The groundwater(GW)in the floodplain riparian area frequently interacts intensely with surface water(SW).Heat as a tracer is one of the hot research fields in investigating GW-SW interactions,and analytical approaches...The groundwater(GW)in the floodplain riparian area frequently interacts intensely with surface water(SW).Heat as a tracer is one of the hot research fields in investigating GW-SW interactions,and analytical approaches have been proposed for the calculation of exchange flow velocity.However,few studies have considered the effects of very dynamic flow conditions and monitoring instrumentation on the calculation with field measured data.Herein,taking the middle reaches of the Heihe River as the study area,different types of monitoring wells were constructed under the riverbed and near the river,and multiple methods(Darcy’s law,heat tracing,and isotopic mixing methods)were employed to trace the exchanges between the river and groundwater.The results indicate that different methods demonstrate diverse information with obvious unevenly distributed flux along the vertical direction.And the combination of multiple methods has an important role in studying the interaction between GW and SW.Fully screened wells produce intraborehole flow and disturb the heat transport,which is relevant to flow velocity,and further affects the temperature distribution,impacting the temperature-based flow velocity calculation.Dynamic flow conditions aggravate riverbed sediment disturbances,e.g.,scour and deposition,and additionally affect the interaction and monitoring data.展开更多

SmCo/FeCo/SmCo trilayer was deposited with two different thickness configurations for soft phase (FeCo);50 nm/10 nm/50 nm and 50 nm/25 nm/50 nm were deposited on Si (111) substrate and Ta (50 nm) seed layer by RF magn...SmCo/FeCo/SmCo trilayer was deposited with two different thickness configurations for soft phase (FeCo);50 nm/10 nm/50 nm and 50 nm/25 nm/50 nm were deposited on Si (111) substrate and Ta (50 nm) seed layer by RF magnetron sputtering in a pressure, p, of 30 - 35 m Torr. After deposition the films were annealed under Ar atmosphere at temperature T equal to 923 and 973 for different times followed by quenching in water. X-ray diffraction patterns were obtained to identified phase presents and calculate average crystallite size. To study the effect of configuration thickness in soft phases, DC magnetic measurements were carried out;the measurements were done in the temperature interval of 300 - 50 K. Hysteresis loops collected at low temperatures exposed an increment in coercivity with the decrease of T and at same time, presented a “knee” in the second quadrant of the demagnetization curve, which suggests that the inter-layer exchange coupling becomes less effective, being more evident for sample with 50 nm/25 nm/50 nm thickness. Moreover, δM (H) plots were calculated from magnetic measurements at three different temperatures, T, equal to 300, 150 and 50 K, which corroborates that the dipolar interactions became stronger when thickness of soft phases increases. Finally, the thickness effect is attributed to the SmCo5 phase magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant, which is responsible for the exchange coupling length.展开更多
The influence of annealing time on the magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocomposite Pr7.5Dy1Fe71Co15Nb1B4.5 ribbons was systematically investigated by the methods of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), ...The influence of annealing time on the magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocomposite Pr7.5Dy1Fe71Co15Nb1B4.5 ribbons was systematically investigated by the methods of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Interaction domains derived from strong exchange coupling interactions between hard and soft magnetic grains were imaged using magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Maximum remanence, intrinsic coercivity, and maximum energy product values were obtained in the ribbons annealed at 700℃ for 15 min, which were composed of Pr2(Fe, Co)14B, α-(Fe, Co), and slight Pr2(Fe, CO)17 phases. Although Jr, Hci, and (Bn)max decreased gradually with further increase of annealing time, it is emphasized that comparatively high Jr and Hci and (BH)max were obtained in a wide annealing time period of 15 to 360 min. The shape of initial magnetization curves and hysteresis loops change as a function of annealing time, indicating different magnetization reversal routes, which can be fully explained by the corresponding microstructure.展开更多

It is found that the ...The temperature dependence of lattice parameters a and c of intermetallic compounds RMn 2Ge 2(R=La, Sm and Gd)were measured in the temperature range of 10800 K by using the X-ray diffractometer . It is found that the high temperature magnetic transitions of Mn-subsystem in light rare earth compounds from paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic state accompany the negative magnetoelastic anomalies of lattice parameters c, where a does not change. This indicates that the antiferromagnetic component of intralayer Mn-Mn exchange coupling is correlated with lattice constant c. The low temperature first order ferromagnetism→antiferromagnetism transitions(or antiferromagnetism→ferromagnetism transition) of Mn-subsystem in SmMn 2Ge 2 and GdMn 2Ge 2 accompany the abruptly decrease(or increase) of lattice parameter a, and Δa/a≈0.15%. This demonstrates that the interlayer Mn-Mn exchange interaction is very sensitive to the intralayer Mn-Mn distance. The critical value of lattice constant a k, at which the interlayer Mn-Mn coupling changes its sign, is 4.044 5×10 -10 m. Based on the molecular field model of exchange interaction the magnetic curves of GdMn 2Ge 2 single crystal at different temperatures were calculated and a good agreement with experimental data had gotten. The Gd-Gd, Gd-Mn, intralayer Mn-Mn and interlayer Mn-Mn exchange coupling parameters were estimated.展开更多

When a ferromagnet(FM)couples to a spin glass(SG),the hidden nature of SG may imprint on the FM via their interfacial coupling,probably resulting in elongated magnetic relaxation and enhanced unidirectional and uniaxi...When a ferromagnet(FM)couples to a spin glass(SG),the hidden nature of SG may imprint on the FM via their interfacial coupling,probably resulting in elongated magnetic relaxation and enhanced unidirectional and uniaxial anisotropies.In parallel with the study of interfacial roles,e.g.interfacial coupling and matching,we focused on the influence of the competing interactions in SG(JSG)on the magnetic relaxation properties of SG/FM bilayer and the FM magnetization reversal involving exchange bias field(HE)and coercivity(HC).A fastest decay of relaxation in SG/FM bilayer is found at an intermediate JSG^5.2 erg/cm2 and the relaxation parameters related to JSG are nonmonotonic.On the other hand,a pronounced HE of^0.26 kOe is observed at small JSG,and as JSG increases larger than 2.275 erg/cm2,HE decreases by an order of magnitude and levels off,i.e.,a net EB remains.He is sensitive to JSG only at JSG above 2.275 erg/cm2 and exhibits a minimum value at JSG=4.55 erg/cm2,just below 5.2 erg/cm2 where the relaxation decay is the fastest.Microscopic analysis unravels that the net magnetization associated with unidirectional magnetic stabilization and the large-area FM-like domains in SG are favored at small JSG,while with increasing JSG,the SG spins spontaneously reverse and thus the energy barriers are smeared out.A high susceptibility and a strong interfacial coupling lead to FM magnetization reversal under weaker fields and thus a decrease in coercivity.For too large JSG(exceeding 5.2 erg/cm2),magnetic frustration extends over the domains in SG meanwhile fierce energy competition occurs frequently,resembling enhanced quantum fluctuations.As a result,dynamic relaxation and statistic coercivity are both recovered.This work tells us that the independent modulations of unidirectional and uniaxial anisotropies are possible in SG-based systems through precisely controlling JSG,which is desired for application in the read/write head in future data storage media.展开更多

The development of high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries is a key prerequisite for their commercial applications.This requires to surmount the huge polarization,severe polysulfide shuttling and drastic volume change caus...The development of high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries is a key prerequisite for their commercial applications.This requires to surmount the huge polarization,severe polysulfide shuttling and drastic volume change caused by electrode thickening.High-strength polar binders are ideal for constructing robust and long-life high-loading sulfur cathodes but show very weak interfacial interaction with non-polar sulfur materials.To address this issue,this work devises a highly integrated sulfur@polydopamine/highstrength binder composite cathodes,targeting long-lasting and high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries.The super-adhesion polydopamine(PD)can form a uniform nano-coating over the graphene/sulfur(G-S)surface and provide strong affinity to the cross-linked polyacrylamide(c-PAM)binder,thus tightly integrating sulfur with the binder network and greatly boosting the overall mechanical strength/conductivity of the electrode.Moreover,the PD coating and c-PAM binder rich in polar groups can form two effective blockades against the effusion of soluble polysulfides.As such,the 4.5 mg cm−2 sulfur-loaded G-S@PD-c-PAM cathode achieves a capacity of 480 mAh g−1 after 300 cycles at 1 C,while maintaining a capacity of 396 mAh g−1 after 50 cycles at 0.2 C when the sulfur loading rises to 9.1 mg cm−2.This work provides a system-wide concept for constructing high-loading sulfur cathodes through integrated structural design.展开更多
Coupling between electricity systems and heating systems are becoming stronger,leading to more flexible and more complex interactions between these systems.The operation of integrated energy systems is greatly affecte...Coupling between electricity systems and heating systems are becoming stronger,leading to more flexible and more complex interactions between these systems.The operation of integrated energy systems is greatly affected,especially when security is concerned.Steady-state analysis methods have been widely studied in recent research,which is far from enough when the slow thermal dynamics of heating networks are introduced.Therefore,an integrated quasi-dynamic model of integrated electricity and heating systems is developed.The model combines a heating network dynamic thermal model and the sequential steady-state models of electricity networks,coupling components,and heating network hydraulics.Based on this model,a simulation method is proposed and quasi-dynamic interactions between electricity systems and heating systems are quantified with the highlights of transport delay.Then the quasi-dynamic interactions were applied using security control to relieve congestion in electricity systems.Results show that both the transport delay and control strategies have significant influences on the quasi-dynamic interactions.展开更多

In this work,a method is put forward to obtain the dynamic solution efficiently and accurately for a large-scale train-track-substructure(TTS)system.It is called implicit-explicit integration and multi-time-step solut...In this work,a method is put forward to obtain the dynamic solution efficiently and accurately for a large-scale train-track-substructure(TTS)system.It is called implicit-explicit integration and multi-time-step solution method(abbreviated as mI-nE-MTS method).The TTS system is divided into train-track subsystem and substruc-ture subsystem.Considering that the root cause of low effi-ciency of obtaining TTS solution lies in solving the alge-braic equation of the substructures,the high-efficient Zhai method,an explicit integration scheme,can be introduced to avoid matrix inversion process.The train-track system is solved by implicitly Park method.Moreover,it is known that the requirement of time step size differs for different sub-systems,integration methods and structural frequency response characteristics.A multi-time-step solution is pro-posed,in which time step size for the train-track subsystem and the substructure subsystem can be arbitrarily chosen once satisfying stability and precision demand,namely the time spent for m implicit integral steps is equal to n explicit integral steps,i.e.,mI=nE as mentioned above.The numeri-cal examples show the accuracy,efficiency,and engineering practicality of the proposed method.展开更多

PPIs are usually represented by a simple binary model, whereas pathways are rep...Integration of pathway and protein-protein interaction(PPI) data can provide more information that could lead to new biological insights. PPIs are usually represented by a simple binary model, whereas pathways are represented by more complicated models. We developed a series of rules for transforming protein interactions from pathway to binary model, and the protein interactions from seven pathway databases, including PID, Bio Carta, Reactome, Net Path, INOH, SPIKE and KEGG, were transformed based on these rules. These pathway-derived binary protein interactions were integrated with PPIs from other five PPI databases including HPRD, Int Act, Bio GRID, MINT and DIP, to develop integrated dataset(named Path PPI). More detailed interaction type and modification information on protein interactions can be preserved in Path PPI than other existing datasets. Comparison analysis results indicate that most of the interaction overlaps values(OAB) among these pathway databases were less than 5%, and these databases must be used conjunctively. This study aimed to predict cancer-associated piRNA-mRNA and piRNA-lncRNA interactions as well as piRNA regulatory functions. Four cancer types(BRCA, HNSC, KIRC,and LUAD) were investigated. Interactions were identified by integrated analysis of the expression and sequence data. For the expression analysis, only piRNA–mRNA and piRNA–lncRNA pairs with expression profiles that were significantly inversely correlated were retained to reduce false-positive rates during the prediction. For the sequence analysis, miRanda was used for the target prediction. We identified 198 piRNA–mRNA and 10 piRNA–lncRNA pairs. Unlike mRNA and lncRNA expressions, the piRNA expression was relatively consistent across the cancer types. Furthermore, the identified piRNAs were consistent with previously published cancer biomarkers, such as piRNA-36741, piR-21032, and piRNA-57125. More importantly, predicted piRNA functions were determined by constructing an interaction network, and piRNA targets were placed in gene ontology categories related to the cancer hallmarks "activating invasion and metastasis" and "sustained angiogenesis".展开更多

Background:Musical perception requires a host of skills.Instrumental musicians place greater emphasis on motor coordination,whereas vocal musicians rehearse vocal sounds.The study explored the differential advantages ...Background:Musical perception requires a host of skills.Instrumental musicians place greater emphasis on motor coordination,whereas vocal musicians rehearse vocal sounds.The study explored the differential advantages of musical background on binaural integration and interaction in musicians(instrumentalists,vocalists)and compared them with age-matched non-musicians.Methods:Eight six participants aged 20e40 y with normal hearing sensitivity were subjected to binaural tests using a standard group comparison research design.The participants were segregated into three groups e Group 1 included instrumentalists(n?26,mean age:17.73±2.83 y),while Group 2 and Group 3 consisted of vocalists(n?30,mean age:19.30±2.47 y)and non-musicians(n?30,mean age:18.20±3.02 y)respectively.The binaural processes namely integration(Dichotic syllable test,DST;and virtual acoustic space identification-VASI)and interaction(Interaural difference thresholds for time and level:ITD&ILD),were administered on all the participants.Results:Statistical analyses showed the main effect of musicianship.Bonferroni pair-wise test revealed that the musicians(instrumentalists and vocalists)outperformed(p<0.05)non-musicians in all the tests.The differential advantage of the musical background was seen on the binaural integration test with instrumentalists performing better in the VASI test compared to vocalists,and vice-versa for DST.No difference was observed in interaction tasks(ITD&ILD)between vocalists and instrumentalists(p>0.05).Conclusion:Musical background-induced differential advantages can be reasonably noted in the binaural skills of instrumentalists and vocalists(compared to non-musicians).展开更多

文摘The study of the history of exchanges,communication and integration of the Chinese nation belongs to the specialized research category of history(thematic history).It has a close inheritance relationship with traditional ethnic history,and border history research,and has obvious development.The study of the history of"Exchanges,Communication and Integration"is based on historical studies and adopts interdisciplinary methods.Through four thematic fields of politics,economy,society and culture,it excavates,organizes,and studies the basic historical facts of exchanges,communication and integration within and between the Chinese nation.It reveals that the various ethnic groups in China reach a consensus politically,integrate with each other culturally,connect closely to each other emotionally,and ultimately form a pattern of unity in diversity.It responds to the requirements of the new era for historical research,with the main focus on fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,adhering to the correct historical view of the Chinese nation,adhering to the theory of unity in diversity pattern of the Chinese nation,and promoting the Chinese nation to become a community with a higher degree of identity and stronger cohesion.
文摘SmCo/FeCo/SmCo trilayer was deposited with two different thickness configurations for soft phase (FeCo);50 nm/10 nm/50 nm and 50 nm/25 nm/50 nm were deposited on Si (111) substrate and Ta (50 nm) seed layer by RF magnetron sputtering in a pressure, p, of 30 - 35 m Torr. After deposition the films were annealed under Ar atmosphere at temperature T equal to 923 and 973 for different times followed by quenching in water. X-ray diffraction patterns were obtained to identified phase presents and calculate average crystallite size. To study the effect of configuration thickness in soft phases, DC magnetic measurements were carried out;the measurements were done in the temperature interval of 300 - 50 K. Hysteresis loops collected at low temperatures exposed an increment in coercivity with the decrease of T and at same time, presented a “knee” in the second quadrant of the demagnetization curve, which suggests that the inter-layer exchange coupling becomes less effective, being more evident for sample with 50 nm/25 nm/50 nm thickness. Moreover, δM (H) plots were calculated from magnetic measurements at three different temperatures, T, equal to 300, 150 and 50 K, which corroborates that the dipolar interactions became stronger when thickness of soft phases increases. Finally, the thickness effect is attributed to the SmCo5 phase magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant, which is responsible for the exchange coupling length.

文摘The influence of annealing time on the magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocomposite Pr7.5Dy1Fe71Co15Nb1B4.5 ribbons was systematically investigated by the methods of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Interaction domains derived from strong exchange coupling interactions between hard and soft magnetic grains were imaged using magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Maximum remanence, intrinsic coercivity, and maximum energy product values were obtained in the ribbons annealed at 700℃ for 15 min, which were composed of Pr2(Fe, Co)14B, α-(Fe, Co), and slight Pr2(Fe, CO)17 phases. Although Jr, Hci, and (Bn)max decreased gradually with further increase of annealing time, it is emphasized that comparatively high Jr and Hci and (BH)max were obtained in a wide annealing time period of 15 to 360 min. The shape of initial magnetization curves and hysteresis loops change as a function of annealing time, indicating different magnetization reversal routes, which can be fully explained by the corresponding microstructure.

文摘The thesis summarizes the connotation of rural tourism and divides it into six types,including rural sight-seeing,rural body-building activity,rural folk culture,rural experience of farm work,rural business affairs,and study and development.It outlines the theory of sustainable development of rural tourism and points out that what sustainable development of tourism concerns is the coordination of ecology,economy,and society centering on human and nature.On the basis of introducing the connotation of modern agriculture,it divides modern agriculture into six types,including sightseeing agriculture,leisure agriculture,green agriculture,characteristic agriculture,factory agriculture,and three-dimensional agriculture.And by concluding,it obtains the combination model of modern agriculture and rural tourism.Based on the introduction of the above related theories,the thesis discusses the interaction and integration model of the sustainable development of modern agriculture and rural tourism.It emphatically analyzes the integration model of modern agriculture and rural tourism,including pastoral agriculture tourism model(sightseeing village,leisure farm,citizen farm),and science education tourism model(agricultural science and technology education base,tourism and leisure education agricultural park,children's,agricultural education base,agricultural exposition).Based on the interaction and integration relationship between modern agriculture and rural tourism,the thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to promote their positive development and realize the maximum of ecological,social and economic benefits.
文摘The temperature dependence of lattice parameters a and c of intermetallic compounds RMn 2Ge 2(R=La, Sm and Gd)were measured in the temperature range of 10800 K by using the X-ray diffractometer . It is found that the high temperature magnetic transitions of Mn-subsystem in light rare earth compounds from paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic state accompany the negative magnetoelastic anomalies of lattice parameters c, where a does not change. This indicates that the antiferromagnetic component of intralayer Mn-Mn exchange coupling is correlated with lattice constant c. The low temperature first order ferromagnetism→antiferromagnetism transitions(or antiferromagnetism→ferromagnetism transition) of Mn-subsystem in SmMn 2Ge 2 and GdMn 2Ge 2 accompany the abruptly decrease(or increase) of lattice parameter a, and Δa/a≈0.15%. This demonstrates that the interlayer Mn-Mn exchange interaction is very sensitive to the intralayer Mn-Mn distance. The critical value of lattice constant a k, at which the interlayer Mn-Mn coupling changes its sign, is 4.044 5×10 -10 m. Based on the molecular field model of exchange interaction the magnetic curves of GdMn 2Ge 2 single crystal at different temperatures were calculated and a good agreement with experimental data had gotten. The Gd-Gd, Gd-Mn, intralayer Mn-Mn and interlayer Mn-Mn exchange coupling parameters were estimated.

文摘When a ferromagnet(FM)couples to a spin glass(SG),the hidden nature of SG may imprint on the FM via their interfacial coupling,probably resulting in elongated magnetic relaxation and enhanced unidirectional and uniaxial anisotropies.In parallel with the study of interfacial roles,e.g.interfacial coupling and matching,we focused on the influence of the competing interactions in SG(JSG)on the magnetic relaxation properties of SG/FM bilayer and the FM magnetization reversal involving exchange bias field(HE)and coercivity(HC).A fastest decay of relaxation in SG/FM bilayer is found at an intermediate JSG^5.2 erg/cm2 and the relaxation parameters related to JSG are nonmonotonic.On the other hand,a pronounced HE of^0.26 kOe is observed at small JSG,and as JSG increases larger than 2.275 erg/cm2,HE decreases by an order of magnitude and levels off,i.e.,a net EB remains.He is sensitive to JSG only at JSG above 2.275 erg/cm2 and exhibits a minimum value at JSG=4.55 erg/cm2,just below 5.2 erg/cm2 where the relaxation decay is the fastest.Microscopic analysis unravels that the net magnetization associated with unidirectional magnetic stabilization and the large-area FM-like domains in SG are favored at small JSG,while with increasing JSG,the SG spins spontaneously reverse and thus the energy barriers are smeared out.A high susceptibility and a strong interfacial coupling lead to FM magnetization reversal under weaker fields and thus a decrease in coercivity.For too large JSG(exceeding 5.2 erg/cm2),magnetic frustration extends over the domains in SG meanwhile fierce energy competition occurs frequently,resembling enhanced quantum fluctuations.As a result,dynamic relaxation and statistic coercivity are both recovered.This work tells us that the independent modulations of unidirectional and uniaxial anisotropies are possible in SG-based systems through precisely controlling JSG,which is desired for application in the read/write head in future data storage media.

文摘Multi-organ-on-a-chip(MOOC)technology represents a pivotal direction in the organ-on-a-chip field,seeking to emulate the complex interactions of multiple human organs in vitro through microfluidic systems.This technology overcomes the limitations of traditional single-organ models,providing a novel platform for investigating complex disease mechanisms and evaluating drug efficacy and toxicity.Although it demonstrates broad application prospects,its development still faces critical bottlenecks,including inadequate physiological coupling between organs,short functional maintenance durations,and limited real-time monitoring capabilities.Contemporary research is advancing along three key directions,including functional coupling,sensor integration,and full-process automation systems,to propel the technology toward enhanced levels of physiological relevance and predictive accuracy.

文摘The development of high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries is a key prerequisite for their commercial applications.This requires to surmount the huge polarization,severe polysulfide shuttling and drastic volume change caused by electrode thickening.High-strength polar binders are ideal for constructing robust and long-life high-loading sulfur cathodes but show very weak interfacial interaction with non-polar sulfur materials.To address this issue,this work devises a highly integrated sulfur@polydopamine/highstrength binder composite cathodes,targeting long-lasting and high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries.The super-adhesion polydopamine(PD)can form a uniform nano-coating over the graphene/sulfur(G-S)surface and provide strong affinity to the cross-linked polyacrylamide(c-PAM)binder,thus tightly integrating sulfur with the binder network and greatly boosting the overall mechanical strength/conductivity of the electrode.Moreover,the PD coating and c-PAM binder rich in polar groups can form two effective blockades against the effusion of soluble polysulfides.As such,the 4.5 mg cm−2 sulfur-loaded G-S@PD-c-PAM cathode achieves a capacity of 480 mAh g−1 after 300 cycles at 1 C,while maintaining a capacity of 396 mAh g−1 after 50 cycles at 0.2 C when the sulfur loading rises to 9.1 mg cm−2.This work provides a system-wide concept for constructing high-loading sulfur cathodes through integrated structural design.

文摘Coupling between electricity systems and heating systems are becoming stronger,leading to more flexible and more complex interactions between these systems.The operation of integrated energy systems is greatly affected,especially when security is concerned.Steady-state analysis methods have been widely studied in recent research,which is far from enough when the slow thermal dynamics of heating networks are introduced.Therefore,an integrated quasi-dynamic model of integrated electricity and heating systems is developed.The model combines a heating network dynamic thermal model and the sequential steady-state models of electricity networks,coupling components,and heating network hydraulics.Based on this model,a simulation method is proposed and quasi-dynamic interactions between electricity systems and heating systems are quantified with the highlights of transport delay.Then the quasi-dynamic interactions were applied using security control to relieve congestion in electricity systems.Results show that both the transport delay and control strategies have significant influences on the quasi-dynamic interactions.

文摘Schizophrenia is characterized by psychotic symptoms,negative symptoms,and cognitive deficits,profoundly affecting individuals and their families.The etiology is multifactorial,involving genetic,endocrine,and immunological risk factors.It is thought that schizophrenia is exclusively linked to alterations in brain structure and function,while the relationship between the brain and many organs may lack sufficient attention.Increasing evidence indicates abnormalities of the interactions between the brain and many organs in patients with schizophrenia.Inter-organ crosstalk affects the onset,course,and management of schizophrenia.Besides,the complex relationship between autonomic nervous system,endocrine system,and immune system further facilitates the development of schizophrenia.The present review summarizes the relationships between the brain and multiple organ systems in schizophrenia,providing new perspectives on the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of schizophrenia.

文摘In this work,a method is put forward to obtain the dynamic solution efficiently and accurately for a large-scale train-track-substructure(TTS)system.It is called implicit-explicit integration and multi-time-step solution method(abbreviated as mI-nE-MTS method).The TTS system is divided into train-track subsystem and substruc-ture subsystem.Considering that the root cause of low effi-ciency of obtaining TTS solution lies in solving the alge-braic equation of the substructures,the high-efficient Zhai method,an explicit integration scheme,can be introduced to avoid matrix inversion process.The train-track system is solved by implicitly Park method.Moreover,it is known that the requirement of time step size differs for different sub-systems,integration methods and structural frequency response characteristics.A multi-time-step solution is pro-posed,in which time step size for the train-track subsystem and the substructure subsystem can be arbitrarily chosen once satisfying stability and precision demand,namely the time spent for m implicit integral steps is equal to n explicit integral steps,i.e.,mI=nE as mentioned above.The numeri-cal examples show the accuracy,efficiency,and engineering practicality of the proposed method.

文摘Integration of pathway and protein-protein interaction(PPI) data can provide more information that could lead to new biological insights. PPIs are usually represented by a simple binary model, whereas pathways are represented by more complicated models. We developed a series of rules for transforming protein interactions from pathway to binary model, and the protein interactions from seven pathway databases, including PID, Bio Carta, Reactome, Net Path, INOH, SPIKE and KEGG, were transformed based on these rules. These pathway-derived binary protein interactions were integrated with PPIs from other five PPI databases including HPRD, Int Act, Bio GRID, MINT and DIP, to develop integrated dataset(named Path PPI). More detailed interaction type and modification information on protein interactions can be preserved in Path PPI than other existing datasets. Comparison analysis results indicate that most of the interaction overlaps values(OAB) among these pathway databases were less than 5%, and these databases must be used conjunctively. 文摘piwi-interactingRNAs(piRNAs) are valuable biomarkers, but functional studies are still very limited.Recent research shows that piRNA-mediated cleavage acts on Transposable Elements(TEs), messengerRNAs(mRNAs), and long non-codingRNAs(lncRNAs). This study aimed to predict cancer-associated piRNA-mRNA and piRNA-lncRNA interactions as well as piRNA regulatory functions. Four cancer types(BRCA, HNSC, KIRC,and LUAD) were investigated. Interactions were identified by integrated analysis of the expression and sequence data. For the expression analysis, only piRNA–mRNA and piRNA–lncRNA pairs with expression profiles that were significantly inversely correlated were retained to reduce false-positive rates during the prediction. For the sequence analysis, miRanda was used for the target prediction. We identified 198 piRNA–mRNA and 10 piRNA–lncRNA pairs. Unlike mRNA and lncRNA expressions, the piRNA expression was relatively consistent across the cancer types. Furthermore, the identified piRNAs were consistent with previously published cancer biomarkers, such as piRNA-36741, piR-21032, and piRNA-57125. More importantly, predicted piRNA functions were determined by constructing an interaction network, and piRNA targets were placed in gene ontology categories related to the cancer hallmarks "activating invasion and metastasis" and "sustained angiogenesis".

文摘Background:Musical perception requires a host of skills.Instrumental musicians place greater emphasis on motor coordination,whereas vocal musicians rehearse vocal sounds.The study explored the differential advantages of musical background on binaural integration and interaction in musicians(instrumentalists,vocalists)and compared them with age-matched non-musicians.Methods:Eight six participants aged 20e40 y with normal hearing sensitivity were subjected to binaural tests using a standard group comparison research design.The participants were segregated into three groups e Group 1 included instrumentalists(n?26,mean age:17.73±2.83 y),while Group 2 and Group 3 consisted of vocalists(n?30,mean age:19.30±2.47 y)and non-musicians(n?30,mean age:18.20±3.02 y)respectively.The binaural processes namely integration(Dichotic syllable test,DST;and virtual acoustic space identification-VASI)and interaction(Interaural difference thresholds for time and level:ITD&ILD),were administered on all the participants.Results:Statistical analyses showed the main effect of musicianship.Bonferroni pair-wise test revealed that the musicians(instrumentalists and vocalists)outperformed(p<0.05)non-musicians in all the tests.The differential advantage of the musical background was seen on the binaural integration test with instrumentalists performing better in the VASI test compared to vocalists,and vice-versa for DST.No difference was observed in interaction tasks(ITD&ILD)between vocalists and instrumentalists(p>0.05).Conclusion:Musical background-induced differential advantages can be reasonably noted in the binaural skills of instrumentalists and vocalists(compared to non-musicians).
