However, in modem society, the further development of concept delivery makes the phenomenon of separation between possession and ownership become more and more universal. There is a potential conflict between possession reform and the announcement of property right of property as a sign of delivery, which has been brought up again in civil law circles. Based on the measure of interest and value analysis, on the possession case of bona fide acquisition system is discussed and reflection, in under the bona fide possession of the application, the modified say.
