This study explores the reform and innovation of experimental and practical teaching for the Teochew Gongfu Tea course within the framework of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)education.Through the construction of a"Three-Dimensional Synergy,Four-Competency Progression,and Five-Integration"model,the research aims to establish a comprehensive and sustainable system that integrates ICH inheritance,technical training,and innovation education.Drawing on Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and constructivism learning theory,the reform introduces multi-source collaboration,hybrid learning,and competence-oriented assessment mechanisms.Through case-based teaching and iterative feedback,the model effectively enhances students cultural cognition,technical proficiency,creative thinking,and professional development.The findings demonstrate that this model not only improves students practical performance and engagement but also deepens their understanding and appreciation of traditional culture,offering a replicable model for other ICH-related programs in higher education. 展开更多

Primary school science is a discipline grounded in experiments,and experimental teaching holds paramount significance in primary school science education in China.Nevertheless,the implementation problems of experimental teaching are frequently disregarded.This research endeavors to disclose the concrete challenges encountered by primary school science teachers in the western region of China during the implementation of experimental teaching,analyze their implications,and put forward corresponding mitigatory measures.Based on a questionnaire survey regarding the current state of primary school science experimental teaching in 21 areas of western China,it is unveiled that primary school science teachers in the western region of China confront deficiencies in scientific professional attainment,the necessity to enhance the attitude towards experimental teaching,and a partial shortage of experimental teaching resources.These hardships result in the deterioration of the quality of experimental teaching,the attenuation of students’learning interests,and the exacerbation of teachers’job burnout.Hence,measures should be initiated in aspects such as teacher training,resource development,and enhanced emphasis to assist primary school science teachers in the western region of China in implementing experimental teaching more effectively and elevating the quality of primary school science experimental teaching. 展开更多

In this research the education and training that had been received or wished to be acquired by the Science teachers in the experimental teaching of Biology in high schools, was investigated. It focused on the laboratory practice, didactic methods that can be used in more effective experimental teaching of Biology, pedagogic methods that can be implemented in laboratory team teaching, official and legal issues related to laboratory work and the organization of the seminars, which constituted the dependent variables of a quantitative analysis. A questionnaire consisting of closed type questions was answered by Science teachers of many specialties, who served in Secondary Education at Heraklion Crete prefecture. The asked teachers had not received adequate education in carrying out laboratory exercises of Biology neither during their university studies nor in in-service training. Most of them had taught the course theoretically but a few had carried out laboratory exercises of Biology. The need of training on issues of didactic practices and evaluation was firstly classified, with a significant percentage of methods that can be applied to provoke students' curiosity in scientific issues related to daily life and recognize the value of the Life Sciences by team collaboration and respect of others. 展开更多

[Objective]From the perspective of multi-dimensional education theory,explore the situation of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing professional experimental teaching.[Methods]Through investigation and research,collect relevant data on the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing major,including the understanding degree of the concept,the cognition of the role in nursing major learning,the cognition of the importance of each part,the participation degree,practical operation problems and overall satisfaction,etc.[Results]The survey found that the proportion of those who have a deep understanding of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”is low(very understanding 12.45%,relatively understanding 14.16%),and most are at the general level or below;most respondents recognize that this concept has a positive effect on nursing major learning,especially in improving practical ability(80.13%agree);post practice is considered the most important(accounting for 57.02%),but the participation degree in course learning is the highest(65.94%);insufficient practical opportunities(61.81%)and the disconnection between courses and practice(52.39%)are prominent problems in practical operations;on the whole,most respondents have a positive attitude towards this concept(very satisfied 28.82%,relatively satisfied 36.87%),but there are still a small number of dissatisfied people.[Conclusion]The concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”has important value in nursing major learning,but its popularization degree needs to be improved,and there are many problems in practical operations.When promoting this concept in nursing professional experimental teaching,existing problems should be solved and the needs of a small number of people should be paid attention to so as to improve the overall effect. 展开更多

Application of OSCE Model in Experimental Teaching of Pancreatic Surgical Nursing

Objective: to evaluate the effect of OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) model in experimental teaching of pancreatic surgical nursing. Methods: fifty-six nursing students (2019.01-2020.12) were selected and divided into group A (experimental teaching of traditional pancreatic surgery nursing) and group B (OSCE model comprehensive experiment course) according to computer flow grouping method, with 28 cases in each group. Comparison and analysis of the two groups of autonomous learning ability, assessment results, assessment recognition. Results: (1) autonomous learning ability (self-management ability, information ability, learning cooperation ability, learning reflection ability, total score of autonomous learning): group B > group A (p < 0.05);(2) assessment results (scores of nursing assessment station, nursing diagnosis and planning station, nursing operation station and health education station): group B > group A (p < 0.05);(3) assessment of recognition (interest in learning, ability to analyze and solve problems, communication skills, practical skills, theoretical knowledge and nursing safety awareness): group B > group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of OSCE model in experimental teaching of pancreatic surgical nursing is time-effective, and has a clear promotion effect on the improvement of nursing students autonomous learning ability and assessment results. Moreover, the assessment of nursing students has a high degree of recognition, is easier to accept by nursing students, and is worthy of optimization. 展开更多
