CLINICAL VALUE OF SERUM TUMOR SUPPLIED GROUP OF FACTOR IN DIAGNOSIS OF EPITHELIAL OVARIAN CANCER 被引量:2

Methods: The serum TSGF was tested in 69 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, 28... Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of serum tumor supplied group of factor (TSGF) in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: The serum TSGF was tested in 69 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, 28 patients with benign ovarian lesion and 61 healthy women. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CA125 were determined in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and in those with benign ovarian lesion. The correlations of TSGF with VEGF and CA125 were investigated. Results: The serum level of TSGF in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer was obviously higher than in patients with benign ovarian lesion and in healthy women (P<0.01). The serum level of TSGF in patients with epithelial cancer was associated with stage and grade. TSGF was highest in stage III, followed by stage IV, and was lowest in stage I-II. The TSGF level was lower in well-differentiated tumors and was higher in poorly differentiated tumor. There were no significant difference among diagnostic value of TSGF, VEGF, and CA125 in differentiation between epithelial ovarian cancer and benign ovarian lesion (P>0.05). The serum level of TSGF and VEGF and CA125 in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer showed positive correlation (P<0.01, P<0.05, respectively). Conclusion: There is no marked difference in diagnostic value among TSGF, VEGF and CA125. TSGF has a certain value in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer, and is helpful to distinguish epithelial ovarian cancer from benign ovarian lesion. 展开更多

Cells grouping scheme against pilot contamination in large scale antennas system

The influence of cells groupings factor to the performance of the cells groupings time-shift pilot scheme is researched for the multiple cells large scale antennas systems(LSAS). The former researches have confirmed that the cells groupings time-shift pilots scheme is effective to reduce inter-cell interference, especially pilot contamination, which results from the pilot reuse in adjacent cells. However, they have not specified reasonable cells groupings factor, which plays a critical role in the general performance of the LSAS. Therefore, this problem is researched in details. The time for reverse-link data transmission will be compressed, when the groupings factor surpasses a certain range. Thus it is not always beneficial to increase the cells groupings factor without limitation. Furthermore,a reasonable cells groupings factor is deduced from the perspective of optimization to enhance the system performance. Simulations verify the proposed cell grouping factor. 展开更多

The Vehicle Allocation Problem(VAP)in the vehicle sales chain has three bottlenecks in practice.The first is to collect relevant cooperation or conflict information,the second is to accurately quantify and analyze other factors affecting the distribution of cars,and the third is to establish a stable and rapid response to the vehicle allocation management method.In order to improve the real-time performance and reliability of vehicle allocation in the vehicle sales chain,it is crucial to find a method that can respond quickly and stabilize the vehicle allocation strategy.Therefore,this paper addresses these issues by extending Group Multi-Role Assignment with Cooperation and Conflict Factors(GMRACCF)from a new perspective.Through the logical reasoning of closure computation,the KD45 logic algorithm is used to find the implicit cognitive Cooperation and Conflict Factors(CCF).Therefore,a collaborative filtering comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to help administrators determine the influence weight of CCFs and Cooperation Scales(CSs)on the all-round performance according to their needs.Based on collaborative filtering,semantic modification is applied to resolve conflicts among qualifications.Large-scale simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and robust,and provides a reliable decision-making reference in the vehicle sales chain. 展开更多

Let G be a finite abelian group,M a set of integers and S a subset of G.We say that M and S form a splitting of G if every nonzero element g of G has a unique representation of the form g=m s with m∈M and s∈S,while 0 has no such representation.The splitting is called purely singular if for each prime divisor p of|G|,there is at least one element of M is divisible by p.In this paper,we continue the study of purely singular splittings of cyclic groups.We prove that if k≥2 is a positive integer such that[−2 k+1,2 k+2]^(∗)splits a cyclic group Z m,then m=4 k+2.We prove also that if M=[−k_(1),k_(2)]^(∗)splits Z m purely singularly,and 15≤k_(1)+k_(2)≤30,then m=1,or m=k_(1)+k_(2)+1,or k_(1)=0 and m=2 k_(2)+1. 展开更多
