Analysis and Experimental Identification of Torsional Dynamic Characteristics of Hydrodynamic Torque Converter 被引量:3

The subsection linear torsional model of hydrodynamic torque converter was established and further simplified. According to the identification theory, the frequency characteristic was achieved with the Matlab/ Ident toolbox. Then parametric model was established by adopting the subsection linearization method, and the damp value was estimated. The curve and function of damp changing with speed ratio was also established by fitting. In order to validate the identification results, the experimental output was compared with the output of the model in which torque was chosen as input signal and speed as output signal in Matlab/Ident toolbox. It was shown that model output is in good agreement with experimental output. 展开更多

In this paper, on the basis of experimental data of two kinds of chemical explosions, the piston-pushing model of spherical blast-waves and the second-order Godunov-type scheme of finite difference methods with high identification to discontinuity are used to the numerical reconstruction of part of an actual hemispherical blast-wave flow field by properly adjusting the moving bounary conditions of a piston. This method is simple and reliable. It is suitable to the evaluation of effects of the blast-wave flow field away from the explosion center. 展开更多

This paper presents an adaptive friction compensation method based on LuGre model for large diameter electric-hydraulic proportional valves in which the valve core contains friction.A mathematic model of the electric-hydraulic proportional valve is established,and the friction characteristics are described based on the LuGre model.The global asymptotic stability of the control system with the adaptive friction compensation controller is guaranteed over Lyapunov theorem.The adaptive compensation of the friction on LuGre friction model is verified by simulation and experiment.The steady-state error is about [-4.23 × 10^(-5)m,5.91 × 10^(-5)m]and[-2.5 × 10^(-4)m,2.6 ×10^(-4) m] on simulation and experiment,the position tracking accuracy is higher,and the lag time of the main valve through the dead zone is shorter.The result proves that the adaptive friction compensation method can effectively compensate for the negative effects of nonlinear friction. 展开更多

Transcription factors play an indispensable role in maintaining cellular viability and finely regulating complex internal metabolic networks.These crucial bioactive functions rely on their ability to respond to effectors and concurrently interact with binding sites.Recent advancements have brought innovative insights into the understanding of transcription factors.In this review,we comprehensively summarize the mechanisms by which transcription factors carry out their functions,along with calculation and experimental-based methods employed in their identification.Additionally,we highlight recent achievements in the application of transcription factors in various biotechnological fields,including cell engineering,human health,and biomanufacturing.Finally,the current limitations of research and provide prospects for future investigations are discussed.This review will provide enlightening theoretical guidance for transcription factors engineering. 展开更多
