On the basis of the present situation of calculation of penalty for delay of the bidding section construction period with the critical path method, we studied the effects of contractor-induced delay of the bidding section construction period in detail, including the effects on the construction period of the bidding section itself, the earliest start times of the next bidding section and other subsequent bidding sections, and the construction period of the program, and then constructed a penalty model for delay of the bidding section construction period from the perspective of programs. Using the penalty model, we conducted a practical analysis of penalty for delay of the construction period of the Baoying station program in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The traditional program refinement strategy cannot be refined to an executable program,and there are issues such as low verification reliability and automation.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a nonline...The traditional program refinement strategy cannot be refined to an executable program,and there are issues such as low verification reliability and automation.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a nonlinear program construction and verification method based on partition recursion and Morgan’s refinement rules.First,we use recursive definition technique to characterize the initial specification.The specification is then transformed into GCL(Guarded Command Language)programs using loop invariant derivation and Morgan’s refinement rules.Furthermore,VCG(Verification Condition Generator)is used in the GCL program to generate the verification condition automatically.The Isabelle theorem prover then validates the GCL program’s correctness.Finally,the GCL code generates a C++executable program automatically via the conversion system.The effectiveness of this method is demonstrated using binary tree preorder traversal program construction and verification as an example.This method addresses the problem that the construction process’s loop invariant is difficult to obtain and the refinement process is insufficiently detailed.At the same time,the method improves verification process automation and reduces the manual verification workload.展开更多

Changes in construction projects are common due to the dynamic nature of the construction process. It is necessary to use effective and appropriate tools by project management to support decision-making and control changes during all stages of project implementation. This study examined the effects of change orders through technical programs on construction projects in Jordan and focused on how to overcome these effects by making usual orders that can be handled by each of the contracting parties. Also, this study added an advantage by not addressing the negative effects of change orders, but it provided many positive effects of change orders by using technical programs method, which has not been yet researched in Jordanian studies in particular, and in global studies in general. The researcher used descriptive analytical method by interviews to collect data through nine questions to a random sample of 30 engineers selected form constructions projects in Jordan. The results related to the study questions on the effect of change orders through technical programs on construction projects in Jordan showed that, most of the study samples confirm that change orders through technical programs decrease the cost of the projects, cause no need for more materials, cause no delay in the completion schedule, enhances the quality of work, and increase the productivity of the work force. The study recommended applying integrated change management system with technical supports form different technologies, developing effective innovative and practical solution to manage change orders and increase training programs to qualify and increase engineering skills in dealing with ICT (information and communication technologies) program.展开更多

It is necessary to use effective and appropriate tools by project management to support decision-making and control changes during all stages of project implementation. This study examined the effects of change orders through technical programs on construction projects in Jordan and focused on how to overcome these effects by making usual orders that can be handled by each of the contracting parties. Also, this study added an advantage by not addressing the negative effects of change orders, but it provided many positive effects of change orders by using technical programs method, which has not been yet researched in Jordanian studies in particular, and in global studies in general. The researcher used descriptive analytical method by interviews to collect data through nine questions to a random sample of 30 engineers selected form constructions projects in Jordan. The results related to the study questions on the effect of change orders through technical programs on construction projects in Jordan showed that, most of the study samples confirm that change orders through technical programs decrease the cost of the projects, cause no need for more materials, cause no delay in the completion schedule, enhances the quality of work, and increase the productivity of the work force. The study recommended applying integrated change management system with technical supports form different technologies, developing effective innovative and practical solution to manage change orders and increase training programs to qualify and increase engineering skills in dealing with ICT (information and communication technologies) program.

文摘This article analyzes the path to constructing first-class undergraduate majors in finance,using the finance major as a case study.Through analysis,it aims to offer reference and inspiration for enhancing the quality of finance education in China and supporting the healthy development of the financial industry.The article begins by examining the current status of finance majors,followed by an analysis of the necessity for establishing first-class undergraduate programs.Finally,it provides a detailed exploration of the specific methods for building such programs in finance.The findings indicate that accelerating the construction of first-class undergraduate finance majors is a long-term and challenging task that requires the combined efforts of the government,universities,industry,and various social sectors.Through comprehensive and innovative reforms in areas such as training objectives and positioning,curriculum development,teaching teams,and practical instruction,the quality and level of finance education can be effectively elevated,thereby cultivating more high-caliber financial professionals who meet the demands of the times.

文摘Virtual simulation experiment,as a new way to promote the digital transformation of education,has a broad development prospect and application value.The civil engineering experimental volume and space are huge,it has a long construction period,is highly dangerous,and is difficult to experiment with.In order to solve the contradiction between the traditional theory teaching of civil engineering and the engineering training of students,the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching courses with a high degree of realism,intuition,and accuracy can be used as a useful supplement and innovation of experimental and practical teaching.This paper takes the virtual simulation experimental teaching course of urban overpasses as an example,introduces the necessity and practicability of the course construction,and describes the experimental principle structure of the course,the simulation scene design,the experimental teaching process,the experimental method,etc.The course has achieved good application results,and it has been recognized as the first-class virtual simulation teaching course of the Chongqing Municipal Government,which provides certain references to the construction of the same type of courses in the civil engineering profession.

文摘With the development of science and technology,various online autonomous learning platforms emerge one after another.Autonomous learning platforms have become an important channel to help students learn.From the literature,there is a lot of research on English platform learning and use,but the research on students'autonomous construction and use of learning platform is relatively small,which is worth studying.This study tracked and investigated the self-built learning platform projects of two university students'innovation and entrepreneurship teams in Guangxi University of Foreign Languages.Using the methods of observation,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the specific conditions of the English learning platform independently constructed by the two College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program students,the difficulties and gains encountered in the construction of the platform,and the users'use of the platform.The study found that students encountered different difficulties in different periods of constructing learning platforms.With the resolution of the difficulties,they have gained a lot of new knowledge and skills.Some students have produced their own research topics in the process of building a learning platform.For platform users,most people like two platforms because they can broaden their knowledge.Some people do not have a strong desire to use it,partly because they do not plan their study well and partly because they think that platform learning is not efficient.The inspiration from the research:the construction of learning platform for students is a process of learning and experience;Students need more patience and more study and research if they want to build a learning platform.
文摘In coal mine construction,to make the optimal plan of complete sets of equipment needs to set up a mixed integer nonlinear programming model,which has many variables and more complicated parameters to set.The problem could hardly be solved using general methods.In this paper a new genetic approach—the hierarchical iterative genetic algorithm (HIGA) was designed to solve it and a satisfactory solution was obtained.
