A systemic strategy was proposed to improve aerobic granular sludge(AGS)stability and nitrogen(N)removal efficiency by optimizing feeding mode and substrate aiming at complicated wastewater characteristics.Key functional groups at the genus level identified by high-throughput sequencing were evaluated as well.The results showed that anaerobic feeding mode and acetate promoted the compact AGS formation with excellent total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiency(averaging 91.7%±4.1%)at various dissolved oxygen conditions.While the aerobic feeding mode led to a loose AGS structure with a vulnerable anaerobic core and poor TN removal efficiency(averaging58.8%±7.4%).Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process played the dominant role in N removal in compact AGS over the alternating nitrification and denitrification process.High-concentration glucose undermined feast-famine condition with filamentous bacteria growth out of granule and decreased TN removal efficiency to 67.3%±15.2%.Lower food to microorganism ratio may result in a lower N removal rate attributed to the sharply increased biomass concentration fed by glucose.Ammonia-oxidizing bacteria,nitrite-oxidizing bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,and denitrifying phosphorus accumulation organisms enriched during AGS granulation also contributed to the efficient N removal.The proposed strategy provided insights into the relationship between various factors and stable AGS formation,and systemic operation methods for various complicated wastewater treatment. 展开更多

A new feeding mode for a simulated moving bed(SMB) is proposed.The outlet stream from zone II is collected at regular intervals.The concentration of the solution is increased by dissolving raw materials and then fed to zone III as the feed stream during the next collection interval.In this feeding mode,the concentration of the stream fed to zone III is identical to that of original feed,while in a conventional SMB,the feed is diluted by mix-ing with the outlet stream of zone II before feeding to zone III.The new feeding mode increases the inlet concentra-tion of zone III.A modeling investigation shows that higher inlet concentration of zone III increases the height of concentration band in SMB,improving the separation performance significantly.In comparison with the traditonal feeding mode,the new feeding mode increases the productivity by 23.52%and decreases the solvent consumption by 22.56%,so as to increase the raffinate and extract concentrations by 53.17%and 20.38%,respectively.The col-lection interval for the outlet stream from zone II has no effect on the separation performance after reaching the steady state,so that the collection interval can be increased to make the operation more convenient. 展开更多

In order to prepare hollow latex particles with optimum morphology based on osmotic swelling principle, three- layer core/shell latex particles with 40 wt% MAA in the core were first prepared via multistep seeded emulsion copolymerization, in which monomers were added by a semi-continuous process with monomer addition under two different forms: pure monomers' mixture (monomer addition), and pre-emulsified monomers (pre-emulsion addition). Then, the hollow latex particles with different morphologies were obtained after alkali post-treatment. Influences of the monomer feeding mode on the emulsion polymerization and the particle morphology were investigated. Results showed that the pre- emulsion addition could significantly improve the polymerization stability in each step, and greatly enhance the uniformity of shell encapsulation. The sizes of the core and core/shell latex particles obtained by the pre-emulsion addition were smaller and more uniform than those synthesized by the monomer addition, and the hollow latex particles with intact morphology were generated by alkali post-treating of the core/shell latexes prepared from the pre-emulsion addition. As the core size increased, the morphology of the post-treated particles underwent evolution from hollow to collapse. Moreover, the mechanism of the particle morphological evolution was proposed. 展开更多

We conducted behavior experiments on the roles of vision, olfaction, and the lateral line in feeding in tongue sole Cynoglossus semilaevis Gtinter. Chemical cues from the prey alone could not elicit any searching or attacking behavior by the fish; only when moving foods were presented, the chemical nature of the foods affected feeding. In addition, we found that normal tongue sole did not accurately recognize moving artificial prey of different shapes. Neither chemosense nor vision plays an important role in prey detection. Reactions to moving objects and the response of the oropharyngeal cavity to different foods showed that the (eyeless) tongue sole use mainly the lateral line for prey detection and capture. Gustation in the oropharyngeal cavity is essential for the fish to swallow its prey. 展开更多

Microplastic(MP)pollution has spread from the mainland to the ocean.However,Haizhou Bay,which is one of the important land-ocean transition zones,has been reported relatively little about the enrichment of MPs.To provide fundamental data for MP pollution in Haizhou Bay,we studied the occurrence of microplastics in the intestines of 8 species of fish with different habits and feeding modes.The fish intestines were digested with a 10%KOH solution,and MPs are separated with a glass fiber filter.Then,the size,shape,color,and composition of the MPs were analyzed using a stereomicroscope and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The results showed the abundance of MP intake ranged from 0.02 items g^(-1) to 0.16 items g^(-1) and the detection rate of MPs ranged from 53.33% to 80% across different fish species.The MP intake in benthic fish and omnivorous fish was significantly higher than that of pelagic fish and predatory fish.Smaller MPs(<0.25 mm)were the dominant types and accounted for 62.50% of the total.The fiber was the prevailing shape of MPs,and the black MPs were the most common,followed by red and yellow ones.Polyethylene terephthalate(PET),polyamide(PA),and polystyrene(PS)were the main components of MPs,accounting for 34.9%,29.9%,and 16.4%,respectively.According to the composition analysis of MPs,the main sources of MPs in fish of Haizhou Bay were attributed to marine aquaculture and port construction.The results are helpful for our better understanding of the status of MP pollution in this area,and further aid in the development of the pointed measures to mitigate and prevent the MP pollution in this ecologically important area. 展开更多

为提升高负荷餐厨垃圾(FW)与剩余污泥(WAS)厌氧共消化系统的稳定性及其产甲烷效能,在高有机负荷(OLR为22.8g COD/(L·d))下,平行运行300目金属网动态膜生物反应器(DMBR)和厌氧完全混合式反应器(CSTR),比较了连续与非连续进料模式的... 为提升高负荷餐厨垃圾(FW)与剩余污泥(WAS)厌氧共消化系统的稳定性及其产甲烷效能,在高有机负荷(OLR为22.8g COD/(L·d))下,平行运行300目金属网动态膜生物反应器(DMBR)和厌氧完全混合式反应器(CSTR),比较了连续与非连续进料模式的长期性能与微生物群落特征.结果表明,在相同OLR下,连续进料DMBR实现了更高的甲烷产量(8.86±0.29)L/(L·d)和甲烷产率(407±13)mL/g COD,较非连续模式提升约12%,较非连续的CSTR提升了22%,并能维持更稳定的pH值及更好的降解能力,展现出更强的抗负荷冲击能力.动态膜对关键功能微生物如互营细菌(Treponema,Lutispora,Syntrophomonas)及氢营养型产甲烷古菌(Methanoculleus)的截留与富集,使其相对丰度显著高于传统CSTR,有效加速了有机底物转化.但连续进料模式也导致膜通量较低(0.0079L/(m^(2)·h))且跨膜压差(TMP)增长较快(0.98kPa/h);相比之下,非连续进料虽在产气效能上稍逊,但能维持较高膜通量(0.025L/(m^(2)·h)).综合权衡系统效能(甲烷产量和稳定性),高负荷FW与WAS共消化系统采用连续进料和间歇出料运行的DMBR系统,能显著提升共消化系统的甲烷转化效率与运行稳定性,为实际高负荷厌氧共消化系统的高效稳定运行提供有效的强化策略. 展开更多

为探究克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)成体的最适饵料投喂模式,本研究设置传统饵料(TF)、冰鲜鱼(CF)和配合饲料(FD)3种饵料投喂模式,依据不同养殖目的将克氏原螯虾成体划分为商品虾和亲虾,于实验60d、103d和126d进行差异化采样。结果... 为探究克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)成体的最适饵料投喂模式,本研究设置传统饵料(TF)、冰鲜鱼(CF)和配合饲料(FD)3种饵料投喂模式,依据不同养殖目的将克氏原螯虾成体划分为商品虾和亲虾,于实验60d、103d和126d进行差异化采样。结果显示:(1)3种饵料投喂模式下克氏原螯虾成体各组织的水分和总脂肪含量无显著差异(P>0.05);粗蛋白仅FD组卵巢显著高于TF和CF组(P<0.05);TF组肝胰腺和卵巢中灰分含量最高,CF组最低,CF组胚胎灰分含量最高,FD组最低。(2)TF组克氏原螯虾成体各组织C18﹕2n6(LA)、Σn-3 PUFA显著最高(P<0.05),CF组C20﹕5n3(EPA)、C22﹕6n3(DHA)、Σn-6 PUFA和n-3/n-6 PUFA显著最高(P<0.05)。CF组卵巢和胚胎中较高的ΣHUFA与Σn-3 PUFA含量可能有利于提高亲虾的繁殖性能。综上所述,3种饵料投喂模式对克氏原螯虾成体的基本营养组成影响有限,作为商品虾应投喂传统饵料以提高养殖的经济效益。饵料直接影响克氏原螯虾成体各组织的脂肪酸组成,亲虾应投喂冰鲜鱼以提高繁殖性能。研究结果将精细化克氏原螯虾成体的饵料投喂模式,为克氏原螯虾成体的养殖生产管理提供理论指导。 展开更多

伴生气提氦工艺技术研究和分析

为实现氦气资源的综合利用,针对油田伴生气中氦气含量较低的特点,提出一种结合氮气制冷循环和两级低温精馏的提氦工艺,工艺采用多流股进料模式及冷量梯级回收技术,显著提升了热集成度与冷量利用率,基于软件模拟分析了关键参数对能耗与... 为实现氦气资源的综合利用,针对油田伴生气中氦气含量较低的特点,提出一种结合氮气制冷循环和两级低温精馏的提氦工艺,工艺采用多流股进料模式及冷量梯级回收技术,显著提升了热集成度与冷量利用率,基于软件模拟分析了关键参数对能耗与氦气回收率的影响程度,并优化了工艺参数。结果表明,优化后,工艺能耗从1 405.1 kW降低至1 335.9 kW,降幅4.9%,氦气回收率从88.3%升至98.8%,氦气纯度从52.1%升至72.6%,满足后续精氦工艺进料的质量要求;主冷箱最小温差从6.9℃降至3.7℃,换热温差趋近热力学极限;制冷系数从1.31提高至1.38,验证了系统的节能性与高效性。该工艺适用于无LNG或轻烃回收需求的油气田站场,为伴生气提氦提供技术支撑。 展开更多

目的:探讨孕前体质量指数(BMI)对初产妇妊娠结局及喂养方式的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查方法收集到133例2022年1月—2022年12月在山东大学第二医院建册并住院分娩初产妇的分娩方式、新生儿出生体重及喂养方式等数据,比较不同BMI初产妇... 目的:探讨孕前体质量指数(BMI)对初产妇妊娠结局及喂养方式的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查方法收集到133例2022年1月—2022年12月在山东大学第二医院建册并住院分娩初产妇的分娩方式、新生儿出生体重及喂养方式等数据,比较不同BMI初产妇间的差异。结果:不同孕前BMI分组初产妇年龄、分娩方式、新生儿出生体重、喂养方式比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕前BMI异常组的剖宫产率、分娩巨大儿率和低出生体重儿率、人工喂养率均高于孕前正常BMI组(P<0.05)。结论:孕前BMI与分娩方式、新生儿出生体重及喂养方式相关,应加强孕前BMI的评估与管理,改善妊娠结局,提高母婴健康水平。 展开更多

Significant differences were found in the physical and mechanical propertiesof the latexes and films, depending on the methods of monomer feeding. A 180 d feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of different feeding modes on liver of Gushi chicken.The chickens from 1-day-old were fed in the warm house for 30 d,and then divided into four groups by different feeding modes(O-noant,outdoor without antibiotics;O-ant,outdoor with antibiotics;D-noant,indoor without antibiotics;D-ant,indoor with antibiotics),respectively,to evaluate the effect on liver.The results showed that different feeding modes significantly influenced the growth,liver weight,subcutaneous fat thickness,liver fat and liver free amino acid contents.The outdoor feeding without antibiotic reflected remarkably(P﹤0.05)low liver weight and fat content with normal morphology.While,other groups showed different levels of fat metabolism disorder in the liver.Based on chicken liver healthy,the outdoor feeding without antibiotic was the optimal feeding mode for Gushi chicken. 展开更多

不同饲养方式对育雏与育成期SPF鸭生长性能的影响

目的实验旨在通过对比体质量、体斜长、胸深、胸宽和龙骨长指标的增长情况,分析两种饲养模式对SPF鸭育雏育成效的影响,为今后SPF鸭规模化生产提供参考依据。方法将120只健康1日龄SPF母鸭分为两组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20只,隔离环境... 目的实验旨在通过对比体质量、体斜长、胸深、胸宽和龙骨长指标的增长情况,分析两种饲养模式对SPF鸭育雏育成效的影响,为今后SPF鸭规模化生产提供参考依据。方法将120只健康1日龄SPF母鸭分为两组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20只,隔离环境饲养组(第一组)采用隔离器(内部空气洁净度5级)饲养方式,屏障环境饲养组(第二组)采用开放式笼具(放置在空气洁净度7级的饲养室内)饲养方式,饲养至16周龄。期间每隔4周测定并对比两种方式下SPF鸭的生长指标增长数据。结果在育雏期(0~4周),隔离环境饲养组的体质量和胸深增长极显著高于开放笼具组(P<0.01),体斜长和胸宽增长显著高于开放笼具组(P<0.05),而4~8周的体质量、胸深、胸宽增长极显著低于屏障环境饲养组(P<0.01),8~12周的胸深增长极显著低于屏障环境饲养组(P<0.01),12~16周的体质量和体斜长增长极显著低于屏障环境饲养组(P<0.01),胸深、胸宽增长显著低于屏障环境饲养组(P<0.05)。结论在育雏期(0~4周)隔离环境饲养组的生长性能好于屏障环境饲养组,在育成期(4~16周)屏障环境饲养组的生长性能好于隔离环境饲养组。 展开更多

高原地区某县住院儿童贫血情况及病因分析

目的研究若尔盖县1月龄—14岁住院儿童贫血现状及病因分析,为临床合理预防贫血提供依据。方法取若尔盖县医院2023年1月—12月儿科住院病人共1166名,所有患儿当日抽取静脉血,采用全自动血球分析仪检测患儿的红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积... 目的研究若尔盖县1月龄—14岁住院儿童贫血现状及病因分析,为临床合理预防贫血提供依据。方法取若尔盖县医院2023年1月—12月儿科住院病人共1166名,所有患儿当日抽取静脉血,采用全自动血球分析仪检测患儿的红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积等,并对患儿进行家庭及膳食情况的问卷调查。结果调查儿童共1166名,其中男性667人(57.20%),女性499人(42.80%),平均月龄38.4月,0—6月龄贫血发生率11.19%(16/143),6月龄—2岁贫血发生率42.56%(206/484),2岁—5岁贫血发生率16.27(448/295),5岁—12岁贫血发生率15.5%(33/213),12岁—14岁贫血发生率12.9%(4/31)。家庭所在地为农村、家庭月收入<2000元、母亲文化程度低的儿童贫血检出率较高(P<0.05);母乳喂养、较多摄入(≥4 d/w)配方奶粉、蛋类、禽肉鱼虾及蔬菜水果会降低儿童贫血的风险。结论高原地区住院儿童贫血发生率较平原地区高,且与喂养方式、膳食结构、生活习惯密切相关,加强基层儿童营养保健知识宣教力度,科学改变膳食结构及生活习惯,是改善和预防儿童贫血的关键。 展开更多
