose of designing motors for high reliable applications,like electric cars,major transporting buses,high speed trains and massive trucks.But,in comparison to the general distributed windings,the FSCWs contain high magnetomotive force(MMF)space harmonic contents,which cause unwanted effects on the machine ability,such as localized iron saturation and core losses.This manuscript introduces several new five-phase fractional slot winding layouts,by the means of slot shifting concept in order to design the new types of synchronous reluctance motors(SynRels).In order to examine the proposed winding’s performances,three sample machines are designed as case studies,and analytical study and finite element analysis(FEA)is used for validation. 展开更多

This paper compares the torque characteristics of single stator permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and double-stator PMSM under different split-ratios,air-gap lengths and shaft diameters by finite element method.Firstly,the effects of split-ratio towards the torque characteristics of the two motor structures under different air-gap lengths are researched,the results show that the optimal split-ratios of the two motor structures do not change under different air-gap lengths,and the optimal split-ratio of the double-stator motor is greater than that of single-stator,and the torque of the double-stator motor is greater than that of single-stator motor with arbitrary split-ratio under the same air-gap length;Finally,the effects of the shaft diameter to the torque of the two motor structures are investigated,obtaining that with the increasing of shaft diameter,the electromagnetic torque of the single-stator motor is almost unchanged,however,the torque of the double-stator is gradually reduced,when the shaft diameter reached a certain extent,the electromagnetic torque of the double-stator motor is smaller than that of single-stator motor with the split ratio within a certain range,and the torque/quality ratio of the double-stator motor is smaller than that of single-stator motor with their optimal split ratio separately. 展开更多

In this paper,a robust torque speed estimator(RTSE)for linear parameter changing(LPC)system is proposed and designed for an encoderless five-phase permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor(5-phase PMa-SynRM).This estimator is utilized for estimating the rotor speed and the load torque as well as can solve the speed sensor fault problem,as the feedback speed information is obtained directly from the virtual sensor.In addition,this technique is able to enhance the 5-phase PMa-SynRM performance by estimating the load torque for the real time compensation.The stability analysis of the proposed estimator is performed via Schur complement along with Lyapunov analysis.Furthermore,for improving the 5-phase PMa-SynRM performance,five super-twisting sliding mode controllers(ST-SMCs)are employed with providing a robust response without the impacts of high chattering problem.A super-twisting sliding mode speed controller(ST-SMSC)is employed for controlling the PMa-SynRM rotor speed,and four super-twisting sliding mode current controllers(ST-SMCCs)are employed for controlling the 5-phase PMa-SynRM currents.The stability analysis and the experimental results indicate the effectiveness along with feasibility of the proposed RTSE and the ST-SMSC with ST-SMCCs approach for a 750-W 5-phase PMa-SynRM under load disturbance,parameters variations,single open-phase fault,and adjacent two-phase open circuit fault conditions. 展开更多

Based on the principle of direct torque control,a DTC(Direct Torque Control)system with five-phase induction motor has been studied.Providing direct control of stator flux and electromagnetic torque by optimized voltage vector,five-phase induction motor enhances flexibility of the invert states selection by increasing the number of voltage vectors,resulting in more precise control of stator flux and electromagnetic torque.The model of DTC for five-phase induction motor is constructed on equations and the method of approximate circle of torque track is used to conduct the simulation analysis of the system.The simulation results demonstrate that the DTC for five-phase induction motor control has merits of little calculation compared with vector control,simple structure,fast response and greater dynamic performance. 展开更多

The rise of social media platforms has revolutionized communication, enabling the exchange of vast amounts of data through text, audio, images, and videos. These platforms have become critical for sharing opinions and insights, influencing daily habits, and driving business, political, and economic decisions. Text posts are particularly significant, and natural language processing (NLP) has emerged as a powerful tool for analyzing such data. While traditional NLP methods have been effective for structured media, social media content poses unique challenges due to its informal and diverse nature. This has spurred the development of new techniques tailored for processing and extracting insights from unstructured user-generated text. One key application of NLP is the summarization of user comments to manage overwhelming content volumes. Abstractive summarization has proven highly effective in generating concise, human-like summaries, offering clear overviews of key themes and sentiments. This enhances understanding and engagement while reducing cognitive effort for users. For businesses, summarization provides actionable insights into customer preferences and feedback, enabling faster trend analysis, improved responsiveness, and strategic adaptability. By distilling complex data into manageable insights, summarization plays a vital role in improving user experiences and empowering informed decision-making in a data-driven landscape. This paper proposes a new implementation framework by fine-tuning and parameterizing Transformer Large Language Models to manage and maintain linguistic and semantic components in abstractive summary generation. The system excels in transforming large volumes of data into meaningful summaries, as evidenced by its strong performance across metrics like fluency, consistency, readability, and semantic coherence. 展开更多

Label-Guided Scientific Abstract Generation with a Siamese Network Using Knowledge Graphs

Knowledge graphs convey precise semantic information that can be effectively interpreted by neural networks,and generating descriptive text based on these graphs places significant emphasis on content consistency.However,knowledge graphs are inadequate for providing additional linguistic features such as paragraph structure and expressive modes,making it challenging to ensure content coherence in generating text that spans multiple sentences.This lack of coherence can further compromise the overall consistency of the content within a paragraph.In this work,we present the generation of scientific abstracts by leveraging knowledge graphs,with a focus on enhancing both content consistency and coherence.In particular,we construct the ACL Abstract Graph Dataset(ACL-AGD)which pairs knowledge graphs with text,incorporating sentence labels to guide text structure and diverse expressions.We then implement a Siamese network to complement and concretize the entities and relations based on paragraph structure by accomplishing two tasks:graph-to-text generation and entity alignment.Extensive experiments demonstrate that the logical paragraphs generated by our method exhibit entities with a uniform position distribution and appropriate frequency.In terms of content,our method accurately represents the information encoded in the knowledge graph,prevents the generation of irrelevant content,and achieves coherent and non-redundant adjacent sentences,even with a shared knowledge graph. 展开更多

Genre Analysis of Abstracts in International Medical Journals

This study systematically analyzes the genre structure and linguistic features of 42 English abstracts from six internationally renowned medical journals,based on the revised CARS model proposed by Swales.The research findings indicate that medical abstracts typically follow a three-step structure:“Establishing a Research Territory-Establishing a Research Niche-Occupying the Niche”,where the steps“Research Purpose”and“Research Results”are the most frequently utilized,forming the core content of the abstracts.Within the sequence of moves,81%conform to conventional patterns,while a minority of samples exhibit unconventional structures such as inversion,cycling,and repetition.In terms of linguistic features,the present simple tense and active voice are predominantly used,reflecting the universality of the research and the author’s agency;conversely,the simple past tense and passive voice are primarily employed to describe research methods and processes.This study reveals the writing conventions of medical abstracts,providing empirical evidence and genre reference for non-native scholars in the preparation and publication of their work in international journals. 展开更多

旨在通过理解输入的原始文本生成简洁、易读的摘要.然而,现有模型输出的摘要中仍存在语义冗余、事实性错误以及暴露偏差的问题.解决这些问题对于提升模型性能和摘要质量具有重要的研究意义.因此,提出一种融合知识增强与SimCLS框架的生... 旨在通过理解输入的原始文本生成简洁、易读的摘要.然而,现有模型输出的摘要中仍存在语义冗余、事实性错误以及暴露偏差的问题.解决这些问题对于提升模型性能和摘要质量具有重要的研究意义.因此,提出一种融合知识增强与SimCLS框架的生成式文本摘要模型.首先,设计了知识增强编码器获取源文本的结构化知识信息以维护全局上下文的结构信息,并结合文本编码器充分编码全文语义信息.其次,在解码器部分利用Copy机制,更加准确地再现原始文本中的信息.最后,使用SimCLS两阶段的对比学习训练框架,对模型生成的摘要进行评分以驱动模型生成高质量摘要.实验结果表明,相较于表现较为优异的SeqCo模型,所提模型在CNN/Daily Mail数据集上的ROUGE-1/2/L及BERTScore分别提升了1.84、0.65、2.04和0.21个百分点,在XSum数据集上分别提升了1.78、2.16、2.36和0.13个百分点,验证了模型的有效性. 展开更多

当下多数情感分析模型借助句法依赖树的语义结构来抽取语义信息,然而实际的句法依赖结构与语义情感分析任务存在一定差距。为了解决这个问题,本文提出一种基于语义增强的多特征融合方面级情感分析方法。该方法引入抽象语义表示(AMR)结构... 当下多数情感分析模型借助句法依赖树的语义结构来抽取语义信息,然而实际的句法依赖结构与语义情感分析任务存在一定差距。为了解决这个问题,本文提出一种基于语义增强的多特征融合方面级情感分析方法。该方法引入抽象语义表示(AMR)结构,并结合全局和局部的特征提取方式用于方面级情感分析任务。首先,将AMR提取的关系嵌入表示与BERT提取的句子嵌入表示进行融合,获取输入文本的语义信息;接着,利用Bi-LSTM与胶囊网络来提取深层次的全局特征和局部特征;最后,运用多头自注意力机制对多维特征进行融合,充分捕捉方面词和上下文语句之间的关联关系。在多个公开数据集上验证本文方法的有效性,其中在Restaurant数据集上准确率为87.77%,召回率为82.60%;Twitter数据集上准确率为78.71%,召回率为77.54%,实验结果表明本文所提方法能有效提高方面级情感分析的性能。 展开更多
