Cognitive NFIDC-FRBFNN Control Architecture for Robust Path Tracking of Mobile Service Robots in Hospital Settings

Mobile service robots(MSRs)in hospital environments require precise and robust trajectory tracking to ensure reliable operation under dynamic conditions,including model uncertainties and external disturbances.This study presents a cognitive control strategy that integrates a Numerical Feedforward Inverse Dynamic Controller(NFIDC)with a Feedback Radial Basis Function Neural Network(FRBFNN).The robot’s mechanical structure was designed in SolidWorks 2022 SP2.0 and validated under operational loads using finite element analysis in ANSYS 2022 R1.The NFIDC-FRBFNN framework merges proactive inverse dynamic compensation with adaptive neural learning to achieve smooth torque responses and accurate motion control.A two-stage simulation evaluation was conducted.In the first stage,the controller was tested in a simulated hospital environment under both ideal and non-ideal conditions.In the second,it was benchmarked against four established controllers-Neural Network Model Reference Adaptive(NNMRA),Z-number Fuzzy Logic(Z-FL),Adaptive Dynamic Controller(ADC),and Fuzzy Logic-PID(FL-PID)—using circular and lemniscate trajectories.Across ten runs,the proposed controller achieved the lowest tracking errors under all conditions.Under ideal conditions,it achieved average improvements of 55.24%,75.75%,and 55.20%in integral absolute error(IAE),integral squared error(ISE),and mean absolute error(MAE),respectively,with coefficient of variation(CV)reductions above 55%.Under non-ideal conditions,average improvements exceeded 64%in IAE,77%in ISE,and 66%in MAE,while maintaining CV reductions above 57%.These results confirm that the NFIDC-FRBFNN controller offers superior accuracy,robustness,and consistency for real-time path tracking in healthcare robotics. 展开更多

In recent years, the DLseries computer numerical control(CNC) heavy-duty horizontal lathes(HDHLs) have been widely used in the transportation, energy and aviation industries. High availability of the CNC heavy-duty lathes is demanded to guarantee the efficiency and benefit of these manufacturing industries. As one of the key subsystems of the HDHLs, the feeding control system is studied in this paper on reliability modeling and reliability analysis. The fault tree analysis(FTA) method is used for reliability modelling of the feeding control system. Considering the multiple common cause failure groups(CCFGs) existing in the system, a modified beta factor parametric model is introduced to model the common cause failure(CCF) in system. The reliability of feeding control system is then obtained and the effect of CCF on the reliability of the whole system is studied as well. 展开更多

Ultrasonic vibration feeding(UVF) method which can quantitatively feed and precisely deposit fine powder is a potential technique for micro feeding.The excitation sources transmit vibration to capillary though the third medium for most UVF devices.The vibrator is directly touched with the capillary can transmit mechanical energy on the capillary as much as possible,and the powder feeding can be controlled more precise.However,there are few reports about it.A direct UVF system which integrates the function of micro feeding,process observing,and powder forming was developed in this work.In order to analyze the effect of the system factors on feeding,a group of L9(3^3) orthogonal experiments are selected to confirm the effect of level change of factors.The three factors are capillary nozzle diameter,amplitude and signal.The flow rate was stable for each combined factors,and the optimum combination for the minimum flow rate are choosing small capillary,small amplitude,and triangular wave orderly.The whole process of feeding includes start point,middle stage and stop stage.Starting of feeding was synchronized to vibration when the amplitude of capillary nozzle is larger than critical amplitude.Then,the feeding process enters the middle stage,the feeding state is observed by the CCD,and it is very stable in the middle stage.Overflow of feeding can't be eliminated during the stop stage.The features of the deposited powder lines are analyzed; the overflow can be diminished by choosing small capillary and appropriate ratio of the capillary nozzle diameter to the particle size.Chinese characters lattices were deposited to validate the ability of quantitatively feeding and fixed feeding of UVF.Diameters of all powder dots show normal distribution,and more than 60% dots are concentrated from 550 μm to 650 μm,and the average diameter for all the dots is 597 μm.Most dots positions are well approached to their scheduled positions,and the maximum deviation is 0.27 mm.The new direct UVF system is used to implement experiments,which confirms the precise controllable of feeding.According improve the feeding technique,it suits well for rapid prototyping,chemistry,pharmaceutics and many other fields,which require precise measurement and feed minim powder. 展开更多

A modified coupled map car-following model is proposed, in which two successive vehicle headways in front of the considering vehicle is incorporated into the optimal velocity function. The steady state under certain conditions is obtained. An error system around the steady state is studied further. Moreover, the condition for the state having no traffic jam is derived. A new control scheme is presented to suppress the traffic jam in the modified coupled map car-following model under the open boundary. A control signal including the velocity differences between the following and the considering vehicles, and between the preceding and the considering vehicles is used. The condition under which the traffic jam can be well suppressed is analysed. The results are compared with that presented by t^onishi et al. (the KKH model). The simulation results show that the temporal behaviour obtained in our model is better than that in the KKH model. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. 展开更多

A nonlinear pressure controller was presented to track desired feeding pressure for the cutter feeding system(CFS) of trench cutter(TC) in the presence of unknown external disturbances.The feeding pressure control of CFS is subjected to unknown load characteristics of rock or soil; in addition,the geological condition is time-varying.Due to the complex load characteristics of rock or soil,the feeding velocity of TC is related to geological conditions.What is worse,its dynamic model is subjected to uncertainties and its function is unknown.To deal with the particular characteristics of CFS,a novel adaptive fuzzy integral sliding mode control(AFISMC) was designed for feeding pressure control of CFS,which combines the robust characteristics of an integral sliding mode controller and the adaptive adjusting characteristics of an adaptive fuzzy controller.The AFISMC feeding pressure controller is synthesized using the backstepping technique.The stability of the overall closed-loop system consisting of the adaptive fuzzy inference system,integral sliding mode controller and the cutter feeding system is proved using Lyapunov theory.Experiments are conducted on a TC test bench with the AFISMC under different operating conditions.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed AFISMC feeding pressure controller for CFS gives a superior and robust pressure tracking performance with maximum pressure tracking error within ?0.3 MPa. 展开更多

In data stream management systems (DSMSs), how to maintain the quality of queries is a difficult problem because both the processing cost and data arrival rates are highly unpredictable. When the system is overloaded, quality degrades significantly and thus load shedding becomes necessary. Unlike processing overloading in the general way which is only by a feedback control (FB) loop to obtain a good and stable performance over data streams, a feedback plus feed-forward control (FFC) strategy is introduced in DSMSs, which have a good quality of service (QoS) in the aspects of miss ratio and processing delay. In this paper, a quality adaptation framework is proposed, in which the control-theory-based techniques are leveraged to adjust the application behavior with the considerations of the current system status. Compared to previous solutions, the FFC strategy achieves a good quality with a waste of fewer resources. 展开更多

Control of sludge age and mixed liquid suspended solids concentration in the activated sludge process is critical for ensuring effective wastewater treatment. A nonlinear dynamic model for a step-feed activated sludge process was developed in this study. The system is based on the control of the sludge age and mixed liquor suspended solids in the aerator of last stage by adjusting the sludge recycle and wastage flow rates respectively. The simulation results showed that the sludge age remained nearly constant at a value of 16 d in the variation of the influent characteristics. The mixed liquor suspended solids in the aerator of last stage were also maintained to a desired value of 2500 g/m3 by adjusting wastage flow rates. 展开更多

Based on the model of industrial production,the full dynamic decoupling control of the coagulation bath system of carbon fiber precursor is achieved in combination with multivariable feed-forward-like decoupling and proportional-integral-differential( PID) control. Compared with the conventional PID decoupling control,the experiment results show that the proposed method has a better control effect. 为实现畜禽养殖精准化饲喂管理,研究基于自动化控制技术设计撒料车精准投料控制系统,并开展目标圈舍识别与投料精度验证试验。控制系统以Arduino Mega2560为核心处理器,集成目标圈舍匹配、动态称重、速度采集、电机驱动及上位机通讯五... 为实现畜禽养殖精准化饲喂管理,研究基于自动化控制技术设计撒料车精准投料控制系统,并开展目标圈舍识别与投料精度验证试验。控制系统以Arduino Mega2560为核心处理器,集成目标圈舍匹配、动态称重、速度采集、电机驱动及上位机通讯五大功能模块;采用Arduino ide与USART HMI双平台架构进行软件程序设计,配套开发刮板输送机构、尾部传送带、料箱及挡料机构等机械装置。通过设置不同距离的电子标签进行圈舍识别精度测试,结果表明:当撒料车与圈舍间距≤3 m时,目标识别准确率达100%;在饲喂通道内进行的动态投料试验显示投料精度达97.54%(RSD=1.48%)。试验结果表明,通过单片机与模块化设计的协同控制,能够在行驶状态下实现精准投料作业,推荐应用于畜禽圈舍(识别距离≤3 m场景),其运行稳定性可满足规模化养殖需求。 展开更多

目的探讨基于前馈控制(FFC)理论的综合康复训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的康复效果,为制定康复措施提供参考。方法回顾性选取郑州大学第五附属医院2023-01—12收治的86例脑卒中后偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据康复训练方案不同分为常规康复组(n=... 目的探讨基于前馈控制(FFC)理论的综合康复训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的康复效果,为制定康复措施提供参考。方法回顾性选取郑州大学第五附属医院2023-01—12收治的86例脑卒中后偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据康复训练方案不同分为常规康复组(n=44)和FFC康复组(n=42),分别行常规康复训练和在常规康复训练基础上进行基于FFC理论的综合康复训练。干预3个月后,评估康复效果、干预前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)评分、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)评分、日常生活能力评定量表(BI)评分、脑卒中影响量表(SIS)评分及康复干预期间不良事件发生情况。结果干预后,FFC康复组康复总有效率明显高于常规康复组(P<0.05);FFC康复组上肢FMA评分、下肢FMA评分、BBS评分、BI评分、SIS评分均高于常规康复组,BAI和BDI评分均低于常规康复组(P<0.05)。康复干预期间,FFC康复组不良事件发生率低于常规康复组(P<0.05)。结论基于FFC理论的综合康复训练可提升脑卒中后偏瘫患者的康复效果,改善焦虑与抑郁情绪,减少不良事件的发生,促进上下肢运动功能恢复,提高患者的平衡能力、日常生活能力和生活质量。 展开更多

套索传动系统因其结构简单、传动灵活以及可在狭小弯曲空间内实现远距离动力传输等特点,被广泛应用于众多领域。然而套索本身具有柔性且套索与套管在传动过程中存在摩擦,导致系统内部存在位移间隙、迟滞和死区等非线性现象,极大地影响... 套索传动系统因其结构简单、传动灵活以及可在狭小弯曲空间内实现远距离动力传输等特点,被广泛应用于众多领域。然而套索本身具有柔性且套索与套管在传动过程中存在摩擦,导致系统内部存在位移间隙、迟滞和死区等非线性现象,极大地影响系统末端运动控制精度。基于库仑摩擦模型和Lugre摩擦模型建立了套索传动系统的静力学模型和动力学模型,根据正向静力学模型推导出系统传动逆模型。提出了一种基于前馈补偿的滑模补偿控制策略,通过滑模控制算法结合前馈补偿实现对系统的精确控制,并在有无前馈补偿控制的对比试验中验证了前馈补偿算法的有效性。最后,分别在无干扰以及有干扰两种条件下进行比例积分微分控制和滑模补偿控制算法的性能对比试验,结果证实滑模补偿控制算法应用于套索传动领域的可行性和优越性。 展开更多

为解决柔性风选系统下送丝辊表面烟丝与梗签堆积导致清理效率低、合格烟丝误剔的问题,课题组研制了一种自动化清理装置。该装置采用双管铜质喷嘴与喷嘴压板固定结构,通过无杆气缸驱动实现轴向往复喷吹清理;设计摆动气缸与摆臂组成的翻... 为解决柔性风选系统下送丝辊表面烟丝与梗签堆积导致清理效率低、合格烟丝误剔的问题,课题组研制了一种自动化清理装置。该装置采用双管铜质喷嘴与喷嘴压板固定结构,通过无杆气缸驱动实现轴向往复喷吹清理;设计摆动气缸与摆臂组成的翻转机构,使清理部件在工作位置与初始位置间切换,并可在非工作时隐藏于进风调节板下方,避免干扰风场;基于PLC采集皮带秤流量信号,控制电磁阀启闭压缩空气,实现清理自动启、停。实验与回归分析表明:喷嘴与下送丝辊之间最佳距离为50.0 mm,优选喷嘴直径为10.0 mm,有限元仿真验证了翻转机构满足强度要求。应用结果表明:单次清理时间由38.1 min降至12.8 min,落地烟丝平均质量由3.6 kg降至2.9 kg。该装置实现了高效、安全、低损的自动清理,具有一定的工程应用价值。 展开更多

目的:探讨前馈控制护理联合临床路径护理对乙型病毒性肝炎(HBV)患者肝功能、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2024年1月—2025年4月廉江市人民医院收治的82例HBV患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各41例;对照组实施常规护理... 目的:探讨前馈控制护理联合临床路径护理对乙型病毒性肝炎(HBV)患者肝功能、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2024年1月—2025年4月廉江市人民医院收治的82例HBV患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各41例;对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施前馈控制护理联合临床路径护理。比较两组肝功能指标、自我管理能力、生活质量及满意度。结果:护理1个月,研究组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及总胆红素(TBIL)水平较对照组低,肝病自我管理量表、慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HBV患者采用前馈控制护理联合临床路径护理可改善肝功能,提高自我管理能力与生活质量,提升满意度。 展开更多
