In this paper, a fuzzy adaptive tracking control for uncertain strict-feedback nonlinear systems with unknown bounded disturbances is proposed. The generalized fuzzy hyperbolic model (GFHM) with better approximation performance is used to approximate the unknown nonlinear function in the system. The dynamic surface control (DSC) is used to design the controller, which not only avoids the “explosion of complexity” problem in the process of repeated derivation, but also makes the control system simpler in structure and lower in computational cost because only one adaptive law is designed in the controller design process. Through the Lyapunov stability analysis, all signals in the closed loop system designed in this paper are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB). Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a simulation example. 展开更多

For a class of nonlinear systems whose states are immeasurable, when the outputs of the system are sampled asynchronously, by introducing a state observer, an output feedback distributed model predictive control algorithm is proposed. It is proved that the errors of estimated states and the actual system's states are bounded. And it is guaranteed that the estimated states of the closed-loop system are ultimately bounded in a region containing the origin. As a result, the states of the actual system are ultimately bounded. A simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed distributed control method. 展开更多

This paper proposes that a complex system is a closed-loop system with a negative feedback element and is a solvable problem. The belief function theory is used to characterize the uncertainty caused by various factors. A modified Markov model is proposed to obtain the state probabilities of components at any given moment and subsequently the mass function is used to represent the precise belief degree of state probabilities. Based on the primary studies of universal generating function(UGF)method, a belief UGF(BUGF) method is utilized to analyze the reliability and the uncertainty of excavator rectifier feedback system. This paper provides an available method to evaluate the reliability of multi-state systems(MSSs) with interval state performances and state probabilities, and also avoid the interval expansion problem. 展开更多

This paper develops a generalized dynamical model to describe the interactive dynamics between normal cells, tumor cells, immune cells, drug therapy, electromagnetic field of the human cells, extracellular heat and fluid transfer, and intercellular fractional mass of Oxygen, cell acidity and Pancreatin enzyme. The overall dynamics stability, controllability and observability have been investigated. Moreover, Cesium therapy is considered as a control input to the 11-dimensional dynamics using state-feedback controlled system and pole placement technique. This approach is found to be effective in driving the desired rate of tumor cell kill and converging the system to healthy equilibrium state. Furthermore, the ranges of the system dynamics parameters which lead to instability and growth of tumor cells have been identified. Finally, simulation results are demonstrated to verify the effectiveness of the applied approach which can be implemented successfully to cancer patients. 展开更多

降水是地球气候系统中关键的组成部分,其变化对区域水资源安全、农业生产和生态系统具有深远影响。本文利用地球系统模式1.2.1版(Community Earth System Model,CESM1)和全球降水气候学计划(Global Precipitation Climatology Project,G... 降水是地球气候系统中关键的组成部分,其变化对区域水资源安全、农业生产和生态系统具有深远影响。本文利用地球系统模式1.2.1版(Community Earth System Model,CESM1)和全球降水气候学计划(Global Precipitation Climatology Project,GPCP)观测资料,定量分析了过去40 a(1980—2019年)全球人为气溶胶排放的量级与空间分布变化对中国降水的影响。通过对比不同敏感性试验发现,1980—2019年全球气溶胶变化导致中国南部年均降水量减少,其主要受人为排放空间再分布主导,而排放总量变化的贡献相对较小。1980—2019年,全球人为气溶胶排放热点从高纬度欧美地区向低纬度南亚和东亚转移。中国南方地区PM 2.5柱浓度显著增加,导致云滴数浓度上升、云滴半径减小,降水效率降低。结果表明,全球人为气溶胶排放的空间分布变化在过去40 a中主导了中国南部降水的持续减少,凸显了在评估气溶胶气候效应时需同时考虑排放的地理格局及其区域气候反馈。 展开更多

The nonlinear aircraft model with heavy cargo moving inside is derived by using the sep- aration body method, which can describe the influence of the moving cargo on the aircraft attitude and altitude accurately. Furthermore, the nonlinear system is decoupled and linearized through the input^utput feedback linearization method. On this basis, an iterative quasi-sliding mode (SM) flight controller for speed and pitch angle control is proposed. At the first-level SM, a global dynamic switching function is introduced thus eliminating the reaching phase of the sliding motion. At the second-level SM, a nonlinear function with the property of "smaUer errors correspond to bigger gains and bigger errors correspond to saturated gains" is designed to form an integral sliding manifold, and the overcompensation of the integral term to big errors is weakened. Lyapunov- based analysis shows that the controller with strong robustness can reject both constant and time-varying model uncertainties. The performance of the proposed control strategy is verified in a maximum load airdrop mission. 展开更多

目的构建基于Donabedian三维质量结构模型和360度反馈评价的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价标准,为测评临床护理教师岗位胜任力提供参考。方法以360度反馈评价为理论基础,并结合Donabedian三维质量评价结构模型,采用文献分析、质性访谈初... 目的构建基于Donabedian三维质量结构模型和360度反馈评价的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价标准,为测评临床护理教师岗位胜任力提供参考。方法以360度反馈评价为理论基础,并结合Donabedian三维质量评价结构模型,采用文献分析、质性访谈初步确定评价指标条目,采用德尔菲法对17名专家进行2轮函询,通过层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果函询专家权威系数为0.851,第1轮和第2轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为81.82%和94.44%,一、二、三级指标的变异系数分别为0.037~0.059和0.029~0.059,Kendall协调系数W分别为0.164~0.283、0.257~0.346(均P<0.05),其一致性比率值均<0.1。最终形成的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价指标包括3个一级指标即结构、过程和结果指标,7个二级指标和43个三级指标。结论本研究构建的临床护理教师岗位胜任力评价指标科学合理,维度和指标分层明确,可为评价临床护理教师岗位胜任力提供依据。 展开更多

This paper addresses issues related to nonlinear robust output feedback controller design for a nonlinear model of airbreathing hypersonic vehicle. The control objective is to realize robust tracking of velocity and altitude in the presence of immeasurable states, uncertainties and varying flight conditions. A novel reduced order fuzzy observer is proposed to estimate the immeasurable states. Based on the information of observer and the measured states, a new robust output feedback controller combining dynamic surface theory and fuzzy logic system is proposed for airbreathing hypersonic vehicle. The closedloop system is proved to be semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SUUB), and the tracking error can be made small enough by choosing proper gains of the controller, filter and observer. Simulation results from the full nonlinear vehicle model illustrate the effectiveness and good performance of the proposed control scheme. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation. 展开更多

Advanced driver assistance systems(ADAS) seek to provide drivers and passengers of automotive vehicles increased safety and comfort. Original equipment manufacturers are integrating and developing systems for distance keeping, lane keeping and changing and other functionalities. The modern automobile is a complex system of systems. How the functionalities of advanced driver assistance are implemented and coordinated across the systems of the vehicle is generally not made available to the wider research community by the developers and manufactures. This paper seeks to begin filling this gap by assembling open source physics models of the vehicle dynamics and ADAS command models. Additionally, in order to facilitate ADAS development and testing without having access to the details of ADAS, a coordinated control architecture for motion management is also proposed for distributing ADAS motion control commands over vehicle systems. The architecture is demonstrated in a case study where motion is coordinated between the steering and the braking systems, which are typically used only for a single functionality. The integrated vehicle and system dynamics using the coordinated control architecture are simulated for various driving tasks. It is seen that improved trajectory following can be achieved by the proposed coordinated control architecture. 中高层大气因其对天气气候的显著影响而被列为世界天气气候研究计划前沿科学研究领域。同时,作为航空到航天的过渡空间,中高层大气被视为国防安全的“高边疆”。然而,由于观测数据不足以及缺乏完备的中高层大气模式,我国对中高层大气环... 中高层大气因其对天气气候的显著影响而被列为世界天气气候研究计划前沿科学研究领域。同时,作为航空到航天的过渡空间,中高层大气被视为国防安全的“高边疆”。然而,由于观测数据不足以及缺乏完备的中高层大气模式,我国对中高层大气环境变异及其天气气候致灾效应的认识还很薄弱。为了加深对中高层大气的认识,国家自然科学基金委资助了重大研究项目“中高层大气环境变异及天气气候致灾效应”,该项目旨在:1)发展中高层大气成分观测的新技术和方法,开展“天空地”一体化多要素协同观测,获取中高层大气的多时空尺度观测资料;2)研究跨大气层相互作用和多源扰动对中高层大气的影响,量化外部强迫因子和内部变率对中高层大气变异的影响及贡献;3)完善模式的中高层大气物理化学过程,发展中高层大气资料同化系统;4)揭示中高层大气环境变异对东亚极端天气气候的影响和机制,评估其致灾效应和风险。该研究将为防灾减灾、气候变化应对以及国防安全保障提供重要的科技支撑和决策依据。本文简要介绍了该项目的研究背景和内容、关键科学问题及最新研究进展。 展开更多

This paper is mainly concerned with the model predictive control (MPC) of networked control systems (NCSs) with uncertain time delay and data packets disorder. The network-induced time delay is described as bounded and arbitrary process. For the usual state feedback controller, by considering all the possibilities of delays, an augmented state space model of the closed-loop system, which characterizes all the delay cases, is obtained. The stability conditions are given according to the Lyapunov method based on this augmented model. The stability property is inherited in MPC which explicitly considers the physical constraints. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed MPC. 展开更多

The main idea is to design an output feedback bounded controller and a predictive controller for each subsystem using high-order differential state observers and Lyapunov functions, to derive a suitable switched law to stabilize the closed-loop subsystem, and to provide an explicitly characterized set of initial conditions. For the whole switched system, based on the high-order differentiator, a suitable switched law is designed to ensure the whole closed-loop’s stability. 磁浮列车的商业化运营对安全性的要求极为严苛,其中悬浮系统作为关键核心部件,其控制性能直接影响列车的运行状态,因此,研究悬浮系统的性能评价方法尤为重要。传统的最小方差指标被广泛用于控制回路性能的量化,但其通常假设系统为线性模... 磁浮列车的商业化运营对安全性的要求极为严苛,其中悬浮系统作为关键核心部件,其控制性能直接影响列车的运行状态,因此,研究悬浮系统的性能评价方法尤为重要。传统的最小方差指标被广泛用于控制回路性能的量化,但其通常假设系统为线性模型,忽略了实际系统的非线性特性。事实上,磁浮列车悬浮系统是具有显著非线性特征的开环不稳定系统,在性能评价中忽视这些非线性因素可能导致性能估计偏差。为此,提出一种基于Wiener模型的非线性最小方差指标,用于磁浮列车悬浮系统的控制性能评价。该方法首先利用Wiener模型描述悬浮系统的非线性过程,并推导出基于反馈不变量的非线性最小方差指标及其计算方法。通过建立单点悬浮系统非线性模型,在不同控制器参数和扰动条件下进行仿真分析,验证该指标对控制器性能和随机扰动的评价效果。此外,基于湖南凤凰磁浮线路实车运行数据,开展悬浮系统控制性能评价实验,并对比不同时段的线性最小方差指标与误差积分指标,验证了该方法在实际应用中的有效性。 展开更多

视频反馈联合情景模拟教学法在卓越医师诊断教学中的研究

目的探讨视频反馈联合情景模拟教学法在卓越医师班物理诊断教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年3—7月于中南大学第二临床医学院的2018级临床医学五年制卓越医师班40名学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各20名。试验组... 目的探讨视频反馈联合情景模拟教学法在卓越医师班物理诊断教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年3—7月于中南大学第二临床医学院的2018级临床医学五年制卓越医师班40名学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各20名。试验组采用视频反馈联合情景模拟教学法,而对照组采用传统教学法。2组通过统一标准化的理论考试成绩、病例分析成绩、临床技能操作成绩进行教学效果评价,同时对20名试验组学生进行不记名的调查问卷。结果试验组学生的理论考核成绩为(91.58±0.72)分,病例分析能力得分为(9.81±0.14)分,临床技能操作成绩为(94.32±0.72)分,均高于对照组[(84.14±0.84)分、(8.47±0.18)分、(86.48±0.89)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。此外,试验组学生的反馈显示,视频反馈结合情景模拟的教学方法有助于深化对知识的理解和应用能力等。结论在卓越医师班物理诊断学教学中,视频反馈联合情景模拟的教学方法有利于促进学生夯实理论基础,规范体格检查手法,培养临床思维及提高医患沟通能力。 展开更多
