Software-Defined Networking(SDN)adapts logically-centralized control by decoupling control plane from data plane and provides the efficient use of network resources.However,due to the limitation of traditional routing...Software-Defined Networking(SDN)adapts logically-centralized control by decoupling control plane from data plane and provides the efficient use of network resources.However,due to the limitation of traditional routing strategies relying on manual configuration,SDN may suffer from link congestion and inefficient bandwidth allocation among flows,which could degrade network performance significantly.In this paper,we propose EARS,an intelligence-driven experiential network architecture for automatic routing.EARS adapts deep reinforcement learning(DRL)to simulate the human methods of learning experiential knowledge,employs the closed-loop network control mechanism incorporating with network monitoring technologies to realize the interaction with network environment.The proposed EARS can learn to make better control decision from its own experience by interacting with network environment and optimize the network intelligently by adjusting services and resources offered based on network requirements and environmental conditions.Under the network architecture,we design the network utility function with throughput and delay awareness,differentiate flows based on their size characteristics,and design a DDPGbased automatic routing algorithm as DRL decision brain to find the near-optimal paths for mice and elephant flows.To validate the network architecture,we implement it on a real network environment.Extensive simulation results show that EARS significantly improve the network throughput and reduces the average packet delay in comparison with baseline schemes(e.g.OSPF,ECMP).展开更多

The calculati...The mathematical model for online controlling hot rolled steel cooling on run-out table (ROT for abbreviation) was analyzed, and water cooling is found to be the main cooling mode for hot rolled steel. The calculation of the drop in strip temperature by both water cooling and air cooling is summed up to obtain the change of heat transfer coefficient. It is found that the learning coefficient of heat transfer coefficient is the kernel coefficient of coiler temperature control (CTC) model tuning. To decrease the deviation between the calculated steel temperature and the measured one at coiler entrance, a laminar cooling control self-learning strategy is used. Using the data acquired in the field, the results of the self-learning model used in the field were analyzed. The analyzed results show that the self-learning function is effective.展开更多

The soft-measuring method and target value locked method were used in these models to confirm the actual exit gauge of passes, and thick layer division and exponential smoothing method were used to dispose the deformation resistance parameter, which could be calculated from the actual data of the rolling process. The correlative mathematical methods can also be adapted to self-learning with gaugemeter. The heating model was simplified and self-learning parameters were normalized to enhance the precision of temperature control. By means of the division of temperature layers and the exponential smoothing disposal of the annealing experimental data, the self-learning of the heating model was carried out. Through exponentially smoothing the deviation of self-learning parameters of the heated phase in heating process, dynamic modifications of self-learning parameters and heating electric current were carried out, and the precision of temperature control was confirmed. The application indicated that the process control model for the heating system can control temperature with high precision, and the deviation can be controlled within 8 ℃.展开更多
Objective:To assess intensive care unit(ICU)nurses’demands for specialized experiential training and to provide inputs for developing an experiential training program for ICU nurses.Methods:A questionnaire for assess...Objective:To assess intensive care unit(ICU)nurses’demands for specialized experiential training and to provide inputs for developing an experiential training program for ICU nurses.Methods:A questionnaire for assessing ICU nurses’demands for experiential specialty training was distributed to 360 ICU nurses,selected through purposive sampling from two secondary hospitals and six tertiary hospitals in Hunan Province,China.Results:Of the survey participants,63.6%had undergone a specialty training program for ICU nurses.Of these individuals,53.0%were satisfied with the training.Certification as a qualified nurse was considered an essential criterion for admission of trainees into the program by 81.8%of respondents,while 77.1%of respondents considered clinical working experience to be a critical requirement for selecting trainers.A total of 48.1%of the respondents preferred part-time training,and 36.1%considered a training cycle of 9 e12 weeks to be reasonable.Moreover,they felt that the training methods should be tailored to different stages of the experiential learning cycle.Demands for experiential training among ICU nurses were quantified,with high demand reflected in an overall score of 4.41±0.48.The“intensive care technology”experiential training module was ranked highest in terms of demand,with the top five sub-modules being specialty operating technology(4.67±0.53),care of critically ill patients(4.66±0.55),critical patient rescue procedures(4.65±0.56),assessing monitoring indexes(4.63±0.56),and the application of relevant instruments(4.61±0.57).Conclusion:Nearly half of the respondents indicated that their experiences of specialty training programs were not satisfactory,and they had high demands for experiential training.Thus,to optimize training outcomes,continuous updating of training methods is essential.Moreover,a systematic,comprehensive,and multilevel experiential training program that targets the specific needs of ICU nurses is essential.展开更多
In machine learning,positive-unlabelled(PU)learning is a special case within semi-supervised learning.In positiveunlabelled learning,the training set contains some positive examples and a set of unlabelled examples fr...In machine learning,positive-unlabelled(PU)learning is a special case within semi-supervised learning.In positiveunlabelled learning,the training set contains some positive examples and a set of unlabelled examples from both the positive and negative classes.Positive-unlabelled learning has gained attention in many domains,especially in time-series data,in which the obtainment of labelled data is challenging.Examples which originate from the negative class are especially difficult to acquire.Self-learning is a semi-supervised method capable of PU learning in time-series data.In the self-learning approach,observations are individually added from the unlabelled data into the positive class until a stopping criterion is reached.The model is retrained after each addition with the existent labels.The main problem in self-learning is to know when to stop the learning.There are multiple,different stopping criteria in the literature,but they tend to be inaccurate or challenging to apply.This publication proposes a novel stopping criterion,which is called Peak evaluation using perceptually important points,to address this problem for time-series data.Peak evaluation using perceptually important points is exceptional,as it does not have tunable hyperparameters,which makes it easily applicable to an unsupervised setting.Simultaneously,it is flexible as it does not make any assumptions on the balance of the dataset between the positive and the negative class.展开更多
Objective:Skill competence is essential for nursing students and experiential teaching method has become increasingly popular in China’s nursing education.To systematically evaluate the effects of experiential teachi...Objective:Skill competence is essential for nursing students and experiential teaching method has become increasingly popular in China’s nursing education.To systematically evaluate the effects of experiential teaching method on the development of nursing students’skill competence,and to provide evidence for nursing education.Methods:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science databases were searched from their inception until November 28,2019.We screened the studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data,and assessed the quality.Then,a meta-analysis was conducted.Results:Totally 15 studies were included,and 1,633 nursing students were analyzed by Review Manager5.3 and Stata15.1 software.The results show that the experiential teaching method can significantly improve nursing students’nursing skills such as training(SMD=1.05,95%CI:0.95–1.16,P=0.000),learning interest(ES=0.93,95%CI:0.79–1.06),ability to analyze and solve problems(ES=0.75,95%CI:0.55–0.94),ability to judge and innovative thinking(ES=1.01,95%CI:0.77–1.25),abilities of understanding and perception(ES=0.59,95%CI:0.34–0.83),and teaching satisfaction(ES=1.26,95%CI:1.13–1.4).Conclusions:The results suggest that the experiential teaching method is more effective for the nursing students’skill competence than traditional teaching in China.However,due to the heterogeneity and bias risk,a large sample and high-quality studies are needed in future to confirm its effectiveness.展开更多

It has become essential for some telecommunication companies to focus on customer satisfaction with industrial products used by the government and enterprise customers. Following the review of a previous study of customer satisfaction and with the help of experiential level theory,this article attempts to establish a Satisfaction Factors Model for researching customer satisfaction with industry applications. We chose a product named "Mobile Monitor" and investigated the emotional satisfaction of 127 users and company leaders from different walks of life,and showed that 7 of the product's features affected the customers' overall emotional satisfaction. Lastly,this paper points out management implications of this application based on quantitative results. It presents a preliminary exploration program for customer satisfaction research in this specific field. The empirical research on a specific product based on experimental level theory may serve as a reference for other companies that desire to carry out similar surveys in future.展开更多

Education in airway management is a fundamental component of anesthetic training programs, and airway modification to simulate difficult airways increases the fidelity of airway management training. Objective: The study goal was to determine the feasibility of simulating difficult airways such as mandibular fracture and post-tonsillectomy bleed in cadaver models by surgical modification for the use in enhanced experiential learning of difficult airway management. Methods: Two cadaver heads were modified surgically to simulate a mandibular fracture and post-tonsillectomy bleed. Workshop facilitators conducted directed one-to-one learning and provided feedback to participants. A paper-based feedback was obtained from the participants on their confidence level, and the realism, attractiveness, beneficial levels, and difficulty levels of the simulation models used. Results: The modified cadavers were reliable in simulating difficult airways. The majority of participants (83.3% for fractured mandible and 87.1% for post-tonsillectomy bleed) reported an increase in confidence level for management of the difficult airway after the experience with the modified cadavers, and found both models realistic, attractive, and beneficial for difficult airway training. Conclusions: Surgical modifications of cadavers to simulate difficult airways such as fractured mandible and post-tonsillectomy bleed may be incorporated into advanced airway management courses to enhance experiential learning.展开更多

An improved GA is used to learn to optimally select the fuzzy membership functions of the linguistic labels in the condition portion of each rule, and to automatically generate fuzzy control actions under each condition. The dynamics of the controlled system is unknown to the GA. The only information for evaluating performance is a failure signal indicating that the controlled system is out of control. We compare its performance with that of other learning methods for the same problem. We also examine the ability of the algorithm to adapt to changing conditions. Simulation results show that such an approach for self-learning fuzzy control rules is both effective and robust.展开更多

文摘Objective:Skill competence is essential for nursing students and experiential teaching method has become increasingly popular in China’s nursing education.To systematically evaluate the effects of experiential teaching method on the development of nursing students’skill competence,and to provide evidence for nursing education.Methods:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science databases were searched from their inception until November 28,2019.We screened the studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data,and assessed the quality.Then,a meta-analysis was conducted.Results:Totally 15 studies were included,and 1,633 nursing students were analyzed by Review Manager5.3 and Stata15.1 software.The results show that the experiential teaching method can significantly improve nursing students’nursing skills such as training(SMD=1.05,95%CI:0.95–1.16,P=0.000),learning interest(ES=0.93,95%CI:0.79–1.06),ability to analyze and solve problems(ES=0.75,95%CI:0.55–0.94),ability to judge and innovative thinking(ES=1.01,95%CI:0.77–1.25),abilities of understanding and perception(ES=0.59,95%CI:0.34–0.83),and teaching satisfaction(ES=1.26,95%CI:1.13–1.4).Conclusions:The results suggest that the experiential teaching method is more effective for the nursing students’skill competence than traditional teaching in China.However,due to the heterogeneity and bias risk,a large sample and high-quality studies are needed in future to confirm its effectiveness.

文摘The rapid development of industry application products has greatly influenced society. It has become essential for some telecommunication companies to focus on customer satisfaction with industrial products used by the government and enterprise customers. Following the review of a previous study of customer satisfaction and with the help of experiential level theory,this article attempts to establish a Satisfaction Factors Model for researching customer satisfaction with industry applications. We chose a product named "Mobile Monitor" and investigated the emotional satisfaction of 127 users and company leaders from different walks of life,and showed that 7 of the product's features affected the customers' overall emotional satisfaction. Lastly,this paper points out management implications of this application based on quantitative results. It presents a preliminary exploration program for customer satisfaction research in this specific field. The empirical research on a specific product based on experimental level theory may serve as a reference for other companies that desire to carry out similar surveys in future.

文摘To respond to the further development of college English reforms,many universities employed network-based selflearning classes to aid the traditional classroom teaching,especially in teaching listening,but as time went by,some universities gradually gave them up.The paper intends to reflect on the employment of network-based self-learning listening classes,analyz ing the learning with and without its aid,and meanwhile introduce the need to re-employ it,and discuss how we can improve the network-based self-learning classes to help with students' listening.
文摘Background: Healthcare education models have recently shifted from the traditional reliance on the apprenticeship model, where trainees learn on real patients in actual clinical settings, to one based on simulation models. Education in airway management is a fundamental component of anesthetic training programs, and airway modification to simulate difficult airways increases the fidelity of airway management training. Objective: The study goal was to determine the feasibility of simulating difficult airways such as mandibular fracture and post-tonsillectomy bleed in cadaver models by surgical modification for the use in enhanced experiential learning of difficult airway management. Methods: Two cadaver heads were modified surgically to simulate a mandibular fracture and post-tonsillectomy bleed. Workshop facilitators conducted directed one-to-one learning and provided feedback to participants. A paper-based feedback was obtained from the participants on their confidence level, and the realism, attractiveness, beneficial levels, and difficulty levels of the simulation models used. Results: The modified cadavers were reliable in simulating difficult airways. The majority of participants (83.3% for fractured mandible and 87.1% for post-tonsillectomy bleed) reported an increase in confidence level for management of the difficult airway after the experience with the modified cadavers, and found both models realistic, attractive, and beneficial for difficult airway training. Conclusions: Surgical modifications of cadavers to simulate difficult airways such as fractured mandible and post-tonsillectomy bleed may be incorporated into advanced airway management courses to enhance experiential learning.
文摘English as an international language,English writing is a very important skill as an important form of language output,which is not only an important means of expressing emotions and awareness,but also reflects the ability to use language in an integrated way.In language teaching,the development of English writing skills is an important and challenging teaching task.English writing language is expressed not only at the basic level of vocabulary,grammar,and sentence structure,but also at the higher-order level of text organization,logical reasoning,and argumentation.However,in traditional English writing teaching,students usually do not have the opportunity to have an in-depth experience of the context of the topic,which leads to a lack of motivation and poor writing results.Therefore,this study developed an SVVR learning system based on spherical video-based virtual reality(SVVR)technology and conducted a quasi-experiment in a university English major classroom.The results of the study showed that the SVVR-supported approach to English writing could improve students'writing performance,enrich writing content,and increase learning motivation.
文摘This papcr presents a new genetic algorithms(GAs)-based method for self-learniag fuzzy control rules. An improved GA is used to learn to optimally select the fuzzy membership functions of the linguistic labels in the condition portion of each rule, and to automatically generate fuzzy control actions under each condition. The dynamics of the controlled system is unknown to the GA. The only information for evaluating performance is a failure signal indicating that the controlled system is out of control. We compare its performance with that of other learning methods for the same problem. We also examine the ability of the algorithm to adapt to changing conditions. Simulation results show that such an approach for self-learning fuzzy control rules is both effective and robust.

文摘Control precision of coiling temperature is one of the key factors affecting the profile shape and surface quality during the cooling process of hot rolled steel strip.For this reason,the core of temperature control precision is to establish an effective cooling mathematical model with self-learning function.Starting from this point,a cooling mathematical model with nonlinear structural characteristics is established in this paper for the cooling process of hot rolled steel strip.By the analysis of self-learning ability,key parameters of the mathematical model could be constantly corrected so as to improve temperature control precision and adaptive capability of the model.The site actual application results proved the stable performance and high control precision of the proposed mathematical model,which would lay a solid foundation to improve the steel product qualities.
文摘A design idea was proposed that it was about intelligent digital welding machine with self-learning and self- regulation functions. The overall design scheme of software and hardware was provided. It was introduced that a parameter self-learning algorithm was based on large-step calibration and partial Newton interpolation. Furthermore, experimental verification was carried out with different welding technologies. The results show that weld bead is pegrect. Therefore, good welding quality and stability are obtained, and intelligent regulation is realized by parameters self-learning.
文摘This paper presents a novel method for constructing fuzzy controllers based on a real time reinforcement genetic algorithm. This methodology introduces the real-time learning capability of neural networks into globally searching process of genetic algorithm, aiming to enhance the convergence rate and real-time learning ability of genetic algorithm, which is then used to construct fuzzy controllers for complex dynamic systems without any knowledge about system dynamics and prior control experience. The cart-pole system is employed as a test bed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme, and the robustness of the acquired fuzzy controller with comparable result.

文摘In this paper, the weld pool shape control by intelligent strategy was studied. A neuron self-learning PSD controller for backside width of weld pool in pulsed GTAW with wire filler was designed. The PSD control arithmetic was analyzed, simulating experiment by MATLAB software was done, and the validating experiments on varied heat sink workpiece and varied gap workpiece were successfully implemented. The study results show that the neuron self-learning PSD control method can attain a perfect control effect under different set values and conditions, and is suitable for the welding process with the varied structure and coefficients of control model.
文摘The aspectual system of Chinese has been the focus of research in recent years.Over a long period of time,special aspect markers“Zhe(着)”“Le(了)”“Guo(过)”in modern Chinese are produced under the grammaticized process.However,the function and the expression of aspect markers in Chinese dialects are different from those in Mandarin,which are reflected in:(1)they often have their own special aspect markers;(2)the function of aspect markers is somewhat overlapping.The purpose of this study is to describe the experiential aspects in Weifang dialect,in which the presenting pattern of“Guo1”and“Guo2”have remarkable specialties.The special feature is that the marker“Guo”is disappeared and replaced by other aspect markers.Specifically,“Guo1”is replaced by“Le1”,and“Guo2”is replaced by“Hui(回)”and“Lai(来)”,where“Lai”sometimes needs to co-occur with“Hui”in the sentence.This study will provide more clarity on the manifestation of the experiential aspect“Guo2”,and analyze the appear condition,syntactic property and the function of“Hui”and“Lai”.
