目的 分析HIV/AIDS患者衰弱的研究热点,为该领域的研究提供临床参考和理论基础。方法 检索Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库2015年1月至2025年1月发表的HIV/AIDS患者衰弱相关的文献,采用CiteSpace软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳...目的 分析HIV/AIDS患者衰弱的研究热点,为该领域的研究提供临床参考和理论基础。方法 检索Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库2015年1月至2025年1月发表的HIV/AIDS患者衰弱相关的文献,采用CiteSpace软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入251篇文献,在国家层面,发文量居首位的为美国(135篇),中国的发文量相对较少(10篇)。中介中心性最高的为南非(0.82)。在机构层面,发文量最高的为约翰斯·霍普金斯大学(51篇),中介中心性(0.10)仅次于伦敦大学(0.12)。关键词共现分析频次最高的前三个为older adults(老年人)、infection(感染)、phenotype(表型);关键词聚类共有13个标签;关键词突现结果显示近几年研究的关键词为depression(抑郁)、challenges(挑战)、index(指数)、people with HIV(HIV感染者)、people(人群)、predictor(预测因子)。结论 老年人是HIV/AIDS衰弱研究领域的核心人群,该领域的研究热点围绕优化老年HIV/AIDS患者的共病管理、提升cART效果、开发HIV/AIDS患者衰弱针对性评估工具展开。未来研究需加强HIV/AIDS患者社会心理因素的关注力度,贯彻落实以患者为中心的护理,提高预测因子识别HIV/AIDS患者衰弱的准确性,开展多学科合作。展开更多

A prospective case study was conducted on 15 children with history of CNS tumor...To assess functional outcomes of optical low vision aids(LVAs) for pediatric visual impairment due to central nervous system(CNS) tumors. A prospective case study was conducted on 15 children with history of CNS tumors with mean age of 10.47±1.85 y. Lighthouse distance, near visual acuity tests, cycloplegic refraction, reading speed measurement and visual field examination were done. Prescription of far and near LVAs followed by training sessions. LVPrasad-functional vision questionnaire was done to evaluate performance. Visual impairment was moderate(13.3%), severe(73.3%), profound(6.7%) and near blindness in 6.7%. Telescopes prescribed in 33.4%, video magnifier in 46.7%. Questionnaire scores were significantly improved for distant rather than near tasks(P≤0.05) after training. LVAs rehabilitation is an effective method of improving vision in pediatric visual defects secondary to CNS tumors.展开更多

The Internet, overhead projectors and interactive boards, presentation and anim...The introduction of the ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) in education has set a new paradigm in knowledge acquisition. The Internet, overhead projectors and interactive boards, presentation and animation software, and online databases are only some resources that teachers use in order to present information in a more dynamic, immediate, and stunning way, transforming and revitalizing the teaching-learning process. The ICTs have been established in the university classroom and nowadays, they have become an essential part in this teaching-learning process. Lecturers make use of them in the same proportion as they make of traditional materials. At the same time, students have to be acquainted with these new technologies and they also have to be able to deal with them. The objective of this paper is twofold: On the one hand, we study and show how our students make use of the technologies when they have to face their oral presentations in the subject Advanced English: Professional Settings (English Studies Degree at Universitat Jaume I in Castellen, Spain). It is acknowledged that visual aids can be helpful to support a speech, but we want to analyze if the visual aids are successfully applied, how and to which extent. On the other hand, we want to make out the opinions of their classmates about the use of these graphical resources (students fill in a questionnaire about the effectiveness of the visual aids in their classmates' presentations and how they would improve them). Results demonstrate that not only teachers make advantage of the new technological resources, we show, based on the students' oral presentations and their peer-reviews, that also our university students are increasingly aware of the advantage and importance of the ICTs in the classroom.展开更多

There are about 253 million people with visual impairment worldwide.Many of them use a white cane and/or a guide dog as the mobility tool for daily travel.Despite decades of efforts,electronic navigation aid that can ...There are about 253 million people with visual impairment worldwide.Many of them use a white cane and/or a guide dog as the mobility tool for daily travel.Despite decades of efforts,electronic navigation aid that can replace white cane is still research in progress.In this paper,we propose an RGB-D camera based visual positioning system(VPS)for real-time localization of a robotic navigation aid(RNA)in an architectural floor plan for assistive navigation.The core of the system is the combination of a new 6-DOF depth-enhanced visual-inertial odometry(DVIO)method and a particle filter localization(PFL)method.DVIO estimates RNA’s pose by using the data from an RGB-D camera and an inertial measurement unit(IMU).It extracts the floor plane from the camera’s depth data and tightly couples the floor plane,the visual features(with and without depth data),and the IMU’s inertial data in a graph optimization framework to estimate the device’s 6-DOF pose.Due to the use of the floor plane and depth data from the RGB-D camera,DVIO has a better pose estimation accuracy than the conventional VIO method.To reduce the accumulated pose error of DVIO for navigation in a large indoor space,we developed the PFL method to locate RNA in the floor plan.PFL leverages geometric information of the architectural CAD drawing of an indoor space to further reduce the error of the DVIO-estimated pose.Based on VPS,an assistive navigation system is developed for the RNA prototype to assist a visually impaired person in navigating a large indoor space.Experimental results demonstrate that:1)DVIO method achieves better pose estimation accuracy than the state-of-the-art VIO method and performs real-time pose estimation(18 Hz pose update rate)on a UP Board computer;2)PFL reduces the DVIO-accrued pose error by 82.5%on average and allows for accurate wayfinding(endpoint position error≤45 cm)in large indoor spaces.展开更多
