The third member of Shahejie Formation(also referred to as Sha 3 Member)in Dongpu Depression,China,a volatile,low-permeability oil reservoir with complex fluid compositions,is subjected to high temperature and high pr...The third member of Shahejie Formation(also referred to as Sha 3 Member)in Dongpu Depression,China,a volatile,low-permeability oil reservoir with complex fluid compositions,is subjected to high temperature and high pressure(HPHT),which poses significant challenges to conventional water injection.To elucidate flow mechanisms and optimize development strategies,this study integrates constant-rate mercury injection(CRMI),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and HPHT three-phase oil/gas/water relative permeability experiments to analyze pore-throat structures,movable fluid characteristics,and relative permeability.The CRMI results indicate that the reservoir exhibits low porosity and low permeability,with dominant throat radius ranging from 0.6 to 5.0μm,and mean pore-throat radius ratio ranging from 40.303 to 278.320,demonstrating significant microscopic heterogeneity.The NMR results reveal that water-alternating-gas(WAG)injection enhances oil recovery by 16.28%(Sample W1)and 13.52%(Sample W2)compared to conventional water injection,primarily due to the gas phase's low viscosity and high mobility,enabling access to micropores unreachable by water phases.The HPHT three-phase relative permeability tests demonstrate positive correlations between saturation and relative permeability,with oil permeability significantly influenced by three-phase saturation and rock wettability.These findings establish a microscopic seepage model for optimizing enhanced oil recovery(EOR)strategies in volatile reservoirs.展开更多

The development of gas condensate reservoirs with a large gas cap,thin oil rim,strong bottom water,and natural barriers faces numerous challenges,including reservoir heterogeneity,coning effects,phase changes,and mult...The development of gas condensate reservoirs with a large gas cap,thin oil rim,strong bottom water,and natural barriers faces numerous challenges,including reservoir heterogeneity,coning effects,phase changes,and multiphase flow dynamics.The influx of gas and water may lead to a low recovery of the oil rim,while reservoir heterogeneity and natural barriers further exacerbate the uneven distribution of reservoir fluid,complicating development strategies.This paper aims to investigate innovative and effective development strategies for this type of reservoir.A detailed,proportionally scaled numerical simulation is performed based on the experimental results of an artificial sand-filled model,providing novel insights into the dynamic behavior of these reservoirs.By understanding the phase behavior and fluid flow characteristics of the reservoir,the study simulates various strategies for the rational and efficient development of the gas condensate reservoir.These strategies include well patterns and completions,the decision to develop the oil rim or gas cap,depletion rates,the bottom water control,and gas injection.The results show that horizontal wells or highly deviated wells are more suitable for the development of the oil rim,as they provide larger control ranges.The presence of strong bottom water is advantageous for displacement energy supply and pressure maintenance,but it intensifies water coning effects,leading to an earlier breakthrough and a sharp production decline.Therefore,it is preferable to apply highly deviated wells at the oil-gas contact,developing the oil rim at lower rates and smaller pressure gradients,followed by developing the gas cap.This approach can reduce water coning effects and improve recovery,with oil and gas recovery reaching 24.4%and 67.95%,respectively,which is an increase of 16.74%and 17.84%compared to direct depletion development of the gas cap.Due to the strong water bottom,continuous gas injection at the top of the reservoir becomes challenging.This study introduces gas assisted gravity drainage with water control technology,a novel and highly effective approach that addresses the impact of bottom water coning effects on the oil and gas zones and overcomes the limitations of gas flooding in reservoirs with strong bottom water.This method can significantly improve oil and gas recovery,achieving recovery of 39.74%and 84.50%,respectively.Compared to the conventional depletion strategy of sequential oil rim and gas cap development,this method achieves additional improvements of 15.33%and 16.55%in oil and gas recovery,respectively.展开更多
Kidney transplantation(KT)is the optimal form of renal replacement therapy for patients with end-stage renal diseases.However,this health service is not available to all patients,especially in developing countries.The...Kidney transplantation(KT)is the optimal form of renal replacement therapy for patients with end-stage renal diseases.However,this health service is not available to all patients,especially in developing countries.The deceased donor KT programs are mostly absent,and the living donor KT centers are scarce.Single-center studies presenting experiences from developing countries usually report a variety of challenges.This review addresses these challenges and the opposing strategies by reviewing the single-center experiences of developing countries.The financial challenges hamper the infrastructural and material availability,coverage of transplant costs,and qualification of medical personnel.The sociocultural challenges influence organ donation,equity of beneficence,and regular follow-up work.Low interests and motives for transplantation may result from high medicolegal responsibilities in KT practice,intense potential psychosocial burdens,complex qualification protocols,and low productivity or compensation for KT practice.Low medical literacy about KT advantages is prevalent among clinicians,patients,and the public.The inefficient organizational and regulatory oversight is translated into inefficient healthcare systems,absent national KT programs and registries,uncoordinated job descriptions and qualification protocols,uncoordinated on-site investigations with regulatory constraints,and the prevalence of commercial KT practices.These challenges resulted in noticeable differences between KT services in developed and developing countries.The coping strategies can be summarized in two main mechanisms:The first mechanism is maximizing the available resources by increasing the rates of living kidney donation,promoting the expertise of medical personnel,reducing material consumption,and supporting the establishment and maintenance of KT programs.The latter warrants the expansion of the public sector and the elimination of non-ethical KT practices.The second mechanism is recruiting external resources,including financial,experience,and training agreements.展开更多

文摘[Objective] This paper presented the current status of mung bean produc- tion in Chongqing, and put forward the corresponding development strategies. [Meth- ods] By overviewing the status of mung bean production in Chongqing Municipality, the main problems, advantages of mung bean production in Chongqing were pre- sented, and based on corresponding development strategies were put forward.[Re- suits] Currently, the main problems of mung bean production in Chongqing area in- clude insufficient attention, serious variety degradation, lag in cultivation technology, low scientific research level. However, the region has strengths in growing mung beans which would have broad prospects by appropriate adjustment and planning. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for the development of mung bean pro- duction and promotion of economic development in Chongqing Municipality.

文摘Burundi, a landlocked country locked near the equator, is one of the least developed countries confirmed by the United Nations and the 60% financial revenue needs aid. Rice is the most important and extravagant food in Burundian consumption for no more than 5 kg on average per people by year. It＇s especially suitable to plant rice in Burundi because of the sufficient sunlight and rain. But the lack of new varieties, practical technology and modern service make it very difficult for rice production. According to this significant roll, the rice production has to be increased in order to satisfy the consumption needs which are now becoming higher and keep the food safe. This article mainly shows the rice ecological types, production facts and the major constraints of rice production in Burundi, and then look into the distance on how to solve the problems.

文摘Based on the analysis of the current situation of Chinese forestry and a series of ecological, environmental, eco-nomic, and social problems, this paper emphasized on the importance of forests in social and economic development in China The author pointed out that sustainable development, particularly the sustainable development of forestry, is the inevitable choice to solve the problems of ecological environment and social economics. The objectives, criteria, and strategies of sus-taining forestry were also demonstrated and expounded, from the viewpoints of ecology, economics, and sociology.
文摘Rural tourism development in Shaanxi Province is introduced:largely improved with a fast speed; large quantity of rural tourist sites covering a great range, a complete product system; more and more investment; new progress in the construction of management system and guarantee system; progress in the construction of new countryside. Development advantages and opportunities of rural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province are analyzed: rich humanistic, natural and agricultural resources are inborn advantages of its rural tourism development; excellent location and increasing GDP per capita provides more market opportunities for rural tourism development; prospering tourism industry provides an excellent exterior environment for rural tourism development; a complete traffic network facilitates rural tourism development. Then development strategies for the rural tourism industry of Shaanxi Province are given:government should be a guider, planning should be accelerated, layouts reasonably designed, rural tourism development concepts clarified; brands should be created to drive the overall development by using several prominent scenic spots and promote the scale-development of rural tourism industry; the core strategy is to launch concrete programs and promote rural tourism development; publicity should be enhanced to make the good reputation of rural tourism more popular; standard regulations should be made, special staff trained for rural tourism services and the system of "farm-stay" association improved.
文摘At present,high-value eco-agriculture research in China is till limited and controversial,theoretical innovation and practices on eco-agriculture should be conducted.The key problems which should be solved urgently on the development of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River now including：the connotation and characteristics of high-value eco-agriculture,the construction of high-value eco-agriculture system and the policies of the development of high-value eco-agriculture.Therefore,the strategic development research on high-value eco-agriculture mainly includes the following aspects：development of agriculture modernization and theory and practices of eco-economics;theory of high-value eco-agriculture;practice of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;construction of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;development strategy and system innovation of high-value eco-agriculture in the lower and medium reaches of Yangtze River.
