OBJECTIVE:To study the Chinese ancient five-element theory,one of the philosophical foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory construction,from the perspective of comtemporary cognitive science,and to rev...OBJECTIVE:To study the Chinese ancient five-element theory,one of the philosophical foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory construction,from the perspective of comtemporary cognitive science,and to reveal the important functions of five-element theory in the construction of TCM theory.METHODS:The basic effects of five-element theory in the construction of TCM theory are intensively expounded and proved from the following aspects:embodiment of five-element theory in cognizing the world,quasi axiom of five-element theory in essence,classification thery of family resemblance and deductive inference pattern of five-element theory,and the openness and expansibility of five-element theory.RESULTS:If five-element theory is considered acognitive pattern or cognitive system related to culture,then there should be features of cognitive embodiment in the cognitive system.If five-element theory is regarded as a symbolic system,however,then there should be a quasi-axiom for the system,and inferential deduction.If,however,five-element theory is taken as a theoretical constructive metaphor,then there should be features of opening and expansibility for the metaphor.CONCLUSION:Based on five-element theory,this study provides a cognitive frame for the construction of TCM(a medicine that originated in China,and is characterized by holism and treatment based on pattern identification differentiation)theory with the function of constructing a concept base,thereby implying further research strategies.Useful information may be produced from the creative inferences obtained from the incorporation of five-element theory.展开更多
This article studied on five elements system and set general and strict model expectations combining with Traditional Chinese Medicine Zang-fu organs theory,in which absolute stable state,conditional stable state or t...This article studied on five elements system and set general and strict model expectations combining with Traditional Chinese Medicine Zang-fu organs theory,in which absolute stable state,conditional stable state or transient stability and instability in mathematical models were corresponding to human healthy state,sub-healthy state(pathological plateau phase) and health deterioration state respectively.Model parameters were set up according to the mutual generation and restriction relations among five elements.The dynamic model of Five-Elements System was built,of which impulse responses were corresponding to human response under TCM treatment.Analyses of initial value and excitation response were conducted by numerical simulation and results turned out to meet the requirements of general model expectation:five elements system dynamic model had self-organization function;there existed only one non-global stable point and instability region in the five-dimensional space consisting of variables,in which instability was corresponding to pathological deterioration;system stable region was an unbounded domain and it included the stable sub-regions of special straight line-type,ray-type and line segment-type.Among those ray-types,some contained "Regression Peak" were classed as conditional stable regions while others as absolute ones.The existence of this peak indicates that our body must exceed a "Regression Threshold" when transiting from sub-healthy state(pathological plateau phase) to healthy state through self-regulation mechanism.Impulse excitation can reduce certain threshold and then increase the system health level,which is complied with the operating principle of Five-Elements System and the empirical rule of TCM clinical practice.This model has revealed qualitatively the inherent movement law of Five-Elements System and thus provides a new analysis tool for basic theoretical study on TCM.展开更多

Objective To systematically analyze the research status,highlights,and advancements of five-element music therapy(FEMT)in intervening depression with bibliometric methods.Methods Relevant research literature on FEMT f...Objective To systematically analyze the research status,highlights,and advancements of five-element music therapy(FEMT)in intervening depression with bibliometric methods.Methods Relevant research literature on FEMT for depression intervention was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Web of Science(WOS),spanning from January 1,2000 to August 6,2025.Bibliometric analysis was performed using Excel,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace,with a focus on dimensions like publication trends,journal distribution,institutional and author collaboration,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst detection,and highly cited publications.Results A total of 382 articles were included,comprising 304 Chinese articles and 78 English articles.Annual publication volume in this field exhibited a steady upward trend,with Chinese literature initiating earlier and maintaining dominance,while English literature demonstrated marked growth from 2019 onward.Network analysis of institutional and author collaborations revealed collaborative networks centered on research teams led by Facai LIN(Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine)and Li LI(Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),with Chinese authors and institutions remaining dominant contributors to English literature.Keyword analysis indicated that Chinese literature emphasizes clinical applications such as“depression”“five-elements music”“fivetone therapy”and“acupuncture”,whereas English literature prioritize“music therapy”“depression”“randomized controlled trial”and“anxiety”with a focus on mechanisms and standardization.Cluster analysis revealed a paradigm shift from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theoretical explanations to research integrating neurobiological mechanisms and modern technologies.Analysis of highly cited literature further corroborated this trend,indicating that FEMT research is transitioning from empirical clinical exploration to evidencebased mechanistic inquiry.Conclusion FEMT research on depression shows distinct thematic emphase,with Chinese literature focusing on TCM theory and clinical applications,while English literature emphasize evidence-based mechanisms.Future research should integrate systematic reviews and high-quality clinical trials and strengthen cross-institutional collaboration to enhance mechanistic evidence and broaden the scope of FEMT.展开更多

The effective early warning of surrounding rock mass deformation is crucial in geotechnical engineering for ensuring the safety and stability of underground constructions.This study introduces a novel risk early warni...The effective early warning of surrounding rock mass deformation is crucial in geotechnical engineering for ensuring the safety and stability of underground constructions.This study introduces a novel risk early warning model based on multi-parameter fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which quantitatively assesses the risk state of the surrounding rock mass.The microseismic(MS)monitoring system is set up for the underground powerhouse.The spatial and temporal distribution of MS events and the frequency characteristics of MS signals are analyzed during the top arch excavation.The early warning indices for characterizing MS spatial aggregation and frequency-energy dispersion are proposed based on the octree theory to assess the deformation of the surrounding rock mass.The risk warning model for the surrounding rock mass in underground engineering is developed through the integration of the formulated index and the frequency characteristics of MS signals.The results indicate that the multiparameter fuzzy comprehensive assessment model can achieve three-dimensional visualization of risk warnings for the surrounding rock mass.The quantitative results regarding warning time and potential deformation areas are highly consistent with the characteristics of MS precursors.These research results can provide an important reference for early warning of surrounding rock mass risk in similar underground projects.展开更多

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation-guided herbal intervention for patients with five constitutions during the high-risk window period of acute exacerbation of chronic obstruct...Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation-guided herbal intervention for patients with five constitutions during the high-risk window period of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)based on TCM constitution theory.Methods:A total of 300 AECOPD patients in the high-risk window period(54-66 cases for each constitution)were randomly divided into two groups(150 cases each).The control group received fluticasone furoate/umeclidinium/vilanterol inhalation therapy,while the experimental group was additionally given constitution-specific TCM decoctions(e.g.,Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for Phlegm-Dampness constitution).The treatment course was 8 weeks with a 6-month follow-up.CAT score,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and levels of CRP and IL-6 were observed.Recurrence and safety indicators were recorded.Results:After treatment,all indicators improved significantly in both groups(p<0.05),with the experimental group showing superior improvements in CAT score,TCM syndrome score,FEV1,6MWD,and inflammatory indicators(p<0.01).The recurrence rate was lower in the experimental group during follow-up(p<0.05).No severe adverse reactions or abnormalities in liver/kidney function were observed in either group.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment guided by constitution theory can improve symptoms,quality of life,and pulmonary function,reduce inflammatory levels and recurrence rate in AECOPD patients during the high-risk window period,with good safety.展开更多
In-situ stress is a key parameter for underground mine design and rock stability analysis.The borehole overcoring technique is widely used for in-situ stress measurement,but the rheological recovery deformation of roc...In-situ stress is a key parameter for underground mine design and rock stability analysis.The borehole overcoring technique is widely used for in-situ stress measurement,but the rheological recovery deformation of rocks after stress relief introduces errors.To improve accuracy,this study proposes an in-situ stress solution theory that incorporates time-dependent stress relief effects.Triaxial stepwise loadingunloading rheological tests on granite and siltstone established quantitative relationships between instantaneous elastic recovery and viscoelastic recovery under different stress levels,confirming their impact on measurement accuracy.By integrating a dual-class elastic deformation recovery model,an improved in-situ stress solution theory was derived.Additionally,accounting for the nonlinear characteristics of rock masses,a determination method for time-dependent nonlinear mechanical parameters was proposed.Based on the CSIRO hollow inclusion strain cell,time-dependent strain correction equations and long-term confining pressure calibration equations were formulated.Finally,the proposed theory was successfully applied at one iron mine(736 m depth)in Xinjiang,China,and one coal mine(510 m depth)in Ningxia,China.Compared to classical theory,the calculated mean stress values showed accuracy improvements of 6.0%and 9.4%,respectively,validating the applicability and reliability of the proposed theory.展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of five-element music therapy on elderly patients with seasonal affective disorder in a Chinese nursing home.METHODS:The patients(n=50)were recruited from a Shijingshan district nursin...OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of five-element music therapy on elderly patients with seasonal affective disorder in a Chinese nursing home.METHODS:The patients(n=50)were recruited from a Shijingshan district nursing home in Beijing,China.They were randomly assigned to two groups,a treatment group and a control group,with 25 participants in each group.The patients received music therapy for 1-2 h each week over an8-week period.The music therapy involved four phases:introduction,activities,listening to the Chinese five-element music,and a concluding phase.The participants in the control group did not listen to the five-element music.This study consisted of two parts:(a)a qualitative study that used focus groups to understand the feelings of the patients with seasonal affective disorder;(b)a quantitative study that involved administration of the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after treatment.RESULTS:(a)Qualitative analysis results:strength derived from the five-element group music therapy and emotional adjustment.The five-element group music therapy can reduce patients'psychological distress and let them feel inner peace and enhance their life satisfaction.(b)No significant difference in SDS and HAMD scores was found between the two groups(P>0.05)prior to treatment.After treatment,the mean SDS score of the control group was 49.9±18.8,while the treatment group's score was 40.2±18.1.The HAMD score of the control group was11.2±3.1,and the treatment group's score was 8.8±4.9.Following 8 weeks of music therapy,the SDS and HAMD scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those for the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Five-element music therapy alleviated the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder in the elderly patients.展开更多

Objective:The objective of this study is to assess the application effect of five elements music therapy introduced in the pain coping skills training of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Materials and Methods:Totally,80 patie...Objective:The objective of this study is to assess the application effect of five elements music therapy introduced in the pain coping skills training of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Materials and Methods:Totally,80 patients with KOA were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(39 cases)and the control group(41 cases).The control group was only given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was additionally treated with five-element music therapy on the basis of the control group,twice a day,28 days in total.The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)was used to evaluate the functional status of the knee joint of the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis.Results:WOMAC score statistically significantly decreased in the experimental group(35.92±9.48 vs.16.17±5.43,P<0.01)and the control group(36.73±6.42 vs.22.53±7.51,P<0.01)after 28 days of intervention when compared with that before intervention;WOMAC score in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after 28 days of intervention(16.17±5.43 vs.22.53±7.51,P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was statistically higher than that of the control group(82.0%vs.51.2%,χ2=11.97,P=0.003).Conclusion:The combination of five-element music therapy and routine nursing measures has better effect in relieving pain and bad emotions of patients with KOA when compared with routine nursing measures alone.展开更多
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) five-element music combined with acupoint application on perioperative sleep quality in patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. METHODS: In...OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) five-element music combined with acupoint application on perioperative sleep quality in patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. METHODS: In this study, a total of 122 patients with joint replacement surgery in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were targeted from 2015 to 2018. All patients were grouped by random number table method. Among them, 61 patients with routine nursing were included in the control group. On this basis, the other 61 patients with acupoint application and TCM five-element music therapy were included as the observation group. 2 weeks later, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality in all patients. The sleep improvement of the 2 groups was evaluated, and the patient was assessed for anxiety and depression, and the curative efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS: After 2 weeks of nursing, the PSQI of the patients improved significantly. The PSQI of the observation group was only 6.6 ± 2.4, and the control group decreased to 9.9 ± 2.7. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the anxiety score of the observation group decreased to 4.8 ± 1.6, which was significantly lower than that of 6.9 ± 2.2 in the control group. The depression score of the observation group decreased to 4.6 ± 1.3, which was significantly lower than that of 6.8 ± 2.3 in the control group. In the control group, the negative emotion scores after nursing were better than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the effective rate of sleep improvement in the observation group was 96.6%, and the cure rate was as high as 49.1%. The control group was 82.0%, and the cure rate was 18.0%. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of TCM five-element music with acupoint application can improve the perioperative sleep quality of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery, and it can help patients to relieve negative emotions. BACKGROUND Patients with depression following coronary heart disease often exhibit insufficient psychological resilience and self-care abilities;therefore,emphasis must be placed on nursing interventions.AIM To analyz...BACKGROUND Patients with depression following coronary heart disease often exhibit insufficient psychological resilience and self-care abilities;therefore,emphasis must be placed on nursing interventions.AIM To analyze the application value of problem-oriented education combined with nursing interventions based on the Snyder hope theory model in depressed patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS This study included 150 patients diagnosed with PCI postoperative depression because of coronary heart disease between February 2022 and February 2024.Participants were divided into two groups:A control group(n=75)receiving problem-oriented education and an observation group(n=75)receiving combined nursing interventions based on the Snyder hope theory model.Depression status,psychological resilience,self-care ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Before nursing interventions,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After the interventions,depression scores decreased while psychological resilience,self-care ability,and quality of life scores increased significantly in the observation group compared to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences noted(P<0.05).This combined approach can enhance psychological resilience,improve self-care abilities,and elevate the overall quality of life,warranting further promotion in clinical practice.CONCLUSION Combination of problem-oriented education and nursing interventions based on the Snyder hope theory model effectively alleviates depression in patients following PCI for coronary heart disease.展开更多

文摘This article studied on five elements system and set general and strict model expectations combining with Traditional Chinese Medicine Zang-fu organs theory,in which absolute stable state,conditional stable state or transient stability and instability in mathematical models were corresponding to human healthy state,sub-healthy state(pathological plateau phase) and health deterioration state respectively.Model parameters were set up according to the mutual generation and restriction relations among five elements.The dynamic model of Five-Elements System was built,of which impulse responses were corresponding to human response under TCM treatment.Analyses of initial value and excitation response were conducted by numerical simulation and results turned out to meet the requirements of general model expectation:five elements system dynamic model had self-organization function;there existed only one non-global stable point and instability region in the five-dimensional space consisting of variables,in which instability was corresponding to pathological deterioration;system stable region was an unbounded domain and it included the stable sub-regions of special straight line-type,ray-type and line segment-type.Among those ray-types,some contained "Regression Peak" were classed as conditional stable regions while others as absolute ones.The existence of this peak indicates that our body must exceed a "Regression Threshold" when transiting from sub-healthy state(pathological plateau phase) to healthy state through self-regulation mechanism.Impulse excitation can reduce certain threshold and then increase the system health level,which is complied with the operating principle of Five-Elements System and the empirical rule of TCM clinical practice.This model has revealed qualitatively the inherent movement law of Five-Elements System and thus provides a new analysis tool for basic theoretical study on TCM.

文摘The international development of the petroleum industry has posed an urgent demand for the internationalization capabilities of both academic and professional master’s students.However,there is currently a shortage of such talent in the petroleum energy sector,along with a lack of a collaborative training system.Based on this,this study focuses on featured disciplines in the petroleum energy sector and systematically constructs an international talent training model centered around the“five-element synergy”of“government-school-enterprise-teacher-student.”Firstly,it defines the connotations of the five-element synergy:“government(strategic guidance)-school(platform support)-enterprise(demand verification)-teacher(leading transformation)-student(practical co-creation).”Secondly,it sets distinct training objectives for academic(focusing on academic innovation)and professional(emphasizing engineering practice)master’s students.Furthermore,it constructs a“categorized and layered,progressive and collaborative”curriculum system,builds an international faculty team through a“recruitment+training”dual-path approach,and cultivates students’sense of professional mission to“contribute to the nation’s energy sector”through a“macro+micro”perspective.This model provides a practical pathway for international talent training in the petroleum energy sector and holds significant importance for enhancing the overseas competitiveness of petroleum enterprises and safeguarding national energy security.

文摘Objective To systematically analyze the research status,highlights,and advancements of five-element music therapy(FEMT)in intervening depression with bibliometric methods.Methods Relevant research literature on FEMT for depression intervention was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Web of Science(WOS),spanning from January 1,2000 to August 6,2025.Bibliometric analysis was performed using Excel,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace,with a focus on dimensions like publication trends,journal distribution,institutional and author collaboration,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst detection,and highly cited publications.Results A total of 382 articles were included,comprising 304 Chinese articles and 78 English articles.Annual publication volume in this field exhibited a steady upward trend,with Chinese literature initiating earlier and maintaining dominance,while English literature demonstrated marked growth from 2019 onward.Network analysis of institutional and author collaborations revealed collaborative networks centered on research teams led by Facai LIN(Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine)and Li LI(Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),with Chinese authors and institutions remaining dominant contributors to English literature.Keyword analysis indicated that Chinese literature emphasizes clinical applications such as“depression”“five-elements music”“fivetone therapy”and“acupuncture”,whereas English literature prioritize“music therapy”“depression”“randomized controlled trial”and“anxiety”with a focus on mechanisms and standardization.Cluster analysis revealed a paradigm shift from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theoretical explanations to research integrating neurobiological mechanisms and modern technologies.Analysis of highly cited literature further corroborated this trend,indicating that FEMT research is transitioning from empirical clinical exploration to evidencebased mechanistic inquiry.Conclusion FEMT research on depression shows distinct thematic emphase,with Chinese literature focusing on TCM theory and clinical applications,while English literature emphasize evidence-based mechanisms.Future research should integrate systematic reviews and high-quality clinical trials and strengthen cross-institutional collaboration to enhance mechanistic evidence and broaden the scope of FEMT.

文摘Though the formation of polysulfide is desirable,as it contributes to the capacity build-up,it must not leak into the electrolyte.The loss of polysulfide causes capacity fade,a change in the local chemistry of the electrolyte,and anode poisoning.Constant efforts are in progress to find suitable polysulfide-absorbing materials;however,the magical polysulfide absorber is yet to be discovered or developed.Experimental methods alone often fall short in accelerating the investigations may be due to the complex Nature of the testing.This review focuses on the importance of computational methods,particularly density functional theory(DFT),in screening suitable polysulfide absorbers.It highlights the critical role of anchoring materials in improving Na-S battery performance,including pristine and doped graphene,metal–organic frameworks,carbon Nanofibers,vanadium disulfide,MXenes,and metal sulfides.By examining adsorption energies,charge transfer mechanisms,and catalytic properties,this review provides insights into the design of advanced materials that can effectively immobilize polysulfides and enhance battery stability.The review aims to guide future research efforts toward the development of high-performance RT Na-S batteries through a comprehensive understanding of the polysulfide-absorbing materials.

文摘The effective early warning of surrounding rock mass deformation is crucial in geotechnical engineering for ensuring the safety and stability of underground constructions.This study introduces a novel risk early warning model based on multi-parameter fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which quantitatively assesses the risk state of the surrounding rock mass.The microseismic(MS)monitoring system is set up for the underground powerhouse.The spatial and temporal distribution of MS events and the frequency characteristics of MS signals are analyzed during the top arch excavation.The early warning indices for characterizing MS spatial aggregation and frequency-energy dispersion are proposed based on the octree theory to assess the deformation of the surrounding rock mass.The risk warning model for the surrounding rock mass in underground engineering is developed through the integration of the formulated index and the frequency characteristics of MS signals.The results indicate that the multiparameter fuzzy comprehensive assessment model can achieve three-dimensional visualization of risk warnings for the surrounding rock mass.The quantitative results regarding warning time and potential deformation areas are highly consistent with the characteristics of MS precursors.These research results can provide an important reference for early warning of surrounding rock mass risk in similar underground projects.

文摘Human life is not determined by mechanical fatalism or a single material factor;instead,based on the dualistic ontology and active force mechanism in the Unified Complex Systems Theory(UCST),it can be actively designed under the guidance of mind,in accordance with causal laws,and through systematic interactions.This study integrates the dualistic ontology of UCST,as well as the cooperative mechanism of active force(Fa)and passive force(Fp).Furthermore,by incorporating Master Jiqun’s philosophy of“life design”and the practical principle of“destiny establishment and transformation”from The Four Lessons of Liaofan Yuan,it constructs a three-dimensional framework for life design encompassing the dimensions of science,philosophy,and practice.The significance of this research lies in breaking through the predicament of materialism in the AI(artificial intelligence)era,explaining the autonomy and initiative of life,providing feasible pathways for life design,and ultimately achieving the in-depth integration of scientific rationality and the wisdom of traditional Eastern culture.

文摘Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation-guided herbal intervention for patients with five constitutions during the high-risk window period of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)based on TCM constitution theory.Methods:A total of 300 AECOPD patients in the high-risk window period(54-66 cases for each constitution)were randomly divided into two groups(150 cases each).The control group received fluticasone furoate/umeclidinium/vilanterol inhalation therapy,while the experimental group was additionally given constitution-specific TCM decoctions(e.g.,Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for Phlegm-Dampness constitution).The treatment course was 8 weeks with a 6-month follow-up.CAT score,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and levels of CRP and IL-6 were observed.Recurrence and safety indicators were recorded.Results:After treatment,all indicators improved significantly in both groups(p<0.05),with the experimental group showing superior improvements in CAT score,TCM syndrome score,FEV1,6MWD,and inflammatory indicators(p<0.01).The recurrence rate was lower in the experimental group during follow-up(p<0.05).No severe adverse reactions or abnormalities in liver/kidney function were observed in either group.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment guided by constitution theory can improve symptoms,quality of life,and pulmonary function,reduce inflammatory levels and recurrence rate in AECOPD patients during the high-risk window period,with good safety.

文摘In-situ stress is a key parameter for underground mine design and rock stability analysis.The borehole overcoring technique is widely used for in-situ stress measurement,but the rheological recovery deformation of rocks after stress relief introduces errors.To improve accuracy,this study proposes an in-situ stress solution theory that incorporates time-dependent stress relief effects.Triaxial stepwise loadingunloading rheological tests on granite and siltstone established quantitative relationships between instantaneous elastic recovery and viscoelastic recovery under different stress levels,confirming their impact on measurement accuracy.By integrating a dual-class elastic deformation recovery model,an improved in-situ stress solution theory was derived.Additionally,accounting for the nonlinear characteristics of rock masses,a determination method for time-dependent nonlinear mechanical parameters was proposed.Based on the CSIRO hollow inclusion strain cell,time-dependent strain correction equations and long-term confining pressure calibration equations were formulated.Finally,the proposed theory was successfully applied at one iron mine(736 m depth)in Xinjiang,China,and one coal mine(510 m depth)in Ningxia,China.Compared to classical theory,the calculated mean stress values showed accuracy improvements of 6.0%and 9.4%,respectively,validating the applicability and reliability of the proposed theory.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of five-element music therapy on elderly patients with seasonal affective disorder in a Chinese nursing home.METHODS:The patients(n=50)were recruited from a Shijingshan district nursing home in Beijing,China.They were randomly assigned to two groups,a treatment group and a control group,with 25 participants in each group.The patients received music therapy for 1-2 h each week over an8-week period.The music therapy involved four phases:introduction,activities,listening to the Chinese five-element music,and a concluding phase.The participants in the control group did not listen to the five-element music.This study consisted of two parts:(a)a qualitative study that used focus groups to understand the feelings of the patients with seasonal affective disorder;(b)a quantitative study that involved administration of the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after treatment.RESULTS:(a)Qualitative analysis results:strength derived from the five-element group music therapy and emotional adjustment.The five-element group music therapy can reduce patients'psychological distress and let them feel inner peace and enhance their life satisfaction.(b)No significant difference in SDS and HAMD scores was found between the two groups(P>0.05)prior to treatment.After treatment,the mean SDS score of the control group was 49.9±18.8,while the treatment group's score was 40.2±18.1.The HAMD score of the control group was11.2±3.1,and the treatment group's score was 8.8±4.9.Following 8 weeks of music therapy,the SDS and HAMD scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those for the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Five-element music therapy alleviated the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder in the elderly patients.

文摘The purpose is to reestablish the balance laws of momentum, angular momentum and energy and to derive the corresponding local and nonlocal balance equations for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory. The desired results for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory are naturally obtained via direct transitions and reductions from the coupled conservation law of energy for micropolar continuum theory, respectively. The basic balance laws and equations for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory are constituted by combining these results derived here and the traditional conservation laws and equations of mass and microinertia and the entropy inequality. The incomplete degrees of the former related continuum theories are clarified. Finally, some special cases are conveniently derived.

文摘Objective:The objective of this study is to assess the application effect of five elements music therapy introduced in the pain coping skills training of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Materials and Methods:Totally,80 patients with KOA were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(39 cases)and the control group(41 cases).The control group was only given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was additionally treated with five-element music therapy on the basis of the control group,twice a day,28 days in total.The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)was used to evaluate the functional status of the knee joint of the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis.Results:WOMAC score statistically significantly decreased in the experimental group(35.92±9.48 vs.16.17±5.43,P<0.01)and the control group(36.73±6.42 vs.22.53±7.51,P<0.01)after 28 days of intervention when compared with that before intervention;WOMAC score in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after 28 days of intervention(16.17±5.43 vs.22.53±7.51,P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was statistically higher than that of the control group(82.0%vs.51.2%,χ2=11.97,P=0.003).Conclusion:The combination of five-element music therapy and routine nursing measures has better effect in relieving pain and bad emotions of patients with KOA when compared with routine nursing measures alone.
文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) five-element music combined with acupoint application on perioperative sleep quality in patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. METHODS: In this study, a total of 122 patients with joint replacement surgery in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were targeted from 2015 to 2018. All patients were grouped by random number table method. Among them, 61 patients with routine nursing were included in the control group. On this basis, the other 61 patients with acupoint application and TCM five-element music therapy were included as the observation group. 2 weeks later, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality in all patients. The sleep improvement of the 2 groups was evaluated, and the patient was assessed for anxiety and depression, and the curative efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS: After 2 weeks of nursing, the PSQI of the patients improved significantly. The PSQI of the observation group was only 6.6 ± 2.4, and the control group decreased to 9.9 ± 2.7. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the anxiety score of the observation group decreased to 4.8 ± 1.6, which was significantly lower than that of 6.9 ± 2.2 in the control group. The depression score of the observation group decreased to 4.6 ± 1.3, which was significantly lower than that of 6.8 ± 2.3 in the control group. In the control group, the negative emotion scores after nursing were better than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the effective rate of sleep improvement in the observation group was 96.6%, and the cure rate was as high as 49.1%. The control group was 82.0%, and the cure rate was 18.0%. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of TCM five-element music with acupoint application can improve the perioperative sleep quality of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery, and it can help patients to relieve negative emotions. It is worth promoting.

文摘In order to mutually regulate mental and physical conditions, the authors adopted acupuncture in combination with five-element music therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for 1 case of globus hystericus. Bǎihui(百会 GV 20),Hégǔ(合谷 LI 4)、Zhōngwǎn(中脘 CV 12).Qìhǎi(气海 CV 6) et al. were needled once every other day and music of Zhi tone was played for the patient. A further study is needed for the application of this therapeutic method.

Using Lagrange multiplier and Euler equation of variation method, it can be proved that keeps conservation for any v,. The application of these equations and theories on judgement and analysis of tendency of stock market are given, and the judgement is checked to be correct by the recorded tendency of Shenzhen and Shanghai stock markets.
文摘The authors discuss contradictions between the principal branches of the modern physical picture of the universe. Space and time have been shown in the Unitary Quantum Theory (UQT) not to be connected one with the other, unlike in the Special Theory of Relativity. In UQT, time becomes Newtonian again, and the growth of the particle’s mass with growing speed proceeds from other considerations of physics. Unlike the quantum theory, the modern gravitation theory (the general theory of relativity) is not confirmed by experiments and needs to be considerably revised.
文摘BACKGROUND Patients with depression following coronary heart disease often exhibit insufficient psychological resilience and self-care abilities;therefore,emphasis must be placed on nursing interventions.AIM To analyze the application value of problem-oriented education combined with nursing interventions based on the Snyder hope theory model in depressed patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS This study included 150 patients diagnosed with PCI postoperative depression because of coronary heart disease between February 2022 and February 2024.Participants were divided into two groups:A control group(n=75)receiving problem-oriented education and an observation group(n=75)receiving combined nursing interventions based on the Snyder hope theory model.Depression status,psychological resilience,self-care ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Before nursing interventions,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After the interventions,depression scores decreased while psychological resilience,self-care ability,and quality of life scores increased significantly in the observation group compared to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences noted(P<0.05).This combined approach can enhance psychological resilience,improve self-care abilities,and elevate the overall quality of life,warranting further promotion in clinical practice.CONCLUSION Combination of problem-oriented education and nursing interventions based on the Snyder hope theory model effectively alleviates depression in patients following PCI for coronary heart disease.
