Methods: the pharmacy department of our hospital began to use PDCA+ fishbone analysis to manage special drugs in January 2020. 100 medical records collected from January 2020 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group in this study (PDCA+ fishbone analysis). A total of 100 medical records collected in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group (routine management) in this study. The management of two groups of special drugs was compared and analyzed. Results: the proportions of repeated drug use, irrational times of drug use, off-label drug use and irrational dosage in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: PDCA+ fishbone analysis has a good effect on the management of special drugs in pharmacy department, which is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use, and can be further popularized in clinical practice.展开更多
