By integrating ZIF-67 and FeOOH into MXene nanosheets and performing heat treatment, a multiphase heterogeneous structure based on the multicomponent synergistic effect was successfully constructed. The synergistic effect of dielectric loss and magnetic loss is realized, and the rich heterogeneous interface and multi-scale structure significantly enhance the interface polarization and multiple scattering. The results show that the EMW absorption performance can be optimized by adjusting the composition of the composites. MXene@CoFe_(2)O_(4) exhibits a minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of -44.98 dB at 2.3 mm thickness and a maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB_(max)) of 4.64 GHz at 2.1 mm. MXene@CoFe_(2)O_(4)/CoFe composite has an RLmin of -55.14 dB at a thickness of 2.1 mm and an EAB_(max) of 5.60 GHz at a thickness of 1.9 mm. This work provides important insights into the development of wideband EMW absorbent materials.展开更多

We analyzed particle motions of teleseismic P waves recorded by the network and used them to estimate the northcomponent azimuth of each station. An SNR-weighted-multi-event method was introduced to obtain component azimuths that best explain the P-wave particle motions of all the events recorded at a station. We found that about one third of the stations have some sort of problems, including misorientation of the two horizontal components, mislabeling and polarity reversal in one or more components. Three modes are classified as the fast, intermediate, and slow mode waves according to different phase velocities. When plasmas contain positively-charged particles, the fast and intermediate modes can interact at the small propagating angles, whereas the two modes are separate at the large propagating angles. The near-parallel intermediate and slow waves experience the linear polarization, circular polarization, and linear polarization again, with the increasing wave number. The wave number regime corresponding to the above circular polarization shrinks as the propagating angle increases. Moreover, the fast and intermediate modes cause the reverse change of the electromagnetic polarization at the special wave number. While the heavy particles carry the negative charges, the dispersion relations of the fast and intermediate modes are always separate, being independent of the propagating angles. Furthermore, this study gives new expressions of the three resonance frequencies corresponding to the highly-oblique propagation waves in the general three-component plasmas, and shows the dependence of the resonance frequencies on the propagating angle, the concentration of the heavy particle, and the mass ratio among different kinds of particles.展开更多

Similar to radial receiver function, SV-component receiver function can be obtained by directly deconvolving the P-component from the SV-component of teleseismic recordings. Our analyses indicate that the change of amplitude of SV-component receiver function against the change of epicentral distance is less than that of radial receiver function. Moreover, the waveform of SV-component receiver function is simpler than the radial receiver function and gives prominence to the PS converted phases that are the most sensitive to the shear wave velocity structure in the inversion. The synthetic tests show that the convergence of SV-component receiver function inversion is faster than that of the radial receiver function inversion. As an example, we investigate the S-wave velocity structure beneath HIA sta-tion by using the SV-component receiver function inversion method.展开更多

Assuming that the long-wave component of sHmax is expressed by the absolute direction of plate motions, we can get the relative orientation and the magnitude of the short-wave component resulted from the local tectonic process or other factors with vector analytical technique. The global surface was divided into basic element bins by 2.52.5 dimensions and the WSM indicators were statistically analyzed for each element by weight coefficient method in order to determine the mean orientation of the stress. We calculated the long-wave component of the global stress field using HS2-NUVEL1 model. The relative magnitude or the direction limitation of short-wave component, which reflect the local contribution to the observed stresses, was determined by the angle between the mean sHmax and the orien-tation of the long-wave component. The results of this paper show that the contribution of either the long-wave component or the short-wave component is approximately equal to most of the global plates on the basis of the mean effect of the observed stresses. For some of continental regions, the local active tectonics plays an important role in the observed stresses and controls the generation and occurrence of earthquakes.展开更多

The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved to obtain the mean flow fields, which serve as the baseflow for linear stability analysis. The chevron jet has more complicated instability waves than the round jet, where three types of instability modes are identified in the vicinity of the nozzle, corresponding to radial shear, azimuthal shear, and their integrated effect of the baseflow, respectively. The most unstable frequency of all chevron modes and round modes in both jets decrease as the axial location moves downstream. Besides, the azimuthal shear effect related modes are more unstable than radial shear effect related modes at low frequencies. Compared to a round jet, a chevron jet reduces the growth rate of the most unstable modes at down- stream locations. Moreover, linearized Euler equations are employed to obtain the beam pattern of pressure generated by spatially evolving instability waves at a dominant low frequency St = 0.3, and the acoustic efficiencies of these linear wavepackets are evaluated for both jets. It is found that the acoustic efficiency of linear wavepacket is able to be reduced greatly in the chevron jet, compared to the round jet.展开更多

Besides turbulence, the impact of sub-mesoscale oceanic processes (including inertial internal wave breaking product) on oceanic interior mixing is emphasized. We suggest that adding the inertial inter- hal wave breaking mixing scheme (F-scheme for short) put forward in this paper to the turbulence mixing scheme of Canuto et al. (T-scheme for short) in the OGCM, except the region from 15°S to 15°N. The numeri- cal results ofF-scheme by usingWOA09 data and an OGCM (LICOM, LASG/IAP climate system ocean model) over the global ocean are given. A notable improvement in the simulation of salinity and temperature over the global ocean is attained by using T-scheme adding F-scheme, especially in the mid- and high-latitude regions in the simulation of the intermediate water and deep water. We conjecture that the inertial internal wave breaking mixing and inertial forcing of wind might be one of important mechanisms maintaining the ventilation process. The modeling strength of the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation (AMOC) by using T-scheme adding F-scheme may be more reasonable than that by using T-scheme alone, though the physical processes need to be further studied, and the overflow parameterization needs to be incorporated. A shortcoming in F-scheme is that in this paper the error of simulated salinity and temperature by using T-scheme adding F-scheme is larger than that by using T-scheme alone in the subsurface layer.展开更多

As an example, we investigate the S-wave velocity structure beneath HIA sta-tion by using the SV-component receiver function inversion method.

文摘Many different effective reflection information are often contaminated by exterior and random noise which concealed in the seismic data.Traditional single or fixed transform is not suit for exploiting their complicated characteristics and attenuating the noise.Recent years,a novel method so-called morphological component analysis(MCA)is put forward to separate different geometrical components by amalgamating several irrelevance transforms.According to study the local singular and smooth linear components characteristics of seismic data,we propose a method of suppressing noise by integrating with the advantages of adaptive K-singular value decomposition(K-SVD)and wave atom dictionaries to depict the morphological features diversity of seismic signals.Numerical results indicate that our method can dramatically suppress the undesired noises, preserve the information of geologic body and geological structure and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the data.We also demonstrate the superior performance of this approach by comparing with other novel dictionaries such as discrete cosine transform(DCT),undecimated discrete wavelet transform(UDWT),or curvelet transform, etc. This algorithm provides new ideas for data processing to advance quality and signal-to-noise ratio of seismic data.

文摘We study the generalized Darboux transformation to the three-component coupled nonlinear Schr ¨odinger equation.First-and second-order localized waves are obtained by this technique. In first-order localized wave,we get the interactional solutions between first-order rogue wave and one-dark,one-bright soliton respectively.Meanwhile, the interactional solutions between one-breather and first-order rogue wave are also given. In second-order localized wave,one-dark-one-bright soliton together with second-order rogue wave is presented in the first component, and two-bright soliton together with second-order rogue wave are gained respectively in the other two components.Besides,we observe second-order rogue wave together with one-breather in three components. Moreover,by increasing the absolute values of two free parameters, the nonlinear waves merge with each other distinctly. These results further reveal the interesting dynamic structures of localized waves in the three-component coupled system.

文摘The 10 920 stress indicators collected so far by the WSM (World Stress Map) project represent the observed ori-entations of the maximum horizontal principal stress (sHmax) in a certain region. For some of continental regions, the local active tectonics plays an important role in the observed stresses and controls the generation and occurrence of earthquakes.

文摘Currently, the demand for electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbing materials with specific functions and capable of withstanding harsh environments is becoming increasingly urgent.Multi-component interface engineering is considered an effective means to achieve high-efficiency EMW absorption. However, interface modulation engineering has not been fully discussed and has great potential in the field of EMW absorption. In this study,multi-component tin compound fiber composites based on carbon fiber(CF)substrate were prepared by electrospinning, hydrothermal synthesis, and high-temperature thermal reduction.By utilizing the different properties of different substances, rich heterogeneous interfaces are constructed. This effectively promotes charge transfer and enhances interfacial polarization and conduction loss. The prepared SnS/SnS_(2)/SnO_(2)/CF composites with abundant heterogeneous interfaces have and exhibit excellent EMW absorption properties at a loading of 50 wt%in epoxy resin. The minimum reflection loss(RL)is−46.74 dB and the maximum effective absorption bandwidth is 5.28 GHz.Moreover,SnS/SnS_(2)/SnO_(2)/CF epoxy composite coatings exhibited long-term corrosion resistance on Q235 steel surfaces. Therefore, this study provides an effective strategy for the design of high-efficiency EMW absorbing materials in complex and harsh environments.

文摘This study applies Ensemble Optimal Interpolation(EnOI)to assimilate individual spectral components derived from National Data Buoy Center(NDBC)buoy directional spectra into the WAVEWATCHⅢ(WW3)wave model during tropical cyclone(TC)Isaias(2020).The analysis provides a comprehensive evaluation of the assimilation’s impact on wave parameters, frequency spectra, and directional spectra. Two series of assimilation experiments—one based on spectral components(Exp^(*)-DaSpec)and the other on significant wave height(Exp^(*)-DaSWH)—are evaluated against a non-assimilated control run(Exp-NoDa).Particular focus is placed on six key parameters:SWH,mean wave period(MWP),mean wave direction(MWD),mean wave directional spread(MWS),dominant wave period(DWP),and dominant wave direction(DWD).Sensitivity analyses suggest 400 km and 0.30 as appropriate values for the localization radius and observation error variance, respectively, though no single setting is optimal across all wave parameters.Exp4-DaSWH and Exp4-DaSpec are therefore selected as representative experiments. In non-independent validation,Exp4-DaSpec generally outperforms Exp-NoDa across MWP,MWD,MWS,DWP,and DWD,demonstrating closer agreement with observed frequency spectra and directional patterns. In independent validation,Exp4-DaSpec maintains superior overall performance, whereas Exp4-DaSWH shows only limited improvement.Exp4-DaSWH may capture the spectral peak near 0.1 Hz,although its directional characteristics remain largely similar to those of Exp-NoDa.Importantly,the assimilation experiments significantly improve SWH in both non-independent and independent validations, with Exp4-DaSWH slightly outperforming Exp4-DaSpec overall.

文摘Extremely large-scale array(XL-array)communications can significantly improve the transmission rate, spectral efficiency, and spatial resolution, and has great potential in next-generation mobile communication networks.A crucial problem in XLarray communications is to determine the boundary of applicable regions of the plane wave model(PWM)and spherical wave model(SWM).In this paper,we propose new PWM/SWM demarcations for XL-arrays from the viewpoint of channel gain and rank.Four sets of results are derived for four different array setups.First,an equi-power line is derived for a point-touniform linear array(ULA)scenario, where an inflection point is found at±π6 central incident angles.Second,an equi-power surface is derived for a point-touniform planar array(UPA)scenario, and it is proved that cos2(ϕ)cos2(φ)=12 is a dividing curve, where ϕ andφdenote the elevation and azimuth angles, respectively.Third,an accurate and explicit expression of the equi-rank surface is obtained for a ULA-to-ULA scenario. Finally,an approximated expression of the equirank surface is obtained for a ULA-to-UPA scenario. With the obtained closed-form expressions, the equirank surface for any antenna structure and any angle can be well estimated.Furthermore, the effect of scatterers is also investigated, from which some insights are drawn.

文摘Spatial instability frequency noise radiation at waves associated with low- shallow polar angles in the chevron jet are investigated and are compared to the round counterpart. It is found that the acoustic efficiency of linear wavepacket is able to be reduced greatly in the chevron jet, compared to the round jet.

文摘Based on the theoretical spectral model of inertial internal wave breaking (fine structure) proposed previ- ously, in which the effects of the horizontal Coriolis frequency component f-tilde on a potential isopycnal are taken into account, a parameterization scheme of vertical mixing in the stably stratified interior be- low the surface mixed layer in the ocean general circulation model (OGCM) is put forward preliminarily in this paper. A shortcoming in F-scheme is that in this paper the error of simulated salinity and temperature by using T-scheme adding F-scheme is larger than that by using T-scheme alone in the subsurface layer.
