Methods: a total of 312 patients who were admitted to our department from April 2019 to May 2020 needing impacted wisdom tooth extraction were included in this study, and randomly divided into study group and control group with 156 patients needing impacted wisdom tooth extraction in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the research group was treated with psychological intervention. The two groups of patients were compared 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours after surgery, three stages of pain, to study the impact of psychological intervention into the impacted wisdom tooth extraction on postoperative pain. Results: through the comparison of the pain of patients at 12, 24 and 36 hours after surgery, it was found that the pain of patients in the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Discussion: the application of psychological intervention in the removal of impacted wisdom teeth can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients, and should be applied and promoted in the future removal of impacted wisdom teeth to help patients relieve pain.展开更多
