调胃承气汤对急性脑梗死合并胃损伤大鼠SCF/c-Kit信号通路的影响

目的:本研究评估调胃承气汤对急性脑梗死合并胃损伤大鼠干细胞因子/酪氨酸激酶受体(SCF/c-Kit)信号通路的影响。方法:将80只处于10周龄且健康的雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为对照组、Ⅱ组为假手术组、Ⅲ组为模型组、Ⅳ组为中药组、... 目的:本研究评估调胃承气汤对急性脑梗死合并胃损伤大鼠干细胞因子/酪氨酸激酶受体(SCF/c-Kit)信号通路的影响。方法:将80只处于10周龄且健康的雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为对照组、Ⅱ组为假手术组、Ⅲ组为模型组、Ⅳ组为中药组、Ⅴ组为西药组。Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别给予调胃承气汤(113.40mg/d)、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片悬浊液(0.18mg/d)灌胃,其余各组给予等剂量氯化钠溶液,连续给药7d。分别在3、7d时,观察各组大鼠胃组织苏木精-伊红(HE)染色情况,且进行胃黏膜损伤病理评分;7d后,通过蛋白质印迹法(Westernblot)、反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)分别检测大鼠胃组织中的c-Kit、SCF蛋白及mRNA的表达情况。结果:灌胃3、7d时,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组大鼠的胃黏膜损伤病理评分均高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组大鼠胃黏膜损伤病理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ组大鼠胃黏膜损伤病理评分均低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),且Ⅳ组的评分低于Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。灌胃7d时,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的胃黏膜损伤病理评分均低于灌胃3d时(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组大鼠胃组织中SCF、c-Kit的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),且Ⅳ组均高于Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。结论:调胃承气汤可以在一定程度上改善脑梗死合并胃损伤大鼠的胃黏膜状态,这可能与调胃承气汤调节大鼠胃组织中SCF、c-Kit的mRNA及蛋白表达有关。 展开更多

目的基于干细胞因子(Stem cell factor,SCF)/细胞源性酪氨酸激酶受体通路(cellular tyrosine kinase receptor pathway,c-Kit)探讨加味安肠汤联合阿洛司琼对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠的作用机制。方法将100只同月龄SPF级Wistar大鼠,随机选... 目的基于干细胞因子(Stem cell factor,SCF)/细胞源性酪氨酸激酶受体通路(cellular tyrosine kinase receptor pathway,c-Kit)探讨加味安肠汤联合阿洛司琼对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠的作用机制。方法将100只同月龄SPF级Wistar大鼠,随机选取80只大鼠进行造模,制备腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠模型,造模成功后采用随机数字表法将大鼠分为模型组(给予10 ml/kg生理盐水灌胃)、阿洛司琼组(给予1.008 mg/kg阿洛司琼灌胃)、加味安肠汤组(给予18.9 g/kg加味安肠汤灌胃)、中西医结合组(给予1.008 mg/kg阿洛司琼联合18.9 g/kg加味安肠汤灌胃),每组20只,剩余20只大鼠设为空白组。末次治疗后8 h,将各组大鼠麻醉(10%水合氯醛)后处死,取腹主动脉血10 ml及收集结肠组织,观察各组大鼠一般情况、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、SCF水平;免疫荧光法测定各组大鼠c-Kit阳性卡哈尔间质细胞(Interstitial cells of cajal,ICC)水平及Western blot测定各组大鼠SCF、c-Kit蛋白水平。结果与空白组比较,模型组体质量、SCF水平、ICC荧光强度、c-Kit蛋白水平明显降低,5-HT水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表示造模成功,且造模后大鼠SCF水平、ICC荧光强度、c-Kit蛋白水平呈异常升高,5-HT水平呈异常下降;治疗1、2周后,与模型组比较,阿洛司琼组、加味安肠汤组、中西医结合组体质量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阿洛司琼组和加味安肠汤组比较,中西医结合组体质量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,阿洛司琼组、加味安肠汤组、中西医结合组5-HT水平下降,SCF水平、ICC荧光强度、SCF、c-Kit蛋白水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阿洛司琼组和加味安肠汤组比较,中西医结合组5-HT水平明显下降,SCF水平、ICC荧光强度、c-Kit蛋白水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味安肠汤联合阿洛司琼可通过SCF/c-Kit通路发挥治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的作用。 展开更多

The Savitzky-Golay(SG)filter,which employs polynomial least-squares approximations to smooth data and estimate derivatives,is widely used for processing noisy data.However,noise suppression by the SG filter is recognized to be limited at data boundaries and high frequencies,which can significantly reduce the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).To solve this problem,a novel method synergistically integrating Principal Component Analysis(PCA)with SG filtering is proposed in this paper.This approach avoids the is-sue of excessive smoothing associated with larger window sizes.The proposed PCA-SG filtering algorithm was applied to a CO gas sensing system based on Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy(CRDS).The perform-ance of the PCA-SG filtering algorithm is demonstrated through comparison with Moving Average Filtering(MAF),Wavelet Transformation(WT),Kalman Filtering(KF),and the SG filter.The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm exhibits superior noise reduction capabilities compared to the other algorithms evaluated.The SNR of the ring-down signal was improved from 11.8612 dB to 29.0913 dB,and the stand-ard deviation of the extracted ring-down time constant was reduced from 0.037μs to 0.018μs.These results confirm that the proposed PCA-SG filtering algorithm effectively improves the smoothness of the ring-down curve data,demonstrating its feasibility. 展开更多

In this study,a fifth-degree cubature particle filter(5CPF)is proposed to address the limited estimation accuracy in traditional particle filter algorithms for bearings-only tracking(BOT).This algorithm calculates the recommended density function by introducing a fifth-degree cubature Kalman filter algorithm to guide particle sampling,which effectively alleviates the problem of particle degradation and significantly improves the estimation accuracy of the filter.However,the 5CPF algorithm exhibits high computational complexity,particularly in scenarios with a large number of particles.Therefore,we propose the extended Kalman filter(EKF)-5CPF algorithm,which employs an EKF to replace the time update step for each particle in the 5CPF.This enhances the algorithm’s real-time capability while maintaining the high precision advantage of the 5CPF algorithm.In addition,we construct bearing-only dual-station and single-motion station target tracking systems,and the filtering performances of 5CPF and EKF-5CPF algorithms under different conditions are analyzed.The results show that both the 5CPF algorithm and EKF-5CPF have strong robustness and can adapt to different noise environments.Furthermore,both algorithms significantly outperform traditional nonlinear filtering algorithms in terms of convergence speed,tracking accuracy,and overall stability. 展开更多

This article presents an adaptive intelligent control strategy applied to a lumped-parameter evaporator model,i.e.,a simplified dynamic representation treating the evaporator as a single thermal node with uniform temperature distribution,suitable for control design due to its balance between physical fidelity and computational simplicity.The controller uses a wavelet-based neural proportional,integral,derivative(PID)controller with IIR filtering(infinite impulse response).The dynamic model captures the essential heat and mass transfer phenomena through a nonlinear energy balance,where the cooling capacity“Qevap”is expressed as a non-linear function of the compressor frequency and the temperature difference,specifically,Q_(evap)=k_(1)u(T_(in)−T_(e))with u as compressor frequency,Te evaporator temperature,and Tin inlet fluid temperature.The operating conditions of the system,in general terms,focus on the following variables,the overall thermal capacity is 1000 J/K,typical for small-capacity heat exchangers,The mass flow is 0.05 kg/s,typical for secondary liquid cooling circuits,the overall loss coefficient of 50 W/K that corresponds to small evaporators with partial insulation,the temperatures(inlet)of 10℃and the temperature of environment of 25℃,thermal load of 200 W that corresponds to a small-scaled air conditioning applications.To handle system nonlinearities and improve control performance,aMorlet wavelet-based neural network(Wavenet)is used to dynamically adjust the PID gains online.An IIR filter is incorporated to smooth the adaptive gains,improving stability and reducing oscillations.In contrast to prior wavelet-or neural-adaptive PID controllers in HVAC applications,which typically adjust gains without explicit filtering or not tailored to evaporator dynamics,this work introduces the first PID–Wavenet scheme augmented with an IIR-based stabilization layer,specifically designed to address the combined challenges of nonlinear evaporator behavior,gain oscillation,and real-time implementability.The proposed controller(PID-Wavenet+IIR)is implemented and validated inMATLAB/Simulink,demonstrating superior performance compared to a conventional PID tuned using Simulink’s auto-tuning function.Key results include a reduction in settling time from 13.3 to 8.2 s,a reduction in overshoot from 3.5%to 0.8%,a reduction in steady-state error from 0.12℃ to 0.02℃and a 13%reduction in energy overall consumption.The controller also exhibits greater robustness and adaptability under varying thermal loads.This explicit integration of wavelet-driven adaptation with IIR-filtered gain shaping constitutes the main methodological contribution and novelty of the work.These findings validate the effectiveness of the wavelet-based adaptive approach for advanced thermal management in refrigeration and HVAC systems,with potential applications in controlling variable-speed compressors,liquid chillers,and compact cooling units. 展开更多

【目的】观察缩泉润肠方对老年性便秘小鼠的治疗作用及机制。【方法】将老年昆明小鼠随机分为便秘组、缩泉润肠方组、ISCK03[干细胞因子(SCF)、酪氨酸激酶生长因子受体(c-Kit)信号通路抑制剂]组、缩泉润肠方+ISCK03组、正常组,每组12只... 【目的】观察缩泉润肠方对老年性便秘小鼠的治疗作用及机制。【方法】将老年昆明小鼠随机分为便秘组、缩泉润肠方组、ISCK03[干细胞因子(SCF)、酪氨酸激酶生长因子受体(c-Kit)信号通路抑制剂]组、缩泉润肠方+ISCK03组、正常组,每组12只。除正常组外,其他组老年昆明小鼠均通过灌胃150 mg/kg复方地芬诺酯混悬液构建便秘模型。建模成功后,各组进行相应干预2周。干预结束后,测定小鼠粪便粒数、粪便含水量,酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测血清中白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、胃动素、胃泌素、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平,测定小鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法观察结肠组织的病理变化,Western Blot法检测结肠组织中SCF、c-Kit蛋白表达。【结果】与正常组比较,便秘组小鼠结肠组织的细胞结构被破坏,肌肉层变薄,黏膜上皮出现损伤,粪便粒数,粪便含水量,血清中胃动素、胃泌素、5-HT水平,胃排空率、小肠推进率,结肠组织中SCF、c-Kit蛋白表达水平降低,血清中IL-1β、IL-6、VIP水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与便秘组比较,缩泉润肠方组小鼠结肠组织损伤有所改善,粪便粒数、粪便含水量,血清中胃动素、胃泌素、5-HT水平,胃排空率、小肠推进率,结肠组织中SCF、c-Kit蛋白表达水平升高,血清中IL-1β、IL-6、VIP水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ISCK03组小鼠对应指标变化趋势与缩泉润肠方组相反(P<0.05);与缩泉润肠方组比较,缩泉润肠方+ISCK03组小鼠结肠组织损伤加剧,粪便粒数,粪便含水量,血清中胃动素、胃泌素、5-HT水平,胃排空率、小肠推进率,结肠组织中SCF、c-Kit蛋白表达水平降低,血清中IL-1β、IL-6、VIP水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】缩泉润肠方可有效改善小鼠老年性便秘,其治疗作用与上调SCF、c-Kit表达,进而促进肠蠕动有关。 展开更多

胃肠动力障碍性疾病(disorders of gastrointestinal motility,DGIM)是指因胃肠动力失常引起的以消化道症状为主要临床表现的疾病。DGIM的发病率有逐年升高的趋势,降低人们生活质量的同时,还增加了社会的医疗支出。DGIM的发病机制尚未... 胃肠动力障碍性疾病(disorders of gastrointestinal motility,DGIM)是指因胃肠动力失常引起的以消化道症状为主要临床表现的疾病。DGIM的发病率有逐年升高的趋势,降低人们生活质量的同时,还增加了社会的医疗支出。DGIM的发病机制尚未完全阐明,多项研究表明其发生发展与胃肠道动力异常关系密切。胃肠动力与胃肠道Cajal间质细胞(ICC)密切相关。ICC是胃肠道产生慢波运动的特殊细胞,ICC数量和形态的保持又与SCF/c-kit信号通路密切相关。近年来的研究表明,SCF/c-kit信号通路的异常改变可导致DGIM的发生。目前,DGIM的西医治疗主要为促动力及抑酸等对症治疗,在一定程度上能够缓解DGIM的症状,但常伴有不良反应,使药物的应用范围受限,而大量研究证实,中药、中药单体或成分、复方、中医外治法均可通过调节SCF/c-kit信号通路,有效改善胃肠动力的同时,不良反应较小。虽然中医药通过调控SCF/c-kit信号通路干预DGIM具有西医难以取代的独特优势,但目前中医药调控SCF/c-kit信号通路治疗DGIM系统综述仍较少。文章就SCF/c-kit信号通路与DGIM之间的相关性、中医药调控SCF/c-kit信号通路干预DGIM的作用机制进行系统性总结,旨在为临床治疗DGIM及新药研发提供新思考。 展开更多

目的探讨半夏调中颗粒治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的作用机制。方法采用前胃结扎结合外置幽门部分结扎术建立RE大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组和半夏调中颗粒低、中、高剂量组,造模结束后7 d,各组分别予相应干预,连续1... 目的探讨半夏调中颗粒治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的作用机制。方法采用前胃结扎结合外置幽门部分结扎术建立RE大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组和半夏调中颗粒低、中、高剂量组,造模结束后7 d,各组分别予相应干预,连续14 d。HE染色观察食管组织形态,免疫荧光染色观察食管组织Cajal间质细胞(ICC)表达,RT-qPCR检测食管组织干细胞因子(SCF)、c-kit mRNA表达,Western blot检测食管组织SCF、c-kit蛋白表达,ELISA检测血清胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠食管鳞状上皮细胞间隙增宽,基底细胞增生,黏膜层见大量炎性细胞浸润,食管组织ICC数量显著减少(P<0.01),SCF、c-kit mRNA和蛋白显著升高(P<0.01);血清MTL、GAS含量显著降低(P<0.01),VIP含量显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,阳性对照组和半夏调中颗粒各剂量组食管组织基底细胞增生及炎性细胞浸润不同程度减轻,阳性对照组及半夏调中颗粒中、高剂量组ICC数量显著增加(P<0.01),SCF、c-kit mRNA和蛋白显著降低(P<0.01);血清MLT、GAS含量显著升高(P<0.01),VIP含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论半夏调中颗粒可通过调节胃肠激素,激活SCF/c-kit信号通路,维持ICC功能,从而调节食管动力,改善食管黏膜炎症,发挥治疗RE作用。 展开更多

The SKP1 gene is an important component of the SCF(SKP1-Cullin1-F-box)complex and serves as a bridge connecting the F-box and Cullin1genes(F-box-SKP1-Cullin1).The pattern of S-RNase being ubiquitously labelled by the SCF complex and degraded by the 26S protease accounts for the bulk of the available self-incompatibility studies.In this study,15 ClSKP1s from the‘Xiangshui'lemon genome and ubiquitome exist in the same SKP1 conserved domain(CD)as SKP1s in other species.The q PCR results showed that SKP1-6 and SKP1-14 have tissue expression patterns specific for expression in pollen.In addition,SKP1-6 and SKP1-14 in the stigma,style and ovary were significantly upregulated after self-pollination compared to those after cross-pollination.A subcellular location showed that SKP1-6 and SKP1-14 were located in the nucleus.In addition,yeast two-hybrid(Y2H)assays,bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)and luciferase complementation imaging(LCI)assays showed that SKP1-6 interacted with F-box1,F-box33,F-box34,F-box17,F-box19,Cullin1-2 and 26S proteasome subunit 4 homolog A(26S PS4HA).SKP1-14 interacted with F-box17,F-box19,F-box35,Cullin1-2 and 26S PS4HA.The interaction of Cullin1-2 and the F-box with SKP1 as a bridge was verified by a yeast three-hybrid experiment.The ability of S3-RNase to inhibit pollen and pollen tube growth and development was assessed using in vitro pollen co-culture experiments with recombinant S3-RNase proteins.Overall,this study provides important experimental evidence and theoretical basis for understanding the mechanism of self-incompatibility in plants by revealing the key role of the SCF complex in‘Xiangshui'lemon,which is bridged by ClSKP1-6,in self-incompatibility.The results of this study are of great significance for the future indepth exploration of the molecular mechanism of the SCF complex and its wide application in the self-incompatibility of plants. 展开更多

SFPBL:Soft Filter Pruning Based on Logistic Growth Differential Equation for Neural Network 被引量:1

The surge of large-scale models in recent years has led to breakthroughs in numerous fields,but it has also introduced higher computational costs and more complex network architectures.These increasingly large and intricate networks pose challenges for deployment and execution while also exacerbating the issue of network over-parameterization.To address this issue,various network compression techniques have been developed,such as network pruning.A typical pruning algorithm follows a three-step pipeline involving training,pruning,and retraining.Existing methods often directly set the pruned filters to zero during retraining,significantly reducing the parameter space.However,this direct pruning strategy frequently results in irreversible information loss.In the early stages of training,a network still contains much uncertainty,and evaluating filter importance may not be sufficiently rigorous.To manage the pruning process effectively,this paper proposes a flexible neural network pruning algorithm based on the logistic growth differential equation,considering the characteristics of network training.Unlike other pruning algorithms that directly reduce filter weights,this algorithm introduces a three-stage adaptive weight decay strategy inspired by the logistic growth differential equation.It employs a gentle decay rate in the initial training stage,a rapid decay rate during the intermediate stage,and a slower decay rate in the network convergence stage.Additionally,the decay rate is adjusted adaptively based on the filter weights at each stage.By controlling the adaptive decay rate at each stage,the pruning of neural network filters can be effectively managed.In experiments conducted on the CIFAR-10 and ILSVRC-2012 datasets,the pruning of neural networks significantly reduces the floating-point operations while maintaining the same pruning rate.Specifically,when implementing a 30%pruning rate on the ResNet-110 network,the pruned neural network not only decreases floating-point operations by 40.8%but also enhances the classification accuracy by 0.49%compared to the original network. 展开更多

In this paper, the central role of the stem cell factor (SCF)/c-kit signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of FD was systematically elucidated, and it was proposed that the Chai Gui Hewei Decoction repaired the ICC network through a three-fold mechanism: 1) Bupleurum saponin activated the c-kit receptor to promote the proliferation of ICC;2) Cinnamomum cassiae ingredient inhibited the tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) to improve the inflammation microenvironment;3) Paeonia lactiflora glucoside regulates 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) signaling to restore the balance of brain-gut axis. Based on the theory of “liver depression and spleen deficiency-ICC dysfunction”, a new hypothesis of multi-target repair of gastrointestinal pacing network by traditional Chinese herbal medicine compound was constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. 展开更多

In this paper,an advanced satellite navigation filter design,referred to as the Variational Bayesian Maximum Correntropy Extended Kalman Filter(VBMCEKF),is introduced to enhance robustness and adaptability in scenarios with non-Gaussian noise and heavy-tailed outliers.The proposed design modifies the extended Kalman filter(EKF)for the global navigation satellite system(GNSS),integrating the maximum correntropy criterion(MCC)and the variational Bayesian(VB)method.This adaptive algorithm effectively reduces non-line-of-sight(NLOS)reception contamination and improves estimation accuracy,particularly in time-varying GNSS measurements.Experimental results show that the proposed method significantly outperforms conventional approaches in estimation accuracy under heavy-tailed outliers and non-Gaussian noise.By combining MCC with VB approximation for real-time noise covariance estimation using fixed-point iteration,the VBMCEKF achieves superior filtering performance in challenging GNSS conditions.The method’s adaptability and precision make it ideal for improving satellite navigation performance in stochastic environments. 展开更多

The integration of surface filtration and catalytic decomposition functions in catalytic bags enables the synergistic removal of multiple pollutants(such as dust,nitrogen oxide,acid gases,and dioxins)in a single reactor,thus effectively reducing the cost and operational difficulties associated with flue gas treatment.In this study,Mn-Ce-Sm-Sn(MCSS)catalysts were prepared and loaded onto hightemperature resistant polyimide(P84)filter through ultrasonic impregnation to create composite catalytic filter.The results demonstrate that the NO conversion rates of the composite catalytic filter consistently achieve above 95%within the temperature range of 160-260℃,with a chlorobenzene T_(90)value of 230℃.The ultrasonic impregnation method effectively loaded the catalyst onto the filter,ensuring high dispersion both on the surface and inside the filter.This increased exposure of catalyst active sites enhances the catalytic activity of the composite catalytic filter.Additionally,increasing the catalyst loading leads to a gradual decrease in permeability,an increase in pressure drops and the long residence time of the flue gas,thereby improving catalytic activity.Compared to ordinary impregnation methods,ultrasonic impregnation improves the bonding strength between the catalyst and filter,as well as the permeability of the composite catalytic filter under the same loading conditions.Overall,this study presents a novel approach to prepare composite catalytic filter for the simultaneous removal of NO and chlorobenzene at low temperatures. 展开更多

A medical image encryption is proposed based on the Fisher-Yates scrambling,filter diffusion and S-box substitution.First,chaotic sequence associated with the plaintext is generated by logistic-sine-cosine system,which is used for the scrambling,substitution and diffusion processes.The three-dimensional Fisher-Yates scrambling,S-box substitution and diffusion are employed for the first round of encryption.The chaotic sequence is adopted for secondary encryption to scramble the ciphertext obtained in the first round.Then,three-dimensional filter is applied to diffusion for further useful information hiding.The key to the algorithm is generated by the combination of hash value of plaintext image and the input parameters.It improves resisting ability of plaintext attacks.The security analysis shows that the algorithm is effective and efficient.It can resist common attacks.In addition,the good diffusion effect shows that the scheme can solve the differential attacks encountered in the transmission of medical images and has positive implications for future research. 展开更多

Fault detection in industrial robot drive systems is a critical aspect of ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.To address the challenge of balancing accuracy and robustness in existing fault detection methods,this paper proposes an enhanced fault detection method based on the unscented Kalman filter(UKF).A comprehensive mathematical model of the brushless DC motor drive system is developed to provide a theoretical foundation for the design of subsequent fault detection methods.The conventional UKF estimation process is detailed,and its limitations in balancing estimation accuracy and robustness are addressed by introducing a dynamic,time-varying boundary layer.To further enhance detection performance,the method incorporates residual analysis using improved z-score and signal-tonoise ratio(SNR)metrics.Numerical simulations under both fault-free and faulty conditions demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves lower root mean square error(RMSE)in fault-free scenarios and provides reliable fault detection.These results highlight the potential of the proposed method to enhance the reliability and robustness of fault detection in industrial robot drive systems. 展开更多

Brackish water(BW)irrigation may cause soil quality deterioration and thereby a decrease in crop yields.Here we examined the impacts of applying gasification filter cake(GFC),intercropping with Portulaca oleracea(PO),and their combination on soil quality,nutrient uptake by plants and tomato yields under BW irrigation.The treatments evaluated included(i)freshwater irrigation(Control),(ii)BW irrigation,(iii)GFC application under BW irrigation(BW+GFC),(iv)intercropping with PO under BW irrigation(BW+PO),and(v)the combined application of GFC and PO under BW irrigation(BW+PO+GFC).Overall,the use of BW for irrigation resulted in a decline in both soil quality(assessed by a soil quality index(SQI)integrating a wide range of key soil properties including salinity,nutrient availability and microbial activities)and crop yields.Nevertheless,when subjected to BW irrigation,the application of GFC successfully prevented soil salinity.Additionally,the intercropping of PO decreased the soil sodium adsorption ratio and improved the absorption of nutrients by plants.As a result,the BW+GFC+PO treatment generally showed higher tomato yield as compared to other BW-related treatments(i.e.BW,BW+GFC and BW+PO).Compared to BW,the BW+GFC+PO treatment had an average increase of 24.7% in the total fruit yield of four Cropping Seasons.Furthermore,the BW+GFC+PO treatment consistently exhibited the highest fruit quality index(FQI).Taken together,the combined application of GFC and PO is effective in promoting soil quality and crop yields under BW irrigation. 展开更多
