In solid backfill mining without gangue removal, the gangue is separated directly underground and backfilled into goaf. This necessitates the underground construction of an extra-large section chamber for separation equipments. For the construction of an extra-large section chamber in the Tangshan mine, we proposed an active support through a combination of bolting, anchor cables, lining, and a reinforced chamber floor by inverted arch pouring. ABAQUS software was used to analyze the surrounding rock deformation and the plastic zone development of the chamber under different excavation schemes.The best excavation scheme was determined, and the effectiveness of the combined supports was verified. In practice, the engineering installation showed good overall control of the movement of the surrounding rock, with roof-to-floor and side-to-side convergences of 154.6 and 77.5 mm, respectively,which meets the requirements for underground coal gangue separation. 展开更多

The influence of enlarged section parameters on pressure transients of high-speed train passing through a tunnel was investigated by numerical simulation.The calculation results obtained by the structured and unstructured grid and the experimental results of smooth wall tunnel were verified.Numerical simulation studies were conducted on three tunnel enlarged section parameters,the enlarged section distribution along circumferential direction,the enlarged section area and the enlarged section distribution along tunnel length direction.The calculation results show that the influence of the different enlarged section distributions along tunnel circumferential direction on pressure transients in the tunnel is basically consistent.There is an optimal enlarged section area for the minimum value of the pressure variation amplitude and the average pressure variation in the tunnel.The law of the pressure variation amplitude and the average pressure variation of the enlarged section distribution along tunnel length direction are obtained. 展开更多

For many reasons, these tunnels have horseshoe-shaped cross-sections with round top and flat bottom. This paper presents some improvements to the use of the Hyperstatic Reaction Method-HRM for analysing tunnels with horseshoe-shaped cross-sections when these tunnels operate under the influence of earthquakes, particularly in cases when the tunnel lining is a continuous lining. The analysis used parameters of a tunnel from the Hanoi metro system, as well as parameters of the strongest earthquake that may occur in the central Hanoi area in the improved HRM and 2 D numerical methods using the ABAQUS software. On the basis of the results obtained, the paper gives conclusions about the HRM methodology when it is used to calculate tunnels that have horseshoe cross-sections operating under the influence of earthquakes. 展开更多

The rapid development of traffic engineering in cold regions and its consequent problems need to be considered.In this paper,the dynamic response characteristics of the tunnel portal section in cold regions with harmonic load acting on the lining were studied in the frequency domain.The lining is in close contact with the frozen soil,and there is relative movement between the frozen and unfrozen soil due to the phase change.The analytical solution of the vibration of tunnel portal section caused by the harmonic load acting on the lining was derived under the consideration of the anisotropy frost heave of overlying soil.Based on the continuity conditions and boundary conditions,the undetermined coefficients were obtained,and the analytical solutions for different medium displacements and stresses of the cold-region tunnel system were acquired.The vertical pressure coefficient was equivalently simplified as a variable that could be used to replace the thickness of the overlying soil above the tunnel.The analysis of the parameter model shows that the change of the medium parameters(lining,frozen,and unfrozen soil)affects the circumferential stresses,the radial displacements and their peak frequencies of the soil.For example,the increase of density ratio of tunnel lining to frozen soil decreases the radial stresses of the frozen and unfrozen soil;the increase of volumetric frost heaving strain of the frozen soil increases the radial displacements of the frozen surface and decreases the stability of the frozen surface;the increasing of thickness of the frozen soil significantly reduces the radial displacement of unfrozen soil at dimensionless radius η=4.5 compared with that of frozen soil at η=1.5. 展开更多

In order to study the stress characteristics of the initial support and secondary lining of the large section tunnel and to solve the problem of secondary lining cracking during operation. Taking the large section tunnel in Zihong village, Qi County as the research object, a numerical simulation method was used to establish a finite element model of the large section tunnel. So as to simulate and analyze the stress characteristics of the support structure of this tunnel. Through the simulation of the initial support and second lining of this large section tunnel in terms of displacement, stress, plastic zone damage and anchor shaft force, the results show that as the excavation progresses, the stress and displacement on the surface of the newly excavated tunnel profile is faster, especially at the side walls and arch footings, the stress and displacement values are slightly larger than other characteristic points, but the final values are stable and converge, and are basically consistent with the field monitoring results, which indicates that this support system is basically in stable state. Therefore, during the tunnel excavation and support process, special attention should be paid to the stability of the sidewalls and footings, and the results of this study will be of great practical significance for tunnel construction and maintenance. 展开更多

The shallow tunnelling method(STM)often uses temporary supports to divide large section tunnels into several closed or semiclosed sections so as to share the upper load.The complex support system composed of primary and temporary supports can ensure safety during tunnel construction.Based on the large section tunnel of Beijing Subway Line 12,the mechanical characteristics of support system by the double-side-drift method(DSDM)during excavation and demolition were analyzed through numerical simulation and monitoring.The study showed that the middle cave excavation was the most critical stage of the DSDM,during which the load on the supporting structure increased significantly.The temporary vertical support bore most of the new load during middle cave excavation.During the demolition stage,the load was redistributed,which caused arch settlement and section convergence.The removal of the temporary vertical support exerted the greatest impact in this process.The lateral temporary inverted arch changed from axial compression to axial tension after the middle and lower caves were excavated.Based on the mechanical characteristics of the support system,some engineering suggestions were proposed for large section tunnel construction.These research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar large section tunnels. 展开更多

Although ultrasound measurements have been used in previous studies on carpal tunnel syndrome to visualize injury to the median nerve, whether such ultrasound data can indicate the severity of carpal tunnel syndrome remains controversial. The cross-sectional areas of the median nerve at the tunnel inlet and outlet can show swelling and compression of the nerve at the carpal. We hypothesized that the ratio of the cross-sectional areas of the median nerve at the carpal tunnel inlet to outlet accurately reflects the severity of carpal tunnel syndrome. To test this, high-resolution ultrasound with a linear array transducer at 5–17 MHz was used to assess 77 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. The results showed that the cut-off point for the inlet-to-outlet ratio was 1.14. Significant differences in the inlet-to-outlet ratio were found among patients with mild, moderate, and severe carpal tunnel syndrome. The cut-off point in the ratio of cross-sectional areas of the median nerve was 1.29 between mild and more severe(moderate and severe) carpal tunnel syndrome patients with 64.7% sensitivity and 72.7% specificity. The cut-off point in the ratio of cross-sectional areas of the median nerve was 1.52 between the moderate and severe carpal tunnel syndrome patients with 80.0% sensitivity and 64.7% specificity. These results suggest that the inlet-to-outlet ratio reflected the severity of carpal tunnel syndrome. 展开更多

【目标】针对山岭隧道排水系统泥沙淤积诱发的排水失效、衬砌病害等问题,开展多因素耦合作用下排水沟的淤积演化规律研究,为工程防淤设计提供理论支撑。多因素耦合作用下排水沟的淤积演化规律研究,为工程防淤设计提供理论支撑。【方法... 【目标】针对山岭隧道排水系统泥沙淤积诱发的排水失效、衬砌病害等问题,开展多因素耦合作用下排水沟的淤积演化规律研究,为工程防淤设计提供理论支撑。多因素耦合作用下排水沟的淤积演化规律研究,为工程防淤设计提供理论支撑。【方法】采用足尺试验与数值模拟相结合的技术手段,系统设置含沙量、流量、坡度及4种典型截面形式(窄方形、半圆形、倒梯形、方形)的变量组合,通过试验数据校准模型参数,确保模拟结果的可靠性,系统解析上述因素对淤积的耦合影响机制。【结果】(1)淤积量与含沙浓度呈线性正相关(拟合斜率0.87),与流量及坡度呈指数负相关(R^(2)>0.90)。(2)不同截面形式排水沟在相同边界条件下,水流最大流速及防淤堵能力从大到小排序为窄方形、半圆形、倒梯形、方形。(3)提出工程防淤策略,适度增大坡度并采用定期集中排放模式,利用峰值流量增强携沙能力。(4)在满足排水及防洪标准前提下,优先选用倒梯形或半圆形截面,可通过缩减底部过水宽度提升流速,实现排水通畅性与运行可靠性协同优化。【结论】本研究明确了多因素对隧道排水沟淤积的耦合影响规律,为山岭隧道排水系统的结构选型、参数优化及防淤设计提供了科学的量化依据。 展开更多

黄土隧道洞口段动力响应振动台试验研究

基于振动台试验,结合Arias强度与小波包能量谱等多指标分析,揭示黄土隧道洞口段的地震动损伤机理与破坏规律。研究结果表明,隧道洞口段为典型的能量集中与损伤薄弱区,具体表现为拱顶进深3.8 d~5.2d(d为单倍隧道洞径)、洞门区及仰拱进深1... 基于振动台试验,结合Arias强度与小波包能量谱等多指标分析,揭示黄土隧道洞口段的地震动损伤机理与破坏规律。研究结果表明,隧道洞口段为典型的能量集中与损伤薄弱区,具体表现为拱顶进深3.8 d~5.2d(d为单倍隧道洞径)、洞门区及仰拱进深1.5 d~3d范围,在Arias强度云图中显示为高强度区,易发生拱顶塌陷、水平变形或仰拱隆起等破坏,且损伤演化过程呈现明显的阶段性特征。当结构进入不可逆塑性损伤阶段时,Arias强度出现空间突变与数值陡增,同时小波包能量谱中的低频能量(E1)占比显著上升,表明低频能量在结构破坏中起主导作用,且隧道洞口段存在显著的地震动放大效应。此外,隧道结构与周围土体之间存在复杂的相互作用。隧道刚度会改变邻近土体的动力响应和应力场,但其约束效应随土体损伤累积而逐渐减弱,从而加剧动力失稳。研究结论可为隧道洞口段的抗震设计,特别是刚度过渡区处理和频域设计准则的制定提供重要依据。 展开更多

山岭隧道DMI精细化断面检测算法的研究及应用

为准确分析山岭隧道矿山法施工中超欠挖情况,以便有效减少超挖和欠挖,降低施工成本和风险,研究提出基于三维激光扫描技术的DMI(Difference-Mean-Interpolation)精细化断面检测方法。采用三维激光扫描仪获取隧道点云数据,提出均值法去噪... 为准确分析山岭隧道矿山法施工中超欠挖情况,以便有效减少超挖和欠挖,降低施工成本和风险,研究提出基于三维激光扫描技术的DMI(Difference-Mean-Interpolation)精细化断面检测方法。采用三维激光扫描仪获取隧道点云数据,提出均值法去噪、差值法去噪和改进的克里金插值法(合称“DMI算法”)进行原始点云的精细化去噪和插值处理,从而更加精细、准确地计算超欠挖值、超欠挖处数、超欠挖面积及平均线性超挖值等参数。在广东省某矿山法施工的山岭隧道中进行实际应用和对比,结果显示:相较于常规断面检测方法,DMI方法在检测结果上存在显著差异,尤其是最大欠挖(侵限)值和欠挖(侵限)处数上。由于点云数据的噪点,使得常规检测结果中欠挖(侵限)的位置和处数出现了误判;通过DMI算法进行去噪和插值处理后,能够有效地消除这些噪点,并自动补全遮挡和欠缺位置点云数据,避免了欠挖(侵限)的误判,从而全面准确地反映隧道真实的超欠挖情况。检测结果方面,开挖段落整体满足要求,不存在欠挖,但存在较大的超挖;初支段落整体上基本满足要求,但存在较小的侵限以及较差的平整度;建议适当调整预留变形量,并对初支段落的侵限处进行必要处理,以保证工程的安全性和质量。 展开更多

深惠城际大鹏支线某区间地质条件复杂,长距离穿越高强度全断面硬岩段时,盾构掘进面临效率低、管片上浮、裂纹及渗漏水等技术难题。为解决不可逆的管片质量问题及节点工期风险,需开展全断面硬岩段大直径双模盾构区间结构防水施工技术研... 深惠城际大鹏支线某区间地质条件复杂,长距离穿越高强度全断面硬岩段时,盾构掘进面临效率低、管片上浮、裂纹及渗漏水等技术难题。为解决不可逆的管片质量问题及节点工期风险,需开展全断面硬岩段大直径双模盾构区间结构防水施工技术研究。文章依托工程实例,依据双模盾构长距离硬岩段掘进实践,针对硬岩段管片上浮、开裂、错台引发的渗漏水问题,系统总结双模盾构的成套注浆施工技术体系。该体系包含带压掘进同步注浆、同步充填豆砾石、施作止浆环、二次注浆、地质雷达扫描及补充注浆等。工程应用表明,该注浆技术体系为施工全过程提供了关键技术保障,显著抑制了硬岩地层大直径盾构区间管片上浮,保障了管片成型质量,将错台、裂缝等结构性缺陷导致的渗漏水发生率降低70%以上,大幅缩减了验收前管片缺陷处治成本,同时保证硬岩段月平均110环的施工进度,施工效率提升25%。 展开更多

在巷道断面截割成形控制技术中,薄煤层中常存在煤层起伏和小断层等地质构造,导致巷道的设计断面与实际掘进情况产生偏差,为此,文章对薄煤层掘进机巷道断面自动截割成形控制技术进行优化。首先,对掘进机进行运动学分析,确定掘进机在截割... 在巷道断面截割成形控制技术中,薄煤层中常存在煤层起伏和小断层等地质构造,导致巷道的设计断面与实际掘进情况产生偏差,为此,文章对薄煤层掘进机巷道断面自动截割成形控制技术进行优化。首先,对掘进机进行运动学分析,确定掘进机在截割过程中的机身位姿参数及关节变量。然后,采用Mohr-Coulomb模型确定材料参数,采用齐次边界条件设定模型边界约束。根据掘进机运动学分析与边界约束设定,构建截割成形控制优化模型,动态监测截割成形控制角度并调整切削力。最后,通过深入分析优化模型,预测切削力不确定事件,实现巷道断面自动截割成形控制。实验结果表明,优化前巷道断面左右边界存在欠挖问题,引入优化技术后,截割头运动轨迹精确符合规划路径,显著提升了巷道断面成型质量,有效解决了欠挖问题。 展开更多

复杂工况下地铁区间隧道“明挖法+暗挖法+盾构法”组合施工关键技术研究

为解决地下复杂空间开发中紧贴既有建筑结构及地下管线施工遇到的技术难题,文章以北京轨道交通22号线(平谷线)工程土建施工14合同段项目为工程案例,该项目地铁区间隧道眀挖段、暗挖段工况复杂,需迁改及保护的管线多,涉及多种工法,施工... 为解决地下复杂空间开发中紧贴既有建筑结构及地下管线施工遇到的技术难题,文章以北京轨道交通22号线(平谷线)工程土建施工14合同段项目为工程案例,该项目地铁区间隧道眀挖段、暗挖段工况复杂,需迁改及保护的管线多,涉及多种工法,施工技术复杂,对施工要求高,施工风险大。文章提出了1种“明挖法+暗挖法+盾构法”组合施工的创新应用关键技术,将3种工法相结合应用于紧贴既有地上建筑结构和地下管线交错复杂的地铁区间隧道工程。对该关键技术的施工方案、实施过程、实施效果进行研究,对监测数据进行分析。研究结果表明:明挖法、暗挖法与盾构法相结合,经实际工程验证其具有可行性;施工监测数据显示,地铁隧道区间施工期间,既有周边建筑结构变形在可控范围内,该关键技术可满足区间隧道对既有地上建筑结构低影响的规范要求。 展开更多

高速公路大断面隧道围岩变形监测分析

为避免大断面隧道产生大变形而发生安全事故,以甬台温高速公路渔寮隧道为研究对象,开展新建隧道的围岩变形研究。通过监测仪器对隧道断面进行监测布点,分别从拱顶下沉、洞口周边收敛两方面分析隧道的围岩变形。现场监测断面ZK362+403、Z... 为避免大断面隧道产生大变形而发生安全事故,以甬台温高速公路渔寮隧道为研究对象,开展新建隧道的围岩变形研究。通过监测仪器对隧道断面进行监测布点,分别从拱顶下沉、洞口周边收敛两方面分析隧道的围岩变形。现场监测断面ZK362+403、ZK362+460的拱顶沉降和洞口周边收敛。研究表明,监测断面不同观测点的拱顶沉降、水平收敛变化规律一致。通过对监测数据的分析,不同测点的拱顶竖向位移,以及隧道围岩周边收敛变形会经历缓慢增长、迅速增长、逐步稳定三个阶段。隧道拱腰位置的周边收敛位移明显大于边墙位置的周边收敛位移。拱顶沉降、隧道围岩周边收敛的最大位移分别为7.63 mm、7.61 mm。最大拱顶沉降速率为0.84 mm/d,最大洞周收敛速率为0.68 mm/d。各测点的累计变形量及变形速率均在设计控制值内,说明施工方案及支护措施有效且安全。 展开更多

为探究复杂地质条件下大断面隧道采用双侧壁导坑法开挖施工过程中围岩稳定性及其受力变形规律,本文以杏园1号隧道工程为背景,采用有限元差分计算与施工现场监测相结合的方式对大断面隧道开挖施工过程进行研究。结合隧道工程施工现场实... 为探究复杂地质条件下大断面隧道采用双侧壁导坑法开挖施工过程中围岩稳定性及其受力变形规律,本文以杏园1号隧道工程为背景,采用有限元差分计算与施工现场监测相结合的方式对大断面隧道开挖施工过程进行研究。结合隧道工程施工现场实测数据,通过对比分析发现,双侧壁导坑法开挖有限元计算仿真结果与实际监测结果较为接近,表明大断面隧道开挖有限元仿真模型的正确性。同时,利用建立的有限元模型进一步分析了大断面隧道采用双侧壁导坑法在开挖过程中围岩受力变形规律。计算结果表明,隧道采用双侧壁导坑法开挖过程中隧道拱顶会达到竖直位移极值,在拱腰处会产生水平位移极值,在施工过程中需加强对拱顶的支护。本文的研究结果可为杏园1号隧道工程现场施工提供指导,并为大断面隧道支护设计提供量化依据。 展开更多
