Five-dimensional seismic data encompasses seismic reflection wavefield information across three-dimensional space,offset,and observation azimuth.The interpretation of such data offers a novel approach for high-precisi...Five-dimensional seismic data encompasses seismic reflection wavefield information across three-dimensional space,offset,and observation azimuth.The interpretation of such data offers a novel approach for high-precision characterization of complex oil and gas reservoirs.This paper reviews key scientific issues and foundational research related to five-dimensional seismic data interpretation,with a particular emphasis on major advances in techniques involving rock physics theories,seismic attribute analysis,seismic inversion optimization,fracture prediction,in-situ stress estimation,and fluid identification,both domestically and internationally.It further explores the opportunities,challenges,and future directions in the development of theories and methods for interpreting five-dimensional seismic data.Theoretical research and real applications have shown that constructing a five-dimensional seismic rock physics model—incorporating temperature and pressure conditions,strong heterogeneity and anisotropy,and other microscopic rock physics mechanisms—provides the physical basis for seismically identifying different types of complex reservoirs.Additionally,the development of robust inversion and quantitative interpretation methods tailored to fractured reservoirs can address issues such as computational instability and low information utilization often associated with massive high-dimensional datasets.Innovations in fracture prediction technology,leveraging multi-dimensional information fusion attributes—including five-dimensional geometric attributes,azimuthal elastic modulus ellipse fitting,Fourier series decomposition,and azimuthal inversion attributes—have proven effective in enhancing fracture prediction accuracy.Moreover,the establishment of five-dimensional seismic prediction methods for engineering sweet spots(e.g.,reservoir brittleness and in-situ stress)based on anisotropy theory enables effective evaluation of the fracturability of subsurface formations.The application of five-dimensional seismic interpretation theory and technology provides a new pathway for predicting complex reservoirs and oil-gas identification.展开更多
The Internet of Things(IoT)is integral to modern infrastructure,enabling connectivity among a wide range of devices from home automation to industrial control systems.With the exponential increase in data generated by...The Internet of Things(IoT)is integral to modern infrastructure,enabling connectivity among a wide range of devices from home automation to industrial control systems.With the exponential increase in data generated by these interconnected devices,robust anomaly detection mechanisms are essential.Anomaly detection in this dynamic environment necessitates methods that can accurately distinguish between normal and anomalous behavior by learning intricate patterns.This paper presents a novel approach utilizing generative adversarial networks(GANs)for anomaly detection in IoT systems.However,optimizing GANs involves tuning hyper-parameters such as learning rate,batch size,and optimization algorithms,which can be challenging due to the non-convex nature of GAN loss functions.To address this,we propose a five-dimensional Gray wolf optimizer(5DGWO)to optimize GAN hyper-parameters.The 5DGWO introduces two new types of wolves:gamma(γ)for improved exploitation and convergence,and theta(θ)for enhanced exploration and escaping local minima.The proposed system framework comprises four key stages:1)preprocessing,2)generative model training,3)autoencoder(AE)training,and 4)predictive model training.The generative models are utilized to assist the AE training,and the final predictive models(including convolutional neural network(CNN),deep belief network(DBN),recurrent neural network(RNN),random forest(RF),and extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost))are trained using the generated data and AE-encoded features.We evaluated the system on three benchmark datasets:NSL-KDD,UNSW-NB15,and IoT-23.Experiments conducted on diverse IoT datasets show that our method outperforms existing anomaly detection strategies and significantly reduces false positives.The 5DGWO-GAN-CNNAE exhibits superior performance in various metrics,including accuracy,recall,precision,root mean square error(RMSE),and convergence trend.The proposed 5DGWO-GAN-CNNAE achieved the lowest RMSE values across the NSL-KDD,UNSW-NB15,and IoT-23 datasets,with values of 0.24,1.10,and 0.09,respectively.Additionally,it attained the highest accuracy,ranging from 94%to 100%.These results suggest a promising direction for future IoT security frameworks,offering a scalable and efficient solution to safeguard against evolving cyber threats.展开更多

Knowledge distillation has become a standard technique for compressing large language models into efficient student models,but existing methods often struggle to balance prediction accuracy with explanation quality.Re...Knowledge distillation has become a standard technique for compressing large language models into efficient student models,but existing methods often struggle to balance prediction accuracy with explanation quality.Recent approaches such as Distilling Step-by-Step(DSbS)introduce explanation supervision,yet they apply it in a uniform manner that may not fully exploit the different learning dynamics of prediction and explanation.In this work,we propose a task-structured curriculum learning(TSCL)framework that structures training into three sequential phases:(i)prediction-only,to establish stable feature representations;(ii)joint prediction-explanation,to align task outputs with rationale generation;and(iii)explanation-only,to refine the quality of rationales.This design provides a simple but effective modification to DSbS,requiring no architectural changes and adding negligible training cost.We justify the phase scheduling with ablation studies and convergence analysis,showing that an initial prediction-heavy stage followed by a balanced joint phase improves both stability and explanation alignment.Extensive experiments on five datasets(e-SNLI,ANLI,CommonsenseQA,SVAMP,and MedNLI)demonstrate that TSCL consistently outperforms strong baselines,achieving gains of+1.7-2.6 points in accuracy and 0.8-1.2 in ROUGE-L,corresponding to relative error reductions of up to 21%.Beyond lexical metrics,human evaluation and ERASERstyle faithfulness diagnostics confirm that TSCL produces more faithful and informative explanations.Comparative training curves further reveal faster convergence and lower variance across seeds.Efficiency analysis shows less than 3%overhead in wall-clock training time and no additional inference cost,making the approach practical for realworld deployment.This study demonstrates that a simple task-structured curriculum can significantly improve the effectiveness of knowledge distillation.By separating and sequencing objectives,TSCL achieves a better balance between accuracy,stability,and explanation quality.The framework generalizes across domains,including medical NLI,and offers a principled recipe for future applications in multimodal reasoning and reinforcement learning.展开更多

This paper presents a novel algorithm for training robotic arms to manipulate cloth,by leveraging reinforcement learning and curriculum learning approaches.Traditional cloth manipulation algorithms rely heavily on pre...This paper presents a novel algorithm for training robotic arms to manipulate cloth,by leveraging reinforcement learning and curriculum learning approaches.Traditional cloth manipulation algorithms rely heavily on predefined action primitives and assumptions about cloth dynamics,introducing significant prior knowledge.To circumvent this limitation,we utilize reinforcement learning to train our cloth folding agent.To fully utilize the advantage of reinforcement learning,we propose a semi-sparse reward function incorporating folding accuracy and a curriculum scheme to accelerate training and improve policy stability.We validate the proposed method by implementing it in the StableBaselines3 framework and training the agent using the soft actor critic algorithm in our virtual environment based on physical-based cloth simulator.Our results demonstrate the benefits of the curriculum learning scheme which increases sample efficiency and accelerates training process compared with previous reinforcement learning cloth manipulation method.展开更多

The objectives of this qualitative research were:(a)to analyze the challenges faced by English literature teachers in teaching English through literature curriculum in English as a foreign language(EFL)classrooms of M...The objectives of this qualitative research were:(a)to analyze the challenges faced by English literature teachers in teaching English through literature curriculum in English as a foreign language(EFL)classrooms of Myanmar;and(b)to examine the insights from stakeholders towards teaching English through literature curriculum in EFL classrooms of Myanmar.The samples were composed of 27 English literature teachers from specific Arts and Science Universities,six government officials and three local business leaders.They were selected through a purposive sampling method.The research conducted through a semi-structured interview,classroom observation,and focus group discussion.Content analysis and document analysis were used to analyze the data.The findings suggest that challenges can be categorized into three groups:student-related,teacher-related,and external factors.Additionally,the study highlights the importance of students’language proficiency,linguistic,and stylistic complexity of texts,and cultural familiarity in influencing the teaching-learning process.The results contribute to a better understanding of the challenges faced by English literature teachers in Myanmar,offering insights for the improvement of teaching practices in this context.展开更多
Against the backdrop of China’s strong emphasis on cultivating top innovative talents,the high school physics curriculum,as a core component of scientific education,bears the crucial mission of fostering students’sc...Against the backdrop of China’s strong emphasis on cultivating top innovative talents,the high school physics curriculum,as a core component of scientific education,bears the crucial mission of fostering students’scientific thinking,creativity,and practical ability.However,current physics teaching still faces issues such as fragmented content systems,weak experimental and inquiry components,and single evaluation methods,which fail to align with the objectives of top-talent cultivation[1].Guided by the top-talent training model,this study systematically explores reform paths for the high school physics curriculum in terms of educational philosophy,course content,teaching methods,and evaluation mechanisms.The research proposes reconstructing the curriculum system around the main thread of“core concepts-inquiry practice-innovative application,”strengthening interdisciplinary integration and the inclusion of frontier modern physics topics.In teaching methodology,it advocates for a shift toward problem-driven,project-based,and self-directed learning models,leveraging information and intelligent technologies to enhance classroom effectiveness.In evaluation,it suggests building a comprehensive system centered on formative assessment and innovation capability evaluation.Based on the reform practice of a key high school’s top-talent experimental class,the findings show significant improvements in students’scientific inquiry skills and creative thinking,as well as optimization of teaching philosophy and classroom ecology.The results provide theoretical and practical references for high school physics curriculum reform in the new era and offer insights into the construction of top-talent cultivation systems.展开更多

文摘The purpose of this study is to gain perspectives on introducing IBCTL(International Baccalaureate Certificate in Teaching and Learning)into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,which are currently providing advanced teacher training programs aimed at cultivating student agency,a comprehensive set of skills necessary for children living in the future,as advocated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)Education 2030 Project.To achieve this goal,I examined the curriculum and structure that are important for IB teacher training and the introduction of IBCTL.I attempted to achieve this goal by examining the curriculum being developed at a graduate school of teacher education attempting to implement IBCTL and the creation of a syllabus based on that curriculum through lesson planning.As a result,I examined the curriculum and structure as a perspective for introducing IBCTL into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,where advanced teacher training is required.I found that a core curriculum and structure that incorporates the core of the IBCTL into the core of graduate school of teacher education programs is important for implementing an IB education that is aligned with the advancement of teacher training and the development of student agency.
文摘A theory of (4+1)-dimensional gravity is developed on the basis of the teleparallel theory equivalent to general relativity. The fundamental gravitational field variables are the five-dimensional vector fields (pentad), defined globally on a manifold M, and gravity is attributed to the torsion. The Lagrangian density is quadratic in the torsion tensor. We then give the exact five-dimensional solution. The solution is a generalization of the familiar Schwarzschild and Kerr solutions of the four-dimensional teleparallel equivalent of general relativity. We also use the definition of the gravitational energy to calculate the energy and the spatial momentum.

文摘This study examines a curriculum system developed at the College of Aviation Manufacturing Industry at Nanchang Hangkong University through Industry-Education Integration(I-E Integration).Drawing on engineering education principles and reforms in the Mechanical Design,Manufacturing,and Automation program,it aligns course design with industry needs,integrates technological advancements,and embeds production processes.The approach restructures modular course content based on aviation manufacturing technologies,implements project-based learning via a university-enterprise"factory-in-school"training base,and adopts an Outcome-Based Education(OBE)system for evaluation and improvement.This replicable model provides practical insights for industry-focused curriculum development.
文摘This study focuses on the deepening paths of ideological and political construction of professional courses in higher vocational colleges,taking the layout design course of the digital media technology major as the research object,and explores the integration mechanism of excellent traditional Chinese culture and professional teaching.The curriculum’s ideological and political reform is advanced through three major measures:Reconstructing the role of teachers,innovating teaching methods,and building a cultural infiltration system.Combined with the three-dimensional assessment mechanism of“professional+culture+value”and the transformation of teaching achievements into competitions,it breaks through the limitations of traditional skill training and systematically solves the problems of formalization tendency and insufficient value guidance existing in the practice of curriculum ideology and politics.It responds to the era proposition of“promoting the creative transformation of excellent traditional Chinese culture,”and provides an operable solution for higher vocational colleges to break the predicament of“emphasizing skills while neglecting culture.”
文摘This paper presents a systematic comparison of the curriculum design and application orientation of the linear algebra curriculum in our country and abroad.It explains mainly differences in course objectives,teaching content,approaches,and feedback mechanisms,reflecting divergent understandings of the discipline’s value within distinct educational ecosystems.Forward-looking and practical conclusions are proposed across five main directions:optimizing course structure,strengthening practical components,deepening interdisciplinary integration,building faculty capacity,and developing teaching resources.The aim is to provide strong conceptual help and realistic guidance for getting real progress in linear algebra education in China.

文摘This paper presents a novel algorithm for training robotic arms to manipulate cloth,by leveraging reinforcement learning and curriculum learning approaches.Traditional cloth manipulation algorithms rely heavily on predefined action primitives and assumptions about cloth dynamics,introducing significant prior knowledge.To circumvent this limitation,we utilize reinforcement learning to train our cloth folding agent.To fully utilize the advantage of reinforcement learning,we propose a semi-sparse reward function incorporating folding accuracy and a curriculum scheme to accelerate training and improve policy stability.We validate the proposed method by implementing it in the StableBaselines3 framework and training the agent using the soft actor critic algorithm in our virtual environment based on physical-based cloth simulator.Our results demonstrate the benefits of the curriculum learning scheme which increases sample efficiency and accelerates training process compared with previous reinforcement learning cloth manipulation method.

文摘Amid the intensifying global competition for discursive power,China has prioritized the enhancement of its international communication capacity and the global influence of Chinese culture as strategic measures to navigate a complex international public opinion environment.This evolving context has expanded the mission of foreign language education beyond its traditional role as a bridge for cultural exchange,positioning it as a critical means for cultivating talent that serves national strategies and contributes to shaping China’s global image.However,traditional models of foreign language education-limited by their predominantly instrumental orientation-are increasingly insufficient for this broader mission.In response,the ideological and political“Curriculum Chain”for foreign language majors has been introduced as a top-level structural reform.It establishes an integrated curricular framework that holistically links linguistic competence,disciplinary application,and value orientation.By embedding language learning within authentic professional contexts and nationally strategic frameworks,this model enables the implicit cultivation of students’ideological awareness and value systems,thereby fundamentally redefining the competence structure of foreign language professionals.
文摘The objectives of this qualitative research were:(a)to analyze the challenges faced by English literature teachers in teaching English through literature curriculum in English as a foreign language(EFL)classrooms of Myanmar;and(b)to examine the insights from stakeholders towards teaching English through literature curriculum in EFL classrooms of Myanmar.The samples were composed of 27 English literature teachers from specific Arts and Science Universities,six government officials and three local business leaders.They were selected through a purposive sampling method.The research conducted through a semi-structured interview,classroom observation,and focus group discussion.Content analysis and document analysis were used to analyze the data.The findings suggest that challenges can be categorized into three groups:student-related,teacher-related,and external factors.Additionally,the study highlights the importance of students’language proficiency,linguistic,and stylistic complexity of texts,and cultural familiarity in influencing the teaching-learning process.The results contribute to a better understanding of the challenges faced by English literature teachers in Myanmar,offering insights for the improvement of teaching practices in this context.
文摘Against the backdrop of China’s strong emphasis on cultivating top innovative talents,the high school physics curriculum,as a core component of scientific education,bears the crucial mission of fostering students’scientific thinking,creativity,and practical ability.However,current physics teaching still faces issues such as fragmented content systems,weak experimental and inquiry components,and single evaluation methods,which fail to align with the objectives of top-talent cultivation[1].Guided by the top-talent training model,this study systematically explores reform paths for the high school physics curriculum in terms of educational philosophy,course content,teaching methods,and evaluation mechanisms.The research proposes reconstructing the curriculum system around the main thread of“core concepts-inquiry practice-innovative application,”strengthening interdisciplinary integration and the inclusion of frontier modern physics topics.In teaching methodology,it advocates for a shift toward problem-driven,project-based,and self-directed learning models,leveraging information and intelligent technologies to enhance classroom effectiveness.In evaluation,it suggests building a comprehensive system centered on formative assessment and innovation capability evaluation.Based on the reform practice of a key high school’s top-talent experimental class,the findings show significant improvements in students’scientific inquiry skills and creative thinking,as well as optimization of teaching philosophy and classroom ecology.The results provide theoretical and practical references for high school physics curriculum reform in the new era and offer insights into the construction of top-talent cultivation systems.
